【0001】
【0094】
R1=M1×N1 (2)
【0095】
(R1+N1)sinθ=W (3)

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a friction sorting apparatus using frictional force, and more particularly to a friction sorting apparatus that removes various foreign matters mixed in fine grains.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Generally, various foreign substances are mixed with cereals and plant seeds (for example, sesame seeds, chestnuts, brown rice, grain pepper, mustard, etc.) as raw materials for foods, pharmaceuticals, and other various articles at the time of harvest. For example, pebbles, soil grains, metal pieces, glass pieces, plastic pieces, foliage pieces, hair, insects, small animals and insect feces.
[0003]
Conventionally, these foreign substances are classified using a method such as particle size selection based on the difference in size between the plant seed and the foreign object, specific gravity selection based on the difference in specific gravity between the plant seed and the foreign object, and magnetic force selection based on the presence or absence of magnetism. Has been removed.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the size of the foreign matter mixed in the grain and plant seed is not significantly different from the size of the grain and plant seed, and the specific gravity of the foreign matter is not so different from the specific gravity of the grain and plant seed. In the case where the foreign matter has no magnetism, it was impossible to remove the foreign matter by the above-described particle size sorting, specific gravity sorting and magnetic force sorting.
[0005]
This invention is made | formed in view of such a point, and it aims at providing the sorting apparatus which can remove reliably even the above foreign materials.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve this object, the present invention provides a sorting device using frictional force. In general, the foreign matters mixed in the grains and plant seeds often have different surface friction coefficients even if they are not different from the grains and plant seeds in terms of size, specific gravity, and presence or absence of magnetism. For this reason, theoretically, it is possible to sort out grains, plant seeds and foreign substances based on the difference in friction coefficient on the surface.
[0007]
The sorting apparatus according to the present invention implements this theory, and sorts foreign matter from grain and plant seeds based on the difference between the friction coefficient of the surface of the grain and plant seed and the friction coefficient of the surface of the foreign matter. It is possible to do.
[0008]
Specifically, in the first aspect, the present invention is a sorting apparatus that sorts the first and second objects from a mixture in which the first and second objects are mixed. The first roller and the second roller are arranged so that the axes are parallel to each other, and the gap between the outer peripheral surface of the first roller and the outer peripheral surface of the second roller is the first The diameters of the first roller and the second roller are set smaller than the diameters of the first roller and the second roller, the first roller and the second roller are opposite to each other, and the first roller and the second roller are viewed from above. The friction coefficient of the surface of at least one of the first roller and the second roller is equal to the friction force of either the first object or the second object. Rotate with the roller while attached to the surface of the roller. The sorting apparatus further includes a feed means for feeding the other of the first object and the second object in the axial direction of the first roller and the second roller. A sorting apparatus is provided.
[0009]
In the sorting apparatus according to this aspect, when the mixture in which the first object and the second object are mixed is dropped into the gap between the first roller and the second roller, for example, the first object The object rotates with the first roller while adhering to the surface of the first roller by friction between the first object and, for example, the first roller. Since the first roller rotates outward from the gap between the first roller and the second roller, the first object attached to the surface of the first roller is outside the first roller. Fall.
[0010]
On the other hand, the second object does not adhere to the first and second rollers and is fed in the axial direction of the first and second rollers by the feed means.
[0011]
As described above, according to the sorting device according to the present invention, the first product out of the mixture in which the first product and the second product are mixed is attached to the first roller by the frictional force. The second object is fed in the axial direction of the first roller by the feed means. As a result, the first object and the second object are selected.
[0012]
As a feed means for feeding either one of the first object and the second object in the axial direction of the first and second rollers, for example, as described in claim 2, the first roller and At least one spiral groove formed on at least one surface of the second roller can be used.
[0013]
Alternatively, as the feed means, the first and second rollers may be inclined means that inclines their axes in the vertical plane so that the direction in which the first or second object is fed is downward. You can also.
