Description

【Technical field】
[0001]
The present invention relates to eyeglasses, and more particularly, to eyeglasses that are reduced in weight so as to be able to relieve wearing stress locally applied to the skin in a portion that comes into contact with the eyeglasses when worn.
[Background]
[0002]
When wearing eyeglasses, stress is applied to the vines on the ears and the skin on the nose pads. In particular, wearing stress becomes unbearable due to wearing for a long time or intense exercise. One effective method for reducing the wearing stress of spectacles is to reduce the weight of spectacles (including sunglasses). Various efforts have been made to reduce the weight, but in order to further reduce the weight, it is necessary to drastically change the shape of the glasses and to devise a wearing method.
[0003]
The idea of attaching the spectacles directly to the skin of the face using an adhesive by devising the wearing method in consideration of such problems has already been filed (see, for example, Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2). However, when the glasses are directly attached to the face using an adhesive, the adhesive surface is soiled with sweat or sebum by repeating fine adjustment of the wearing position and wearing / removing of the glasses, and the adhesive strength rapidly decreases. Therefore, in patent document 2, it restricts to temporary mounting | wearing.
[0004]
Further, an idea has been already filed for an idea of preventing spectacles from slipping off by attaching a magnetic substance to the skin of the nose and attaching a magnet attached to the nose to the nose (for example, Patent Document 3). However, since this spectacle uses a nose pad portion that fixes the spectacles so as to sandwich the nose, mounting stress occurs in the nose portion where the nose pad portion hits during mounting.

[0005]
An object of the present invention is to provide spectacles that can reduce the size and weight of the spectacles and reduce the stress applied to the skin when the spectacles are applied to the face.
[Means for Solving the Problems]
[0006]
The invention of claim 1 includes a lens, a plurality of legs provided on the lens, one attachment / detachment means provided on the distal end side of the legs, and the other attachment / detachment means detachable from the one attachment / detachment means. The attachment member provided and the skin adhesive surface provided on the attachment member are provided.
[0007]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, the one and the other attachment / detachment means are a permanent magnet and a permanent magnet, or a permanent magnet and a magnetic body, or a magnetic body and a permanent magnet.
[0008]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the left and right lenses are provided, and the left and right lenses are connected.
[0009]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, the connected left and right lenses are supported by the attachment members attached to the skin such as the forehead side surface, the temple, the outer sides of both eyes, and the cheeks, and the wearing stress is applied to the ear and nose skin. Is not added.
[0010]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, the one and the other attaching / detaching means are a parallel magnet and a parallel magnet, or a parallel magnet and a magnetic body, or a magnetic body and a parallel magnet, and the parallel magnet is composed of two permanent magnets. The polarities are reversed and arranged in parallel to prevent the magnetic field lines from diffusing.
[0011]
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, the one and the other attaching / detaching means are provided on the engaging protrusion provided on the tip end side of the leg portion and the protrusion engaging portion provided on the mounting member, or on the tip end side of the leg portion. A protrusion locking portion provided and a locking protrusion provided on the mounting member, wherein the locking protrusion and the protrusion locking portion are detachable.
[0012]
In the invention according to claim 7, the one and the other attaching / detaching means are screw receiving portions.
[0013]
The invention of claim 8 has a Fresnel lens-like step on a part of the lens surface.
【The invention's effect】
[0014]
According to the configuration of the first aspect, the attachment member is attached to the appropriate position around the outside of the eye by the adhesive surface, and the lens is attached to the front of the eye by the attachment member attaching / detaching means and the leg attaching / detaching means. This spectacle does not have a frame or a vine and is lightweight, and only a plurality of attachment members are in contact with each other, so that the wearing stress is small. Thus, it is possible to reduce the size and weight of the eyeglasses that are integrated as a rigid body, and the force generated between the skin and the glasses is reduced by the reduction in size and weight. Further, when unnecessary, only the lens and the leg can be easily detached by the attaching / detaching means.
[0015]
Furthermore, the mounting member and the spectacle body can be used as a unit. In this case, when the adhesive surface is soiled with sweat or sebum by repeatedly removing and attaching the glasses, and the adhesive force of the mounting member to the skin surface is reduced, a new mounting member is attached by using the mounting member and the leg part attaching / detaching means. Can be replaced with the main body of the glasses.
[0016]
Moreover, according to the structure of Claim 2, by using a magnet for an attachment or detachment means, it can carry out very easily.
[0017]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the convenience when wearing glasses is improved by connecting the left and right lenses.
[0018]
Then, a pair of left and right thin lenses are attached to two skins around the eyes, such as the forehead and the outside of both eyes, by attaching an attachment member with an adhesive surface and connected by means of attaching / detaching the attachment member and means for attaching / detaching the leg. Wear in front of eyes. The connecting portion of the two thin lenses can be brought into contact with the nose to stabilize the lens position. Furthermore, a buffer material such as sponge, rubber, or gel substance can be attached to the connecting portion, and the nose can be contacted through the buffer material. Usually, the weight of glasses is about 10 to 20 grams. For example, a convex lens or a concave lens having a refractive power of 1.5D is formed into a thin shape using a plastic material having sufficient mechanical strength and impact resistance. In this case, the weight of the glasses including the attachment member can be reduced to about a fraction of the weight. This significant weight reduction reduces the force generated between the skin and the glasses and relieves wearing stress. Furthermore, by attaching a sheet-like attachment member to the skin in contact with the glasses for protection, the mounting stress is reduced. When glasses are not required, only the connected lens and legs can be easily removed by the attaching / detaching means. Further, when the attachment member is attached to the forehead portion, the glasses can be turned over and attached to the forehead, and can be held so as not to obstruct the field of view.
