滑止め機能を発揮する本体部分をタイヤに被せ、該本体部分を無端状に連結するとともに、上記本体部分のタイヤ外輪側のタイヤ周方向に相互に離間した引寄せ端部の間を相互に引き寄せて上記本体部分のタイヤ外輪側を緊締することにより上記本体部分をタイヤに密着させるようにしたタイヤの滑止め装置において、
上記本体部分(12)をタイヤに被せたときにタイヤ径方向の相互に対向する上記本体部分(12)の2箇所には上記相互に離間した2つの引寄せ端部(16)が各々設けられ、上記4つの各引寄せ端部(16)にはフック受け(28)が形成され、
上記離間した引寄せ端部(16)のフック受け(28)には緊締具(30)の紐材(38)の先端に設けられたフック(310)が引っ掛けられ、上記紐材(38)の先端に続く部分はタイヤ周方向に延びた後タイヤ径方向に折り曲げられてタイヤ外輪側の側面の中心側に向けて延びており、上記紐材(38)の後端側が上記緊締具(30)によってタイヤ径方向に引っ張られることにより上記離間した引寄せ端部(16)がタイヤ周方向に相互に引き寄せられるようになっており、
上記緊締具(30)が、
タイヤ外輪側の側面の中心を通ってタイヤ径方向に延びるベース(32)と、
該ベース(32)の長手方向中央に支軸(34A)回りに回転自在に支持された回動部材(34)と、
各々の一端が上記回動部材(34)の両端部位に取付けられ、上記回動部材(34)が支軸(34A)の回りに回動操作されることにより各々の他端が相互に接近する方向に変位する一対のアーム(36)と、
後端部分が上記一対のアーム(36)の他端に連結され、後端部に連続する部分が上記ベース(32)の長手方向に延びた後折り曲げられてタイヤ周方向に延び、先端に上記離間した引寄せ端部(16)のフック受け(28)に引っ掛けられるフック(310)が設けられ、上記一対のアーム(36)の他端が相互に接近する方向に変位することによりタイヤ径方向に引っ張られ、上記離間した引寄せ端部(16)の間を相互に引き寄せる紐材(38)と、
