Description

The present invention relates to a connection structure for a temporary scaffold.

Generally, when performing construction work, etc., temporary scaffolds are installed on the outer periphery, and a plurality of support columns are arranged at predetermined intervals, and scaffolding plates are installed between the support columns. A multi-level scaffold is formed by forming a scaffold with a plurality of layers in the same manner, and by sequentially adding support pillars upward and erection of a scaffold plate. In such a temporary scaffold, as a safety measure when the scaffold is added upward, a scaffolding material such as an oblique material, a horizontal material or a vertical material is used as a handrail before the scaffolding plate is installed. Configured to be arranged.

As described above, in the case of arranging a scaffolding material, a bracing or a leading bracing handrail using a coupling member for detachably coupling the scaffolding material to a holder of a column is known (for example, Patent Documents). 1). This leading brace handrail is fixed to the holder at the diagonal position of the support column by a connecting member that is a connecting structure for temporary scaffolding, and the bracing is laid diagonally. Uses a locking hook that is locked to the upper holder in a diagonal position and a locking bracket that is screwed and fixed to the lower holder. With such a connection structure for a temporary scaffold, attachment work can be easily performed.

However, because temporary scaffolding is loaded from all directions, not only in the vertical direction, but also in the horizontal direction, the locking hook may come off the upper holder, or the fixed state may loosen and the scaffolding may be bent There is a risk that.

The temporary scaffolding connection structure 10 (10a, 10b) according to one embodiment of the present invention shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 removably connects the scaffolding material for temporary scaffolding to the wedge receiver 15 of the columns P1, P2. The body 10 is formed integrally with the main body member 20 so as to be freely inserted into and removed from above the main body member 20 composed of two plate-like members 21 and 22 and the hole 16 of the wedge receiver 15. It can be moved back and forth in the lateral direction along the fixed wedge part 30 provided with the joint part 35 and the guide parts 25, 26, 27 formed between the two plate-like members 21, 22 constituting the main body member 20. A lock member 40 is provided, which is engaged with the engaging portion 35 of the fixed wedge portion 30 when moving forward and is disengaged when moving backward.

The main body member 20 includes two plate-like members 21 and 22, and a guide portion is formed between the two plate-like members 21 and 22 of the main body member 20. 2 and 3, a plate piece 27 is disposed at the lower end of the plate-like members 21 and 22 as a guide portion, and a plate piece 25 is disposed above the plate-like members 21 and 22. Thus, the guide portion 25 and the guide portion 27 are held so as to be sandwiched. At this time, the guide portion 25 and the guide portion 27 are provided so that a lock member 40 described later can move linearly in the front-rear direction (in the directions of arrows a and b in FIG. 3). Further, in the embodiment, the fixing pin 26 is also formed as a guide portion that can guide the lock member 40 and is formed so that a drop-off preventing portion 45 of the lock member 40 described later is engaged. It can be set as a simple structure.

The fixed wedge portion 30 is configured to be freely inserted into and removed from the hole portion 16 of the wedge receiver 15 from above. The fixed wedge portion 30 is formed integrally with the main body member 20, and an engaging portion 35 is provided in a main body portion 31 inserted from above the hole portion 16. The engagement portion 35 is formed so that a lock member 40 described later can be engaged. In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the recess portion 35 is provided as the engagement portion, and the distal end portion 42 of the lock member 40 is engaged. Combined. The shape of the engaging portion is not particularly limited, and may be a hole portion 35A through which the distal end portion 42 of the lock member 40 penetrates, or a not-shown groove portion or an engaging protrusion portion may be formed. Further, the fixed wedge portion 30 of the embodiment is formed integrally with the main body member 20 by fixing the lower portion 34 of the root portion 32 to the plate-like member 21 (22) by welding, and the root portion 32 of the fixed wedge portion 30 is formed. Is connected to the end 51a of the skewed material 51, which is a scaffolding material for a temporary scaffold, and the horizontal handrail material 52 through a connecting member 55 fixed by welding.

The lock member 40 is laterally moved along the guide portions 25, 26 and 27 formed between the two plate-like members 21 and 22 constituting the main body member 20 (in the direction of arrows a and b in FIG. 3). And is engaged with the engaging portion 35 of the fixed wedge portion 30 at the time of forward movement, and is disengaged at the time of backward movement .

