Description

The present invention relates to an aerosol container overcap that also serves as a degassing function for an aerosol container.

The aerosol container injects the contents together with the filling gas by the pressure of the nozzle head, but there is a problem that if the degassing is not complete, the aerosol container may explode at the time of disposal. Therefore, in order to completely release the filling gas remaining in the container, a part of the top wall of the aerosol container cap is partitioned by a U-shaped slit to form a cantilever-supported pressing piece. There is one that connects the top wall with a detachable bridge piece, presses the bridge piece, folds the pressure piece defined by the line into the cap, and continuously presses the nozzle head (for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2).

On the other hand, the inventor of the present application is provided with a pressing member that is partitioned by a slit and can be pushed out from the slit on the top wall of the cap, and a bridge piece that can separate the pressing member and the top wall from each other. A new structure is being developed. According to such a configuration, the nozzle head can be continuously pressed in the cap mounted state by locking the pressing member that has been pushed out from the top wall to the inside of the cap.

However, when the top wall and the pressing member are connected with a detachable bridge piece, if the bridge piece remains as a burr on the pushed pressing member, various problems such as difficulty in locking the cap inside. Has come to be recognized.

The problem to be solved by the present invention is that, as an overcap for an aerosol container that also serves as a degassing function, when a pressing member is pushed out from the top wall with a slit as a starting point, a bridge piece that connects the pressing member and the top wall is a pressing member It is to solve the problem caused by remaining on the side.

The present invention provides a ceiling wall that is spaced above the nozzle head provided in the aerosol container, and is connected to the ceiling wall to cooperate with the ceiling wall to form a storage space for the nozzle head inside thereof. An aerosol container overcap having a peripheral wall detachably engaging with an annular edge of the aerosol container, wherein at least one of the rear surface of the top wall and the inner surface of the peripheral wall is provided in the storage space. Vertical ribs fixed at a predetermined distance along the peripheral wall are provided, and the top wall has a contour shape defined by a slit penetrating the top wall and can be punched from the slit In addition, a pressing member that is locked and held by the vertical rib and reduces the height of the storage space and continuously presses the nozzle head is provided, and the pressing member is interposed between the pressing member and the top wall. Material Disposed a bridge pieces coupled disconnect the top wall will be, the bridge piece is provided with a weakened portion to be separated preferentially in connection portion between the pressing member during punching of the pressing member, the slit Has a curved portion from the side surface of the vertical rib toward the tip side thereof, and the bridge piece is arranged in the curved portion or in the vicinity thereof .

In this invention, it is preferable that the said pressing member is provided with the notch part for finger hanging. Furthermore, in this invention, it is preferable to provide the stopper means which controls idling with respect to the said vertical rib in the outer edge part of the said press member.

According to the present invention, when degassing the aerosol container, even if the pressing member defined by the slit penetrating the top wall is pushed out, the bridge piece that detachably connects the pressing member and the top wall is It is cut off preferentially at the weakened portion at the connection site with the pressing member. For this reason, according to this invention, the problem that a bridge | bridging piece remains as a burr | flash on the pressed pressing member can be eliminated.

Further, in the present invention, the slit has a contour shape that forms an inward convex portion on the top wall while avoiding the vertical rib, and if the bridge piece is disposed in the vicinity of the base portion of the convex portion, Even if a bridge piece remains on the top wall, it does not get in the way.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

As shown in FIG. 1, the aerosol container overcap 10 according to the first embodiment of the present invention has a ceiling wall 11 positioned at an upper portion of a nozzle head 51 (see FIG. 3) provided in the aerosol container 50. And a peripheral wall 14 connected integrally through an inclined wall 13 connected to the edge of the top wall 11. Further, inside the vicinity of the end of the peripheral wall 14, as shown in FIG. 1 (b), a first undercut portion 14a formed over the entire circumference and a predetermined interval along the circumferential direction are formed. A second undercut portion 14b, and is detachably locked to the annular edge portion 52 of the aerosol container 50. As a result, the cap 10 attached to the annular edge 52 forms a storage space R for the nozzle head 51 inside thereof.

