<Configuration of exterior panel accessory>
As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 3, the exterior panel accessory 1 of the present invention is a long exterior panel accessory 1 that covers an end 3 a of an exterior panel 3 provided on an outer wall body 2 of a building. It is. The exterior panel accessory 1 includes a base material 4 and a cover material 5 having an L-shaped cross section.

The base material 4 and the cover material 5 are formed by connecting one side 4a and 5a at right angles to the other side 4b and 5b, and the first engaging portion 6 and the second side are respectively connected to the adjacent one side 4a and one side 5a. The engaging part 11 is provided.

The other side 4b of the base material 4 is fixed to the outer wall main body 2 by a fixing tool 18 such as a screw, and the exterior panel 3 is fixed to the base material 4 in a state where the first engaging portion 6 and the second engaging portion 11 are engaged. It is sandwiched between the other side 4 b and the other side 5 b of the cover material 5.

The first engaging portion 6 of the base material 4 includes a first slope 8 that turns back at a first angle α from the tip 4c of one side 4a of the base material 4 to the inner surface side 7 of the base material 4, and the first A second slope 9 is formed continuously from the front end 8a of the slope 8 along the first slope 8 to the side 4a.

Now, the length S1 of one side 4a of the base material 4 is 13 mm, and the length T1 of the other side 4b is 44 mm. The engaging portion 6 has a length S2 = 6 mm and a height T = 2.5 mm from one side 4a to the tip portion 8a.

At the front end 4d of the other side 4b, a folded portion 4e that is folded back at a length T3 = 5 mm is formed on the inner side of the exterior panel accessory 1 in parallel with the other side 4b, and the height S3 = 1.5 mm. In the vicinity, a convex portion 4f protruding in the same direction as the folded portion 4e is formed with a width T4 = 3 mm and a height S3 = 1.5 mm.

The cover material 5 has a length S4 = 20 mm on one side 5a and a length T5 = 28 mm on the other side 5b. The second engagement portion 11 includes a first surface (length S5 = 16 mm) that folds along the side 5a from the tip portion 5c of the side 5a of the cover material 5 to the inner surface side 12 of the cover material 5. A third slope 14 (length S6 = 16 mm) that turns back from the tip 13a of the first surface 13 at a second angle β, and along the third slope 14 from the tip 14a of the third slope 14 A fourth inclined surface 15 (length S7 = 6.5 mm) and a fifth inclined surface 16 (length S8 = 5 mm) that are double-wrapped around the side 5a and folded back are continuously formed.

A U-shaped folded portion 5d that folds back to the inner surface side 12 of the cover material 5 with a length T7 = 5 mm at the tip of the other side 5b with a gap T6 = 1.5 mm between the fourth inclined surface 15 and the first surface. Is formed with a height S9 = 3.5 mm.

The first angle α and the second angle β are formed at an equiangular 12 degrees.

In a state where the base material 4 and the cover material 5 are assembled with the exterior panel 3 being sandwiched, the first folded portion P1 formed by the first slope 8 and the second slope 9, the fourth slope 15 and the fifth slope The second folded portion P2 formed by the slope 16 comes into contact with and engages.

Here, the exterior panel accessory 1 covering the end portion 3 a of the exterior panel 3 is formed so that the front end portion 5 c of the one side 5 a of the cover material 5 is located at the same position as the other end portion 4 g of the one side 4 a of the base material 4. Is done. For this reason, rainwater is applied to the end and back side of the exterior panel 3 by applying a waterproof construction to the corner G formed at one side 5a of the outer wall body 2 and the cover material 5 by using the sealing material G1. Intrusion can be prevented.

The clearance H1 between the other side 4b of the base material 4 and the one side 5a of the cover material 5 is 23 mm, and the clearance H excluding the height S3 of the convex portion 4f or the folded portion 4e and the height S9 of the folded portion 5d from the gap H1. Is the same as the thickness H of the exterior panel 23 = 21 mm.

The convex portion 4f is for preventing rainwater from entering the end portion 3a of the exterior panel 3 even if rainwater or the like flows from the joint portion.

The exterior panel 3 is made of metal siding obtained by coating an internal heat insulating material with a thin metal plate from both sides for the purpose of heat insulation and sound insulation.

The plurality of exterior panels 3 are assembled horizontally or vertically from the bottom to the top of the outer wall body 2. Moreover, it may attach through the trunk edge which is not shown in figure.

The base material 4 and the cover material 5 are integrally formed by sheet metal processing using a steel plate. The base material 4 has an aluminum / zinc alloy plating applied to both surfaces of a thin steel plate having a thickness of 0.35 mm. Further, the cover material 5 is coated with fluororesin on the front side and with polyester resin on the back side. Applied.

