Description

The present invention relates to a support member for a heat insulating material constructed between building members, and a construction method.

For example, in a heat insulating structure of a floor portion of a wooden house, it is common to install a metal receiving member of various shapes on the top of a member such as a joist or a large pull to support the heat insulating material. There is also a method of supporting the heat insulating material by bridging a support member between the members. Specifically, for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 56-19424 proposes a method of installing a Z-type hardware on a joist to support a heat insulating material. A method of installing a support member curved in an arc shape is proposed.
Japanese Patent Publication No.56-19424 Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2003-307028

However, in the method of Japanese Patent Publication No. 56-19424, the center portion of the heat insulating material cannot be supported, and when a heat insulating material having a small bending rigidity is constructed, a gap is generated between the floor material and the heat insulating material. When the cold air enters the gap, the heat insulating performance is deteriorated. On the other hand, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2003-307028, since a support member is bridged between the members and supported, even if a heat insulating material having a small bending rigidity is applied, a gap does not occur between the floor material and the member dimensions. If the internal dimensions between members change due to differences in member spacing or the like, it cannot be handled. Moreover, in any case, since a metal fitting is installed on the upper part of the member, there is a problem in that the metal fitting and the flooring material rub against each other during walking.

This invention makes it a subject to provide the heat insulating material supporting member excellent in workability and cost, and its construction method while being able to solve these problems simultaneously.

The contents of the present invention for achieving the above-described object are as follows.
(1) A belt-like heat insulating material supporting member having a predetermined thickness used for supporting a heat insulating material filled between building members , and at least two or more plate materials arranged in parallel, and between the plate materials And a plurality of ribs for connecting the plate members, the plate members are easy to bend or bend in the arrangement direction in the entire length of the support member, and have a high bending rigidity in the short direction of the plate members. A heat insulating material support member.
(2) (1) retaining the heat insulating material supporting member according to adjust the length of the array direction in the bent or curved so by the heat insulating material supporting member of the plate, the heat insulating member supporting member to the inter-member of a building And then filling the insulating material between the members of the building.

According to the present invention, the following effects can be expected because the heat insulating material support member is used which is easy to bend or bend in the thickness direction and has high bending rigidity in the width direction over the entire length of the support member.
(1) By bending or bending the heat insulating material support member, it is possible to easily adjust the length, and to cope with various in-member methods.
(2) The support range can be easily changed by bending or bending the heat insulating material support member into an arbitrary shape.

1 to 3 show an embodiment of a heat insulating material support member according to the present invention. The heat insulating material support member 1 is formed of at least two or more plate members 2 arranged in parallel and a plurality of ribs 3 connecting the plate members. The heat insulating material support member shown in FIG. 1 is formed by connecting parallel plate members by a plurality of orthogonal ribs to form a heat insulating material support member. The heat insulating material support member shown in FIG. 2 is formed by connecting parallel plate members with corrugated ribs. In the heat insulating material supporting member shown in FIG. 3, plate members arranged in parallel are connected by a truss-shaped rib to form a heat insulating material supporting member. In any case, by arranging the plate members 2 in parallel and forming a plurality of ribs between the plate members, it is possible to give the heat insulating material support member 1 a thickness, support the heat insulating material, and bending rigidity in the width direction. Can be secured.

The heat insulating material support member 1 may be formed of plastic, paper, metal, or a composite material thereof, and the rib 3 may be formed in any shape as long as it is bent in the thickness direction. Examples of the metal include iron and aluminum, examples of the paper include cardboard, and examples of the plastic include polyethylene and polypropylene. Plastic is preferable because it can be manufactured integrally by extrusion, easy to manufacture, easy to bend, and has high bending rigidity in the width direction.
Next, the construction method of the heat insulating material by this invention is demonstrated based on FIGS. FIG. 4 shows a structure in which a heat insulating material support member 1 is bent into a Z shape in accordance with the inner method between members 4 such as a base, a large pull, a barrel, a beam, a girder, a pillar, a stud, a joist, a rafter, a trunk edge, etc. This is an example of fixing to the four side surfaces with fixing brackets 5 such as nails, scissors, pins, screws and staples. Since the heat insulating support member 1 can be easily bent in the thickness direction over the entire length of the support member, the length can be easily adjusted regardless of how the inner method between the members 4 changes.

FIG. 5 shows an example in which the heat insulating support member 1 is bent in a U-shape and fastened with a fixing bracket 5 between the parallel member 4 and the member 4 orthogonal thereto. FIG. 6 shows an example in which the heat insulating material support member 1 is bent into a W shape and fixed at a plurality of positions with the fixing metal fittings 5 between the parallel members 4. FIG. 7 shows an example in which the heat insulating material support member 1 is bent in a U shape and is fastened at a plurality of positions with the fixing metal fittings 5 between the parallel members 4. In any case, the heat insulating support member 1 can be easily bent and bent into an arbitrary shape, and the support range can be easily changed. Next, as shown in FIG. 8, the heat insulating material 6 is supported by the heat insulating material supporting member 1 and filled between the members 4 of the building. Since the heat insulating material support member 1 is thick and has a bending rigidity in the width direction, the heat insulating material can be sufficiently supported. As the heat insulating material, fiber type heat insulating materials such as glass wool and rock wool, and plate-like foam heat insulating materials made of resin foams such as polyethylene, styrene, phenol and urethane are preferably used.

This invention can be utilized suitably for the construction method of a heat insulating material.