[0019]
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the four attachment members are attached to the spectacle body comprising the connected left and right lenses via the left and right legs. When wearing the spectacles on the face, first, the nosepiece attached to the lens connecting portion of the main body is brought into contact with the nose to roughly determine the position of the spectacle main body. Next, one attachment member on each of the left and right sides is attached to the side surface of the forehead or the left and right skins of the temple, and the position of the spectacle body is roughly fixed. In addition, the left and right mounting members are attached to the left and right skins such as the cheeks and other left and right positions, and the nosepiece is lifted from the nose by finely adjusting the angle of the glasses body. Finally fix the position of the glasses body. As described above, in the eyeglasses according to the fourth aspect, the eyeglass body is supported by the four attachment members attached to the skin such as the forehead side surface, the temple, the outer sides of both eyes, and the cheeks, and the ear and nose have high sensitivity to wearing stress. The eyeglass position can be maintained in a state where no continuous force is applied to the skin.
[0020]
At present, spectacles having a vine to be worn on the ear are generally used. Conventionally, spectacles that keep the wearing position by pressing the tip portion of the vine against the temple portion or the temporal region have been used. There are several types of glasses that are recently modified from this design and that do not have vines on the ear. However, since these glasses generally support the weight of the glasses body with a nosepiece, the wearing stress applied to the skin of the nose is not reduced. According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the surface of the attachment member with respect to the skin is made sticky to increase the adhesion between the attachment member and the skin. Therefore, it is possible to stably hold the position of the glasses by simply attaching a plurality of mounting members to the skin on the side of the forehead, the temple, the outside of both eyes, the cheeks, etc. Sustainable wearing stress is not applied. In this regard, the eyeglasses of claim 4 are completely different from the conventional eyeglasses that do not have a vine to be worn on the ear.
[0021]
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the permanent magnet is used for the attachment / detachment means between the spectacle leg and the mounting member, but the two permanent magnets are used by reversing the polarity. Since the magnetic lines of force generated from the magnets arranged in parallel cancel each other at a long distance, it is possible to prevent the magnetic field lines from spreading and reduce the possibility of adverse effects on electronic devices such as pacemakers.
[0022]
Further, according to the configuration of the sixth aspect, by using the locking projection and the locking hole that can be attached and detached to the attaching / detaching means of the spectacle leg portion and the mounting member, The pair of locking projections can be used as the center of rotation to rotate the glasses up and down. Therefore, when the spectacles are no longer needed, the spectacles can be easily held upside down on the forehead by rotating around the locking projection.
[0023]
Further, according to the configuration of the seventh aspect, the screw is used for the attachment / detachment means between the spectacle leg portion and the mounting member. However, by setting the screw in the horizontal direction, the pair of left and right screws are used as the center of rotation. Can rotate in the vertical direction. Therefore, when the spectacles are no longer needed, the spectacles can be easily held on the forehead by rotating them around the screw.
[0024]
According to the eighth aspect of the present invention, a lens is used in which a step is provided on the lens surface to reduce the thickness. A large-diameter convex lens or concave lens that has a strong refractive power and covers a wide field of view increases in thickness and weight. On the other hand, a Fresnel lens having many steps concentrically can be thinned into a sheet, but its optical performance is not good. The lens having a stepped surface according to claim 8 is provided with a small-diameter lens portion at a central portion of a visual field that requires good optical performance, and a lens having several stepped surfaces at a peripheral portion of the visual field. Thus, it is possible to reduce the weight of the lens having strong refractive power while ensuring both good optical performance at the center of the field of view and a wide field of view.
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
[0025]
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below do not limit the contents of the present invention described in the claims. In addition, all of the configurations described below are not necessarily essential requirements of the present invention. In each embodiment, unprecedented glasses are obtained by adopting new glasses different from the conventional glasses, and the glasses will be described.
[Example 1]
[0026]
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. 1 to 2 show a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the glasses 1 include at least one of left and right lenses 2 and 2, and the lens 2 is a lens or light for correcting vision. A sunglasses lens or the like for adjusting the transmittance of the eye is used and has a shape corresponding to the eye 101 of the wearer. In this example, the left and right lenses 2 and 2 are provided separately.
[0027]
A plurality of legs 3 are provided on the peripheral side of the lens 2, and the legs 3 are composed of a wire 4 having a base end connected to the lens 2 and a permanent magnet 5 provided at the tip of the wire 4. Thus, the permanent magnet 5 as one of the attaching / detaching means has a flat attracting surface 5H on the tip side. In this example, with respect to the lens 2, the leg portion 3 corresponds to two locations, the upper and lower portions corresponding to the upper and lower portions of the outer portion of the wearer's eye 101, and the inner lower portion corresponding to the side surface of the nose 102. It is provided at the place.
[0028]
The wire 4 is flexible and has a predetermined shape retaining property such as synthetic resin yarn or wire, and a pair of holes 6 and 6A are formed close to the edge side of the lens 2. The base end of the wire rod 4 is inserted into the outer hole 6 from the back surface side of the lens 2, and the inserted base end is inserted from the front surface side of the lens 2 to the central hole 6 </ b> A and inserted into the back surface side thereof. A large-diameter retaining portion 4A is formed at the base end and is connected to the lens 2. The wire 4 has a base end side 4K and a distal end side 4S bent in an approximately L shape, and the distal end side 4S of the bent wire 4 is directed substantially in the front-rear direction (front and back direction of the lens 2). ing.
[0029]
Further, the distal end of the wire rod 4 is provided with an enlarged portion 7 that expands toward the distal end with a synthetic resin or the like, and the permanent magnet 5 is provided on the distal end surface of the enlarged portion 7. The planar suction surface 5H is arranged. The permanent magnet 5 is embedded in the enlarged portion 7 and is not exposed. And the leg part 3 is equipped with the shape retention property of the grade which keeps a space | interval between the lens 2 and skin in a mounting state.
[0030]
The glasses 1 include a plurality of attachment members 11 corresponding to the legs 3. This attachment member 11 forms a sheet 12 having a color that is transparent or close to skin in a substantially circular shape, and a permanent magnet 13 that is the other attaching / detaching means is provided at the center of the surface of the sheet 12, and the permanent magnet 13 is a sheet 12 It is embedded inside or provided with a resin coating on the surface and not exposed to the outside. Further, the back surface of the sheet 12 is formed to be substantially flat, and the skin adhesive surface 14 is formed by applying an adhesive or applying an adhesive double-sided tape to the back surface. The permanent magnets 5 and 13 have a substantially disk shape. The sheet 12 is substantially circular and has a maximum dimension of about 10 mm to 20 mm.
