Description

The present invention relates to a charging base that can stably connect an output terminal to an electronic device to be mounted, and in particular, when the electronic device is mounted, the output terminal protrudes from the case and is electrically connected to the electronic device to make contact. It relates to a charging stand that eliminates defects.

(特許文献1参照)   A charger has been developed in which an output terminal is housed in a case without an electronic device attached, and when the electronic device is attached, the output terminal protrudes and is electrically connected to the electronic device. (See Patent Document 1)

The charger described in Patent Document 1 has a structure in which an output terminal is housed in a case in a state where a telephone device which is an electronic device is not mounted, and the output terminal protrudes and contacts a contact of the telephone device when the telephone device is mounted. It is said. This charger is provided with a pair of charging terminals that protrude from the bottom surface of the mounting portion and elastically press the contacts of the telephone. The charger includes a pair of actuating members that are pressed by a telephone mounted on the mounting portion to move the position of the charging terminal in order to insert and remove the pair of charging terminals from the case. The actuating member includes a projecting portion disposed so as to be able to enter and exit the bottom surface of the mounting portion, and a regulating portion that pushes down the charging terminal and moves it into the case. Furthermore, the charger includes an elastic body that presses the output terminal down by the restricting portion and biases the pair of actuating members in a direction in which the protruding portion protrudes from the bottom surface when the electronic device is not attached. In the charger, when the electronic device is not attached to the attachment portion, the regulating portion of the operating member pushes down the output terminal by the elastic force of the elastic body, and the output terminal is accommodated in the case. When the electronic device is mounted on the mounting portion, the protruding portion is pressed by the electronic device, the operating member tilts in the case, and the tilting restricting portion does not push down the output terminal, so that the output terminal is not mounted on the mounting portion. To elastically press the contact of the telephone. The charger having this structure can be connected to the contact point of the electronic device while eliminating the contact failure by allowing the output terminal composed of a pair of charging terminals to come in and out of the case depending on the mounting state of the electronic device.

By the way, the charger which communicates a charger and an electronic device, for example via a USB terminal, needs to connect many signal terminals to an electronic device in addition to a pair of charging terminals. In this structure, it is necessary to arrange a large number of output terminals including charging terminals and signal terminals side by side. In the structure in which a large number of output terminals are in contact with connection terminals of an electronic device, the force with which the output terminal presses the electronic device is increased. This is because each output terminal is pressed against the connection terminal with a predetermined pressing force in order to eliminate the contact failure. When the total pressing force with which the output terminal presses the electronic device increases, the electronic device cannot be set at a fixed position of the charger. This problem can be solved by holding the electronic device in a fixed position with a fitting structure in the charger. In this charger, a fitting portion that holds the electronic device in a fixed position is provided in the case. In the electronic device arranged at a fixed position in the fitting structure, the protruding portion is pushed in, and a large number of output terminals are pushed out of the case to contact the connection terminals of the electronic device.

Since the charger having this structure pushes the protrusion and pushes a large number of output terminals out of the case, the force to press the protrusion increases as the number of output terminals increases. For example, a charger that connects three signal terminals and two power supply terminals to an electronic device presses five output terminals against the electronic device. Since this charger pushes out five output terminals, the force which pushes in a protrusion part becomes strong, and there exists a fault that the part which presses the protrusion part of an electronic device becomes easy to be damaged.

