Claims (7)
- 患者の不整脈を検出する医療デバイスであって、
前記患者内の皮下に配置される複数の電極と、
前記複数の電極に接続し、前記複数の電極による心臓信号の検知の順序と、前記複数の電極の最初に起動した電極の心臓信号の検知のための起動(activation)の時点と、前記複数の電極の最後に起動した電極の心臓信号の検知のための起動の時点との間の間隔と、を求めるマイクロプロセッサであり、起動の時点が、前記心臓信号においてゼロ軸を交差する時点として定義され、当該マイクロプロセッサが更に、前記順序及び間隔が求められたことに応じて、複数の心臓事象同士を識別する、マイクロプロセッサと、
前記求めた順序及び前記求めた間隔のうちの一方、及び、前記得られた識別に応答して治療を遂行する制御回路部と、
を備え、
前記マイクロプロセッサが、前記心臓信号の検知の順序及び前記複数の起動の時点の間の前記間隔を、所定の心臓信号の検知の順序、又は、所定の心臓信号に対する起動の複数の時点の間の間隔、と比較し、順序の変動の発生に応じて、前記制御回路部が第1の治療を遂行し、順序変動と複数の間隔の間の差の、双方の発生に応じて第2の治療を遂行する、
医療デバイス。 - 前記制御回路部は、前記複数の電極のうちの第1の電極と前記複数の電極のうちの第2の電極との間でペーシングパルスを送出し、前記マイクロプロセッサは、前記複数の電極のうちの第3の電極を介して前記ペーシングパルスに対する誘発反応を判定し、該判定された誘発反応に応答して事象の存在を確認する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記マイクロプロセッサは、前記順序及び前記間隔が一貫しているか否かを判定する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記マイクロプロセッサは、前記検知された信号間の間隔の変化と所定のしきい値とを比較し、前記制御回路部は、該比較に応答して前記治療の遂行を控える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記マイクロプロセッサは、前記信号を検出する前記複数の電極のうちの第1の電極を基準電極として特定し、該基準電極を基準にして前記信号を検出する前記複数の電極のうちの第2の電極及び該信号を検出する該複数の電極のうちの第3の電極によって、該信号の検出に相当する相対値を求め、該求めた相対値に応答して該信号に相当する検出間隔を生成する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 共通基板であって、前記複数の電極を該共通基板上に統合する、共通基板を提供するパッチをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- コンピュータ実行可能命令を有するコンピュータ可読媒体であって、
患者内の皮下に配置される複数の電極によって心臓信号を検知するステップと、
前記複数の電極による心臓信号の検知の順序、及び、前記心臓信号を検知するために該複数の電極の最初に起動した電極によるものと、前記心臓信号を検知するために該複数の電極の最後に起動した電極によるものとの、複数の心臓信号の検知の間の間隔、を求めるステップと、
前記求められた順序と、求められた間隔、の1つに応じて治療を遂行するステップと、
前記順序及び間隔を、所定の心臓信号の検知の順序、又は、所定の心臓信号を検知するための前記最初の及び最後の電極による所定の心臓信号の検知の間の間隔、と比較するステップと、
順序変動の発生に応答して第1の治療を遂行し、順序変動と複数の間隔の間の差の双方の発生に応答して、第2の治療を遂行するステップと、
を含む、
請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の医療デバイスにおいて、不整脈を検出する方法を実施するコンピュータ実行可能命令を有する、コンピュータ可読媒体。
