Description

The present invention relates to a training apparatus, and more particularly to a training apparatus suitable for performing at least flexion and extension movements of the upper arm.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a training apparatus that supports elderly people's exercise, a training apparatus that automatically swings an arm that flexes and extends an upper arm or a lower limb by a driving source has been proposed.

Such a conventional training apparatus is formed as shown in FIGS. That is, the seat portion 3 and the backrest 4 are fixed to the main body frame 1 formed by the gantry 2, and the swing drive source 5 including a gear motor or the like is fixed below the seat portion 3. A horizontal shaft 7 is rotatably supported by two bearings 6, 6 on the rear frame 2 at the uppermost part of the backrest 4, and upper arm bending arms 8, 8 are fixed to both ends of the horizontal shaft 7, respectively. ing. The swing output of the swing drive source 5 is transmitted to the horizontal shaft 7 via the link mechanism 9 to swing the upper arm bending / extending arm 8. The link mechanism 9 will be described in order from the swing drive source 5 toward the horizontal shaft 7. The link mechanism 9 is fixed to the output shaft of the swing drive source 5 and swings, and the swing plate 10 and the gantry 2. The first connecting rod 11 for connecting the connecting arm 13 fixed to the intermediate horizontal shaft 12 rotatably supported at the lower part of the first connecting rod 11 and the other connecting arm 14 fixed to the intermediate horizontal shaft 11 are connected horizontally. The second connecting rod 15 is connected to the connecting arm 16 fixed to the shaft 7.

When the upper arm is bent and extended, when the swing drive source 5 is turned on, the swing plate 10 swings, and the swing is the first connecting rod 11, the connecting arm 13, the intermediate horizontal shaft 12, the connecting arm. 14, the second connecting rod 15, the connecting arm 16, and the horizontal shaft 7 are sequentially transmitted to the upper arm bending / extending arm 8, and the upper arm bending / extending arm 8 is automatically swung. The user sits on the seat 3 and grasps the gripping portion 8a of the upper arm flexing / extending arm 8 with both hands, whereby the upper arm flexing / extending motion is automatically performed by the swinging upper arm flexing / extending arm 8.

However, in the above-described conventional example, the horizontal shaft 7 serving as the swing center of the arm for bending and extending the upper arm 8 is lower than the upper end surface of the backrest 4 and rearward of the rear surface of the backrest 4 when viewed from the side. Therefore, there is a case where it is not possible to provide the user with the optimal movement trajectory of the gripping portion 8a of the arm 8 for bending and extending the upper arm. This is because the horizontal shaft 7 is set at a relatively low position below the upper end surface of the backrest 4, and therefore when the upper arm flexing / extending arm 8 rises around the horizontal shaft 7 beyond the horizontal position, the gripping portion 8 a Since the position moves to the rear upper part, the position of the gripping portion 8a is too late, and the user has pulled out. This means that the overall movement trajectory of the gripping portion 8a is not constant and changes in the middle of the stretching exercise, and changes in the middle, depending on the user. was there.

Further, a link connecting the swing drive source 5 and the intermediate horizontal shaft 12 and a link connecting the intermediate horizontal shaft and the horizontal shaft 7 move the first connecting rod 11 and the second connecting rod 15, respectively. This is a four-bar link in the middle of each part, and the connecting rods 11 and 15 swing without linear movement in the longitudinal direction. Since it is necessary to provide a space for allowing the swinging of the connecting rods 11 and 15 in the back part of the backrest 4 and the lower part of the seat part 3, there is a disadvantage that the entire training apparatus is increased in size. . Further, since the connecting arms 16, 13, and 14 are fixed to the relatively thin horizontal shaft 7 and the intermediate horizontal shaft 12, a large stress acts on each fixing portion.

The present invention has been made in view of these points, and the entire apparatus can be formed in a small size, allowing the user to perform an appropriate exercise in which the load does not change excessively during the stroke of the stretch exercise. An object of the present invention is to provide a highly durable training apparatus that suppresses stress acting on each part of a drive system to a small level.

In order to achieve the above-described object, the training device according to the first aspect of the present invention is characterized by a hollow back column that is erected on the body frame at a position behind the seat, and attached to the back column or the body frame. Hereinafter, an embodiment of a training apparatus according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

1-6 shows one Embodiment of the training apparatus of this invention.

The training device 20 of the present embodiment has a main body frame 21 that also serves as a cover and a gantry. A seat portion 22 is fixed to the front of the upper surface of the main body frame 21. At a position after the seat portion 22, each hollow cylindrical back column 23 is erected so as to be slightly inclined later. A backrest 24 is arranged at a front position of the back support 23, and two rectangular pillars 25 projecting from the back of the backrest 24 are fixed to the left and right side surfaces at an intermediate position of the back support 23. A cylindrical support cylinder 26 is mounted with its front and rear positions being adjustable. The backrest 24 is formed so as to be positioned by inserting a positioning pin 27 into a positioning hole (not shown) from the support cylinder 26 toward the prism 25. The backrest 24 may be fixed to the back column 23 or the main body frame 21.

