Claims (5)
- ソレノイドバルブを制御するシステムであって、前記ソレノイドバルブは、
バルブシート(104)と、
ソレノイドバルブの開放状態に対応するバルブシート(104)から一定距離に設定された状態に第1バネ手段(107)により通常維持され、停止要素(109)に対抗するバルブ要素(105)と、
可動コア(112)とこの可動コアに関連するプッシャー要素(113)を前記バルブ要素(105)に押し付けるために駆動することができ、前記第1バネ手段(107)の作用に対抗して、ソレノイドバルブの閉鎖状態に対応する前記バルブシート(104)と接触する状態にもたらすソレノイド(111)と、
前記プッシャー要素(113)が前記バルブ要素(105)と接触する状態に対応する位置に可動コア(112)とこの可動コアに関連するプッシャー要素(113)を通常保持する第2バネ手段(114)とからなり、
前記システムはさらに前記ソレノイドの給電を制御する電子制御手段(25)を有するシステムに於いて、
前記電子制御手段(25)は、前記ソレノイド(111)の消磁に続いて、前記ソレノイドにブレーキ電流を供給し、これにより前記ソレノイドバルブを閉鎖状態から開放状態に移動させ、また、前記ソレノイドバルブをさらに励磁する前に前記ブレーキ電流を遮断し、これにより前記ソレノイドバルブを開放状態から閉鎖状態に移動させるようにプログラムされ、前記消磁に続く可動コア(112)とプッシャー要素(113)の移動を制動し、前記消磁の後にプッシャー要素(113)をバルブ要素(105)と接触する状態に復帰させるのに必要な時間を減少し、
前記電子制御手段(25)は、前記可動コア(112)とこの可動コアと関連するプッシャー要素(113)がソレノイド(111)により決定される方向と反対方向に変位する段階であって、この段階の終端を超えない段階でのみ前記ブレーキ電流が供給されるようにプログラムされ、
前記電子制御手段(25)は、前記ソレノイドバルブの以前の消磁に続いて、前記バルブ要素(105)がその静止位置に復帰する瞬間の後の瞬間から前記ブレーキ電流の供給が開始されるようにプログラムされているソレノイドバルブを制御するシステム。 - ソレノイドバルブを制御する方法であって、前記ソレノイドバルブは、
バルブシート(104)と、
ソレノイドバルブの開放状態に対応するバルブシート(104)から一定距離に設定された状態に第1バネ手段(107)により通常維持され、停止要素(109)に対抗するバルブ要素(105)と、
可動コア(112)とこの可動コアに関連するプッシャー要素(113)を前記バルブ要素(105)に押し付けるために駆動することができ、前記第1バネ手段(107)の作用に対抗して、ソレノイドバルブの閉鎖状態に対応する前記バルブシート(104)と接触する状態にもたらすソレノイド(111)と
前記プッシャー要素(113)が前記バルブ要素(105)と接触する状態に対応する位置に可動コア(112)とこの可動コアに関連するプッシャー要素(113)を通常保持する第2バネ手段(114)とからなる方法において、
前記ソレノイド(111)の消磁に続いて、前記ソレノイドにブレーキ電流を供給し、これにより前記ソレノイドバルブを閉鎖状態から開放状態に移動させ、また、前記ソレノイドバルブをさらに励磁する前に前記ブレーキ電流を遮断し、これにより前記ソレノイドバルブを開放状態から閉鎖状態に移動させ、前記消磁に続く可動コア(112)とプッシャー要素(113)の移動を制動し、前記消磁の後にプッシャー要素(113)をバルブ要素(105)と接触する状態に復帰させるのに必要な時間を減少し、
前記可動コア(112)とこの可動コアと関連するプッシャー要素(113)がソレノイド(111)により決定される方向と反対方向に変位する段階であって、この段階の終端を超えない段階でのみ前記ブレーキ電流を供給し、
前記ソレノイドバルブの以前の消磁に続いて、前記バルブ要素(105)がその静止位置に復帰する瞬間の後の瞬間から前記ブレーキ電流の供給を開始することを特徴とする方法。 - 内燃エンジンのバルブを可変駆動するシステムで、前記ソレノイドバルブを使用し、少なくとも1つの吸気エンジンバルブを圧力チャンバを使用する液圧システムにより、それぞれカムにより制御し、圧力チャンバは前記ソレノイドバルブにより排気管と接続することができ、前記ソレノイドバルブが閉鎖状態にある時、圧力チャンバはカムの運動をエンジンバルブに伝達することができ、ソレノイドバルブが開放状態にある時、エンジンバルブはそれぞれのカムから解放され、その結果閉鎖状態に留まることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の制御方法。
- エンジンバルブの伝統的な開閉サイクルに相当するクランクシャフトの回転の角度範囲内で多数回吸気バルブを開閉するために、前記ソレノイドバルブはエンジンバルブの在来の開閉サイクル内で繰り返し励磁および消磁され、前記ソレノイドバルブの駆動および非駆動の2つの連続するサイクルの間で必要な待機時間を減少するために、エンジンバルブの2つの連続する開閉サブサイクルの間で、前記ソレノイドバルブはブレーキ電流を供給され、ソレノイドバルブの消磁に続いて、前記ソレノイドバルブのプッシャー要素(113)を前記バルブ要素(105)と接触する静止状態に迅速に復帰させ、ソレノイドバルブを再び励磁してエンジンバルブの新たな開閉サブサイクルを消磁させることができることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記ソレノイドバルブを消磁に続いて前記プッシャー要素(113)が前記バルブ要素(105)と接触する静止状態に復帰する時間は2.5ms以下であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