In the storage space R, as shown in FIG. 2 (b), three vertical ribs 15 are integrally fixed to the back surface of the top wall 11, the inclined wall 13 and the peripheral wall 14 and arranged at equal intervals along the peripheral wall 14. Is provided. Each of the vertical ribs 15 is provided with a step portion 16 in the vicinity of its end, on which a pressing member 1 described later is locked and held. The top surface 16a of the stepped portion 16 is formed at a position lower than the top portion 51a of the nozzle head 51 when the cap 10 is attached.

As shown in FIG. 2, the pressing member 1 has a contour shape defined by a slit S penetrating the front and back of the top wall 11. As shown in FIG. 2, the slit S of the present embodiment includes an arc portion S1 extending along the edge of the top wall 11 and an inward convex portion on the top wall 11 that is connected to the arc portion S1 and avoids the vertical ribs 15. 12 and a substantially U-shaped recess S2. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 4, the pressing member 1 has a disc contour shape in which three protruding portions 1 a and three notched portions 1 n are alternately arranged.

The pressing member 1 pushed out from the top wall 11 is positioned at a height that reduces the height of the storage space R when the top surface 16a of the step portion 16 abuts against the protruding portion 1a of the pressing member 1. At the same time, the outer edge portion 1e of the protruding portion 1a is brought into pressure contact with the side surface 16b of the step portion 16 and is held by the step portion 16. Thereby, the vertical rib 15 can latch and hold the pressing member 1 introduced from the bottom of the cap 10 at a position below the top 51 a of the nozzle head 51. The means for locking and holding the pressing member 1 is not limited to the press contact, and an engaging portion for undercut fitting the outer edge portion 1e of the pressing member 1 may be provided on the side surface 16b of the step portion 16. Is possible.

Thus, after using the aerosol container 50, as shown in FIG. 4, the pressing member 1 is locked and held by the vertical rib 15 from the bottom side of the cap 10, and the cap 10 is mounted on the aerosol container 50 in this state. Then, the nozzle head 51 can be pushed down via the pressing member 1. As shown in FIG. 5, the aerosol container 50 has an injection stem 53 communicating with the inside of the container 50, and the nozzle head 51 is attached to the injection stem 53, so that when the nozzle head 51 is pushed down, Residual gas is injected from the spout 51a of the nozzle head 51 through the stem 53. Moreover, in the case of this form, the through-hole H which penetrates the front and back is formed in the top wall 11 after pushing out the press member 1. FIG.

Between the pressing member 1 and the ceiling wall 11, a plurality of bridge pieces 2 that connect the pressing member 1 and the ceiling wall 11 in a detachable manner are disposed. The bridge piece 2 is disposed in the vicinity of the base portion of the substantially U-shaped convex portion 12 formed on the top wall 11 as shown in a region B of FIG. Here, the base portion of the convex portion 12 refers to a connecting portion between the convex portion 12 and the top wall 11, and the region near the base portion is prevented from being contacted by the convex portion 12 when the pressing member 1 is pushed out. An area. As a specific example, it is arranged at a position separated by an angle α = 20 degrees in the circumferential direction with reference to a line Lo that bisects the convex portion 12 through the cap axis O. Accordingly, the pressing member 1 can be completely separated from the top wall 11 as shown in FIG. 4 by pushing out the slit S as a starting point.

As shown in the enlarged view of the main part of FIG. 2 (a), the bridge piece 2 has a width D1 of the connecting portion 3 with the pressing member 1 narrower than a width D2 of the connecting portion 4 with the top wall 11, and the pressing member. 1 is configured such that the rigidity at the connection site 3 with the terminal 1 is low. In other words, in this embodiment, the connection portion 3 with the pressing member 1 is provided with a weakened portion that is preferentially disconnected when the pressing member 1 is pushed out. Note that the weakened portion only needs to have the rigidity of the connection portion 3 lower than the rigidity of the connection portion 4, so that the connection portion 3 can be formed thin, for example.

According to such a configuration, when degassing the aerosol container 50, the bridge that connects the pressing member 1 and the top wall 11 even if the pressing member 1 partitioned by the slit S penetrating the top wall 11 is pushed out. The piece 2 is preferentially cut off at the weakened portion 3 which is a connection portion with the pressing member 1. For this reason, according to this form, the problem that the bridge piece 2 remains as a burr on the pressed pressing member 1 can be solved.

