Description
The present invention relates to a control device for a motor drive system.
However, this conventional example has the following problems because the fuel cell and the battery are connected in parallel using a DC-DC converter.
-Since a DC-DC converter is used, the size of the system increases and the cost is high.
・ Because the battery voltage is converted by a DC-DC converter and then converted by an inverter and applied to the motor, the loss is large.
In view of the above points, the present invention can control the power supplied from each power source to an arbitrary value while making the motor drive system using a plurality of power sources lower loss, smaller in size, and lower in cost. A motor drive system control device is provided.

In the first aspect of the invention, by providing the pulsed voltage generating means for generating the pulsed voltage based on the second voltage command value group output from the voltage distributing means, it is possible to respond to the command value group from the power distributing means. Pulse generation is possible.
In the second invention, the pulsed voltage generating means is means for generating a PWM pulse, each of the output voltages (multi-output DC power supply voltage) based on one potential of the output potential of the multi-output DC power supply. By generating a PWM pulse from the voltage, the power output from the output unit of each voltage can be controlled.
In the third invention, in one cycle (1 PWM generation cycle = Tp) in which PWM is performed, a PWM pulse is generated from each of the plurality of output voltages of the multi-output power supply, thereby generating each PWM output voltage from the output voltage of the power supply in a period of 1 PWM cycle. Since power is taken out, high-speed, high-efficiency and precise power control becomes possible.
In the fourth invention, the output potential of the multi-output DC power supply has the simplest configuration of 3, so that PWM control can be easily performed.
In the fifth invention, the time (Tp1, Tp2) of each PWM pulse generated from each output voltage (Vdc1, Vdc2) is fixed by making the ratio Tp1: Tp2 constant, so that the pulse The calculation for generation is simple and the control can be easily performed.
According to the sixth aspect of the invention, the time (Tp1, Tp2) of each PWM pulse is changed in conjunction with the magnitude of the corresponding distributed power target value, so that the power supply with the larger distributed power target value can be used. Although the voltage value to be generated is increased, the pulse time is increased in conjunction with the size of the distributed power target value, so that the voltage can be used effectively.
According to the seventh invention, the time (Tp1, Tp2) of each PWM pulse is proportional to the size of the corresponding distributed power target value or at least obtained by performing a proportional calculation. That is, the sixth invention is embodied more.
In the eighth invention, the upper and lower limiters are provided for the time Tp1 and Tp2 of each PWM pulse, so that Tp1 and Tp2 do not become 0, and the number of pulses generated in a certain time suddenly increases. It becomes possible to prevent the decrease. Therefore, the problem of audible sound can be reduced, and in an electric vehicle, it is possible to reduce in-vehicle noise and external noise.
In the ninth invention, one of the PWM pulses generates an on-pulse at the center of one PWM cycle, and the other generates an on-pulse at both ends of the one PWM cycle. It can be changed up to 100%.
According to the tenth aspect of the invention, by generating one on-pulse and the other on-pulse of each PWM pulse so as to be adjacent to each other, the on-pulse of the voltage source can be continuously generated. Can be regarded as a pulse. For this reason, even when one power supply is not used, the frequency of the voltage pulse applied to the AC motor does not change, and the same audible sound is produced as when two power supplies are used, that is, the audible sound frequency does not change. . Accordingly, it is possible to prevent a sudden increase in electromagnetic noise that is uncomfortable for the operator, particularly when the present invention is applied to an electric vehicle. Further, according to the present invention, since the switching frequency of each switch of the power conversion device used in this method is equal, the loss does not locally deviate to a certain switch in the switch group.
According to the eleventh aspect of the present invention, the on-pulse of the voltage source is arranged at the start and end of adjacent PWM cycles and is generated so as to be adjacent to each other with the cycle boundary interposed therebetween. Can be generated. As a result, the tenth aspect of the invention can be realized more easily.
According to the twelfth aspect, two sawtooth wave carriers having symmetrical waveforms whose vertices coincide with each other, and by comparing these carriers with the modulation factor command value, the on-pulse of the voltage source is changed to the start end and the end of the PWM cycle. Thus, the eleventh aspect of the invention can be realized more easily.
In the thirteenth invention, a first carrier for generating a PWM pulse from one voltage Vdc1 of each output voltage of the multi-output DC power supply, and a second carrier for generating a PWM pulse from the other voltage Vdc2 And the phases of the first carrier and the second carrier are inverted. Thereby, for example, the pulse generation as in the ninth invention can be realized more easily.
In the fourteenth aspect of the present invention, the voltage command values constituting the voltage command value group, which are voltage command values generated from the output voltage Vdc1 of the multi-output DC power supply, v21 *, and the voltage commands generated from Vdc2 The value v22 * is converted into a value subjected to normalization by Vdc1 and Vdc2 and correction according to distributed power target values rto_pa and rto_pb, which are target values of power supplied from Vdc1 and Vdc2, respectively ( The first instantaneous modulation factor m21_c * and the second instantaneous modulation factor m22_c *) are compared with the first carrier and the second carrier, respectively, so that a PWM pulse is generated. As a result, the gain of current control can be changed according to the voltage, and the power supply voltage can be effectively used.
In the fifteenth aspect, the first instantaneous modulation factor m21 * and the second instantaneous modulation factor m22 * are obtained by adding the offset values corresponding to the distributed power target values rto_pa and rto_pb and the output voltages Vdc1 and Vdc2 of the multi-output DC power supply. Is set to a value corresponding to a value obtained by performing at least one of the processes to be performed. As a result, the power supply voltage can be effectively used.