Further, as shown in the figure, the lock member 40 of the embodiment is provided with a drop-off preventing portion 45 that engages with the fixing pin 26 provided on the main body member 20, and the lock member 40 is moved backward (in the direction of arrow b). Workability and safety are improved without being detached from the main body member 20 when it is linearly moved. Further, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the lock member 40 of this embodiment is configured such that a tip end portion 42 of a rod-like member 41 constituting the lock member 40 is formed in a wedge shape, and the fixed wedge portion 30 is engaged. The lock member 40 is more reliably engaged with the portion 35. In addition, in the embodiment, a protrusion 46 is formed below the rear portion 43 of the rod-like member 41 of the lock member 40, and the protrusion 46 is driven in the direction of arrow a or arrow b in FIG. 3 with a hammer or the like. Thus, the lock member 40 can be engaged or disengaged with respect to the fixed wedge portion 30 very easily. As will be described later, this protrusion may be a protrusion 46A formed on the upper side so as to facilitate the operation according to the position where the connection structure is attached (the connection structure for the temporary scaffold in FIG. 4). Body 10A).

Next, a method of connecting the scaffold materials 51a and 52 to the support pillar P1 using the temporary scaffold connection structure 10 (10a) will be described with reference to FIGS. The connection structure 10 for the temporary scaffold before the connection is in a state in which the lock member 40 is retracted and the drop-off prevention part 45 is engaged with the guide part 26 of the main body member 20.

First, as shown in FIG. 2, when the main body portion 31 of the fixed wedge portion 30 is inserted into the hole portion 16 from above the wedge receiver 15, the connection to the support P <b> 1 of the temporary scaffold connection structure 10 is started. Is done.

Next, as understood from FIG. 3, the lock member 40 is advanced along the guide portions 25, 26, 27, and the protrusion 46 formed on the rear portion of the lock member 40 is moved in the direction of arrow a from the rear side. By hitting it with a hammer or the like, the distal end portion 42 of the lock member 40 is engaged with and fixed to the engagement portion 35 formed in the main body portion 31 of the fixed wedge portion 30. Thereby, the connection of the scaffold materials 51a, 52 to the support pillar P1 by the temporary scaffold connection structure 10 is completed.

Further, when removing the temporary scaffold connection structure 10 from the support pillar P1, as shown in FIG. 3, the protrusion 46 of the lock member 40 is driven in the direction of arrow b with a hammer or the like, and the tip of the lock member 40 is The portion 42 is retracted from the engaging portion 35 of the fixed wedge portion 30 to release the fixation (see FIG. 2), and then the body portion 31 of the fixed wedge portion 30 is removed from the hole portion 16 of the wedge receiver 15 to Removal of the temporary scaffolding connection structure 10 from the column P1 is completed.

As a use example of the connection structure 10 for a temporary scaffold described above, there is a brace 50 for a temporary scaffold as shown in FIG. The temporary scaffolding brace 50 includes two skew members 51, 51 disposed in an inclined manner between the scaffold columns P 1, P 2, and a horizontal handrail material 52 disposed on the skew members 51, 51. And an upper connection structure 10a and a lower side, which are provided at both ends 51a and 51b of the skew member 51 and are removably engaged with the wedge receivers 15 and 15 provided on the pillars P1 and P2. It is comprised from the connection structure 10b. In addition, the structure of the said upper connection structure 10a and the lower connection structure 10b is the same structure as the connection structure 10 for temporary scaffolds of the above-mentioned Example, In the figure, the same code | symbol shall represent the same structure as that Description is omitted. The same applies to the following embodiments.

As understood from FIG. 1, in the upper connection structure 10 a, the end portions 51 a of the horizontal handrail material 52 and the skew material 51 are connected via a connection member 55 fixed to the root portion 32 of the fixed wedge portion 30. It is connected. Further, the lower end portion 51b of the skew member 51 is fixed to the root portion 32 of the fixed wedge portion 30 in the lower connection structure 10b. When connecting the brace 50 for temporary scaffolding to the columns P1 and P2, first, the upper connection structures 10a and 10a are connected to the wedge receivers 15 and 15 provided on the columns P1 and P2, and then the lower connection. The structures 10b and 10b are connected to the wedge receivers 15 and 15 of the columns P1 and P2. In addition, since the connection method with respect to the wedge receiver 15 of the upper side connection structure 10a and the lower side connection structure 10b is the same as that of the connection structure 10 for temporary scaffolds mentioned above, the description is abbreviate | omitted.

Further, as shown in FIG. 4, a temporary scaffolding brace 50A, which is another example of use of the temporary scaffolding connection structure 10, is skewed between the scaffolding struts P1 and P2. , 51, a horizontal handrail material 52 disposed on the skew members 51, 51, and a wedge receiver 15 provided on both ends 51 a, 51 b of the skew material 51 and disposed on the columns P 1, P 2. 15, an upper connection structure 10 </ b> A and a lower connection structure 10 b that are removably engaged with the vehicle 15.

In the upper connection structure 10 </ b> A of the temporary scaffolding brace 50 </ b> A, the upper end portion 51 a of the skew member 51 is fixed to the lower side of the main body member 20 with a connection member. Therefore, the protrusion 46A is formed on the upper side of the lock member 40A so that the hammering operation of the lock member 40A can be easily performed.