According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a power receiving table including a case having a mounting portion for holding an electronic device having a built-in battery in a detachable fitting structure and holding the electronic device in a fixed position, and an electronic device set in the mounting portion. An output terminal that is elastically pressed by the connection terminal, a protrusion that protrudes from the mounting portion of the case, and a table that is moved by being pushed by an electronic device set in the mounting portion, and a protrusion of the base A charging stand including an elastic body that applies elastic force in a direction protruding from the mounting portion, and an output terminal is an elastic metal wire that can be elastically deformed , and is fixed in the case (1) and is used as a connection terminal of an electronic device. It has a contact part to be connected, and the stand has a pressing part for moving the contact part of the output terminal in the direction in the case at the non-attachment position where the electronic device is not set, and the electronic part is not attached to the attachment part. At the mounting position, the pressing part of the base is the contact of the output terminal In the mounted state where the electronic device is mounted on the mounting portion, the electronic device pushes the protruding portion of the base to move the base, and the pressing portion of the tilting base in the moving position is the output terminal. The contact part protrudes from the mounting part and is electrically connected to the connection terminal of the electronic device, and the output terminal is bent into a mountain shape at one end part as a contact part, and the other end part as a fixed part. This is a push spring in which an elastic force acts in the direction in which the portion and the fixed portion expand, and the pressing portion of the base pushes down the portion extending from the contact portion in the output terminal, as opposed to the fixed portion.
The charging stand of the present invention has the following configuration in order to achieve the above-described object.
The charging stand includes a case 1 having a mounting portion 2 that holds and sets an electronic device 20 containing a battery in a fixed position in a detachable fitting structure, and a connection terminal of the electronic device 20 set in the mounting portion 2 An electronic device that has a plurality of output terminals 3 composed of a power supply terminal 4 and a signal terminal 5 that are elastically pressed by 21 and a protruding portion 7 that protrudes from the mounting portion 2 of the case 1 and is set in the mounting portion 2 The tilting table 6 that is tilted by being pushed by 20, the elastic body 9 that applies an elastic force in the direction in which the protruding portion 7 of the tilting table 6 protrudes to the mounting portion 2, and the substrate 10 that is built in the case 1. Prepare. The output terminal 3 including the power supply terminal 4 and the signal terminal 5 is an elastic metal wire that can be elastically deformed, and has contact portions 4 a and 5 a connected to the connection terminal 21 of the electronic device 20. The power terminal 4 is connected to the tilting table 6, and the signal terminal 5 is connected to the substrate 10. The tilting table 6 has a pressing portion 8 that moves the contact portion 5a of the signal terminal 5 in the direction in the case 1 at a non-mounting position where the electronic device 20 is not set. In the non-mounting position where the electronic device 20 is not mounted on the mounting unit 2, the pressing unit 8 of the tilting table 6 moves the contact portion 5 a of the signal terminal 5 in the direction in the case 1 and is connected to the tilting table 6. The power terminal 4 moves in the direction in the case 1 together with the tilting table 6. When the electronic device 20 is mounted on the mounting portion 2, the electronic device 20 pushes the protruding portion 7 of the tilting table 6 to tilt the tilting table 6, and the pressing unit 8 of the tilting table 6 at the tilting position is the signal terminal. 5 is protruded to the mounting portion 2, and the contact portion 4 a of the power supply terminal 4 connected to the tilting base 6 is also protruded to the mounting portion 2 to be electrically connected to the connection terminal 21 of the electronic device 20. .

The charging stand of the present invention can connect a plurality of output terminals 3 including the power supply terminal 4 and the signal terminal 5 to the tilting stand 6 and the substrate 10 in a state where the contact portions 4a and 5a are arranged side by side.

In the charging stand of the present invention, the power supply terminal 4 and the signal terminal 5 are processed into a loop shape in the middle of the elastic metal wire, and one end portion of the loops 4b and 5b is bent into a mountain shape to form contact portions 4a and 5a. The other ends of the loops 4b and 5b can be fixed portions 4c and 5c. Further, the power terminal 4 can connect the fixing part 4 c to the tilting table 6, and the signal terminal 5 can connect the fixing part 5 c to the substrate 10.

In the charging stand of the present invention, the tilting base 6 is built in the case 1 so as to be tiltable with the middle as a fulcrum, the protrusion 7 is provided at the first end 6A which is one end of the fulcrum, and the other second An electrode window 14 for projecting the contact portions 4a and 5a of the output terminal 3 is opened at the end 6B of the output terminal 3, and the contact portions 4a and 5a bent in a mountain shape can be freely inserted into and removed from the electrode window 14. .