Further, in the present embodiment, the slit S has a contour-shaped slit S2 that forms an inward convex portion 12 on the top wall 11 while avoiding the vertical ribs 15, and the bridge piece 2 is provided in the vicinity of the base portion of the convex portion 12. It is arranged. For this reason, when the concave pressure member 1 is pushed out, even if the bridge piece 2 remains on the top wall 11, it does not get in the way.

FIG. 6 shows a modification of the first embodiment. In FIG. 6, the same parts as those in FIGS.

The overcap 20 of this embodiment has a disc-like contour shape in which the pressing member 1 has four protruding portions 1a and four notched portions 1n arranged alternately. Also in this case, the bridge piece 2 is provided with a weakened portion that is preferentially separated when the pressing member 1 is pushed out at the connection portion 3 with the pressing member 1 as in the first embodiment. This embodiment also has a slit S2 having a contour shape that forms an inward convex portion 12 in the top wall 11 while avoiding the vertical ribs 15, and the bridge piece 2 is disposed in the vicinity of the base portion of the convex portion 12. . Therefore, even if it is a case where the press member 1 which has a contour shape like this form is pushed out, there exists an effect similar to a 1st form.

FIG. 7 is a top view and a bottom view showing another embodiment of the present invention. Note that in this embodiment, the same portions as those in other embodiments are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof is omitted.

The slit S of the present embodiment is composed of an arc portion S1 and a concave portion S2, and one of the concave portions S2 is a curved portion S3 that is curved widely toward the center of the cap. Thus, the pressing member 1 includes a protruding portion 1a having a large surface area, a protruding portion 1b having a surface area smaller than that of the protruding portion 1a connected to the protruding portion 1a via a U-shaped cutout portion 1n, and these protruding portions 1b. And a notch portion 1c for finger hanging that is formed in the outer shape by the curved portion S3. As a result, the notch portion 1c for finger-hanging is mutually connected to the inner surface of the peripheral wall 14 when the pressing member 1 is locked to the vertical rib 15 disposed inside the peripheral wall 13, as shown in FIG. 7 (b). A gap A in which a finger is placed is formed. In this case, since the finger can be put into the storage space R together with the pressing member 1, the pressing member 1 can be easily locked to the vertical rib 15.

In the pressing member 1 according to the present embodiment, a plurality of protrusions P are integrally formed as stopper means for restricting idling with respect to the vertical rib 15 on the outer edge portion 1e of the protruding portion a facing the notch portion 1c for hooking fingers. Has been. According to such a configuration, even if the pressing member 1 is idle with respect to the vertical rib 15, the protrusion P contacts the vertical rib 15, and therefore, when the pressing member 1 is engaged with the vertical rib 15, the vertical rib 15 and the cutout portion 1n or the finger-hanging cutout portion 1c are not dropped and are easy to use. In this embodiment, the play is provided by separating the stopper protrusions P from each other by a predetermined distance. However, the play interval can be set as appropriate.

FIG. 8A shows the stopper protrusion P in an enlarged manner. As shown in FIG. 8B, the stopper means is fitted with the vertical rib 15 (the edge of the side surface 16b in the step portion 16). It may be a fitting groove n. In this case, the pressing member 1 does not fall off when the pressing member 1 is engaged with the vertical ribs 15 and is easy to use. In this embodiment, when the pressing member 1 is locked to the vertical rib 15, the width of the stopper groove n is made wider than the width of the vertical rib 15 so that the vertical rib 15 can be easily fitted into the stopper groove n. Although play is provided, the width of the vertical rib 15 and the width of the stopper groove n may be configured to be equal, and in this case, the pressing member 1 can be accurately positioned.

The portion where the stopper means is provided is not limited to a part of the outer edge portion 1e of the arc portion 1a, but may be provided on the entire outer edge portion 1e of the arc portion 1a. The portion where the stopper means is provided is not limited to the outer edge portion 1e of the arc portion 1a. For this reason, it may be provided on the outer edge portion 1e of the arc portion 1b, or may be provided on both the arc portion 1a and the arc portion 1b. Further, the number of the stopper protrusions P or the stopper grooves n can be changed as appropriate.

The above description shows preferred forms of the present invention, but various modifications can be made within the scope of the claims.