[0031]
Next, a method of using the glasses 1 will be described. The attachment member 11 is bonded to two places on the outer portion of the eye 101 and one place on the side surface of the nose 102 by the adhesive surface 14. Then, the corresponding permanent magnet 5 of the leg 3 is attracted to the permanent magnet 13 of the mounting member 11, whereby the lens 2 is placed in front of the eye and the glasses 1 are worn.
[0032]
When the lens 2 is not used, the permanent magnets 5 and 13 are separated from each other, and the lens 2 is removed leaving the attachment member 11. Even in this state, the small mounting member 11 is hardly conspicuous, and even if it is as it is, there is little uncomfortable feeling, and an operation that does not require the glasses 1 can be performed. When the glasses 1 are necessary for sports or reading, the lens 2 can be attached again.
[0033]
Thus, in this embodiment, corresponding to claim 1, the lenses 2 and 2, the plurality of legs 3 and 3 provided on the lenses 2 and 2, and provided on the tip side of the legs 3 and 3 are provided. A permanent magnet 5 as one attaching / detaching means, an attachment member 11 having a permanent magnet 13 as another attaching / detaching means detachable from the permanent magnet 5, and a skin adhesive surface 14 provided on the attaching member 11. Thus, a plurality of attachment members 11 are attached to the appropriate positions around the outside of the eye 101 by the adhesive surface 14, and the lens 2 is attached in front of the eye 101 by the permanent magnet 13 of the attachment member 11 and the permanent magnet 5 of the leg 3. To do. The spectacles 1 have no frame or vine and are lightweight and only have a plurality of attachment members 11 in contact therewith, so that the mounting stress is small. Thus, it is possible to reduce the size and weight of the spectacles 1 that are integrated as a rigid body, and the force generated between the skin and the spectacles 1 is reduced by the reduction in size and weight. If unnecessary, the lens 2 and the leg 3 can be easily removed by the permanent magnets 5 and 13.
[0034]
Further, the attachment site of the attachment member 11 is not particularly limited, but it is possible to select two places on the outer portion of the eye 101 and one place on the side surface of the nose 102.
[0035]
Further, in the present invention, only the attachment member 11 is attached directly to the skin, not the main body of the glasses / sunglasses, and the attachment position is finely adjusted and the glasses 1 are removed by the function of a magnet or the like. There will be no decline.
[0036]
In the present embodiment, since the one and the other attaching / detaching means are the permanent magnets 5 and 13, the hooking and unloading can be performed very easily. One attachment / detachment means is a permanent magnet 5 and the other attachment / detachment means is a magnetic body to be attracted by the permanent magnet 5, and this magnetic body is provided on the attachment member 11, or one attachment / detachment means is the permanent magnet 13. A magnetic body to be adsorbed may be provided, the magnetic body may be provided on the leg portion 3, and the other attaching / detaching means may be the permanent magnet 13.
[0037]
As described above, in this embodiment, the left and right lenses 2 and 2 of the spectacles are separated, and several legs 3 are attached to the respective lenses 2 and 2, and the lenses 2 are connected to the eyes 101 through the legs 3. To put on. When trying to extend both ends of the rim of the normal type edgeless glasses, a large force is applied to the joint portion of the lens 2 by the lever principle, but the force applied to the joint portion of the lens 2 and the leg portion 3 of the present invention is small. Therefore, the lens 2 can be made thinner and the leg 3 can be made thinner and lighter to further reduce the weight.
[0038]
In addition, a sheet-like attachment member 11 is attached to the skin of the site where the spectacles 1 are to be worn with an adhesive to protect the skin. In addition, although a local force is applied to the attachment portion between the attachment member 11 and the leg portion 3, the attachment member 11 distributes the force over a wide area of the skin.
[0039]
In the present invention, the attaching / detaching means is configured by the permanent magnets 13 and 5 as described above. However, when there is a concern that the permanent magnets 5 and 13 may adversely affect a device such as a pacemaker, the attaching and detaching is performed using a hook-and-loop fastener instead of the permanent magnet. Means may be configured. In this case, a male surface fastener and a female surface fastener may be provided on the attachment member 11 or the leg 3 so as to be detachable from the male surface fastener.
[0040]
Further, although the skin is displaced or distorted due to a change in facial expression or the like, it is possible to absorb the displacement or distortion by providing a flexible wire rod 4 such as a tegs on a part of the leg 3.
[Example 2]
[0041]
3 and 4 show a second embodiment of the present invention. The same reference numerals are given to the same portions as those in the first embodiment, and detailed description thereof will be omitted. 2A shows the colored sunglasses. In addition, the leg 3 and the attachment member 11 are substantially hidden by the lens 2A in the mounted state, and the lens 2A is formed larger than the first embodiment. Further, the leg 3 has the base end side 4K of the wire 4 along the back surface of the lens 2A, and the base end side 4K is fixed by bonding or the like. In this example, the base end side 4K of the wire 4 is inserted and fixed to a small-diameter cylindrical member 21, and the cylindrical member 21 is bonded to the back surface of the lens 2A. The lens 2A can be colored by various methods. For example, a lens to which a colored sheet is adhered may be used, or the lens 2A may be a polarizing lens.
[0042]
Further, the permanent magnet 13 is embedded in the central projecting portion 12A of the sheet 12, so that the position of the permanent magnet 13 can be easily understood.
[0043]
Thus, in this embodiment, the glasses 1 are sunglasses in which the lens 2A is colored, etc., and have the same functions and effects as those of the first embodiment. In this example, the back side of the colored lens 2A is used. Since the leg portion 3 and the mounting member 11 are substantially hidden, the mounting structure is not visually recognized from the front side, and it looks as if only the lens 2A is mounted alone, and it is excellent in design and fun. Product value is obtained.