In the power receiving stand according to claim 1 of the present invention, the pressing portion pushes down the output terminal, and the contact portion is accommodated in the case. Also, the contact portion of the output terminal is raised.
The charging stand according to the present invention is characterized in that damage to the electronic device due to the protruding portion that pushes out the output terminal from the case while pressing both the power terminal and the signal terminal against the connection terminal of the electronic device can be reduced. That is, the charging stand of the present invention does not fix all output terminals to the board built in the case, only the signal terminals are fixed to the board, and the power supply terminals are fixed to the tilting base tilted by the protruding portion. Because. The signal terminal is fixed to the substrate and is pressed by the pressing portion of the tilting table, so that the contact portion is accommodated in the case. The tilting table in which the contact portion of the signal terminal is pushed into the case is tilted to a position where the protruding portion is pushed by the elastic body. Since the elastic body tilts the tilting table and pushes the contact portion of the signal terminal into the case, it is necessary to strongly tilt the tilting table when the number of signal terminals increases. This is because the tilting table is tilted by the elastic force of the elastic body. In the charging stand of the present invention, only the signal terminal is fixed to the substrate, and the power supply terminal is not fixed to the substrate. This structure can reduce the number of output terminals fixed to the substrate. For this reason, the number of output terminals that the elastic body tilts the tilting table and pushes the contact portion into the case can be reduced. Therefore, the elastic force by which the elastic body tilts the tilting table can be weakened. In other words, the elastic body can be made into a weak spring. The tilting table tilted by the weak spring can weaken the force by which the protruding portion protrudes to the mounting portion. For this reason, the force which pushes a protrusion part with an electronic device can be weakened, and it can prevent that a power supply terminal is pushed by a protrusion part and is damaged.

Furthermore, the charging stand of this invention fixes a power supply terminal to a tilting stand. Therefore, the power terminal does not apply a force that causes the protruding portion of the tilting table to protrude to the mounting portion. However, in a state where the electronic device is set in the mounting portion, the power supply terminal is pressed against the connection terminal of the electronic device. However, the electronic device can be set on the mounting portion so that the connection terminal comes into contact with the power supply terminal after the protrusion is pushed in and the tilting table is tilted. For this reason, when the electronic device pushes the protruding portion into the case, the elasticity of the power supply terminal does not press the protruding portion against the electronic device. Therefore, the charging stand of this invention can weaken the force in which an electronic device pushes a protrusion part, and can reduce the damage of the electronic device by a protrusion part.

Moreover, since the charging stand of the present invention fixes the signal terminal to the board and the power supply terminal to the tilting base, it is necessary to connect the power supply terminal to the board via the lead wire. There is no need to connect lead wires that are fixed directly to the substrate and induce noise. For this reason, the feature which can reduce the influence of the noise of a signal terminal is also realized.

As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the electronic device 20 set in the mounting portion 2 is connected to the projecting portion 7 of the tilting table 6, the power terminal 4 that is the output terminal 3, and the contact portions 4 a and 5 a of the signal terminal 5. Pressed. The fitting structure of the mounting part 2 holds the electronic device 20 pressed by the protruding part 7 and the contact parts 4a and 5a in a fixed position. The case 1 in the figure is provided with a mounting portion 2 for mounting the electronic device 20 in an inclined posture. However, the charging stand of the present invention does not specify the posture in which the electronic device is set on the mounting portion as the inclined posture. This is because the electronic device can be set on the mounting portion in a vertical or horizontal posture.

The electronic device 20 that is set on the charging stand of the present invention and is charged with a built-in battery is a device that has a built-in battery and electronic circuit, such as a mobile phone, or a device that has a built-in battery such as a pack battery. is there. The charging stand incorporates a charging circuit inside the case 1 or is connected to a power adapter provided outside to charge a battery incorporated in the electronic device 20 set in the mounting portion 2.

