Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a hair thickening tool for planting hair by sticking a hair thickening piece to the scalp.
[0002]
[Prior art and problems to be solved by the invention]
As a hair thickening technique, a method using a wig, a method of binding artificial hair to the root of the own hair, and the like are generally known. The method of using a wig can cover a large area at one time, but it is easy to peel off and is unnatural because the appearance changes at a stretch, and the initial cost and the maintenance cost are also expensive. The method of binding artificial hair puts a burden on the own hair, which in turn promotes hair loss. Also, since the own hair grows about 1 cm per month, the appearance tends to be unnatural. .
[0003]
On the other hand, for example, JP-A-8-41718 discloses a hair thickening technique in which artificial hair is directly bonded to the scalp via an adhesive. According to Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 8-41718, a hair thickening piece in which a plurality of artificial hairs are combined with a linear object as a base material is adhered to the scalp with a hair thickening adhesive using the hair thickening tool shown in FIG. . The hair thickening tool 50 shown in FIG. 8 is formed by sticking a transparent or translucent resin film 51 on the tip of the stick stick 52 and temporarily fixing the hair thickening piece 54 to the tip surface 53 of the stick stick 52. 52 is inserted into a transparent or translucent pipe 55, and a thickening adhesive is applied to the distal end surface 53 of the stick-shaped stick 52 at the time of thickening, and pressed against the scalp to be thickened to increase the base material 56 of the thickening piece 54. After adhering to the scalp, the hair thickening piece 54 is implanted into the scalp by pulling up the pipe 55 and the stick-like stick 52 from the scalp.
[0004]
However, according to the conventional hair thickening tool 50, since only one hair thickening piece 54 is provided, when performing a hair thickening operation over a wide area, a large number of hair thickening tools 50 are required and an adhesive is used. It will take a lot of time because it will be repeated many times.
[0005]
An object of the present invention is to provide a hair thickening tool capable of efficiently and quickly thickening a wide area along a scalp having a curved shape.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is a hair growth tool comprising a plurality of hair thickening units equipped with a hair thickening piece having a plurality of hairs attached to a substrate, the hair thickening tool sticking the hair thickening piece to a scalp and planting hair, The unit has a vertically long shape, and includes a capillary tube on the distal end surface for holding the hair thickening piece in a state where the hair is inserted, and the plurality of hair thickening units are arranged in the axial direction of the vertically long shape. The above-mentioned object is achieved by providing a hair thickening tool that is slidably integrated with its side surfaces locked together.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A hair thickening device 10 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 1 is used when the hair thickening piece 11 is directly adhered to the scalp of a thin portion of the hair to increase the hair (see FIGS. 7A and 7B). ). The hair thickening tool 10 according to the present embodiment includes a plurality of hair thickening units 14 each having a hair thickening piece 11 having a plurality of hairs 13 attached to a substrate 12, and each hair thickening unit 14 has a vertically long shape. The distal end surface 16 is provided with a capillary tube 15 that holds the hair thickening piece 11 in a state where the hair 13 is inserted. Further, the plurality of hair thickening units 14 are integrated with their side surfaces locked to each other so as to be slidable in the axial direction X of the vertically long shape.
[0008]
According to this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 2 (a), 2 (b) and 3, the hair thickening tool 10 is constituted by joining and integrating four hair thickening units 14 vertically and horizontally. Each of the hair thickening units 14 is made of, for example, plastic and has a substantially square cross section with a size of about 10 mm in length and width, with an outer peripheral portion serving as a concave and convex portion for locking, and in the vertical direction of FIG. This is a member having a vertically long shape with a length of about 100 mm.
[0009]
Each hair thickening unit 14 has a semi-oval-shaped concave groove 17 in a vertically elongated shape along the side surface of each hair thickening unit 14 at a position offset to one side of each side of a substantially square cross section. Is formed in the axial direction X, and the thin tube 15 is fitted along the concave groove 17 (see FIG. 3). Further, a portion outside the narrow tube 15 of the concave groove 17 into which the thin tube 15 is fitted is disposed as an engagement concave portion 18 on the outer peripheral portion of each hair thickening unit 14 (see FIG. 2A). In addition, the engagement convex portion 19 of the rectangular cross section protrudes outward at a position offset from the other side of each side portion of the substantially square cross section so as to extend to the full length of the vertically long shape along the side surface of the unit 14 for thickening hair. It is provided in the axial direction X.