[Example 3]
[0044]
FIG. 5 shows a third embodiment of the present invention. The same reference numerals are given to the same portions as those of the above-described embodiments, and detailed description thereof will be omitted. In this example, the lenses 2 are connected to each other. It is connected by a connecting member 31 such as.
[0045]
As described above, the present embodiment provides the same operations and effects as the first embodiment. In this embodiment, the left and right lenses 2 and 2 are provided in correspondence with the third aspect. Since the lenses 2 and 2 are connected, convenience when the spectacles 1 are worn and stored is improved. For example, if the connecting member 31 is a foldable linear member such as a string, the mechanical independence of the left and right lenses 2 and 2 is not impaired. Then, by connecting the left and right lenses 2 and 2, it is convenient to mount and store the glasses 1 on the face.
[Example 4]
[0046]
FIG. 6 shows a fourth embodiment of the present invention. The same reference numerals are given to the same portions as those of the above-described embodiments, and detailed description thereof will be omitted. The leg portions 3 are provided on the inner side, and the leg portions 3 </ b> A are extended to the forehead above the eyebrows 103 with the base end side 4 </ b> K of the wire 4 facing upward.
[0047]
Therefore, the attachment member 11 is adhered on the eyebrow 103, and the leg portion 3 is attached to the attachment member 11 by the permanent magnets 5 and 13, so that the upper side of the lens 2 is fixed upward by the leg portion 3 in this way. The lens 2 can be mounted in a state of being suspended by the legs 3, and the stability is excellent.
[Example 5]
[0048]
FIGS. 7-10 shows Example 5 of this invention, attaches | subjects the same code | symbol to the same part as each said Example, and abbreviate | omits the detailed description, and spectacles 1 are two thin-shaped. Lenses 2 and 2 are used, and the lens 2 is a lens that corrects visual acuity or a lens of sunglasses that adjusts the light transmittance, and has a shape corresponding to the eye 101 of the wearer as shown in FIG. Have. The left and right lenses 2 and 2 are connected by a connecting member 31. The connecting member 31 is made of a wire such as a wire bent in a substantially U shape and having a predetermined shape retaining property, and is a portion that contacts the nose 102 at the bottom of the U shape. Can be provided with a cushioning material 32 such as sponge, rubber or gel-like substance. The connecting member 31 is connected to the lens 2 by bending both ends or providing enormous portions, and burying both ends of the bent or enlarging connecting member 31 in a synthetic resin 33 or the like attached to the rear surface on the edge side of the lens 2. .
[0049]
The leg portion 3 is provided on the peripheral side of the connected lens 2, and the leg portion 3 includes the wire 4 having a base end connected to the lens 2 and a parallel magnet provided at the tip of the wire 4. 5A and 5B. The parallel magnets 5A and 5B, which are one of the attachment / detachment means, have different magnet polarities on the attracting surface. That is, the parallel magnet is formed by arranging the permanent magnets 5A and 5B side by side, and the parallel magnets 5A and 5B form S pole, N pole or N pole and S pole on one surface, and the parallel magnet 5A on the other surface. , 5B form N pole, S pole or S pole, N pole.
[0050]
And in this Example 5, the leg part 3 is provided with respect to the lens 2 at two places corresponding to the upper part of the left and right eyes 101 of the wearer so that the eyeglasses 1 can be worn while being suspended. is there. The wire 4 is made of a flexible material such as a wire and having a predetermined shape-retaining property, and is attached to a synthetic resin 33 having a bent or enormous tip of the wire 4 attached to the edge side of the lens 2. It is buried and connected to the lens 2.
[0051]
Further, parallel magnets 5A and 5B having different polarities of the magnets on the attracting surface are attached to the tip of the wire rod 4. The wire rod 4 is formed with a folded portion 4B whose tip is bent like a hook, and the parallel magnets 5A and 5B are arranged in the folded portion 4B, and the folded portion 4B and the parallel magnets 5A and 5B are arranged. And the synthetic resin 33A are solidified and integrated, and as shown in FIG. 8A, the adsorption surfaces of the parallel magnets 5A and 5B are exposed so that both surfaces function as adsorption surfaces. To form. The leg part 3 is provided with a shape-retaining property that keeps a distance between the lenses 2 and 2 and the eye 101 in the mounted state.
[0052]
Further, the glasses 1 include two attachment members 11 corresponding to the two legs 3. This attachment member 11 is formed by forming a sheet 12 having a color that is transparent or close to the skin into a substantially oval shape, and on the surface of the sheet 12, parallel magnets 13A and 13B having different polarities of the magnets of the adsorption surface as the other attaching / detaching means. Is attached. These parallel magnets 13A and 13B are embedded in the sheet 12 or attached to the surface. The sheet 12 is formed in a curved surface that matches the curve of the skin surface. A skin adhesive surface 14 is formed on the back surface of the sheet 12 by applying an adhesive or attaching an adhesive double-sided tape. Further, the dimension of the substantially elliptical sheet 12 is about 10 mm and 20 mm in the minor axis and the major axis, respectively. The parallel magnets 5A and 5B and the parallel magnets 13A and 13B are arranged in parallel in the vertical direction.
[0053]
Next, a method of using the glasses 1 will be described. The attachment member 11 is bonded to two skins of the forehead 104 on the left and right eyebrows 103 by the adhesive surface 14. Then, the parallel magnets 5A and 5B of the corresponding leg 3 are attracted to the parallel magnets 13A and 13B of the mounting member 11, so that the lenses 2 and 2 connected in front of the eye 101 are arranged and the glasses 1 are worn. . At this time, due to the elasticity of the leg 3, the connecting member 31 that connects the left and right lenses 2 and 2 is in contact with the nose 102 directly or via the cushioning material 32, so that the positions of the lenses 2 and 2 are stably maintained. .
[0054]
When the glasses 1 are not used, the parallel magnets 5A and 5B and the parallel magnets 13A and 13B are pulled apart, and the connecting lenses 2 and 2 are removed leaving the attachment member 11. Even in this state, the small mounting member 11 is hardly conspicuous, and even if it is as it is, there is little uncomfortable feeling, and an operation that does not require the glasses 1 can be performed. When the glasses 1 are needed for reading or the like, the connecting lenses 2 and 2 can be attached again.