[0014]
In the second aspect, the present invention is a sorting apparatus for sorting the first and second objects from the mixture in which the first and second objects are mixed, the axes of which are mutually 1st roller and 2nd roller arranged so that it may become parallel, and at least 1 spiral slot is formed in the 1st roller and the 2nd roller, respectively, and it forms in the 1st roller The spiral groove formed is engaged with the outer peripheral surface of the second roller, and the spiral groove formed in the second roller is engaged with the outer peripheral surface of the first roller. The gap between the outer circumferential surface and the spiral groove formed on the second roller and the gap between the outer circumferential surface of the second roller and the spiral groove formed on the first roller are the first object and the first groove. 2 is set smaller than the diameter of any of the two objects, the first roller and The two rollers rotate in directions opposite to each other and in directions away from each other when the first roller and the second roller are viewed from above, and a spiral groove formed in the first roller and The friction coefficient of the surface of at least one of the spiral grooves formed on the second roller is such that either the first object or the second object is adhered to the surface of the groove by friction force. The sorting apparatus is characterized in that it is set so as to rotate together with the roller.
[0015]
In the sorting apparatus according to this aspect, when the mixture in which the first object and the second object are mixed is dropped into the gap between the first roller and the second roller, for example, the first object The object remains attached to the surface of the spiral groove of the first roller, for example, by friction between the first object and the surface of the spiral groove formed on the first roller. Rotates with the roller. Since the first roller rotates outward from the gap between the first roller and the second roller, the first object attached to the surface of the spiral groove of the first roller is the first Fall to the outside of the roller.
[0016]
On the other hand, the second object adheres to the first and second rollers and does not rotate with the first and second rollers, but along the spiral groove formed in the first or second roller. Then, while sliding or rolling, it moves in the axial direction of the first and second rollers.
[0017]
As described above, according to the sorting device according to the present invention, the first product out of the mixture in which the first product and the second product are mixed is attached to the first roller by the frictional force. Rotate in a state, fall outside the first roller, the second object is along the spiral groove formed in the first or second roller, the axial direction of the first or second roller Is fed to. As a result, the first object and the second object are selected.
[0018]
Note that at least one spiral groove is sufficient, but two or more spiral grooves may be formed on the surface of the roller.
[0019]
In the third aspect, the present invention is a sorting apparatus for sorting the first and second objects from the mixture in which the first and second objects are mixed. A first roller and a second roller arranged so as to be parallel to each other, wherein the first roller has at least one spiral groove formed on the outer peripheral surface of the second roller and the first roller; The gap with the spiral groove formed on the first roller is set to be smaller than the diameter of either the first object or the second object, and the first roller and the second roller are in opposite directions. And when the first roller and the second roller are viewed from above, the first roller and the second roller rotate in directions away from each other, and the coefficient of friction of the surface of the spiral groove formed on the first roller is the first coefficient Either one of the second and second objects is adhered to the surface of the groove by frictional force. , So as to rotate together with the roller, to provide a sorting apparatus characterized in that it is set.
[0020]
In the sorting device according to the second aspect described above, spiral grooves are formed in both the first and second rollers. However, in the sorting device according to the third aspect, the first roller Only spiral grooves are formed.
[0021]
In the sorting apparatus according to this aspect, when the mixture in which the first object and the second object are mixed is dropped into the gap between the first roller and the second roller, for example, the first object The object rotates with the first roller while adhering to the surface of the spiral groove of the first roller by friction between the first object and the surface of the spiral groove formed on the first roller. To do. Since the first roller rotates outward from the gap between the first roller and the second roller, the first object attached to the surface of the spiral groove of the first roller is the first Fall to the outside of the roller.
[0022]
On the other hand, the second object adheres to the first and second rollers and does not rotate with the first and second rollers, but slides along the spiral groove formed in the first roller. While moving or rolling, it moves in the axial direction of the first and second rollers.
[0023]
As described above, according to the sorting device according to the present invention, the first product out of the mixture in which the first product and the second product are mixed is attached to the first roller by the frictional force. The second object is fed in the axial direction of the first roller along a spiral groove formed in the first roller. As a result, the first object and the second object are selected.
