Description

The present invention relates to a tube-holding metal fitting that is effective when, for example, a solar battery panel is attached to a steel pipe constituting a temporary enclosure at a construction site.

Patent Document 1 discloses a self-supporting power generation system using a solar cell in which a steel cell-integrated solar cell unit module is bonded to a temporary work panel attached to a framework. This document does not specifically describe the means for attaching the panel to the frame.
On the other hand, various connection devices that can quickly assemble and disassemble steel pipes used for scaffold frames have been proposed. Patent Document 2 discloses a releasable locking device that can be attached to a tubular member in a perpendicular direction. When the tubular member is gripped, the locking member automatically locks and the locking member is arcuate. A device is disclosed in which a locking member is unlocked when a force in a specific direction is applied so as to be slid. This is shown in FIG. It has a semi-cylindrical jaw portion 43 having a bowl shape for accommodating the tubular member 45 in the transverse direction, and the jaw portion 43 has a locking member 49 therein. The locking member 49 has an elongated slot 53. A pin 59 is fixed to the jaw part 43 so as to extend parallel to the axis thereof. The pin 59 is inserted into the slot 53 of the locking member 49. As shown in FIG. 7B, when the pin 59 is at one end of the slot 53, the locking member 49 is in the released position. From this state, the locking member 49 can rotate counterclockwise around the pin 59 to an intermediate position. The locking member 49 can further rotate from the intermediate position along the pin 59 to the locking position shown in FIG. 7A, and the pin 59 is positioned at the other end of the slot 53 in the locking position. The locking member 49 has a concave holding surface 50 and a locking surface 54. The concave holding surface 50 is engaged with a part of the cylindrical surface of the tubular member 45. The locking surface 54 prevents the locking member from rotating about the pin 59 by engaging with the locking surface 46 on the jaw portion 43 when the locking member 49 is in the locking position. The locking member 49 has a leg 52 that extends at a locking position so as to intersect the opening of the jaw portion 43 when the tubular member 45 is engaged with the concave holding surface 60. The leg 52 reduces the effective area of the opening substantially smaller than the diameter of the tubular member 45. The locking member 49 has another leg 51 extending from the leg 52 in a substantially opposite direction. As shown in FIG. 7B, when the locking member is in the release position, the legs 51 protrude into the insertion path of the tubular member 45. In the final stage of the insertion of the tubular member 45, the leg 51 is pushed by the tubular member 45 to rotate the locking member 49 counterclockwise around the pin 59 from the release position to the intermediate position. A spring member 60 is provided between the jaw portion 43 and the locking member 49. The spring member 60 is compressed until the locking member 49 is rotated and brought to the intermediate position, after which the dead point is exceeded and restored to move the locking member 49 to the locking position. The spring member 60 elastically holds the locking member 49 in the locking position after it is brought into the locking position and releases it after the locking member 49 has been brought into the releasing position. Holds elastically in position.

Japanese Patent Publication No.46-7352

In the above conventional locking device, the force for holding the locking member in the locking position is only due to the resilient force of the spring member. Therefore, when an external force exceeding the spring force is applied to the locking member, the tubular member I can't hold it, and I don't like the reliability of the lock.
Therefore, the invention according to this application is a tube gripping metal fitting for attaching a member such as a solar cell panel to a steel tube such as a single tube constituting a temporary enclosure for construction, and mounting, locking, The object is to provide a simple structure with easy removal work.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
The tube gripping metal fitting 1 according to the present invention for solving the above-described problems includes a bracket 2, a jaw member 3, a stopper 4, and a biasing means 20 that biases the jaw member 3. The bracket 2 fixed to the support object L such as a solar battery panel has a configuration in which a substantially arc-shaped recess 10 along the outer periphery of the tube P is opened 9 forward to receive the tube P in the transverse direction. is there. The jaw member 3 is pivotally supported by the bracket 2, closes the opening 9 of the recess 10 and holds the tube P with the bracket 2, and opens the opening 9 of the recess 10 to release the tube P. It can be freely rotated between the release positions. The stopper 4 has a lock portion 27 on one end side and a rotation operation portion 28 on the other end side, is pivotally supported by the bracket 2 in the middle, and is rotatable between a locked position and an unlocked position. Is urged to rotate. The stopper 4 is configured to prevent the rotation of the jaw member 3 by disposing the lock portion 27 on the path where the jaw member 3 rotates from the holding position to the release position in the locked position. (2) When it is rotated from the release position to the holding position, it is pushed by the jaw member 3 and temporarily retracts out of the rotation path to allow rotation to the holding position. (3) In the unlocked position, it is locked outside the rotation path. The part 27 is arranged to allow the jaw member 3 to rotate from the holding position to the release position. The biasing means 20 is interposed between the bracket 2 and the jaw member 3, and selectively holds the jaw member 3 in the locked position or the unlocked position beyond the dead point during the rotation of the jaw member 3.

According to the tube gripping metal fitting of the invention relating to this application, it is easy to attach and detach the tube, and it can be automatically locked at the time of attachment to reliably prevent detachment, and the structure is simple and can be provided relatively inexpensively. It has the effect.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The tube-holding metal fitting 1 is a metal fitting for holding the tube body P in order to attach a support object L such as a solar cell panel to the tube body P such as a single pipe pipe disposed horizontally.

The tube gripping metal fitting 1 has a bracket 2 fixed to the support object L at the rear portion, a jaw member 3 pivotally supported by a shaft 5 at a lower portion of the bracket 2, and a jaw member 3 at an upper portion of the bracket 2. And a stopper 4 pivotally supported by a shaft 6.

