Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is, for example, as pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, a manufacturing method and a dual labeled double label capable of performing suitable used as a label for a container that must be relatively large displays that efficacy and quality display, or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, this type of double label has been considered to be formed by folding a single synthetic resin sheet material having heat-shrinkability into two, and forming the inner and outer label portions overlapped inside and outside in a cylindrical shape. Such a double label is used by being externally attached to a container. Of course, the indication of printing on the outer surface side of the outer label is, of course, if the outer label is broken off from the perforation line and peeled off, the inner surface side is printed. This is convenient because it can appropriately display the outer surface of the inner label and the outer surface of the inner label, and can enlarge the printed display area.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional double label, the inner and outer label portions are pseudo-bonded so as to be peeled from each other (both label portions are integrated), and then the respective front end portions are bonded to the folded portion of the sheet material to attach the inner and outer label portions. It was formed in a cylindrical shape. As a result, when the inner and outer label parts are formed in a cylindrical shape, the inner and outer label parts have the same length, and thus the inner label part is slack. Therefore, when such a label is externally fitted to the container and then heat-shrinked, the inner label portion becomes loose, and the appearance of the inner label may be poor and the inner label display may not be readable.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, the two which prevents the inner label portion sagging formed in a tubular shape, wrinkles or the like on the inner label after heat shrinkage is prevented from occurring It is an object to provide a method for producing a heavy label and a double label.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention, in order to solve the above problems, has been made as a manufacturing method and a double label of double labels, wherein the production method of the double label, synthetic resin sheet having a heat-shrinkable In the double label manufacturing method in which the inner and outer label portions are formed by folding the material and the inner and outer label portions are formed in a cylindrical shape, the leading end portion of the inner label portion protrudes from the leading end portion of the outer label portion. After both tips are positioned on the outer surface on the base side of the outer label, the tip of the inner label, the tip of the outer label, and the outer surface of the outer label on the base side are simultaneously bonded with a belt-like sheet. There is to make it.
[0007]
Features of a double label forms the inner and outer label portion is folded synthetic resin sheet having a heat-shrinkable, in the double label forming the inner outer label portion in a cylindrical shape, the tip of the label portion section is protruded from the tip portion of the outer label portion, a base portion side of the outer surface of the tip and the outer label portion of the tip and the outer label portion of the inner label portion is that formed by bonding with the belt-like sheet.
[0009]
The base portion of the inner and outer label portions refers to the portion on the folded portion side formed by folding the synthetic resin sheet material, and the tip portion refers to the portion on the free end side of the label portion opposite to the folded portion side. The outer surface of the label portion refers to the outer peripheral surface side when the inner and outer label portions are formed in a cylindrical shape, and the inner surface of the label portion refers to the inner peripheral surface side.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1st Embodiment FIGS. 1-4 shows the double label of 1st embodiment of this invention. 2 and 3, reference numeral 2 denotes a single synthetic resin sheet material, which is folded in two via a folded portion 3 to form inner and outer double label portions 4, 5. It is formed in a cylindrical shape.
[0011]
Print layers 11a, 11b, and 11c are provided on the inner and outer surfaces of the outer label portion 4 and the outer surface of the inner label portion 5, respectively. On each printed layer, desired items such as product names and uses are appropriately printed and displayed. The synthetic resin sheet material is made of a polyester resin, polystyrene resin, polypropylene resin or the like, and is made of a synthetic resin having a thickness of about 20 to 80 μm and having a heat shrinkability in the circumferential direction when formed into a cylindrical shape. It consists of the base material 2a and the print layers 11a, 11b, 11c applied by gravure printing or the like.
