Description
The present invention relates to a fluid transport container that is suitably used mainly for transporting a highly viscous fluid such as grease.
Conventionally, containers used for transporting highly viscous fluids, which are so-called viscous materials such as oils and fats such as grease, fluid foods such as printing inks, adhesives, paints, and mayonnaise, and various other highly viscous materials, Tanks made of plastic or plastic were generally used .
However, this kind of tank is quite expensive, and the efficiency of transporting empty tanks and storing empty tanks when returning from the destination is inferior, and it is troublesome to clean the tank inner surface and the discharge pipe for repeated use. It was a thing.
Therefore, in recent years, a bag made of a flexible synthetic resin film or the like is used in combination with a rigid foldable or disassembleable outer frame, and the bag is discarded after a single use. A liquid container with simplified cleaning has been proposed (for example, Patent Document 1 ).
In this case, in transporting the low-viscosity liquid, filling and discharging can be easily performed using the fluidity of the liquid. However, in the case of the high-viscosity fluid as described above, the fluid itself It is difficult to perform filling and discharging only with the fluidity of the liquid. Therefore, for example, a highly viscous fluid is filled or discharged by a pumping force from an inlet / outlet port at the bottom.
By the way, when the high viscous fluid is discharged from the inlet / outlet portion of the bottom by the pumping force by the pump, the pump is sucked and discharged from the portion near the inlet / outlet portion of the high viscous fluid, On the upper surface (liquid level) of the fluid, the top of the bag sinks from the center, and the top of the bag is drawn from the center, and part of the bag is sucked into the entrance / exit port. As a result, the discharge of the highly viscous fluid may be hindered. In particular, the fluid may remain in the peripheral portion of the bag body without being sufficiently discharged.
By simply preventing the bag body from sticking to the entrance / exit port as described above and completely blocking it, the internal high-viscosity fluid is discharged from the vicinity of the entrance / exit port by suction by the pump. Therefore, when a flexible bag body such as a synthetic resin film is adsorbed to the outer peripheral surface of the discharge body, there is a possibility that the discharge of the fluid may be hindered, and the discharge of the fluid in the peripheral portion in the bag is promoted. Has little effect, and there is a risk that fluid may remain in the periphery. Such a problem becomes more prominent as the viscosity of the highly viscous fluid is higher.
Further, since the proposed inner bag for a container is a bag made entirely of a synthetic resin film or the like, as the highly viscous fluid of the contents is discharged and reduced, The layers are folded and overlapped, and the fluid becomes more difficult to be discharged, and the remaining amount of fluid increases.
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems, and in particular, the structure of the container body for storing the fluid to be transported, particularly the structure of the lower body including at least the bottom, is devised and stored. Fluid that can be discharged from not only the central part near the entrance and exit but also the peripheral part at the same time, and the fluid can be discharged almost without leaving to the end Provide shipping containers.
A fluid transport container of the present invention that solves the above-mentioned problems is a fluid transport container comprising a container main body that stores a fluid and an outer frame that supports the container main body, and the container main body includes at least a bottom portion. And a lower body made of a flexible sheet material fixed to the upper portion of the lower body in a sealed state, and the lower body is made of a porous body through which fluid can pass over at least the entire bottom. It has a double wall structure with an inner wall and an outer wall made of a liquid-impermeable plate, has a gap through which fluid can flow between the inner and outer walls, and has a fluid inlet / outlet at the bottom of the outer wall. It is characterized by becoming.
This fluid transport container is mainly used to store and transport highly viscous fluid such as grease. In this use, when the internal high-viscosity fluid is sucked and discharged by the pumping force of the pump from the inlet / outlet portion of the lower body in the container body, the space between the inner and outer walls of the lower body of the double wall structure in the container body Through the gap, the suction force by the pump extends over at least the entire area of the bottom, and the internal fluid is sucked substantially simultaneously over the entire area of the bottom through the inner wall made of a porous body and flows from the gap between the inner and outer walls to the entrance / exit port. Discharged.
Moreover, even if the fluid contained is a highly viscous fluid, the upper body (liquid level) of the upper body made of a flexible sheet material is locally reduced because the upper surface (liquid level) of the fluid is lowered as a result of the discharge. In addition, even if the upper body is closely attached to the inner wall due to a small amount of fluid remaining inside, there is no risk of closing the entrance port formed on the outer wall. The suction and discharge action is reliably performed to the end through the gap between the mouth and the inner and outer walls. Moreover, since only the upper body is made of a flexible sheet material, even if the upper body is folded along the inner wall, there is little overlap, and the remaining amount attached to the upper body is also reduced. .