“Procedure for mounting the exterior panel accessory 1”
A procedure for attaching the exterior panel accessory 1 will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 (a) to 4 (d) and FIG. 5. First, as shown in FIG. 4 (a), the exterior panel 3 is formed by inserting the male fruit 25a and the female fruit 25b and overlapping the upper part, and extending a steel plate of metal siding above the exterior panel 3. 26 is fixed to the outer wall main body 2 using a nail 27. At this time, the base material 4 is previously attached to the predetermined position of the outer wall main body 2 at the lower part of the window with the nail 27.

As shown in FIG.4 (b), the exterior panel 3 concerning the base material 4 is cut | disconnected and attached to predetermined length. At this time, the end 3 a of the exterior panel 3 is fixed with the nail 27. Then, as shown in FIG. 4C, the cover material 5 is attached to the base material 4, and as shown in FIG. The attachment of the object 1 is completed.

As shown in FIG. 5, a sealing material G <b> 1 is applied to the corner portion G of the cover material 5 and the outer wall main body 2. In addition, although the sealing material G1 is given also to the clearance gap G2 of the cover material 5 and the exterior panel 3, regarding this clearance gap G2, it has been constructed conventionally.

<Action of exterior panel accessory>
As described above, the exterior panel accessory 1 that covers the end portion 3a of the exterior panel 3 is formed so that one side 5a of the cover material 5 covers the entire area of one side 4a of the base material 4, so that the sealing material G1 is attached to the outer wall. By performing construction at one corner G formed by one side 5 a of the main body 2 and the cover material 5, waterproofing of rainwater entering the exterior panel 3 through the gap between the cover material 5 and the base material 4 can be performed. . For this reason, waterproof construction can be carried out easily and reliably, rain water can be prevented from entering, deterioration of the exterior panel can be eliminated, and sound insulation and heat retention can be prevented from being lowered.

Here, since the division position of the cover material 5 and the base material 4 is provided on the outer wall main body 2 side, the seal construction at the corner G which is the division position is collectively performed in the same process as the general waterproof construction work around other outer wall main bodies. Since it can be carried out, it can be carried out with less expensive construction. Moreover, since there is no gap in the region 28 on the outer surface side of the cover material 5, the appearance is excellent and the quality is improved.

Since the base material 4 is covered with the cover material 5 and is not exposed to the external surface, it is not necessary to apply a design coating or the like to the base material 4, so that the cost can be reduced. Further, since the base material can be shared regardless of the color and design of the cover material, the cost can be further reduced.

When the base material 4 and the cover material 5 are assembled, the first engagement portion 6 and the second engagement portion 11 are formed by folding back at an equiangular first angle α and second angle β, respectively. It is structurally elastic. For this reason, the 1st engaging part 6 and the 2nd engaging part 11 can be reliably fitted. Further, since the front opening of the cover material 5 is wide at an angle of 12 degrees, the front end portion 4 c of the base material 4 can be easily inserted into the cover material 5.

Since the cover material and the base material have a simple structure in which a steel plate is folded back and formed integrally by sheet metal processing, the cover material and the base material can be manufactured at low cost.

<Second Embodiment>
A second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 6, and the same components as those of the base material 4 of the exterior panel accessory 1 shown in FIG. The description that has been made will be omitted.

A convex shape 21 having a height S10 is provided on the other side 4b of the base material 4 at a position having a length T8 from the side 4a, and the height S10 is set in a relationship of S10> S3.

With this convex shape 21, the outer panel 3 can be inserted and positioned reliably and easily. In addition, since the length T8 is determined so that the insertion area of the second engaging portion 11 that engages with the first engaging portion 6 provided on the adjacent one side 4a, 5a can be secured, The object 1 can be securely attached. Since the second engaging portion 11 does not come into contact with the end portion 3a of the exterior panel 3, it is not affected by damage or the like, so that the quality of the exterior panel 3 can be maintained.

For this reason, deterioration of an exterior panel can be prevented and the fall of sound insulation and heat retention can be prevented.

As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention was described based on drawing, all said Example shows an example of this invention, and it cannot be overemphasized that this invention should not be limited to these.

For example, the first engaging portion 6 and the second engaging portion 11 may be formed with a single slope instead of being formed with a plurality of slopes. In this case, it is necessary to have a thickness that can be engaged with each other by the thickness of one layer.

The exterior panel accessory can be used regardless of whether the end of the exterior panel is in the vertical or horizontal direction. By adjusting each dimension of the accessory for exterior panels, it can be used for metal siding other than thickness H = 21 mm.

One side 5a as a decorative surface of the cover material 5 can be pressed or embossed corresponding to the surface pattern of the exterior panel 3.