[0010]
Then, by engaging and locking the engaging convex portion 19 and the engaging concave portion 18 of the hair thickening unit 14 adjacent to the engaging concave portion 18 and the engaging convex portion 19 of each hair thickening unit 14, four thickenings The unit 14 is integrated. Further, guided by the engagement state of the engagement recess 18 and the engagement projection 19, each of the hair-thickening units 14 is locked on its side surface in a state in which it can slide in the axial direction X of the vertically long shape. become.
[0011]
Further, according to the present embodiment, the width of the engaging convex portion 19 is slightly larger than the width of the engaging concave portion 18, and the engaging convex portion 19 pushes the engaging concave portion 18 by the elasticity of plastic. As a result, the hair thickening unit 14 is bonded and fixed to each other by being fitted and locked in the engagement recess 18. Further, the unit 14 for thickening hair that has been bonded and fixed can be easily disassembled by releasing the fitting state. That is, the hair thickening unit 14 is detachably locked and integrated. In addition, since the unit 14 for thickening can be integrated easily so that attachment or detachment is possible by fitting and locking the engaging convex part 19 and the engaging concave part 18, the thickening unit 14 which comprises the thickening tool 10 is used. The number can be increased or decreased as needed.
[0012]
The thin tube 15 is a plastic cylindrical tube having an outer diameter of about 2.2 mm and an inner diameter of about 0.8 mm, and is attached by being fitted along the four concave grooves 17 of each thickening unit 14. It is done. Further, according to the present embodiment, the thin tubes 15 are arranged so as to protrude from the front end surface of the hair thickening unit 14 with a length of about 3 mm, and are evenly distributed on the front end surface of the hair thickening unit 14 at four locations. Is provided. Each capillary 15 is fitted with a hair thickening piece 11 (described later) with the hair 13 inserted therein. In addition, 10 mm or less is preferable and, as for the protrusion length at the time of providing the thin tube 15 protruding from the front-end | tip of the unit 14 for thickening, 0.5-2 mm is especially preferable. By setting the protruding length to 0.5 to 10 mm, it is possible to effectively scrape the own hair, and it is possible to facilitate hair implantation at a place where the aim is to maintain compactness. Moreover, when providing the thin tube 15 protruding from the front-end | tip of the unit 14 for thickening, it is preferable that the outer diameter shall be about 2-3 mm. By setting the outer diameter of the thin tube 15 to 2 to 3 mm, the thickness of the thin tube 15 does not become excessively thin and is not damaged, and it is possible to effectively separate the own hair.
[0013]
According to this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4 as a conceptual diagram, the hair thickening piece 11 attached to the hair thickening unit 14 includes the substrate 12 with the adhesive 21 applied to the back surface and the surface of the substrate 12. And a plurality of hairs 13 implanted in the body. In addition, since the microbeads 22 as fine powder are sown on the adhesive surface of the adhesive 21, fingers and other objects do not come into contact with the adhesive 21 before using the hair thickening piece 11. The adhesive 21 is protected.
[0014]
The substrate 12 has a circular planar shape with a diameter of about 3 mm, and preferably has a thickness of about 5 to 100 μm made of urethane or polyester as an unstretched thermoplastic elastomer. The substrate 12 has a moisture permeability of 200 g / m 2 or more (measured at 40 ° C. and 90% RH according to JIS standard Z0208 cup method B) and a mechanical strength of about 2-7 MPa (JIS standard K6301). Mechanical strength tensile test by 100% modulus (40 ° C.), thereby providing moderate flexibility to follow the movement of the scalp, and supporting a plurality of hairs 13 for a certain period of time while being physically loaded on the scalp It has physical properties that will not break even under load. Moreover, the moisture permeability does not have an extreme influence on the sweating action from the scalp.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive 21 is made of various known pressure-sensitive adhesives having a water vapor transmission rate of 200 g / m 2 or more (measured at 40 ° C. and 90% RH, according to JIS standard Z0208 cup method B method). However, it is preferable to use an adhesive made of N-alkyl-substituted acrylamide or methacrylate, for example, and is applied to the entire back surface of the substrate 12 with a thickness of about 5 to 100 μm. As a result, the entire thickness of the substrate 12 with the adhesive 21 applied to the back surface remains at about 200 μm, so that even when the hair thickening piece 10 is adhered to the scalp, even if it is touched with a finger, it is almost sensed. It will not be possible, and you will be freed from discomfort after installation. Moreover, the moisture permeability does not have an extreme influence on the sweating action from the scalp.