[0012]
The inner label portion 5 is set to be longer than the outer label portion 4 by a predetermined dimension L on the end portions 4a and 5a side (the side opposite to the folded portion 3) of the outer label portion 4 and the inner label portion 5. Yes. And the tape 13 as a strip | belt-shaped sheet | seat is adhere | attached over the front-end | tip parts 4a and 5a of both the inner and outer label parts 4 and 5, and the base 4b of the outer label part 4. FIG. The tape 13 is made of the same material as the label substrate 2a and having heat shrinkability in the width direction, or a substantially non-heat shrinkable film such as biaxially stretched polyester or biaxially stretched polypropylene. . The tape 13 is provided over the entire length of the inner and outer label portions 4 and 5.
[0013]
In the vicinity of both sides of the tape 13 of the outer label portion 4, perforation lines 9 and 10 for cutting are engraved in parallel along the tape 13.
[0014]
The double label having the above-described configuration is manufactured as follows.
First, the perforation lines 9 and 10 for cutting are formed at predetermined positions on the long heat-shrinkable sheet material 2. Predetermined printing layers 11 a, 11 b, and 11 c are respectively applied to the inner and outer surfaces of the outer label portion 4 and the outer surface of the inner label portion 5 of the sheet material 2.
[0015]
The sheet material 2 is folded around its center position or a slightly shifted position as a fulcrum to form double label portions 4 and 5 (see FIG. 1 (A)).
[0016]
Thereafter, the double sheet material 2 is rolled, and the front end portions 4a and 5a of the inner and outer label portions 4 and 5 are overlapped with the outer surface of the base portion 4b of the outer label portion 4 (see FIG. 1B). At this time, the front end portion 5 a of the inner label portion 5 is made to protrude from the front end portion 4 a of the outer label portion 4. Since the label portions 4 and 5 are in a free state where they are not adhered, the inner and outer label portions 4 and 5 are allowed to be displaced relative to each other, and the inner label portion 5 is not affected by the outer label portion 4. There will be no wrinkles.
[0017]
Further, the front end portions 4 a and 5 a of the inner and outer label portions 4 and 5 are adhered to the base portion 4 b of the outer label 4 by the tape 13. Since the front end portion 5a of the inner label portion 5 protrudes from the front end portion 4a of the outer label portion 4, the front end portions 4a and 4b of the inner and outer label portions 4 and 5 can be bonded simultaneously with a single tape 13. . At this time, the tape 13 is bonded by bonding with an adhesive, welding with a solvent, or heat sealing by heat sealing. In addition, in the case of welding or heat fusion, it is preferable that the bonded portion is not printed.
[0018]
Note that when the tape 13 is bonded to the tip portions 4a and 4b, the inner and outer label portions 4 and 5 may be flattened or may be cylindrical. A long cylindrical double label can be formed by such a series of work steps. Therefore, the label may be sequentially cut into individual double labels 1 having a predetermined length.
[0019]
Next, an example of use of the double label having the above configuration will be described with reference to FIG. First, the label is externally fitted to the container 20 (preferably preheated to about 40 to 55 ° C. in advance), and then the double label 1 is heated by a heating device such as steam. The inner and outer label portions 4 and 5 of the label made of a heat-shrinkable material are both thermally contracted by the heating process and are in close contact with the surface of the container 20 in a tension state. The inner label portion 5 is concealed by the outer label portion 4, but particularly in the case of steam, heat conduction from the outer label portion 4 to the inner label portion 5 is instantaneously and satisfactorily performed with a high amount of heat. . Therefore, the inner label portion 5 can be suitably thermally contracted substantially simultaneously by heating to the outer label portion 4, and both the inner and outer label portions 4 and 5 are in a tension state due to heat contraction. No wrinkles occur in the part 5.
[0020]
Further, the double label 1 is always displayed with the printed layer 11a on the outer surface side of the outer label portion 4, but if one of the perforations 9, 10 of the outer label portion 4 is divided, the outer label is displayed. The part 4 can be appropriately peeled from the inner label part 5, and the printed layer 11 b on the inner surface side of the outer label part and the printed layer 11 c on the outer surface of the inner label part 5 can be visually observed.
