Description

【0001】

[0033]
The attachment plate 211 has a substantially disc shape, and a base portion of the support portion 210 is fixed to a substantially circular center portion. A through-hole 213 that penetrates is formed on both sides of the support plate 210 of the attachment plate 211. The through hole 213 is formed so as to correspond to the screw hole 111 of the mounting plate 11. Further, a hooking portion 214 is formed on the attachment plate 211 so as to protrude from the edge portion to the back surface side. The hooking portion 214 has a substantially “U” -shaped vertical cross section including the back surface, the width is slightly narrower than the hooking opening 112, and the gap with the back surface is slightly wider than the thickness of the mounting plate 11. It is.
[0034]
The receiving portion 212 is connected to the support portion 210 via a connecting portion 215, and can be rotated in the left-right direction in FIG. The receiving part 212 is fixed at a required angle by tightening the shaft bolt K. Moreover, the handrail main bodies 20a and 20b received by the receiving part 212 are fixed integrally with the receiving part 212 by screwing screws (not shown) from below the receiving part 212.
[0035]
The handrail 2 is attached to the base member 1 by hooking the hook portion 214 of the bracket 21 into the hook port 112 and screwing the through hole 213 through the bolt B into the screw hole 111.
In the present embodiment, the handrail 2 shows a state in which the hooking portion 214 is hooked and attached to the upper hooking port 112. However, this is not a limitation, and the lower hook 112 can be used.
[0036]
In the present embodiment, the handrail main bodies 20a and 20b have an outer diameter of 34 mm. However, the outer diameter of the handrail main bodies 20a and 20b is not limited to this.
[0037]
FIG. 4 shows another use state of the handrail device, and is an explanatory view of a state in which a decorative member is attached to the base member.
FIG. 5 is a longitudinal sectional view of the base member and the decorative member.
[0038]
FIG. 4 shows a state in which the handrail 2 is removed from the handrail device shown in FIG. 1 and the decorative member 3 is attached to the base member 1.
The decorative member 3 has a plate shape that is slightly narrower than the width of the recess 100 and extends in the length direction. Engaging protrusions 30 that can engage with the engaging grooves 101 are formed on both end surfaces along the length direction of the decorative member 3 over the entire length. Further, both end surfaces along the length direction of the decorative member 3 including the engaging convex portion 30 are provided over the entire length so as to be covered with a soft synthetic resin layer 31 having a required thickness.
[0039]
Further, hooking grooves 32 are formed over the entire length on both end sides along the length direction of the surface of the decorative member 3. The hook groove 32 is for hooking a removal tool (not shown), and is used when the decorative member 3 is detached from the base member 1. The hooking groove 32 is formed in a substantially trapezoidal cross section in which the width in the groove gradually increases from the entrance side to the back side (see FIG. 5).
[0040]
The decorative member 3 is attached to the base member 1 by fitting the engaging convex portion 30 into the engaging groove 101, placing the back surface against the mounting plate 11, and housing the entirety in the concave portion 100.
[0041]
(Work)
The operation will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5 while using the handrail device.
For example, in a place used by an elderly person or a disabled person, a handrail 2 is attached to the base member 1 in a normal state as shown in FIG. Thereby, an elderly person, a disabled person, etc. can hold the handrail 2 and safely pass through the hallway or go up and down the stairs.
[0042]
When the handrail 2 becomes unnecessary, it can be easily removed from the base member 1 by removing the bolt B and removing the hooking portion 214 from the hooking port 112. In this way, the width of passage through the hallway and stairs can be widened, and furniture can be easily carried in.
[0043]
The handrail 2 can be easily attached by hooking the hook portion 214 to the hook opening 112 and screwing the bolt B into the screw hole 111. Therefore, it is possible to change the attachment height of the handrail 2 by reattaching it so that the lower hook 112 is used. In this case, the height of the handrail 2 from the floor can be adjusted to the user's physique.
[0044]
Thus, in the handrail device, the handrail 2 can be attached as many times as necessary or removed when it is no longer needed.