The bracket 2 includes a back plate 7 fixed to the support object L, and a pair of parallel support plates 8 extending forward from the left and right edges of the back plate 7 at a right angle. The support plate 8 has a substantially semicircular arc-shaped recess 10 that opens forward 9 to receive the tube P in the transverse direction and extends along the outer periphery of the tube P, and a tube that is held above the recess 10. And a protrusion 11 protruding upward from P.

The jaw member 3 is rotatable about the shaft 5 between the holding position shown in FIG. 1 and the release position shown in FIG. The jaw member 3 includes a pair of parallel support plates 12 arranged in parallel to the inside of the pair of support plates 8 of the bracket 2. The support plate 12 is a substantially U-shaped flat plate material having a concave holding surface 13 and first and second legs 14 and 15 extending in opposite directions so as to surround the holding surface 13. The concave holding surface 13 holds the tubular body P inside facing the concave portion 10 of the bracket with the opening 16 facing upward at the holding position. The first leg 14 is arranged to extend upward in the holding position, cross and close the opening 9 of the recess 10 of the bracket 2, and to fall forward in the release position to open the opening 9. An engaging portion 16 that engages with the stopper 4 is provided at the distal end portion of the second leg 15. The jaw member 3 is arranged so that the opening 17 of the concave holding surface 13 is directed obliquely upward in the release position where the jaw member has fallen forward, and the tubular body P can be received therein. The rotation range of the jaw member 3 is regulated by a guide shaft 19 that passes through the support plate 12 through the arcuate guide hole 18 of the bracket 2.

Between the bracket 2 and the jaw member 3, biasing means 20 for biasing the jaw member to hold it in the locked position or the unlocked position is interposed. The biasing means 20 includes a spring guide 21 and a spring 22 fitted therein. The spring guide 21 has a long hole 23 in the axial direction at the lower end, and is pivotally supported by a shaft 24 that passes through the hole 23 and is supported by the support plate 8 of the bracket so as to be movable in the axial direction. The spring guide 21 is pivotally supported by the jaw member 3 by the engagement recess 25 at the upper end being rotatably engaged with the shaft 19. The spring 22 always urges the jaw member 3 by constantly urging the spring guide 21 upward in the axial direction. 3 is urged to rotate.

The stopper 4 has a lock portion 27 on one end side, a rotation operation portion 28 on the other end side, and a bearing portion 29 on an intermediate portion. The stopper 4 is pivotally supported by the shaft 6 between the tip portions of the protruding portions 11 of the bracket 2 in the bearing portion 29, and is freely rotatable between the locked position shown in FIG. 1 and the non-locked position shown in FIG. A detent ball 30 is incorporated in the vicinity of the lock portion 27, and this falls into the detent hole 31 of the bracket 2, thereby holding the stopper 4 in the unlocked position. A contact surface 32 is provided on the front surface side of the bearing portion 29, and the contact surface 32 contacts the contact piece 33 provided at the tip of the projecting portion 11 of the bracket 2, so that the stopper 4 is locked. Hold on. The stopper 4 is always urged to rotate to the locked position by a spring 26 wound around the shaft 6 and interposed between the rotation operation portion 28 and the contact piece 33. Thus, the stopper 4 prevents the rotation of the jaw member by disposing the lock portion 27 on the path where the jaw member 3 rotates from the holding position to the release position, that is, on the movement path of the engaging portion 16 in the locked position. However, in the unlocked position, the locking member 27 is disposed outside the movement path of the engaging portion 16 to allow the jaw member 3 to rotate. Further, the stopper 4 is pushed up by the engaging portion 16 when the jaw member 3 rotates from the release position to the holding position in the lock position, temporarily retracts from the movement path, and allows rotation to the holding position.

For example, in the case where the support object L is supported by the horizontally extending pipe body P, the support object is in the open state shown in FIG. 5 (the stopper 4 is in the lock position and the jaw member 3 is in the release position). While holding the object L, the holding fitting 1 is applied to the tube P, and the support object L is pressed against the tube P while the concave holding surface 20 of the jaw member 3 is fitted to the tube P. Initially, the jaw member 3 rotates to the holding position together with the pipe P while compressing the spring 22 (counterclockwise in FIG. 5), and is urged to rotate by the spring 22 exceeding the dead point on the way. As shown in FIG. 2, the engaging portion 16 abuts on the lock portion 27 of the stopper 4 and rotates the stopper 4 against the spring force so as to push it up (clockwise in the drawing), and reaches the holding position. The stopper 4 is restored to the locked position after the engaging portion 16 has passed and reaches the locked state shown in FIG.

In this state, the jaw member 3 is biased to the holding position by the spring 22, but even when a strong external force rotating in the release direction (clockwise direction) is applied, the engaging portion 16 is applied to the lock portion 27 of the stopper 4. By abutting, the rotation of the jaw member 3 is prevented and restrained at the holding position, so that the support object L can be reliably fixed to the tubular body P.

When removing the support object L from the tube P, the rotation operation portion 28 of the stopper 4 is pushed down from the state of FIG. 1 to rotate the stopper 4 to the unlocked position (clockwise) as shown in FIG. When the detent ball 30 is dropped into the detent hole 31 and held, the lock portion 27 is disengaged from the rotation path of the engaging portion 16 of the jaw member 3. In this state, when the support object L is operated to be peeled off from the tube P, the jaw member 3 rotates to the release position (clockwise), and the tube P is released as shown in FIG. The object L can be removed from the tube P. During this time, the spring 22 exceeds the dead point and the jaw member 3 is biased to the release position.
