該釘素形材のステンレス鋼の露出した一方の端部に釘頭部を加工することにより、頭部頂面にステンレス鋼が露出しかつ頭部裏面及び胴部表面が銹の発生しやすい炭素鋼の表面層で被覆された釘を製造するようにしたことを特徴とする釘の製造方法。
