【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、壁裏に配設されてある造営材に取り付けて壁開口に配置し、内部に設けてある開口部に配線器具を取り付ける配線器具取付部材に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来より、建物の壁開口に配線器具を配設するには、図22に示すように、配線器具取付部材Bを壁開口に配設し、配線器具取付部材Bに配線器具Aを取り付けるという方法がよく採られている。これは、壁開口近傍の壁裏に配設されてある造営材Cの側面に配線器具取付部材Bを取り付け、壁裏に配設されてある電線管D内を挿通する電線を配線器具Aに接続し、この配線器具Aを配線器具取付部材Bの内部に設けてある開口部3’に取り付けることで配線器具Aを壁開口に配設するものであった。

しかし、上記のような従来の配線器具取付部材Bにあっては、電線管D内を挿通する電線を配線器具Aに接続したりあるいは配線器具Aを配線器具取付部材Bの開口部3’に取り付けたりする際に、作業の邪魔にならないよう電線管Dを保持しておくための管保持部5’が配線器具取付部材Bの取付部材本体4’に一体的に設けられていたため、壁裏に配設されてある電線管Dの種類,径等にあわせて複数種類の配線器具取付部材Bを製造する必要があるという問題があった。

また、管保持部5’が配線器具取付部材Bの取付部材本体4’に一体的に設けられていたため、配線器具取付部材Bを壁開口に挿入する際、管保持部5’が邪魔になって施工性が悪いという問題もあった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は上記の点に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的とするところは、壁裏に配設されてある様々な電線管にあわせて複数種類の配線器具取付部材を製造する必要がなく、また、配線器具取付部材を壁開口に挿入する際に、管保持部が邪魔にならず施工性の良い配線器具取付部材を提供することを課題とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために本発明に係る配線器具取付部材は、壁裏の造営材に取り付けるための造営材取付部1と、配線器具を取り付けるための配線器具取付部21を有し造営材取付部1から連設される連設部2と、造営材取付部1及び連設部2に囲まれる開口部3とで大略枠状をなす取付部材本体4を構成し、取付部材本体4に前後方向に貫通した切り欠きである被取着部41を設けると共に、保持する電線管の種類又は径又は本数に応じた複数種類の管保持部5に被取着部41に前方より嵌め込み引き出し可能な取着部51を設け前記複数種類のうちの任意の管保持部5に設けた取着部51を取付部材本体4に設けた被取着部41に着脱することで管保持部5を取付部材本体4に着脱自在に取り付けて成ることを特徴とするものである。このような構成とすることで、管保持部5を取付部材本体4とは別体として取付部材本体4に着脱自在に取り付けられるため、管保持部5で保持する電線管の種類,径や本数に応じて管保持部5を複数種類製造することで、一種類の取付部材本体4を製造するだけで様々な電線管に対応できて汎用性のある配線器具取付部材とすることができ、また、配線器具取付部材を壁裏の造営材に取り付けて壁開口に配置する際、取付部材本体4と管保持部5とを別々に壁開口に挿入可能となって施工性が良くなるものである。

また、取付部材本体4の開口部3の背面側に背面カバー6を設けることが好ましい。このような構成とすることで、背面カバー6を取付部材本体4の背面に設けて配線器具取付部材を前面側が開口した略箱状とすることができて、配線器具取付部材にボックス機能を具備させることが可能となるものである。

また、取付部材本体4に設けた前面視台形状の前後方向に貫通した切り欠きからなる被取着部41に背面カバー6を着脱自在とする前記切り欠きと同形状のカバー取付部61を背面カバー6に設けることが好ましい。このような構成とすることで、背面カバー6のカバー取付部61を取付部材本体4の被取着部41に取り付けるだけで、背面カバー6を取付部材本体4の開口部3の背面側に配置できて、必要な場合に容易に配線器具取付部材にボックス機能を具備させることが可能となるものである。