[0024]
In the fourth aspect, the present invention provides a sorting apparatus for sorting the first and second objects from the mixture in which the first and second objects are mixed, the axes of which are mutually A first roller and a second roller arranged so as to be parallel to each other, and a gap between the outer peripheral surface of the first roller and the outer peripheral surface of the second roller is the first object and the second roller. The first roller and the second roller are set in directions opposite to each other, and when the first roller and the second roller are viewed from above, each other. The friction coefficient of the surface of at least one of the first roller and the second roller rotates in a direction away from each other, and either one of the first object and the second object is caused by friction force of the roller. Set to rotate with the roller while still attached to the surface. The first roller and the second roller are inclined and set in a vertical plane so that their axes are lowered in the direction in which the other of the first object and the second object travels. A sorting device is provided.
[0025]
In the sorting apparatus according to the second aspect described above, spiral grooves are formed in both the first and second rollers, and in the sorting apparatus according to the third aspect, only the first roller is formed. The spiral groove was formed, but in the sorting device according to the fourth aspect, the spiral groove is not formed on the first and second rollers.
[0026]
The spiral groove has a first function of causing either one of the first object and the second object (for example, the first object) to adhere to the surface, rotating together with the roller, and dropping to the outside of the roller. And the second function of feeding the other of the first object and the second object (for example, the second object) in the axial direction of the first and second rollers.
[0027]
In the sorting device according to the fourth aspect, the first and second rollers are not formed with a spiral groove, but the first function described above is performed on the surface of the first or second roller. This is achieved by the attachment of In addition, the second function described above is such that the first roller and the second roller are inclined in the vertical plane so that their axes are lowered toward the direction in which the second object travels. This is achieved by arranging.
[0028]
That is, in the sorting device according to the present aspect, when the mixture in which the first object and the second object are mixed is dropped into the gap between the first roller and the second roller, for example, One object rotates with the first roller while adhering to the surface of the first roller due to friction between the first object and the surface of the first roller. Since the first roller rotates outward from the gap between the first roller and the second roller, the first object attached to the surface of the first roller is outside the first roller. Fall.
[0029]
On the other hand, the second object does not adhere to the first and second rollers and rotate with the first and second rollers. Since the first and second rollers are inclined, the second object slides or rolls along the gap formed between the first and second rollers. It moves in the axial direction of the first and second rollers.
[0030]
As described above, according to the sorting device according to the present invention, the first product out of the mixture in which the first product and the second product are mixed is attached to the first roller by the frictional force. The second object is fed in the axial direction of the first roller along the gap formed between the first and second rollers. . As a result, the first object and the second object are selected.
[0031]
The sorting device according to the fourth aspect described above preferably includes an angle adjustment mechanism that adjusts the inclination angle of the axes of the first roller and the second roller.
[0032]
By adjusting the angle of inclination of the axis of the first and second rollers by this angle adjusting mechanism, for example, the speed at which the second object is fed in the axial direction of the first and second rollers is arbitrarily adjusted. can do. That is, the sorting speed between the first object and the second object can be arbitrarily adjusted.
[0056]
The 1st roller and 2nd roller in the sorting device concerning the above-mentioned mode may have the same diameter, or may have a mutually different diameter.
[0057]
When the first roller and the second roller have the same diameter, the sorting speed for sorting the first object and the second object is the first object, the second object, and the first roller. The first and second rollers have different diameters, depending on factors such as the coefficient of friction between the first and second rollers and the rotational speed of the first and second rollers. Thus, it is possible to change the sorting speed in accordance with the ratio of the diameters of the first and second rollers.
[0058]
In the case of a sorting device in which at least one of the first and second rollers is provided with a spiral groove, the sorting device may further include a rotation speed control means for controlling the rotation speeds of the first roller and the second roller. preferable.
[0059]
The rotational speed control means controls the rotational speeds of the first roller and the second roller according to the twist angle of the spiral groove. For example, the rotational speed control means performs control such that the rotational speed increases as the twist angle decreases.