[0055]
Further, as shown in FIG. 10 (B), the removed glasses 1 are turned over, and the parallel magnets 5A and 5B of the leg 3 are attracted to the parallel magnets 13B and 13A of the mounting member 11 in that state. It is also possible to hold the glasses 1 on and keep wearing the glasses 1 in a form that does not obstruct the field of view.
[0056]
Thus, in this embodiment, in correspondence with claim 3, the lens 2, the leg 3 provided on the lens 2, and the parallel magnet 5A as one of the attaching / detaching means provided on the distal end side of the leg 3 are provided. 5B, a mounting member 11 provided with parallel magnets 13A and 13B as other attaching / detaching means that can be attached to and detached from the parallel magnets 5A and 5B, and a skin adhesive surface 14 provided on the mounting member 11; 2 and 2 and these left and right lenses 2 are connected. For example, two attachment members 11 are attached to the front forehead 104 on the eyebrow 103 by an adhesive surface 14 at an appropriate position. The lenses 2 and 2 are mounted in front of the eye 101 by 13A and 13B and the parallel magnets 5A and 5B of the leg 3. The eyeglasses 1 have no frame or vine hooks and are lightweight. Further, since the two attachment members 11 and the connecting member 31 are in contact with the skin directly or only through a cushioning material 32 such as a sponge, rubber, or gel material, the mounting stress is small. By reducing the weight of the glasses 1, the force generated between the skin and the glasses 1 is reduced. When the glasses 1 are unnecessary, the parallel magnets 5A and 5B and the parallel magnets 13A and 13B can be pulled apart, and only the connecting lenses 2 and 2 can be easily removed. Alternatively, the eyeglasses 1 can be turned over and mounted on the forehead that does not obstruct the field of view.
[0057]
The number of leg portions 3 attached to the connected lenses 2 and 2 is not particularly limited. However, considering the ease of wearing, it is reasonable to use two legs in total. Further, although the attachment site of the attachment member 11 is not particularly limited, as shown in the present embodiment, two places on the forehead 104 above the eye 101, two places on the outer part of the left and right eyes 101, Alternatively, it is reasonable to select two temples.
[0058]
In addition, when pasting glasses directly on the face using an adhesive or adhesive double-sided tape as in the past, the adhesive surface becomes soiled with sweat or sebum by repeating fine adjustment of the wearing position and wearing of the glasses, Adhesive strength decreases rapidly. In contrast, in the present invention, only the attachment member 11 is attached directly to the skin, not the main body of the glasses / sunglasses, and the eyeglasses 1 are repeatedly attached and detached repeatedly by attracting and peeling with a permanent magnet or the like. However, since the attachment / detachment means does not reduce the adsorption force, the adhesive force does not decrease. Further, if several sets of spare mounting members 11 are prepared, they can be quickly replaced when the adhesive force is reduced.
[0059]
In this embodiment, since the one and the other attaching / detaching means are the parallel magnets 5A, 5B and the parallel magnets 13A, 13B, a good fixed state can be obtained and the hooking and unloading can be performed very easily. In addition, since the magnetic lines of force generated from the magnets arranged in parallel cancel each other at a long distance, it is possible to prevent the magnetic field lines from spreading and reduce the possibility of adverse effects on electronic devices such as pacemakers. One attachment / detachment means is the parallel magnets 5A, 5B, and the other attachment / detachment means is a magnetic body that is adsorbed by the parallel magnets 5A, 5B, and this magnetic body is provided on the attachment member 11, or one attachment / detachment means is the above-described attachment / detachment means. The parallel magnets 13A and 13B may be magnetic bodies that are attracted, the magnetic body may be provided on the leg 3, and the other attaching / detaching means may be the parallel magnets 13A and 13B.
[0060]
In the present embodiment, the parallel magnets 5A and 5B and the parallel magnets 13A and 13B that prevent the magnetic field lines from diffusing to a long distance are used. However, if the magnetic field lines are not considered to be diffused, a single permanent magnet can be used. A permanent magnet, or a single permanent magnet and a magnetic body, or a magnetic body and a single permanent magnet may be attached to the leg 5 and the attachment member 11, respectively, as attachment / detachment means.
[0061]
The glasses 1 of the present invention can be reduced in weight. For example, when a convex lens or concave lens having a refractive power of 1.5D is molded thinly using a plastic material having sufficient mechanical strength and impact resistance, the weight of the glasses including the mounting member is about several grams. Is possible. This weight reduction reduces the force generated between the skin and the glasses 1. Further, by attaching a sheet-like attachment member 11 to a portion in contact with the glasses 1 to protect the skin, the mounting stress can be further reduced.
[0062]
The spectacles 1 of the present invention shown in Example 5 can be used as spectacles for a person who is forced to wear for a long time while feeling uncomfortable with the stress of wearing the spectacles. In addition, when an appropriate attachment / detachment means for attaching to the leg portion 3 and the attachment member 11 is used, the leg portion 3 can be attached to the attachment member 11 even if the eyeglasses 1 are turned over. In this case, the visual field is not obstructed. Since the spectacles 1 can be attached to the forehead 104, it can be used as spectacles for people who need frequent wearing of the spectacles.

[0063]
FIGS. 11 to 12 show Embodiment 6 of the present invention. The same reference numerals are given to the same portions as those in the above-described embodiments, and detailed description thereof will be omitted. A modification of the attaching / detaching means is shown, and one attaching / detaching means is an engaging protrusion 35 provided in the attaching / detaching means main body 34 or an engaging hole 36 serving as a protrusion engaging portion, and the other attaching / detaching means is provided in the attaching / detaching means main body 34. The locking protrusion 36 or the locking protrusion 35 is elastically engaged with and disengaged from the locking hole 36. For example, one attaching / detaching means is a male snap ring, and the other attaching / detaching means is a female snap ring.