Next, the operation will be described. The greatest feature of the present invention is a power converter with a simple configuration as shown in FIG. 4, and the ratio of the power supplied from the two

そして、vu_pwm1、vu_pwm2、vu_pwm3(vu_pwm1とvu_pwm2のNOR)が生成される。
PWM pulse generation means 47
The means 47 performs the calculation 4 shown in FIG. The operation will be described with reference to FIG. 6A. First, from the voltage Vdc_a of the power supply 10a, the carrier for the power supply 10a used when generating the PWM pulse based on the final instantaneous power supply modulation command mu_a_c * for the power supply 10a, and the
vu_pwm1 is generated by comparing mu_a_c * with the carrier for the power source 10a. Also, vu_pwm2 is generated by comparing mu_b_c * with the carrier for the
Tp1=Tp2=Tpwm/2

Since the carrier is inverted, the on-pulse of vu_pwm1 generated from the power supply 10a is generated at both ends of the start and end of 1PWM cycle, and the on-pulse of vu_pwm2 generated from the

このようにして、vu_pwm1、vu_pwm2、vu_pwm3(vu_pwm1とvu_pwm2のNOR)が生成される。
Second Embodiment FIG. 3B is a functional block diagram according to a second embodiment. FIG. 6B is a timing chart showing a PWM pulse generation method according to the second embodiment. This embodiment is different from the first embodiment in the PWM pulse generation means 47a. Although each calculation shown in the flowchart of FIG. 5 is performed, the calculation performed by the PWM generation means 47a is different from the embodiment as follows.
PWM pulse generation means 47a
The
The instantaneous modulation factor command mu_a_c * for the power source 10a is compared with the carrier for the
If mu_a_c *> carrier for power supply 10a, vu_pwm1 = on. If mu_a_c * ≦ carrier for power supply 10a, vu_pwm1 = off. Similarly, vu_pwm2 is generated as follows.
If mu_b_c *> carrier for
Tp1=Tp2=Tpwm/2
である。
Since the power supply 10a carrier and the

Tp1 = Tp2 = Tpwm / 2
It is.
Third Embodiment FIG. 15 is a functional block diagram of a control device for a motor drive system according to a third embodiment of the present invention. This embodiment differs from the first embodiment in the modulation rate correction means 46a. Other parts are the same as those of the first embodiment. In the first embodiment, the relationship between the time Tp1 assigned to the pulse generated from the power supply 10a voltage command, the time Tp2 assigned to the pulse generated from the
Hereinafter, description will be made with reference to FIGS. 7, 13, and 14.