[0021]
Further, if the other perforation portion is also divided, the outer label portion 4 can be completely separated from the container 20, and the label portion 4 can also be used as a card-like manual or the like.
[0022]
On the other hand, the printed layer 11 c of the inner label portion 5 can be displayed on the container 20 at all times. As a specific example of use, for example, a product name or a design content for a product PR is applied to the outer printed layer 11a of the outer label unit 4 in a product distribution process, and a consumer who purchased the product uses the product. Necessary contents are described in the inner surface side printed layer 11 b and the inner label portion 5 of the outer label 4.
[0023]
Second Embodiment FIGS. 5 and 6 show a second embodiment of the present invention. The double label 1 of the present embodiment has a configuration in which the respective front end portions 4a and 5a are bonded to both side surfaces of the folded portion 3 through an adhesive. Specifically, the outer surface of the front end portion 5a of the inner label portion 5 is bonded to the rear surface of the base portion 5b of the label portion 5 via an adhesive. Further, the inner surface of the front end portion 4a of the outer label portion 4 is bonded to the outer surface of the base portion 4b of the label portion 4 via an adhesive. Accordingly, the folded portion 3 is sandwiched between the front end portions 4a and 4b of the inner and outer label portions 4 and 5.
[0024]
When manufacturing such a double label, first, the perforation lines 9 and 10 for cutting are engraved at predetermined positions of the elongated belt-like heat-shrinkable sheet material 2 as in the first embodiment. Set up. Predetermined printing layers 11 a, 11 b, and 11 c are applied to the inner and outer surfaces of the outer label portion 4 and the outer surface of the inner label portion 5 of the sheet material 2.
[0025]
The sheet material 2 is folded around its substantially central position as a fulcrum to form double label portions 4 and 5 (see FIG. 5 (A)).
[0026]
Thereafter, the double sheet material 2 is rolled up, and first, the outer surface of the tip portion 5a of the inner label portion 5 is bonded to the inner surface of the base portion 4b of the label 5 through an adhesive (see FIG. 5 (B)). . Next, the inner surface of the front end portion 4a of the outer label portion 4 is bonded to the base portion 4b of the label portion 4 with an adhesive (see FIG. 5C). Thus, since the inner label portion 5 is first bonded to the folded portion 3 and then the outer label portion 4 is bonded, the inner label portion 5 does not become wrinkles as in the first embodiment.
[0027]
Further, after forming a long cylindrical double label, the label is sequentially cut into individual double labels 1 having a predetermined length, as in the first embodiment. Moreover, the usage mode of a label is also the same.
[0028]
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and the shape and size of the double label can be set to an arbitrary shape. Further, the sheet material 2 may be made of a synthetic resin having heat shrinkability, and may be either a single layer or a multilayer, and is not limited to a specific material thereof. In the embodiment, printing is performed on both the inner and outer surfaces of the outer label portion 4 and the outer surface of the inner label portion 5. However, both the printing layers 11 a and 11 b can be seen from the front side of the sheet material 2. It may be formed on the inner surface side of the sheet material 2 via a concealing layer, and the printing layer 11c may also be applied to the inner surface of the inner label portion. Furthermore, the present invention is, as a container double label is attached, is not limited to a container, such as pharmaceuticals and cosmetics which has to be performed for example efficacy books and Ingredients such detail.
[0029]
【The invention's effect】
Since the manufacturing method of the double label of the present invention is configured as described above, the inner label portion can be formed in a cylindrical shape without being affected by the outer label portion, and the inner label portion formed in the cylindrical shape is loosened. Can be prevented. As a result, even if the container is covered with the double label of the present invention and then heated and shrunk, wrinkles and the like can be suitably prevented from occurring on the inner label, and there is no possibility that the display of the inner label becomes difficult to read.
[0030]
Moreover, since the double label of the present invention has the above-described configuration, there is an advantage that the manufacturing method can be easily performed.