[0064]
Thus, in the present embodiment, corresponding to claim 6, one and the other attachment / detachment means are the engagement protrusion 35 provided on the distal end side of the leg portion 3 and the protrusion engagement portion provided on the attachment member 11. The locking hole 36, or the locking hole 36 that is a protruding locking part provided on the tip end side of the leg part, and the locking protrusion 35 provided on the mounting member 11. The locking protrusion 35 and the locking hole 36 can be engaged and disengaged. Therefore, by setting the locking projections 35 in the left and right lateral directions, the glasses 1 can be rotated in the vertical direction with the pair of left and right locking projections 35 as the rotation center. Therefore, when the spectacles 1 are no longer needed, the spectacles 1 can be easily held upside down on the forehead 104 by rotating around the locking hole 36.
[Example 7]
[0065]
FIG. 13 shows a seventh embodiment of the present invention. The same reference numerals are given to the same parts as those of the above-mentioned embodiments, and detailed description thereof is omitted. A modification is shown, and one attaching / detaching means is a through hole 37 as a screw receiving part or a screw hole 38 as a screw receiving part, and the other attaching / detaching means is a screw hole 38 or a through hole 37, and is inserted into the through hole 37. By screwing the screw 39 into the screw hole 38, the leg portion 3 provided with the through hole 37 and the screw hole 38 and the mounting member 11 are configured to be detachable. The through hole 37 and the screw hole 38 are formed in the attaching / detaching means main body 34 </ b> A, and the attaching / detaching means main body 34 </ b> A is provided in the leg portion 3 and the attachment member 11. The attaching / detaching means main body 34A has a substantially cylindrical shape.
[0066]
Thus, in this embodiment, corresponding to claim 7, one and the other attachment / detachment means are the through-hole 37 and the screw hole 38 which are screw receiving portions, so the screw 39 is used and the screw 39 is attached in the mounted state. By configuring the direction to be set in the horizontal direction, the glasses 1 can be rotated in the vertical direction with the pair of left and right screws 39 serving as the rotation center. Therefore, when the spectacles 1 are no longer needed, the spectacles 1 can be easily held on the front forehead 104 by being rotated around the screw 39.
[Example 8]
[0067]
FIG. 14 shows an eighth embodiment of the present invention. The same reference numerals are given to the same parts as those of the above-mentioned embodiments, and detailed description thereof is omitted. The spectacles 1 of this example is used as sunglasses. The left and right lenses 2A, 2A, their connecting members 31A, and legs 3A, 3A are formed of a lens sheet 41 made of synthetic resin or the like (see FIG. 14). The lens sheet 41 can be colored or provided with a half mirror function, a function as a polarizing filter, an antireflection function, or the like. A buffer material 32A is provided on the back surface of the connecting member 31A, and the parallel magnets 5A and 5B are attached to the back surface of the leg 3A. Separate parallel magnets 13A and 13B are attached to the attachment member 11A having a substantially circular shape, and are attached to two skins on the outside of the eye 101 with an adhesive surface. The attachment member 11A is configured to be substantially hidden by the glasses 1 in the mounted state. The buffer material 32A is in contact with the nose and stabilizes the position of the glasses 1.
[0068]
In the eighth embodiment, an example is shown in which the distances between the parallel magnets 5A and 5B and the parallel magnets 13A and 13B are increased. Thus, if the distance between the magnets arranged in parallel is increased as necessary, the diffusion range of the lines of magnetic force is also increased, so that the glasses 1 can be easily attached.
[0069]
In the present embodiment, the glasses 1 are sunglasses in which the lenses 2A and 2A are colored, and have the same functions and effects as those in the above embodiments. In this example, the back surface of the colored glasses 1 is used. Since the mounting member 11A is substantially hidden from the front, the mounting structure is not visually recognized from the front side, and the appearance is as if only the glasses 1 were mounted alone, and the design is also interesting and high commercial value is obtained. .
[0070]
Further, if the spectacles 1 are formed by the light and durable lens sheet 41, the mass of the spectacles 1 is small even when exercising vigorously, so that stress due to inertia is less likely to occur and it is difficult to be detached from the face. It can also be used as sunglasses to protect the eye 101 when performing sports or the like.
[Example 9]
[0071]
FIGS. 15 and 16 show Embodiment 9 of the present invention. The same reference numerals are assigned to the same parts as those in the above-described embodiments, and detailed description thereof is omitted. In this example, the lens 2A and A step part 42 in the front-rear direction is provided between the leg part 3A and the leg part 3A is located on the back side of the lens 2A.
[0072]
Accordingly, a gap corresponding to the stepped portion 42 is obtained between the both end sides of the lens 2A and the face when worn.
[Example 10]
[0073]
FIGS. 17 and 18 show Embodiment 10 of the present invention. The same reference numerals are given to the same portions as those in the above-described embodiments, and detailed description thereof will be omitted. In this example, a part of the lens surface is shown. The second embodiment is the same as the fifth embodiment except that lenses 2B and 2B having a Fresnel lens-like step are used (see FIG. 17).
[0074]
As described above, the present embodiment provides the same operations and effects as the above embodiments, but further includes lenses 2B and 2B having left and right Fresnel lens-like stepped surfaces, corresponding to claim 8, By reducing the weight of the lens, the wearing stress when wearing the glasses 1 is reduced.
[0075]
When forming a lens having a stepped surface like a Fresnel lens, in order to increase the durability of the lens, the shape of the stepped surface must be considered so as not to create as sharp an edge as possible. Further, the angle of the step surface must be considered so that the light beam passing through the step surface is not incident on the eye as much as possible. For these reasons, a convex lens has a step surface 51A on a concentric circle on the outer surface of the lens opposite to the eye 101, and a concave lens has a step surface 51B on the inner surface of the lens on the same side as the eye. It is reasonable to form 51A or 51B as a part of a conical surface having the eye 101 as a vertex (see FIG. 17). However, it is possible to reduce the lens thickness even on the step surfaces 51A and 51B that deviate from these principles. In the eleventh embodiment, the step surfaces 51A and 51B are provided along two concentric circular tracks, but the number of step surfaces is not particularly defined. In general, any one of a convex lens 2B having 51A and a concave lens 2B having a step surface 51B may be used.