PWM pulse generation means 47
The means 47 performs the calculation 4 shown in FIG. The operation will be described with reference to FIG. The calculation is exactly the same as the PWM pulse generation means 47 of the first embodiment, but the output mu_a_c * and mu_b_c * of the modulation factor correction means 46 are different from those of the first embodiment, and therefore the generated PWM pulses are different. In the first embodiment, the time Tp1 assigned to the pulse generated based on the instantaneous modulation factor command mu_a_c * for the power supply 10a and the time Tp2 assigned to the pulse generated based on the instantaneous modulation factor command mu_a_c * for the power supply 10a. Are fixed at Tpwm / 2 to generate a pulse, but in this embodiment, Tp1 and Tp2 are changed in accordance with the output voltage distribution ratio. By doing so, it is possible to increase the on time of the pulse generated from the power source that extracts large power up to 1 PWM cycle time and to reduce the on time of the pulse generated from the power source that extracts small power to 0. Even when the ratio of the magnitudes of the two distributed output power target values differs greatly, the power supply voltage can be used effectively.
なお、演算3aに用いるrto_pa、rto_pbを、rto_pa’、rto_pb’に置き換え、
rto_pa’= rto_pa (rto_pa<-0.2、0.2<rto_pa<0.8)
0.8(0.8=<rto_pa)
0.2(-0.2=<rto_pa<=0.2)
rto_pb’= rto_pb (rto_pb<-0.2、0.2<rto_pb<0.8)
0.8(0.8=<rto_pb)
0.2(-0.2=<rto_pb<=0.2)
Note that rto_pa and rto_pb used in operation 3a are replaced with rto_pa 'and rto_pb',
For example,
rto_pa '= rto_pa (rto_pa <-0.2, 0.2 <rto_pa <0.8)
0.8 (0.8 = <rto_pa)
0.2 (-0.2 = <rto_pa <= 0.2)
rto_pb '= rto_pb (rto_pb <-0.2, 0.2 <rto_pb <0.8)
0.8 (0.8 = <rto_pb)
0.2 (-0.2 = <rto_pb <= 0.2)
And In this way, pulses generated from either power supply will not disappear, and the problem of audible sound due to a decrease in the number of switching can be prevented.
As described above, in this embodiment, Tp1 and Tp2 are changed in accordance with the output voltage distribution ratio, so that the power supply can be used even when the ratio of the two distribution output power target values is greatly different. The voltage can be used effectively.

Fourth Embodiment FIG. 18A is a functional block diagram according to a fourth embodiment. FIG. 19 is a flowchart showing the calculation performed by each means of FIG. 18A (and FIG. 18B described later). FIG. 20A is a timing chart showing a PWM pulse generation method.
This embodiment differs from the third embodiment in the modulation rate correction means 46a (calculation 3b). In the present embodiment, when the instantaneous modulation factor is corrected as in the calculation 3b of FIG. 19, the power supply voltage can be used effectively by performing correction using the DC power supply voltage in addition to the distributed output power target value. did. In the fourth embodiment, the same calculation as that of the fifth embodiment described below is performed. However, since the input carriers are different, each output signal is different. Refer to the fifth embodiment for details of the processing.

分配電力目標値が、rto_pa=1、rto_pb=0のとき、vu_pwm2は、常にオフとなり、vu_pwm1とvu_pwm3のパルスが生成される。
PWM pulse generation means 47a
The
When the distributed power target values are rto_pa = 1 and rto_pb = 0, vu_pwm2 is always off, and pulses of vu_pwm1 and vu_pwm3 are generated. Also at this time, since the switching frequency of SW1 and SW3 does not change, electromagnetic noise does not increase.
As described above, in this embodiment, Tp1 and Tp2 are changed in accordance with the output voltage distribution ratio, so that the power supply can be used even when the ratio of the two distribution output voltage target values increases. The voltage can be used effectively.
Sixth Embodiment FIG. 16 shows an example in which the third embodiment is applied to a fuel cell vehicle. The fuel cell cannot accept regenerative power, the efficiency changes depending on the operating point, and the responsiveness is not good. Yes. In the present embodiment, power according to the distributed power target value given from the outside can be supplied from the fuel cell and the battery. Therefore, when an optimal power distribution command is given from the viewpoint of efficiency, the motor can be driven with high efficiency, and in the case of regeneration, all power can be returned to the battery by setting the power distribution command. The power can be distributed according to the situation, for example, can be regenerated to the battery. In this embodiment, since the voltage is directly converted by the semiconductor switch, the size and the loss can be greatly reduced as compared with the conventional example using the DC-DC converter (FIG. 1).