[0045]
When the handrail 2 is removed for a long time, the decorative member 3 is attached to the base member 1 as shown in FIG. In this way, the mounting plate 11 can be concealed so that the screw hole 111 that becomes the mounting trace of the handrail 2 cannot be seen from the outside. Thereby, even after the handrail 2 is removed, the appearance of the wall surface H is not unsightly.
[0046]
Since the decorative synthetic member 3 is provided with soft synthetic resin layers 31 on both end surfaces along the length direction including the engaging convex portion 30, the synthetic resin layer 31 absorbs vibration, and the decorative member 3 is the base member 1. Even when the main body 10 is housed in the recess 100, rattling is unlikely to occur. Further, even when rattling occurs, since the synthetic resin layer 31 is soft, noise is hardly generated.
[0047]
In addition, when removing the decorative member 3 from the base member 1, a removal tool including an engaging portion that can be inserted into the hooking groove 32 is used. The decorative member 3 puts the engaging part in the hooking groove 32 so that the upper surface is brought into contact with the inner upper surface of the hooking groove 32. It is removed by pulling forward so as to be disengaged from the engagement groove 101.
[0048]
By the way, what is not attached to the base member 1 among the handrail 2 and the decorative member 3 constituting the handrail device must be accommodated and stored until necessary. However, if the recent housing situation is omitted, it can be said that it is not easy to secure a storage location.
Therefore, in the handrail device, the handrail 2 and the decorative member 3 can be borrowed when necessary. In this case, for example, the decorative member 3 is attached to the base member 1, and when the handrail 2 is needed, the decorative member 3 is returned to borrow the handrail 2, or conversely, the handrail 2 is attached. When the handrail 2 is no longer needed, it can be returned to borrow the decorative member 3. Thus, the user does not have to secure a storage place for the handrail 2 and the decorative member 3.
[0049]
In the present embodiment, the base member 1 is fixed to the wall surface H by screwing the wood screw M. However, the fixing method of the base member 1 is not limited to this, for example, a building in advance during construction. It can also be embedded in the wall.
[0050]
In the present embodiment, the base member 1 and the decorative member 3 are formed so that the upper side and the lower side are substantially symmetrical. Thus, the vertical direction is not fixed during use. As a result, it is possible to eliminate the trouble of checking the top and bottom during the installation, and the installation can be simplified.
[0051]
In this embodiment, the decorative member 3 is removed from the base member 1 by inserting the engaging portion of the removal tool in the hooking groove 32. However, the removal method is not limited to this and is removed by other methods. You can also. In that case, the hooking groove 32 can also have other shapes. Further, it is possible not to form the catching groove 32 itself.
[0052]
Although the handrail device shown in the present embodiment is shown in a state where it is provided in a horizontal corridor and stairs, the place where the handrail device is provided is not limited to this, for example, a toilet, bathroom, entrance, etc. It can also be provided for a place where the user moves and sits.
[0053]
The terms and expressions used in this specification are merely explanatory and are not limiting at all, and exclude terms and expressions equivalent to the features described in this specification and parts thereof. There is no intention to do. It goes without saying that various modifications are possible within the scope of the technical idea of the present invention.

For example, it is possible to widen the width of passage such as a hallway or a staircase so that furniture can be easily carried in. The handrail can also be easily attached to the base member. In this manner, the handrail device can be attached and removed as many times as necessary or removed when it is no longer needed.
[0055]
(B) According to the present invention, the decorative member can be attached to the base member, and the attachment trace of the handrail can be hidden. Thus, even when a handrail that is no longer needed is removed for a long time, the appearance of the wall surface after removal is not unsightly.
[0056]
Because (c) a handrail mounting position of is adjustable, for example, to match the height from the floor surface of the handrail to the physical constitution of the user.