In the fluid transport container, the lower body of the container main body includes a bottom portion and a side lower portion region, and an inner wall made of a porous body that allows fluid to pass through the entire bottom portion and the side lower portion region and a liquid-impervious portion. A double wall structure with an outer wall formed of a plate material can be formed, and a structure in which a gap through which a fluid can flow between the inner and outer walls can be provided.
In this case, when sucking and discharging the highly viscous fluid, the suction force by the pump extends not only to the bottom but also to the lower side region, and the internal fluid is sucked across the entire bottom and side lower region. Thus, the fluid can be sucked and discharged even in a peripheral part far from the entrance / exit part. Therefore, the discharge of the fluid in the container body is made uniform as a whole, the lowering of the upper surface of the fluid accompanying the decrease in the fluid is averaged, and the upper body made of the flexible sheet material is not partially drawn into the fluid.
In the fluid transport container, the porous body constituting the inner wall of the lower body is made of a perforated plate or a net having a large number of openings through which a highly viscous fluid can pass. As a result, even if the internal fluid is a highly viscous fluid, the fluid can be discharged simultaneously over the entire bottom portion or the entire bottom portion and side surface lower region. Further, if the inner wall made of the porous body is provided so as to be removable from the outer wall, the outer wall of the lower body can be easily washed by removing the inner wall.
In the fluid transport container, a bottom portion of the outer wall of the lower body has a funnel shape inclined toward the entrance / exit port, and the inner wall forms a corresponding shape with the outer wall so as to cover the entrance / exit portion. What is provided in is preferable. That is, when the internal fluid is discharged, the fluid delivered from the opening existing over substantially the entire inner wall of the lower body is sucked from the entrance / exit port by the pumping force of the pump, and the entrance / exit port It can be reliably discharged efficiently by guiding to the part.
In the fluid transport container, it is preferable that the container body is supported by the lower body being supported by a lower bottom receiving frame in the outer frame at the peripheral edge. Accordingly, the container body can be stably supported at a predetermined height position in the outer frame, and the container body can be easily provided to be removable from the outer frame.
In the fluid transport container, it is preferable that a cylindrical mouth member capable of connecting a fluid filling and discharging pipe is attached to an entrance / exit portion of the outer wall of the lower body. Thereby, the said filling and discharge | emission pipe | tube can be connected easily. In addition, cleaning is facilitated by removing the filling and discharging tube.
In the fluid transport container, the upper body is fixed such that a lower end portion of a flexible sheet material is held in a sealed state via a packing with respect to a frame member attached to the upper end portion of the lower body. Is preferable. Accordingly, the upper body made of the flexible sheet material can be securely fixed to the lower body in a sealed state and used. When the upper body is damaged, the lower body can be used semipermanently by replacing only the upper body.
In the fluid transport container, the outer frame is provided with side plates that cover at least four side surfaces of the upper body of the container body. Thereby, the upper body which consists of a flexible sheet material of the said container main body can be supported and protected from the exterior.
As described above, according to the fluid transport container of the present invention, the lower body including the bottom of the container main body, or the lower body including the bottom and the side surface lower region, the inner wall made of a porous body through which the fluid can pass and the liquid non-permeable. The inner wall of the housed by having a double wall structure with an outer wall made of a conductive plate material, having a gap through which fluid can flow between the inner and outer walls, and providing a fluid inlet / outlet at the bottom of the outer wall Even if it is a highly viscous fluid having a high viscosity, it can be discharged simultaneously not only from the central part near the entrance / exit port but also from the peripheral part, and the fluid can be discharged smoothly. Moreover, as the internal fluid decreases, the upper surface of the fluid descends substantially evenly, and the upper and lower openings made of a flexible sheet material follow the above and the entrance / exit port is folded. The fluid can be discharged without being sucked into the part and hardly remaining until the end.
Next, the best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described based on an embodiment shown in the drawings.

The fluid transport container A according to the present invention includes a container
As shown in FIG. 4, the
The
The
The
As the porous body constituting the
The aperture ratio of the
The entrance /
As shown in an enlarged view in FIG. 2, a cylindrical
The rising height H of the lower

As means for fixing the
The
In the illustrated embodiment, the
In the
In the case of the figure, the
In any case, when the
The four
In the case of the figure, one of the four
The
The fluid transport container A configured as described above is used for transporting fluid foods such as grease, printing ink, adhesives, paints, mayonnaise, and other various fluids, especially highly viscous fluids. The
The fluid to be transported, in particular, the high-viscosity fluid is filled by being pumped by a pump (not shown) provided in a pipe connected to the filling and discharging
Then, when discharging the fluid of the contents at the transport destination, the delivery is performed by the suction force of the pump for pumping provided in the pipe connected to the filling and discharging
Therefore, even if the contained fluid is a highly viscous fluid, the upper surface (liquid level) of the fluid in the container