また、管保持部5に取付部材本体4に対してスライド嵌入自在なスライド部51bを突設して取着部51を形成すると共にリブ71aを設け、取付部材本体4に前記スライド部51bがスライド嵌入される嵌入凹部41bを前方側より切欠することでその底面がスライド部51bの後端部51cが当接する底面部41cとなる被取着部41を形成し、被取着部41に取着した取着部51がスライド方向に移動して抜けるのを防止するため取付部材本体4の底面部41cを前面とする底壁部41dリブ71aとスライド部51bの後端部51cとで両側より挟持する挟持部71を脱落規制部7として管保持部5に設けることが好ましい。このような構成とすることで、スライド部51bを嵌入凹部41bにスライド嵌入して取付部材本体4に着脱自在に取着した状態で、取付部材本体4を挟持部71で両側より挟持することで管保持部5が脱落するのを規制,防止することが可能となる。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の一実施形態について、図1乃至図5に基づいて説明する。本実施形態における配線器具取付部材は、壁裏の造営材に直接取り付ける略枠状の取付部材本体4で主体が構成され、これに加えて、電線管を保持する場合に取付部材本体4に着脱自在に取り付ける管保持部5と、配線器具取付部材にボックス機能を具備させる場合に取付部材本体4に着脱自在に取り付ける背面カバー6とで構成されるものである。

配線器具取付部材の主体を構成する取付部材本体4は、壁開口近傍の壁裏に配設されてある造営材の側面に取り付ける板状の造営材取付部1と、板状の造営材取付部1の上端部及び下端部より連設する前面視略コ字状をした連設部2と、造営材取付部1と連設部2とで囲まれる開口部3とからなる前面視で上下方向に長い矩形の枠状のもので、開口部3に配線器具(図示せず)を配設するものである。

造営材取付部1は、側面視で背方(後方)に転倒した略凸字状をした上下方向に長い板状のもので、その上下方向三箇所には、取付部材本体4を造営材に取り付ける際に固着具(図示せず)を挿通するための前後方向(奥行き方向)に長い取付挿通孔11が穿設してある。そして、造営材取付部1の上端部及び下端部は、前面視略コ字状をした連設部2の上側の先端部及び下側の先端部とそれぞれ接続されてある。

前面視略コ字状をした連設部2は、上側及び下側の横片22のそれぞれの中央部内面に、前後方向に長い略円筒状の配線器具取付部21が突設してあり、この配線器具取付部21には、配線器具を取り付ける固着具(図示せず)を螺着するねじ孔21aが穿設してある。また、上側及び下側の横片22のそれぞれの外面には、横片22の長手方向長さの略1/5ほど横片22の両端より内側に入った位置に、前面視台形状の前後方向に貫通した切り欠きであって管保持部5を取り付けるための被取着部41が設けてある。

管保持部5は、図1(b)に示すものについて説明すると、平面視で前後方向に短い矩形状をしてその後端辺に半円の凹部54aを二箇所設けた保持部本体52と、保持部本体52に設けた二箇所の凹部54aのそれぞれの二箇所の後端部より連設した爪片53とで構成され、前記爪片53は内周が前記凹部54aと同径の円弧状となっており、凹部54aの円弧状をした内周と該内周の両端より連続する爪片53の内周とで半周以上の円弧内周を有する管保持孔54を形成するものである。管保持部5は、その管保持孔54に電線管を嵌め込んで保持するものであるが、保持する電線管の種類,径,本数に合わせて管保持孔54の形状,径,管保持孔54数の異なる複数種類の管保持部5を製造するものである。例えば、図1や図3乃至図5に示すように、電線管の種類についてはCD管用[図1の(b)(c),図3]やPF管用[図4,図5]、径については14又は16用[図1の(b)(c),図4]や22用[図3,図5]、本数については二本用[図1の(b),図3乃至図5それぞれの(a)]や一本用[図1の(c),図3乃至図5それぞれの(b)]といったように複数種類の管保持部5を製造するものである。なお、PF管は耐燃性(自己消火性)の試験に合格した管で、ポリエチレン,ポリプロピレン等を主材とした内管に耐燃性材料の外管を重ねた複層管や単層管であり、CD管はオレンジ色に着色したポリエチレン,ポリプロピレン等の耐燃性(自己消火性)のない管である。また、保持部本体52の下面には、管保持部5を取付部材本体4に取り付ける際に取付部材本体4の被取着部41に対応する位置に、取付部材本体4の被取着部41の切り欠きと同形状の取着部51が突設してあり、該取着部51を取付部材本体4の被取着部41に嵌め込み引き出しすることで管保持部5を取付部材本体4に着脱自在とするものである。

