Hereinafter, a cartridge filter type dust collector to which the present invention is applied will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. As shown in FIG. 1, the cartridge filter type dust collector is mounted in a cabinet 1 so as to extend in the horizontal direction, and the cabinet 1 is divided into a clean side and a dirty side in the vertical direction and linearly arranged in the horizontal direction. A partition plate 3 having three openings 2 communicating with the cartridge filter F, and a lower part of the partition plate 3 are mounted so as to sandwich the three openings 2 arranged in a straight line from the front and rear. A pair of rails 4 having a sliding surface extending along the tip 4a (right end in FIG. 1) and reaching the lower surface of the partition plate 3, and on the sliding surfaces of the pair of rails 4 A cartridge filter attaching / detaching mechanism 5 that is detachably mounted and slidably mounted on the three cartridge filters F, and on the left side wall of the cabinet 1 in FIG. The base end side of the serial pair of rails 4, and out openings 6 for and out of the cartridge filter detaching mechanism 5 that latching said cartridge filter F are opened and closed by a door (not shown) is formed.

The cartridge filter F has a substantially cylindrical shape, and includes a filter element that is fold-folded at a portion corresponding to the side surface thereof, the bottom surface is sealed, and the upper surface (upper end portion) is open. By passing through the side filter elements, the air is cleaned.

As shown in FIG. 2, the cartridge filter F has a hollow disc shape and a plurality of latching portions 14a at the periphery of the disc so as to extend the disc at equal intervals. The holding member 14 is attached. In other words, the upper surface of the cartridge filter F is opened and hollowed out so as not to disturb the air flow, and the periphery of the upper end portion of the cartridge filter F (this portion is not a filter element but is formed of plastic or the like as a frame structure) ) Is attached to the holding member 14. The mounting may be done by any other method, such as plugging or screwing. Even when the cartridge filter F and the holding member 14 are integrally formed, the holding member 14 is a part having a hollow disc shape and a hooking portion 14a portion at the peripheral edge. The hooking portion 14a may be formed in a rectangular shape, or its peak portion may be a hooking portion by making the peripheral portion corrugated, and by forming the disk into an ellipse, the portion of the long diameter is hooked. The shape may be arbitrary. Moreover, the latching part 14a does not need to protrude at equal intervals. The outer diameter of the hollow disk shape of the holding member 14 is formed to be substantially the same as or slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the opening 2 of the partition plate 3, and the hollow disk-shaped portion of the holding member 14 is fitted into the opening 2. It is preferred that

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the cartridge filter attaching / detaching mechanism 5 has a rectangular plate shape, and both end portions 8a in the direction in which the openings 7 are arranged bend 90 degrees upward, and three A main body 8 having three circular openings 7 through which the cartridge filter F can pass, respectively, at the same interval as the opening 2, and both sides parallel to the direction in which the openings 7 on the lower surface of the main body 8 are arranged. And a reinforcing member 9 of a plate-like member arranged vertically and fixed along the side of the plate. The bending of the end portions 8a in the direction in which the openings 7 are arranged may not be 90 degrees, and may be bent downward rather than upward, and the angle that increases the bending rigidity of the plate-like portion of the main body 8 by bending. If it is. Further, instead of bending, a plate different from the main body 8 may be fixed and bent. However, it is easy to use the cartridge filter F when it is bent 90 degrees upward and downward. Further, the reinforcing member 9 increases the bending rigidity of the plate-like portion of the main body 8 at a side different from the side reinforced by bending. The reinforcing member 9 may be a member formed by being bent integrally with the main body 8.
Further, both ends of the reinforcing member 9 have an arcuate shape 9a on the lower side so that they can slide smoothly on the sliding surfaces of the pair of rails 4. That is, the direction in which the openings 7 are arranged matches the direction in which the cartridge filter attaching / detaching mechanism 5 is slid on the rail 4 (direction of the rail 4). One end of the reinforcing member 9 in the horizontal direction extends downward, and serves as a stopper 9b when the cartridge filter attaching / detaching mechanism 5 is placed on the rail 4 and slid. The position where the cartridge filter attaching / detaching mechanism 5 is fixed to the partition plate 3 is determined by the stopper 9b, so that the bolt 11 described later for fixing the cartridge filter attaching / detaching mechanism 5 to the partition plate 3 can be easily tightened, or the cartridge filter attaching / detaching mechanism 5 is prevented from being fed too far on the rail 4.

