Description
【0001】
本発明によればこの課題は、ターンテーブルおよびトーンアームを取り付ける支持台を傾けたレコードプレーヤに用いるトーンアームであって、ターンテーブルに対して垂直な垂直支軸回りに回動可能なピボットリングと;
前記ピボットリングに保持され前記垂直支軸に直交交叉する水平支軸に直交し前記ターンテーブルに対してほぼ平行にのびる直線状のアーム部材と;
このアーム部材の前記水平支軸を挟んで、前記アーム部材の先端に取り付けたカートリッジと反対側に取付けられ、前記アーム部材の水平支軸回りの重量バランスをとる第1のウェイトと;
前記アーム部材および水平支軸よりも下方に偏位し、一端が前記カートリッジと前記水平支軸との間でアーム部材に連結され、他端が前記ピボットリングに連結された針圧付与用の弾性材と;

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a tone arm suitable for a record player used for a disc mug (hereinafter simply referred to as DJ), and a record player using this tone arm.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In record players used for DJs, so-called scratch performance operations are widely used. In this operation, sound is output by directly rotating the record board in the forward and reverse directions by the operator's finger operation.
[0003]
In this way, it is possible to artificially create new sound information by manually rotating the record forward and backward with a fingertip directly. In this case, the sound information of the record player can be mixed with the sound information from other various sound generation sources (instrument etc.) attached, and as if it were a single musical instrument as a means of creating a new sound source. Can be handled.
[0004]
In order to prevent the needle of the record needle from jumping when the record is forwardly and reversely rotated in this way, a linear tone arm is known. Conventionally, a record player is installed horizontally. That is, the turntable is leveled and the needle arm is given stylus pressure by its weight. This needle pressure is controlled by adjusting the weight and position of the balance weight.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-mentioned scratch performance operation in DJ, the operator turns the record forward and backward with the fingertip or frequently changes the record, so that it may be difficult to operate if the player is fixed at the horizontal position.
[0006]
In this case, it is conceivable to tilt the record player. However, if this is done, there is a problem in that the needle pressure changes and needle skipping easily occurs. In general, the height of the record player is fixed, but the height varies depending on the operator. Therefore, depending on the operator, it may be difficult to operate on a horizontal turntable.
[0007]
In addition, the operator usually makes gestures in accordance with the music, but there are problems that it becomes difficult to perform gestures and the performance is restricted when the turntable is horizontal.
[0008]
This invention has been made in view of such circumstances, provide a tone arm haritobi has Kuku to occur during the case, for example, the scratch operation by tilting the record player in DJ to use inclined record player This is the first purpose. Also provided is a record player that makes it easy for the operator to operate during scratch operation in DJ, and adjusts the tilt of the record player when the operator's height or the like changes or the gesture is applied. This is the second purpose.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
This object according to the present invention is a tone arm for use in the turntable and the record player by tilting the support table mounting the tone arm, a rotatable pivot ring perpendicular vertical shaft rotation with respect to Turn-down table ;
A linear arm member that is held by the pivot ring and that is orthogonal to the horizontal support shaft that crosses the vertical support shaft at right angles and extends substantially parallel to the turntable;
A first weight attached to the opposite side of the cartridge attached to the tip of the arm member across the horizontal support shaft of the arm member and balancing the weight around the horizontal support shaft of the arm member;
Displaced downward than the arm member and a horizontal support shaft, one end of which is connected to the arm member between the horizontal support shaft and the cartridge, the other end resilient needle pressure applying coupled to the pivot ring With materials;
This is achieved by a tone arm characterized by comprising:
[0010]
In this case, in order to prevent an adverse effect due to the weight of the elastic material, a second weight is preferably added to the tone arm. In this case, the second weight is provided with an elastic material on one side of the vertical surface including the arm member and the vertical support shaft, and is disposed so as to balance the weight with the elastic material with the vertical surface interposed therebetween.
[0011]
The second weight is preferably positionable at the position (first position) and a second position that balances the weight of the elastic member with the arm member interposed therebetween. When the second weight is placed at the first position, the horizontal force acting on the tone member can be canceled when the record player is placed horizontally.
[0012]
When placed in the second position, the weight in the circumferential direction centering on the arm member is balanced when viewed from the length direction of the arm shaft. For this reason, when the inclination of the player is changed, the force acting on the arm member does not change, the needle jump is prevented, and the needle pressure is kept constant. If the second weight can be fixed at an arbitrary position between the first position and the second position, it is possible to set a suitable performance state corresponding to the change of the tilt of the turntable and the performance condition. It becomes possible.
[0013]
If the tension of the elastic material can be adjusted, the needle pressure can be easily adjusted in accordance with performance conditions. In this case, a coil spring is preferably used. This is because the coil spring is less affected by the use environment and has stable performance.
[0014]
According to the present invention, a second object of the present invention is a record player using the tone arm according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the tilt angle of the support table to which the turntable and the tone arm are attached is variable. Achieved by a record player.
[0015]
In this case, two or more support bases can be provided so as to be swingable around a common swing axis. In this case, if a controller is provided between different support bases, operability is good. If the inclination of the controller is variable, the operability is better.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, the first aspect of the invention of the first aspect provides the first weight to the linear arm member so that the needle pressure can be set to zero by balancing the weight around the horizontal support shaft horizontal to the turntable, Since an elastic material for applying a needle pressure is provided below the arm member, the needle pressure can be set by this elastic material. For this reason, when using in a state where the turntable is tilted, for example , even when the DJ is tilted with a DJ and a scratch operation is performed, needle skipping hardly occurs. In this way, when the turntable is tilted, it becomes difficult for needle skipping to occur.
[0040]
In this case, if the elastic material is displaced to one side of the vertical surface including the arm member and the second weight is provided on the other side to balance the weight of the elastic material with the vertical surface interposed therebetween, Stability is improved (claim 2). If the second weight can be moved to a position where the elastic member is symmetrical with the arm member in between, the weight balance in all directions of the arm member can be obtained and the needle pressure can be applied only by the elastic member. The needle pressure can be kept constant without being affected by the tilt angle of the turntable. It is desirable that the elastic material be adjustable as a coil spring (claim 4).
[0041]
The record player using the tone arm can easily perform by setting the angle desired by the operator if the stand (support stand) is variable in inclination angle. If the two record players can be swung around a common rocking axis, the performance becomes easier when two record players are used. In this case, if the controller is arranged between the two record players so that the controller can swing about the same swinging shaft, the operator can easily operate the controller.