The output terminal 3 is elastically pressed by the connection terminal 21 of the electronic device 20 set in the mounting part 2 of the case 1 and is electrically connected. The output terminal 3 includes a power supply terminal 4 for charging a built-in battery and a signal terminal 5 that communicates with the electronic device 20. As shown in FIG. 9 and FIG. 10, the charging stand is provided with five signal terminals 5 and five output terminals 3 including a pair of power supply terminals 4 disposed on both sides thereof. Further, the plurality of output terminals 3 including the power supply terminal 4 and the signal terminal 5 have contact portions 4a and 5a connected to the connection terminal 21 of the electronic device 20 arranged in a line in a row.

The output terminal 3 including the power supply terminal 4 and the signal terminal 5 is manufactured by bending an elastic metal wire that can be elastically deformed. The output terminal 3 shown in the drawing has a middle part of an elastic metal wire processed into a loop shape, and one end portion thereof is bent into a mountain shape to form contact portions 4a and 5a, and the other end is formed as fixing portions 4c and 5c. The angled contact portions 4 a and 5 a are provided with straight portions 4 d and 5 d on both sides thereof, and the straight portions 4 d and 5 d are disposed on the lower surface of the tilting table 6. The output terminal 3 is a push spring in which an elastic force acts in a direction in which the contact portions 4a and 5a and the fixing portions 4c and 5c provided at both ends of the loops 4b and 5b are expanded. The pair of power supply terminals 4 connects the fixed portion 4 c to the tilting table 6. The power terminal 4 in the figure is connected to the tilting table 6 by processing the tip of the fixing portion 4c into a hook shape. That is, the power supply terminal 4 is connected to the tilting table 6, and tilts together with the tilting table 6 when the electronic device 20 is set on the mounting unit 2 and the tilting table 6 is tilted. Further, the power supply terminal 4 is connected to the tip of the fixing portion 4 c by a method such as soldering the lead wire 13, and the lead wire 13 is connected to the substrate 10. The power supply terminal 4 supplies a charging current from the substrate 10 via the lead wire 13. The signal terminal 5 has the fixing portion 5c fixed to the substrate 10 directly by soldering or the like. The signal terminal 5 shown in the figure penetrates the fixing portion 5c into the substrate 10 and is fixed by soldering. The substrate 10 is fixed to the bottom plate 1 </ b> B of the case 1 below the tilting table 6.

In the power supply terminal 4, linear portions 4 d provided on both sides of the contact portion 4 a are disposed on the lower surface of the tilting table 6, and the mountain-shaped contact portion 4 a is protruded upward from the electrode window 14 of the tilting table 6. The power supply terminal 4 elastically protrudes the contact portion 4 a from the electrode window 14 of the tilting table 6. The signal terminal 5 also has a linear portion 5 d disposed on the lower surface of the tilting table 6, and a mountain-shaped contact portion 5 a protruding upward from the electrode window 14 of the tilting table 6. The signal terminal 5 also elastically protrudes the contact portion 5 a from the electrode window 14 of the tilting table 6.

The tilting table 6 is built in the case 1 so that it can tilt. The tilting table 6 is pushed and tilted by the electronic device 20 set in the mounting portion 2. The tilting table 6 has a protruding portion 7 that protrudes from the mounting portion 2 of the case 1 so as to be tilted by the electronic device 20. The tilting table 6 of FIG. 10 is built in the case 1 so that it can tilt with a tilting shaft 15 provided in the middle as a fulcrum. The tilt shaft 15 protrudes on both sides of the tilt table 6 and is provided in a straight line. A bearing portion 19 that supports the tilt shaft 15 so as to be rotatable is provided inside the case 1. The tilting shaft 15 is inserted into the bearing portion 19 of the case 1, and the tilting table 6 is connected to the case 1 so that it can tilt.