[0016]
Here, the pressure-sensitive adhesive is a substance having a property of adhering to an object with a pressure of about finger pressure, and generally means a polymer solution exhibiting viscous flow, or a polymer substance having a softening point of 150 ° C. or lower. Therefore, the pressure-sensitive adhesive in the present invention is a substance that is clearly distinguished from an adhesive that has a high softening point (several hundred degrees C. or higher) that does not exhibit viscous flow at room temperature after bonding.
[0017]
The hair 13 to be planted on the surface of the substrate 12 can be either artificial hair or natural hair. However, according to this embodiment, six hairs having a length of about 10 cm, for example, by ultrasonic melting. Artificial hair is planted. In addition, the number and length of the hair 13 to be planted can be appropriately set in view of the density and length of the own hair.
[0018]
The microbeads 22 are fine powders of harder hardness than the pressure-sensitive adhesive 21 having a particle size of about 0.5 to 10 μm made of silica or the like, and the entire pressure-sensitive adhesive surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive 21 is formed by a dry liquid crystal spacer spraying method. 1 to 70%, preferably 1.5 to 30%, particularly preferably 2 to 5%. In addition, when the area | region which covers the adhesive surface of the adhesive 21 with the microbead 22 is too large, there exists a possibility that the board | substrate 12 may not fully adhere to a scalp, and when the area | region which covers an adhesive surface is too narrow, the said hair thickening piece 11 is used. Before doing so, it becomes easier for fingers and other objects to come into contact with the adhesive 21.
[0019]
When the microbeads 22 are attached to the adhesive surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive 21 when the hair thickening piece 11 is not used, when the pressure is applied to press the substrate 12 against the scalp when the hair thickening piece 11 is used, the action of this pressing force is applied. As shown in FIG. 5, the substrate 12 sinks into the pressure-sensitive adhesive 21 and exposes the pressure-sensitive adhesive 21 to the pressure-sensitive adhesive surface, thereby causing the substrate 12 to adhere to the scalp via the pressure-sensitive adhesive 21.
[0020]
Then, the hair thickening piece 11 having the above structure is attached to the hair thickening unit 14 by temporarily fixing the substrate 12 to each front end opening of the thin tube 15 in a state where the hair 13 is inserted from the front end opening of the thin tube 15. Each is mounted (see FIG. 1). That is, as shown in FIG. 6, the hair 13 of the hair thickening piece 11 is inserted from the openings of the tips of the four thin tubes 15, and the surface of the substrate 12 positioned around the hair transplantation site of the hair 13 is opened to the openings of the thin tubes 15. The four hair thickening pieces 11 are placed in a state where the back surface of the substrate 12 coated with the adhesive 21 is directed to the front end side by contacting the edge 23 and adhering via the temporary fixing adhesive 24. Each is attached to the unit 14 for thickening hair. It should be noted that a temporary adhesive can be used in place of the temporary adhesive 24.