また、配線器具取付部材にボックス機能を具備させる場合に取付部材本体4の開口部3の背面に取り付ける背面カバー6は、前面視で取付部材本体4の外形とほぼ同じ外形を有して前面と側面の一部が開口した箱状のもので、取付部材本体4の開口部3の背面に取り付けた時に、背面カバー6と取付部材本体4とで前面が開口したボックスを形成するものである。背面カバー6には、背面カバー6を取付部材本体4の開口部3の背面に取り付ける際に取付部材本体4の被取着部41と対応する位置に、取付部材本体4の被取着部41の切り欠きと同形状のカバー取付部61が突設してあり、該カバー取付部61を取付部材本体4の被取着部41に嵌め込み引き出しすることで背面カバー6を取付部材本体4に着脱自在とするものである。

以上のような構成の配線器具取付部材を壁開口に配置する施工方法として、まず、壁開口に取付部材本体4を挿入して、壁開口近傍の壁裏に配設されてある造営材の側面に取付部材本体4の造営材取付部1を当接させ、造営材取付部1に穿設した取付挿通孔11を介してねじ等の固着具を造営材に螺着して取付部材本体4を造営材に取り付け、続いて管保持部5を壁開口に挿入して、管保持部5に設けた取着部51を取付部材本体4に設けた被取着部41に嵌め込んで管保持部5を取付部材本体4に取り付ける。

次に、壁裏に配設されてある電線管を管保持部5に形成してある管保持孔54に嵌め込んで電線管を保持して、電線管内を挿通する電線を引き出して配線器具に接続した後に配線器具に穿設してある固着孔(図示せず)を介してねじ等の固着具を取付部材本体4の配線器具取付部21のねじ孔21aに螺着して配線器具を取付部材本体4に取り付けるものである。

また、配線器具取付部材にボックス機能を具備させる場合には、背面カバー6と取付部材本体4を別々に壁開口に挿入し、壁裏側で背面カバー6のカバー取付部61を取付部材本体4の被取着部41に嵌め込んで背面カバー6を取付部材本体4に取り付け、その後で取付部材本体4の造営材取付部1を造営材に取り付けるものである。

以上のようにすることで、管保持部5を取付部材本体4とは別体として取付部材本体4に着脱自在としてあるため、管保持孔54にて保持する電線管の種類,径,本数に応じて管保持部5を複数種類製造すれば、一種類の取付部材本体4を製造するだけで様々な電線管に対応できるようになって、汎用性のある配線器具取付部材とすることができるものであり、また、管保持部5に取着部51を設けると共に取付部材本体4に被取着部41を設けてあるので、管保持部5を取付部材本体4に容易に着脱できるものである。また、配線器具取付部材を壁開口に配設する際、取付部材本体4のみを壁開口に挿入した後で管保持部5を壁開口に挿入して取付部材本体4に取り付けられるので、管保持部5と取付部材本体4とが一体となったものと比べて壁開口を容易にくぐらせられると共に、電線管内を挿通する電線の接続が不要な場合は取付部材本体4のみを壁開口に配設するだけでよいため、施工性が良くなるものである。更に、配線器具取付部材にボックス機能を具備させる場合には、背面カバー6のカバー取付部61を取付部材本体4の被取着部41に取り付けるだけで、背面カバー6を取付部材本体4の開口部3の背面に配置してボックス機能を具備させることができ、この時、管保持部5を取り付けるために取付部材本体4に設けた被取着部41を背面カバー6の取り付け部としても兼用できるものである。

次に、本発明の他の実施形態について、図6乃至図8に基いて説明する。本実施形態は、図1乃至図5に示す上実施形態と大略同じであるため、主に相違点についてのみ説明する。

本実施形態における管保持部5は、保持部本体52に爪片53ではなく円弧筒部55を設けるものである。更に説明すると、本実施形態の電線管一本用の管保持部5の保持部本体52は、図6(b)に示すように、上実施形態の保持部本体52においてその内部に前面視矩形の貫通穴52aを穿設し、前面視矩形の保持部本体52外形の下辺両端より下方に向けて、内方に傾斜する傾斜面51aを有する取着部51を突設したものである。そして貫通穴52aには、平面視で半周以上の円弧の管保持孔54を有する円弧筒部55を嵌め込んで固定してある。また、電線管二本用の管保持部5は、図6(c)に示すように、概略で上記電線管一本用の管保持部5を接合した形状であるが、造営材取付部1に対応する端部と反対側端部の取着部51は設けていないものである。