[0076]
A lens that has a strong refractive power and covers a wide field of view increases in thickness and weight regardless of whether it is a convex lens or a concave lens. On the other hand, a Fresnel lens having many steps concentrically can be thinned into a sheet, but its optical performance is not good. However, the human eye has a good visual acuity in a small range at the center of the visual field, and a small-diameter thin lens portion 2C that requires a good optical performance is disposed only in this portion, resulting in poor visual acuity. By providing a thin lens with a stepped surface at the periphery of the field of view, the eyeglasses 1 that require a lens with a strong refractive power can be reduced while achieving both good optical performance at the center of the field of view and a wide field of view. Can be
[0077]
The most important contrivance of the present invention is to reduce the wearing stress by using the glasses 1 reduced in weight. In Example 5, when a 1.5D convex lens or concave lens is used, the weight can be reduced to a fraction of that of normal glasses. However, in the case of a person who requires a lens having a stronger refractive power for correcting vision, the lens becomes thick and heavy as it is, and the mounting stress cannot be reduced efficiently. Even a person requiring such a lens having a strong refractive power can reduce the thickness of the lens 2B by providing several steps on the lens 2B as in the tenth embodiment. , It can be used in a state where the mounting stress is reduced.
[0078]
In addition, this invention is not limited to the said Example, A various deformation | transformation implementation is possible. For example, the number and arrangement of the leg portions provided on the lens, the material of the member connecting the lenses, and the like can be selected as appropriate. Further, the sheet 12 may be a sheet having flexibility along the curve of the skin surface.
Example 11
[0079]
19 to 21 show an eleventh embodiment of the present invention. The same reference numerals are given to the same parts as those of the above-mentioned embodiments, and detailed description thereof will be omitted. , The eyeglasses 1 are attached to the face using attachment members 11U and 11L attached to the skin such as the forehead side, the temple, the outside of both eyes, and the cheeks (FIG. 19). In the case of this embodiment, the skin part of the face to which the attachment members 11U and 11L are attached is located on the side of the head, at least one each on the left and right, in this example, a total of four legs 3U and 3L and a total of four attachments. The heads are sandwiched between the members 11U and 11L, and the glasses 1 can be stably held with a small adhesive force. At this time, as a function of the legs 3U, 3L, the adhesive force of the skin adhesive surface 14 is supplemented by continuously applying a certain weak pressure (force to press against the skin) to the attachment members 11U, 11L. This object can be achieved by producing the leg portions 3U, 3L with the wire 4 having the following. That is, since the left and right mounting members 11U and 11L spread in the mounted state as compared with the interval between the left and right mounting members 11U and 11L before mounting, the mounting members 11U and 11L are attached to the skin by the elastic restoring force of the elastic wire 4. The pressing force can be obtained. Further, since the adhesive force of the attachment members 11U and 11L to the skin is supplemented by the superelasticity of the wire rod 4, the glasses 1 can be stably held even if the adhesive force of the skin adhesive surface 14 is reduced to some extent. Therefore, even if the attachment members 11U and 11L are removed from the face as an integral part of the main body of the spectacles 1 each time the spectacles 1 are detached, the spectacles 1 can be repeatedly worn.
[0080]
When the mounting members 11U and 11L and the spectacle 1 main body are used as a unit, the attaching and detaching means of the mounting members 11U and 11L and the legs 3U and 3L cleans the skin adhesive surface 14 of the mounting members 11U and 11L or newly attaches them. It only needs to be used when replacing the members 11U and 11L. Therefore, it is not always necessary to use a means such as a magnet that can be easily attached and detached, and various attaching and detaching means such as a screw and an adhesive double-sided tape according to claim 7 can be used.
[0081]
In the eleventh embodiment, a flexible cylindrical member 21A is attached to the distal ends of the leg portions 3U, 3L, and the projections 15 provided on the attachment members 11U, 11L are fitted therein to thereby fit the leg portions 3U, 3L and the attachment members 11U, 11L. (FIG. 20A). The attachment members 11U and 11L fitted in the cylinder member 21A can be freely rotated, and the cylinder member 21A itself has flexibility, so that the skin adhesive 14 of the attachment members 11U and 11L and the skin to which it is attached are attached. The angle of the attachment members 11U and 11L can be adjusted so as to be approximately parallel.
[0082]
That is, in this example, the cylindrical member 21A fitted to the tips of the legs 3U, 3L is one attaching / detaching means, and the projection 15 is the other attaching / detaching means, or the tips of the legs 3U, 3L are one attaching / detaching means, The cylindrical member 21A fitted into the protrusion 15 serves as the other attachment / detachment means, and the attachment members 11U and 11L of the glasses 1 are configured to be exchangeable by the attachment / detachment means. In this case, in order to insert and attach the wire-like projection 15 to the cylindrical member 21A, the orientation of the cylindrical member 21A is adjusted by rotating the attachment members 11U and 11L around the projection 15. You can also.