[0021]
According to the present embodiment, the temporary tacking pressure-sensitive adhesive (or adhesive) 24 is made of a pressure-sensitive adhesive (or adhesive) having an adhesive force weaker than the adhesive force of the pressure-sensitive adhesive 21, and the opening edge of each thin tube 16. 23 is applied in advance. And when the surface of the board | substrate 12 is made to contact | abut to the opening edge part 23, the said surface is adhere | attached and each hair thickening piece 11 is hold | maintained so that it may not fall out from the capillary 15 when the hair thickening tool 10 is unused. When the hair thickening tool 10 is used, the substrate 12 adhered to the scalp is peeled off from the opening edge 23 of each capillary 15 via the adhesive 21 having a strong adhesive force, and the hair 13 is smoothly pulled out from the capillary 15 to increase the hair. The flocking by the piece 11 can be performed. In addition, it is preferable to use a water-soluble adhesive (or adhesive) 24 for temporary fixing. By using a water-soluble pressure-sensitive adhesive (or adhesive), after the hair thickening piece 11 is adhered to the scalp, the temporary fixing adhesive (or adhesive) 24 remaining on the surface side of the substrate 12 is washed away. Thus, dirt or the like can be avoided from adhering to the temporary tacking adhesive (or adhesive) 24. Here, N-alkyl-substituted acrylamide, (meth) acrylate, or the like can be used as the adhesive, and polyvinyl alcohol, polyacrylic acid, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, or the like can be used as the adhesive.
[0022]
Further, according to the present embodiment, the front end surfaces of the four hair thickening units 14 constituting the hair thickening tool 10 each have a width of about 1 cm 2 , and thus the hair thickening tool 10 thickens hair on the scalp in the region of 4 cm 2. On the other hand, the hair increase pieces 10 having six hairs 13 are respectively attached to a total of 16 tubules 15 protruding substantially uniformly distributed on the front end surface. Therefore, with the hair thickening tool 10, 16 × 6 = 96 hairs 13 can be implanted at a time on a 4 cm 2 scalp. Generally, the number of natural hairs is 100 to 200 for 1 cm 2 scalp, but a sufficient concealing effect is obtained by about 96 hair transplants per 4 cm 2 , so according to this embodiment, By sticking the hair thickening piece 11 using the hair thickening tool 10, it becomes possible to increase the hair with naturalness close to natural hair.
[0023]
In order to increase the hair by sticking the hair thickening piece 11 to the scalp using the hair thickening tool 10 of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7 (a), the distal end surface of the hair thickening unit 14 in which four are integrated. The tip of the capillary 16 on which the substrate 12 is temporarily fixed is pressed directly against the scalp while scraping the remaining natural hair 25 with the capillary 15 protruding from the head. In the operation up to the pressing, the adhesive 21 applied to the back surface of the substrate 12 is covered with the microbeads 22 so that the surrounding hair 25 is not attached. If the state where the tip of the thin tube 15 is pressed against the scalp is held for a while, the microbeads 22 sink into the adhesive 21 by the action of the pressing force, and the adhesive 21 appears on the adhesive surface. 12 will adhere firmly to the scalp. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 7 (b), if the unit 10 for thickening the hair is pulled up, the temporarily fixed state of the substrate 12 is released, and the hair 13 is smoothly extracted from the cylindrical portion 16 so that a wide area of 4 cm 2 is obtained. About 96 hairs 13 are implanted into the scalp at once.
[0024]
In addition, according to the present embodiment, the four hair thickening units 14 constituting the hair thickening tool 10 are integrated while locking their side surfaces so as to be slidable in the axial direction X of the vertically long shape. By relatively shifting the position of the tip surface of each hair thickening unit 14, the tip of the thin tube 16 of each hair thickening unit 14 can be aligned along the curved surface of the scalp. Therefore, when pressing the tips of the 16 thin tubes 15 in total against the scalp, it becomes easy to press against the scalp with equal pressure, making it possible to perform the hair transplanting operation smoothly and efficiently, and to increase the hair increasing piece 11. It becomes possible to adhere to the scalp in a stable state.
[0025]
That is, according to the hair thickening tool of the present embodiment, it is possible to efficiently and quickly increase the hair in a wide area along the scalp of the head having a curved shape. Further, the hair thickening pieces 11 can be adhered to a narrow region by using them individually, without locking a plurality of hair thickening units 14 individually.
[0026]
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made. For example, the hair thickening unit does not necessarily need to be detachably integrated as long as it is slidably locked in the longitudinally long axial direction. Further, the thin tube does not necessarily have to be provided so as to protrude from the distal end surface of the hair thickening unit. Furthermore, the unit for thickening can also employ | adopt things other than the shape of the said embodiment, for example, can also be provided with the cross section of circular shape or a honeycomb shape.
[0027]