As shown in FIG. 2, a bolt insertion hole 10 is provided near the end portion (left end portion in FIG. 2) of the main body 8 on the stopper 9b side. As shown in FIG. After the filter attaching / detaching mechanism 5 is mounted on the pair of rails 4 and pushed up to the lower surface of the partition plate 3, the cartridge filter attaching / detaching mechanism 5 can be fixed to the partition plate 3 by a bolt 11. ing. The insertion hole 10 may be a long hole so that the bolt 11 can be easily tightened even if the cartridge filter attaching / detaching mechanism 5 is slightly displaced. The fixing means for fixing the cartridge filter attaching / detaching mechanism 5 to the lower surface of the partition plate 3 is not limited to a bolt, and may be a well-known means such as a clip, or a plurality of fixings depending on the size of the cartridge filter attaching / detaching mechanism 5. Means may be provided. A plurality of notches 7 a through which the plurality of latching portions 14 a of the holding member 14 can pass are formed at the peripheral edge of the opening 7 of the cartridge filter attaching / detaching mechanism 5. The notch 7a is preferably formed in a slightly larger shape at a position corresponding to the latching portion 14a. In addition, if the latching part 14a and the notch part 7a are formed at equal intervals, it will become easy to insert the holding member 14 and the cartridge filter F into the opening 7. When the cartridge filter attaching / detaching mechanism 5 is pushed up and fixed toward the lower surface of the partition plate 3, the disk-shaped portion of the holding member 14 is fitted into the opening 2, or the cartridge filter attaching / detaching mechanism 5 is engaged with the lower surface of the partition plate 3. As a result, the sealing performance of the cartridge filter F, the holding member 14 and the opening 2 is enhanced.

In order to attach the cartridge filter F, first, as shown in FIG. 4A, the cartridge filter attaching / detaching mechanism 5 is moved in the direction (vertical direction) in which the openings 7 are arranged by sliding on the rail 4 to enter and exit. After being pulled out of the cabinet 1 from the opening 6 for use, the upper part of the cartridge filter F is inserted into the opening 7 together with the holding member 14 from below the main body 8 of the cartridge filter attaching / detaching mechanism 5. At that time, the cartridge filter F and the holding member 14 are rotated so that the hooking portion 14 a of the holding member 14 is aligned with the notch 7 a formed at the peripheral edge of the opening 7. When the holding member 14 passes through the opening 7 and comes out above the cartridge filter attaching / detaching mechanism 5, the cartridge filter F is rotated by a required angle so that the plurality of latching portions 14 a of the holding member 14 are notched in the plurality of notches in the opening 7. After shifting from the position of the portion 7 a, the cartridge filter F is lowered and the cartridge filter F is hooked on the main body 8 via the holding member 14. Similarly, the three cartridge filters F are hooked to the main body 8 by the hooking portion 14 a of the holding member 14.

Next, as shown in FIG. 4B, the cartridge filter attaching / detaching mechanism 5 is placed on the two rails 4 so that the direction in which the bolt holes 10 are formed is rearward (in the direction away from the rails 4). Then, the rail 4 is slid in the tip direction (to the right in FIG. 4B). Slide to the tip 4a of the rail 4, and as shown in FIG. 4C, the tip of the cartridge filter attaching / detaching mechanism 5 is pushed up through the rail 4 to contact the lower surface of the partition plate 3, and then the cartridge filter attaching / detaching is performed. After lifting the back of the mechanism 5 and inserting the head of the holding member 14 into the opening 2 and bringing the back of the cartridge filter attaching / detaching mechanism 5 into contact with the lower surface of the partition plate 3, the bolt 11 is inserted into the insertion hole 10 and the cartridge is inserted. The filter attaching / detaching mechanism 5 is fixed to the partition plate 3, and the attachment of the cartridge filter F to the partition plate 3 is completed. The upper end of the holding member 14 or the cartridge filter F only needs to communicate with the opening 2, and there may be a gap between the cartridge filter attaching / detaching mechanism 5 and the partition plate 3. Here, “communication” refers to a state in which there is no substantial leakage between the two objects so that fluid flows, and another object may be sandwiched between the two objects.

The cartridge filter F can be removed from the cartridge filter type dust collector by removing the bolt 11 from the insertion hole 10 to release the cartridge filter attaching / detaching mechanism 5 from being fixed to the partition plate 3 and then removing the cartridge filter attaching / detaching mechanism 5 from the pair of cartridge filters. Then, the cartridge filter F and the holding member 14 are rotated together by the required angle after the cartridge filter F is pulled out of the cabinet 1 through the rail 4 and then stored in a bag member (not shown). The holding member 14 is allowed to pass through the opening 7 of the main body 8 of the cartridge filter attaching / detaching mechanism 5, and then the bag member containing the cartridge filter F is lowered to separate the cartridge filter F from the cartridge filter attaching / detaching mechanism 5. Can be done.

Thereby, the cartridge filter F can be removed from the cartridge filter type dust collector in units of one. Moreover, it is possible to replace the cartridge filter F even in a narrow place without scattering dust or polluting the surroundings.