[0060]
For example, a case is assumed in which a first object is attached to a first roller, is rotated together with the first roller, and is to be removed.
[0061]
According to experiments conducted by the inventor, when the coefficient of friction between the first object and the surface of the first roller is relatively large, the twist of the spiral groove formed on the surface of the first roller The corner can be a relatively small angle. That is, a relatively large number of spiral grooves can be formed in the unit length of the first roller. Furthermore, in this case, the number of rotations of the first roller can also be made relatively large.
[0062]
Conversely, when the coefficient of friction between the first object and the surface of the first roller is relatively small, the twist angle of the spiral groove formed on the surface of the first roller is a relatively large angle. It is desirable to do. That is, the number of spiral grooves formed in the unit length of the first roller is smaller than in the above case. Furthermore, in this case, it is preferable that the number of rotations of the first roller is also relatively small.
[0063]
Based on the above experimental results, the rotational speed control means performs control such that the rotational speed of the roller increases as the helical groove twist angle decreases, and conversely, the helical groove twist angle. When is large, control is performed so that the number of rotations of the roller is small.
[0064]
In addition, the material of the 1st and 2nd roller in the selection apparatus which concerns on this invention is arbitrary.
[0065]
For example, as the first and second rollers, the surface of a heat-treated iron roller is plated, or the surface of a heat-treated iron roller is coated with rubber or resin. Can do. However, as is clear from the above, if the friction coefficient between the first or second object to be selected and the roller surface is a desired value, the material of the first or second roller Or the material of the coating of the surface is not ask | required.
[0066]
Furthermore, in the fifth aspect, the present invention is a sorting apparatus for sorting the first and second objects from the mixture in which the first and second objects are mixed, comprising: a roller; A plate disposed parallel to the axis of the roller, wherein the roller has at least one spiral groove formed between the surface of the spiral groove formed on the roller and the surface of the plate. The gap between them is set smaller than the diameter of either the first object or the second object, and the roller rotates in a direction away from the plate when the roller is viewed from above, and is formed on the roller. The friction coefficient of the surface of the spiral groove is set so that one of the first object and the second object is rotated with the roller while being attached to the surface of the groove by friction force. To provide a sorting device characterized by .
[0067]
In the sorting apparatus according to the third aspect described above, the first roller in which the spiral groove is formed and the second roller in which the spiral groove is not formed are used. In such a sorting apparatus, a plate parallel to the axis of the first roller is used instead of the second roller.
[0068]
In the sorting apparatus according to this aspect, when the mixture in which the first object and the second object are mixed is dropped into the gap between the roller and the plate, for example, the first object is the first object. Due to the friction between the object and the surface of the spiral groove formed on the roller, the roller rotates with the roller while adhering to the surface of the spiral groove of the roller. Since the roller rotates outward from the gap between the roller and the plate, the first object attached to the surface of the spiral groove of the roller falls to the outside of the roller.
[0069]
On the other hand, the second object adheres to the roller and does not rotate with the roller, and moves in the axial direction of the roller while sliding or rolling along the spiral groove formed in the roller.
[0070]
As described above, according to the sorting device according to the present invention, the first product out of the mixture in which the first product and the second product are mixed is rotated while being attached to the roller by the frictional force. Then, it falls outside the roller, and the second object is fed in the axial direction of the roller between the spiral groove formed in the roller and the plate. As a result, the first object and the second object are selected.
[0071]
The sorting apparatus preferably further includes plate moving means for moving the plate in a direction approaching the roller or a direction away from the roller.
[0072]
By providing such a plate moving means, it becomes possible to set the distance between the surface of the plate and the surface of the spiral groove of the roller to an arbitrary distance, and the first object or the second object Sorting according to size becomes possible.
[0073]
As described above, also in the sorting apparatus according to the fifth aspect, the roller is inclined in the vertical plane so that the axis thereof is lowered in the direction in which the other of the first object and the second object proceeds. Is preferably set.
[0074]
In this case, it is preferable to provide an angle adjusting mechanism for adjusting the tilt angle of the roller axis.