[0083]
In recent years, adhesive gels such as silicon gel and urethane gel, which have moderate adhesiveness, flexibility, and shock absorbing action, have been developed and marketed. In the case of the glasses 1 of Example 11, force due to superelasticity of the legs 3U, 3L is applied between the attachment members 11U, 11L and the skin surface. Therefore, if the main body of the attachment members 11U and 11L is made of an adhesive gel, the force generated between the attachment members 11U and 11L and the skin can be dispersed and alleviated by the adhesive gel 16 (FIG. 20A). . Moreover, you may produce the main body of the attachment members 11U and 11L with the adhesive elastomer which has stronger mechanical strength than an adhesive gel. In general, when the adhesive is peeled off from the adhesion surface, stress is concentrated on a part of the adhesion surface, and the adhesion area is gradually reduced by peeling off this part, and when it exceeds a certain limit, it peels off at once. However, when the main body of the attachment members 11U and 11L is made of the adhesive gel 16 having a high flexibility, and it is constantly pressed against the skin surface with a certain weak force by the superelasticity of the legs 3U and 3L, the stress concentration In addition, the phenomenon in which the adhesion area gradually decreases can be prevented. Therefore, even if the adhesive force of the skin surface 14 is reduced by putting the glasses 1 on and off many times, the glasses 1 can be stably worn on the face. Further, the adhesiveness can be easily recovered by washing the skin adhesive surface 14 and can be used repeatedly. Therefore, the durability of the mounting members 11U and 11L is increased by producing the main body of the mounting members 11U and 11L with an adhesive gel and attaching them to the skin using the superelasticity of the legs 3U and 3L. Further, a synthetic resin 33B is attached to the adhesive gel 16, and a protrusion 15 made of a wire is embedded in the synthetic resin 33, and the protrusion 15 is fitted into the cylindrical member 21A, thereby attaching the mounting members 11U and 11L and the legs 3U and 3L. The attachment / detachment means can be used.
[0084]
Various means are conceivable for attaching the leg portion and the spectacle body. In Example 11, a pair of holes 6 and 6 are formed close to the outside of the lens 2, and the holes 6 and 6 are deformed in advance. A method of inserting the leg portions 3U and 3L made of the superelastic alloy wire 4 is used (FIG. 20B). When the bent portion of the wire rod 4 is inserted to the position of the two holes 6 and 6, the wire rod 4 is pressed against the periphery of the holes 6 and 6 by the elasticity of the wire rod 4, and the positions of the legs 3U and 3L Is automatically stabilized. That is, as shown in FIG. 21, the wire 4 is bent in a substantially V shape in advance so that the tip end side is opened. Since this attachment method does not require screws or adhesives, it is highly reliable, and the legs 3U and 3L can be easily removed. Therefore, the shape of the legs 3U and 3L can be adjusted to the user's face. Easy.
[0085]
The wearing method of the glasses 1 according to the eleventh embodiment will be described. First, the position of the glasses 1 is roughly determined by placing the nosepiece 61 against the nose 102. Next, in order to fix this position, the attachment member 11U at the end of the leg 3U is attached to the forehead side surface or the temple, and the position of the glasses 1 is roughly fixed (FIG. 21A). In this state, stress is applied to the skin of the sensitive nose 102 via the nose pads 61, so that the object of the present invention cannot be sufficiently achieved. Therefore, the attachment member 11L at the end of the leg 3L is attached to the skin of the outside of the eye or the cheek, and the position of the glasses 1 is finally fixed in a state where the nose 61 is lifted from the nose 102 (FIG. 21B )). By using such a mounting method, it is possible to prevent external force from being applied to the ear and nose skin that is highly sensitive to mounting stress in the first place.
[0086]
In Example 11, a nosepiece 61 is provided at the connecting portion of the lens (FIG. 19). Since the nose 61 is used for positioning when the spectacles 1 are attached to the face, the nose 61 is made of a plastic plate that matches the curved surface of the nose 102 so that positioning can be easily performed. A sponge or soft gel may be attached to the surface of the plastic plate with respect to the nose 102 to relieve the force applied to the nose 102. The nose 61 is lifted from the nose 102 with the glasses 1 mounted on the face. However, when a large external force is applied to the glasses 1, the nose 61 receives the external force and prevents the glasses 1 from coming into contact with the eyes 101. Also works.
[0087]
Since the spectacles 1 are attached to the face by the legs 3U and 3L having super elasticity, if the spectacles user moves his / her head, the glasses 1 may vibrate due to the inertial mass of the spectacles 1. Such vibration is absorbed by the mechanical buffering action of the adhesive gel 16 and can be suppressed to some extent. Further, in order to completely prevent the glasses 1 from vibrating, the nosepiece 61 may be brought into contact with the nose 102 again. Therefore, the user of the glasses 1 lifts the nose 61 from the nose 102 when office work or reading hardly moves, thereby eliminating the persistent wearing stress applied to the nose 102 (FIG. 21B), and exercising. When it must be moved, the nose 61 is brought into contact with the nose 102 to stabilize the wearing of the glasses 1 (FIG. 21A), and the wearing method of the glasses 1 can be selected according to the situation.
[0088]
As described above, in this embodiment, the lenses 2 and 2, the plurality of legs 3 U and 3 L provided on the lenses 2 and 2, and the cylindrical member that is one of the attaching / detaching means provided on the distal end side of the legs 3 U and 3 L. 21A, the attachment member 11U, 11L provided with the projection 15 as the other attachment / detachment means detachable from the cylindrical member 21A, and the skin adhesive surface 14 provided on the attachment member 11U, 11L. A plurality of attachment members 11 can be attached by the adhesive surface 14 and the lens 2 can be attached in front of the eye 101.
[0089]
Further, in this example, the mounting members 11U and 11L arranged on the left and right sides of the glasses 1 are mounted so as to sandwich the head, so that they are pressed against the mounting members 11U and 11L by the elastic restoring force of the wire 4 and have a small adhesive force. Thus, the glasses 1 can be held stably.
[Industrial applicability]
[0090]
Low-irritant pressure-sensitive adhesive that can be used directly on the human body, adhesive gel that has both adhesiveness and shock-absorbing action, small but sufficiently strong permanent magnet, plastic material for lenses with sufficient mechanical strength and impact resistance, nickel titanium Materials such as superelastic alloys such as alloys are already commercially available. Therefore, the glasses 1 of the present invention can be industrially mass-produced and have industrial applicability. In addition, the adhesive strength of the mounting member 11 decreases with repeated peeling and re-adhesion, but the skin adhesive surface 14 is washed, the adhesive processed into a double-sided tape is replaced, or the spare mounting member 11 is replaced. This can be solved. The glasses 1 of the present invention are preferably adjusted in accordance with the shape of the user's face. For this purpose, the model lens and the mounting member 11 are connected exclusively by a deformable leg portion such as a wire. Parts can be used.