The tilting table 6 has a tilting shaft 15 serving as a fulcrum as a boundary and a first end 6A as one end, and a protruding portion 7 at the left end of the tilting shaft 15 in the drawing. In the illustrated tilting table 6, the protruding portion 7 is formed of plastic separately from the tilting table 6, and the protruding portion 7 is connected to the tilting table 6. The protrusion 7 is placed in a recess 16 provided in the case 1 so as to be movable in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the mounting portion 2. The protrusion 7 is provided with a hook-shaped stopper 7 </ b> A at the lower end so that the protrusion 7 does not come out of the recess 16. The recess 16 has a small opening so that the protrusion 7 protrudes but the stopper 7A is locked. Further, the protruding portion 7 is provided with a connecting groove 7 </ b> B that connects the end portions of the tilting table 6. The connecting groove 7 </ b> B opens in the direction of the tilting table 6 and inserts the tip of the tilting table 6. When the protruding portion 7 is pushed by the electronic device 20 and pushed from the case 1, the protruding tilting table 6 is tilted.

Further, the tilting base 6 has the tilting shaft 15 serving as a fulcrum as a boundary, and projects the contact portions 4a and 5a of the output terminal 3 to the second end 6B, which is the other end, and to the right end in the figure. The electrode window 14 is opened. The electrode window 14 is inserted through the contact portions 4a and 5a of the output terminal 3 bent in a mountain shape so as to freely enter and exit. Since the electrode window 14 is inserted through the mountain-shaped contact portions 4a and 5a, the electrode window 14 is opened in a slit shape. The width of the slit is larger than the thickness of the elastic metal wire of the output terminal 3 and wider than the width of the mountain-shaped contact portions 4a and 5a. Since the charging stand shown in the figure has five rows of contact portions 4a and 5a arranged in a straight line, five rows of slit-like electrode windows 14 are arranged side by side and opened. The electrode window 14 of the tilting table 6 is provided at a position facing the electrode window 18 opened on the upper surface 1 </ b> A of the case 1.

The tilting table 6 includes a pressing portion 8 that moves the contact portion 5a of the signal terminal 5 in the direction in the case 1 at a non-mounting position where the electronic device 20 is not set on the mounting portion 2. In the illustrated tilting table 6, the linear portion 5 d of the signal terminal 5 is disposed on the lower surface of the second end portion 6 </ b> B, and the mountain-shaped contact portion 5 a protrudes upward from the electrode window 14. The end portion 6B of 2 is a pressing portion 8 of the signal terminal 5. Here, the second end portion 6B of the tilting table (= the pressing portion 8 of the signal terminal 5) also locks the pair of power supply terminals 4, but the power supply terminal 4 is fixed to the tilting table 6. Tilt with the tilting table 6. In the illustrated tilting table 6, the linear portion 4 d of the power terminal 4 is also disposed on the lower surface of the second end portion 6 </ b> B, and the angled contact portion 4 a protrudes upward from the electrode window 14. With this structure, the protruding position of the contact portion 4a of the power terminal 4 can be accurately specified. However, since the charging stand of the present invention connects the power supply terminal 4 to the tilting stand 6, the position where the power supply terminal 4 is connected to the tilting stand 6 is specified, and the protruding height of the contact portion 4a is specified. You can also. Therefore, it is not always necessary to specify the protruding position of the power supply terminal by the pressing portion provided on the tilting base.

