The present invention relates to a folding container used for storing, transporting or transporting various articles.
Conventionally, among the four side walls disposed between the frame-shaped upper frame and the bottom, one opposing long side wall is constituted by an upper divided side wall and a lower divided side wall, and the long side of the upper frame And the upper end of the upper divided side wall, the lower end of the upper divided side wall, the upper end of the lower divided side wall, and the lower end of the lower divided side wall and the long side of the bottom are respectively hingedly connected. There is known a folding container in which the upper end portion of a short side wall called an opposite side wall is hinge-connected to the short side portion of the upper frame, and the side wall is configured to be pivotable upward. The folding container assembled in a box shape rotates the flip-up side wall, whose upper end is pivotally attached to the upper frame, from the substantially vertical state to the inside of the folding container to the substantially horizontal state and then the long side wall. A folding container assembled in a box shape is compact and low in height by folding the upper divided side wall and the lower divided side wall, which are formed by a hinge connecting part that connects the upper divided side wall and the lower divided side wall. It is configured so that it can be folded.
In order to take out the articles stored in the folding container assembled in the box shape described above or store the articles in the folding container assembled in the box shape, an opening is formed on at least one of the raised side walls. For example,
Then, by operating the locking member, the locking portion formed at the tip of the locking member is engaged with the engaging recesses formed in the left and right frames forming the opening of the flip-up side wall, thereby locking the locking member. And the locking portion formed at the tip of the lock member is discharged from the engagement recesses formed in the left and right frames forming the opening of the flip-up side wall, so that the locked state by the lock member is released. It is configured.
In the conventional folding container described above, the number of parts of the lock member is large, and the structure thereof is complicated. Therefore, there is a problem that it takes time and skill to assemble the lock member into the folding container.
Further, by operating the locking member, the locking portion formed at the tip of the locking member is engaged with the engaging recesses formed in the left and right frames forming the opening of the flip-up side wall, thereby locking the locking member. And the locking portion formed at the tip of the lock member is discharged from the engagement recesses formed in the left and right frames forming the opening of the flip-up side wall, so that the locked state by the lock member is released. However, when the lock member is operated, the lock member moves while tilting, and the engagement between the locking portion of the lock member and the engagement recesses formed on the left and right frames of the flip-up side wall is ensured. There was a problem that the door was rotated because the lock state was inadvertently released without being performed.
An object of the present invention is to solve the problems of the above-described conventional folding container.
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention has an upper frame, a bottom, a side wall, an upper side wall, and a lower side wall, and a door member is disposed in an opening formed in at least one side wall. Further, an upper horizontal cut end surface d12 is formed by cutting the end vertical portion d2c of the peripheral wall d2 located in the lock member accommodating space A1 in the horizontal direction, and below the upper horizontal cut end surface d12. A lower horizontal cut end surface d13 is formed by cutting the end vertical portion d2c located from the tip of the end vertical portion d2c toward the outer surface d1a of the plate-like portion d1, thereby forming a lower horizontal cut end surface d13. On the outer surface d1a side of the plate-like portion d1, a corner notch d14 is formed by cutting off the end vertical portion d2c of the peripheral wall d2 until it reaches the second upper horizontal rib d4. Furthermore, an upper horizontal short rib d15 reaching the end guide rib d10 is formed at the lower end of the upper horizontal cut end surface d12, and similarly, an upper end of the lower horizontal cut end surface d13 reaches the end guide rib d10. A lower horizontal short rib d16 is formed. The upper horizontal short rib d15, the outermost end guide rib d10, and the lower horizontal short rib d16 form a recess d17.
In the vicinity of both ends of the upper end horizontal portion d2a of the peripheral wall d2 constituting the door member D, there are an inclined plate portion d18a inclined downward in the direction of the end vertical portion d2c of the peripheral wall d2, and an end portion of the inclined plate portion d18a. A fitting step portion d18 is formed which includes a horizontal plate portion d18b extending to the end vertical portion d2c.

Further, a plate-like portion d1 located between the fitting step portion d18 and the upper horizontal short rib d15 formed in the vicinity of both end portions of the upper end horizontal portion d2a of the peripheral wall d2 constituting the door member D described above is provided on the inner surface thereof.

The
An
In addition, an
Further, on the side of the

The
Next, the assembly | attachment of the
First, as shown in FIG. 14, the
When the
When the bow-like curved deformation of the
When the
When the
As described above, the
Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
As described above, in order to lock the door member D and the raised
Further, the
Further, when the
When the folding container is assembled in a box shape and the
Further, when the folding container is assembled in a box shape and the
As shown in FIGS. 6 to 9, the