A substantially U-shaped support stay 28 that opens to the front is fixed to a position higher than the upper end of the backrest 24 of the back column 23, and a horizontal shaft 29 is horizontally mounted between both ends of the support stay 28. ing. A large-diameter support pipe 30 is loosely fitted to the horizontal shaft 29 via a bearing (not shown), and the upper arm bending / extending arm 31 is welded forward from both ends of the support pipe 30 to the front. By projecting. As a result, the upper arm flexing / extending arm 31 is swingably mounted on the upper portion of the back column 23 around the horizontal shaft 29 fixedly supported at an upper position from the upper end portion of the backrest.

Between the inside of the main body frame 21 and the support pipe 30, a drive mechanism that swings and drives the arm 31 for bending and extending the upper arm as shown in FIGS. More specifically, as shown in FIG. 3, a swing drive source 32 such as a gear motor is attached to the main body frame 21. A connecting rod 33 is provided at two upper and lower sliding support members 34 inside the back column 23 and is fixed in the longitudinal direction by a slide support member 34 fixed to the inside of the back column 23 with fixing bolts 35 (see FIG. 4). It is slidably supported by. If the sliding support member 34 is assembled to the connecting rod 33 in advance and is inserted and assembled together in the back column 23, the assembling work is facilitated. Further, the sliding support member 34 can be omitted by supporting the sliding of the connecting rod 33 by the inner surface of the back column 23. The upper end portion of the connecting rod 33 and the support pipe 30 are hinged by a connecting arm 36 projecting from the support pipe 30 and a connecting link 37, and the connecting rod 33 is connected by a crank mechanism using the connecting arm 36 as a drive link. Is in a linear motion. In order to allow the connecting arm 36 and the connecting link 37 to swing, as shown in FIG. 4, an opening 23 a is formed in the back column 23 and is covered with a cover 38. A crank mechanism that linearly moves the connecting rod 33 is also connected to the lower end of the connecting rod 33. That is, the drive link 40 is swingably mounted on a support shaft 39 installed horizontally on the main body frame 21, and the drive link 40 and the lower end of the connecting rod 33 are hinge-connected by the connecting link 41. The connecting rod 33 is caused to linearly move by swinging. Further, the swing plate 42 is fixed to the output shaft 32a of the swing drive source 32, and the swing plate 42 and the drive link 40 are hinge-coupled to each other by the connecting link 43 to swing the drive link 40. I try to move it.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a lower limb flexion / extension arm 45 is supported by a swing shaft 44 at the lower portion of the left side surface of the main body frame 21 so as to be swingable around a horizontal axis. A support shaft 46 extending in the center direction is projected in a cantilevered manner at the distal end of the lower limb flexion / extension arm 45, and two pedals 47 on which the user puts his / her foot on the support shaft 46 are supported by the support shaft. It is mounted so that it can rotate freely. From the swing drive source 32 to the swing shaft 44, the swing force is transmitted in the same manner as in the known example. Further, a stable stay 48 protrudes from the left and right fronts of the lower end of the main body frame 21, and a control unit 49 equipped with a CPU and input means is attached to the tip of the right stable stay 48 by a stand 50. Yes.

Next, the operation of this embodiment will be described.

First, the user sets the position of the backrest 24 to an appropriate position with the prism 25, the support cylinder 26 and the positioning pin 27 so as to match his / her physique. Thereby, appropriate training can be given according to a user's physique.

Next, the user sits on the seat 22 and causes the controller 49 to send a training start command. As a result, the swing drive source 32 is turned on to swing the output shaft 32a. The swing output is transmitted to the connecting rod 33 through the swing link 42 and the connecting link 43 to the driving link 40 and the connecting link 41 to reciprocate the connecting rod 33 linearly in the back column 23. The reciprocating motion of the connecting rod 33 is transmitted to the support pipe 30 through the connecting link 37 and the connecting arm 36, and the upper arm bending / extending arm 31 is swung up and down around the horizontal axis 29.

Thus, when the user holds the grip portion 31a at the tip of the arm 31 for bending and extending the upper arm, it is possible to perform training for automatically extending and retracting the upper arm.

In the present embodiment, the upper arm flexing / extending arm 31 is mounted so as to be swingable around a relatively high horizontal axis 29 fixedly supported by the back support 23 at a position above the upper end of the backrest 24. Furthermore, the stroke that rises until the upper arm flexing and extending arm 31 reaches the horizontal position becomes longer, and the position of the gripping portion 31a only needs to move forward during the stroke. Thereby, the load concerning the user is not excessively changed during the stroke of the stretching exercise, and a safer and more appropriate exercise can be provided that the user does not feel uneasy.

Similarly, the lower limb flexion / extension arm 45 swings up and down around the swing axis 44, so that when the user puts his / her foot on the pedal 37, the lower limb can be bent and stretched.

If the upper arm and lower limbs are stretched at the same time and contracted at the same time, the whole body can bend and stretch.

According to the present embodiment, the entire apparatus of the training device 20 can be formed in a small size, and the user can perform an appropriate exercise in which the load does not change excessively during the stroke of the stretch exercise. The stress acting on each part can also be kept small, and the durability of each constituent part can be increased.

In particular, since the upper arm flexing / extending arm 31 is integrally fixed to the support pipe 30 having a relatively large diameter, the stress acting on the base portion of the arm 31 can be suppressed to be extremely small and the durability can be enhanced.

Further, the connecting rod 33 can be accommodated in the back column 23 so as to be linearly movable, and the apparatus can be further miniaturized.

In addition, this invention is not limited to embodiment mentioned above, A various change is possible as needed.