The elastic body 9 presses the tilting table 6 in a direction in which the protruding portion 7 protrudes from the mounting portion 2 of the case 1. The illustrated elastic body 9 is formed by processing the middle of an elastic metal wire into a loop shape and providing linear pressing pieces 9a at both ends of the loop 9b. The elastic body 9 is a push spring that expands the pressing pieces 9a at both ends, and is disposed between the tilting table 6 and the bottom plate 1B of the case 1 to elastically press the protruding portion side of the tilting table 6. ing. When the electronic device is not mounted, the three signal terminals 5 are locked by the second end 6B (= the pressing portion 8 of the signal terminal 5) of the tilting base 6 and are pushed down to the elastic body 9 to be pushed down. Requires a restoring force larger than the restoring force of the three signal terminals 5. Here, since the pair of power supply terminals 4 tilt together with the tilting table 6, the elastic body 9 does not need to increase the restoring force for pushing down the pair of power supply terminals 4.
On the other hand, in the conventional structure in which five output terminals including three signal terminals and a pair of power supply terminals are fixed to the substrate, a force larger than the restoring force of the five output terminals is required for the elastic body.

The above charging stand is used in the following state.
[The electronic device is not set in the mounting part]
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the protruding portion 7 is not pushed into the electronic device 20 in a state where the electronic device is not set in the mounting portion 2. Therefore, the elastic body 9 pushes up the first end 6 </ b> A of the tilting table 6 from below and causes the protruding portion 7 to protrude from the mounting portion 2 of the case 1. In this state, the tilting table 6 is disposed at the non-mounting position. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the tilting base 6 in the non-mounting position stores the contact parts 4 a and 5 a inside the case 1 by the pressing part 8 pushing down the output terminal 3.

[On the way the electronic device is set on the mounting part]
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, in a state where the electronic device 20 is being set in the mounting portion 2, the protruding portion 7 is pushed by the electronic device 20 and pushed into the case 1. 5 and 6, one end portion (left end portion in the drawing) of the electronic device 20 is inserted into the fitting groove 12, and the other end portion (right end portion in the drawing) is attached to the mounting portion 2. The state to approach is shown. However, in the state shown in these drawings, the entire electronic device 20 is not set in the mounting portion 2, and the connection terminal 21 is not mounted at a position in contact with the contact portions 4 a and 5 a of the output terminal 3. Although the protruding portion 7 is pushed into the case 1 by the electronic device 20, the contact portions 4 a and 5 a of the output terminal 3 are not pressed by the connection terminal 21 of the electronic device 20. For this reason, only the reaction for pushing the protrusion 7 into the case 1 and tilting the tilting table 6 acts on the surface of the electronic device 20. The elastic body 9 is a weak spring so as to push the three signal terminals 5 into the case 1. This is because the elastic body 9 does not require an elastic force for pushing the power supply terminal 4 into the case 1. Therefore, since the protrusion 7 is pressed on the surface of the electronic device 20 so as to elastically deform the elastic body 9 having a weak restoring force, and the tilting table 6 is tilted, the force pressed by the protrusion 7 is weak. Damage due to the protrusion 7 can be reduced.
Conventionally, in order to resist the restoring force of the five output terminals, it is necessary to use a strong spring elastic body. Therefore, when mounting the electronic device against this large force, the surface of the electronic device is damaged. There was a problem that was easy to stick.

[Electronic device is set in the mounting part]
As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, in a state where the electronic device 20 is set in the mounting portion 2, the protruding portion 7 is pushed into the case 1 by being pushed by the electronic device 20. When the protruding portion 7 is pushed into the case 1, the tilting table 6 is tilted to the mounting position. As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the tilting table 6 in the mounting position tilts so that the second end 6 </ b> B rises, and raises the contact portions 4 a and 5 a of the output terminal 3. The contact portions 4a and 5a of the rising output terminal 3 protrude from the upper surface 1A of the case 1 and are pressed and electrically connected to the connection terminal 21 of the electronic device 20. At this time, the signal terminal 5 fixes the fixing portion 5c to the substrate 10 and is pressed against the connection terminal 21 by its own elasticity, and the power supply terminal 4 connects the fixing portion 4c to the tilting base 6 and has its own elasticity. Then, the contact portion 4a is pressed against the connection terminal 21.