このようにすることで、上実施形態において爪片53を保持部本体52に二個設けるところを円弧筒部55を一個設けるだけで管保持部5を構成することができるようになるものである。

上記のように、管保持部5の取着部51が上実施形態と異なることで、取付部材本体4の被取着部41及び背面カバー6のカバー取付部61も異なるものである。更に説明すると、取付部材本体4に設ける被取着部41は、上記管保持部5を取付部材本体4に取り付ける際に管保持部5の取着部51に対応する取付部材の部位を、対応する取着部51と同形状になるように切り欠いて設けてある。また、背面カバー6には、該背面カバー6を取付部材本体4に取り付ける際に取付部材本体4の横片22に設けた被取着部41のうちの中央の被取着部41aに対応する位置に、前面視で先端が平坦となった内向き矢印状のカバー取付部61と、カバー取付部61に隣接してスリット62が設けてあり、スリット62はカバー取付部61を撓み易くするものである。このように背面カバー6を構成することで、背面カバー6を取付部材本体4の開口部3の背面に取り付ける際、取付部材本体4の背面側に背面カバー6を配置し、背面カバー6のカバー取付部61を外側に撓ませて広げた状態で取付部材本体4側に近付け、背面カバー6を取付部材本体4の開口部3の背面に当接させてカバー取付部61の撓みを戻し、カバー取付部61を取付部材本体4の被取着部41に嵌め込むことで背面カバー6を取付部材本体4の開口部3の背面に取り付けられるようになるものである。

以上のようにすることで、管保持部5を取付部材本体4とは別体として取付部材本体4に着脱自在としてあるため、管保持孔54にて保持する電線管の種類,径,本数に応じて管保持部5を複数種類製造すれば、一種類の取付部材本体4を製造するだけで様々な電線管に対応できるようになって、汎用性のある配線器具取付部材とすることができるといったような上実施形態と同様の効果が得られ、更に、管保持部5を管保持孔54と円弧筒部55とで簡単に構成することも可能となる。

本実施形態における管保持部5は、取付部材本体4の被取着部41に取着された管保持部5の取着部51が取付部材本体4から脱落するのを規制する脱落規制部7を設けるものである。図9及び図10に本実施形態の電線管一本用の管保持部5を示す。この管保持部5は、図8に示す上実施形態の管保持部5と大略同様のもので、保持部本体52に前面視矩形の前後方向に貫通する貫通穴52aを穿設し、前面視矩形の保持部本体52の外形の下辺両端より下方に向けて、下端部が内方側に折曲する前面視L字状をしたスライド部51bをそれぞれ突設してある。貫通穴52aには、平面視で円弧状をして内部側を管保持孔54とする弧状保持部56が設けてある。弧状保持部56は、保持部本体52の貫通穴52aの前面側に設けられる平面視の中心角60°程の弧状をした前弧状部56aと、保持部本体52の後端部の両側より後方側にそれぞれ連設される平面視の中心角60°程の弧状をした後弧状部56bとからなる。また、図11に電線管二本用の管保持部5を示す。この電線管二本用の管保持部5は、図9及び図10に示す(電線管一本用の)管保持部5を並べて一体に接合したもので、接合部においては略L字状のスライド部51bが互いに背面合わせされた状態の略逆T字状に形成してある。なお、この管保持部5は、電線管として径22のCD管と径22のPF管を保持する保持部(特に図示せず)をそれぞれ形成してあるもので、図示はしないが径16のCD管と径14又は16のPF管を保持する保持部及び、径14のCD管を保持する保持部を形成した管保持部5であってもよい。そして、このような管保持部5のスライド部51bに脱落規制部7を設けるのであるが、これに先だって取付部材本体4の被取着部41について説明する。

取付部材本体4は本実施形態においては図12に示すように、上実施形態と大略同様のものであるが、取付部材本体4の上下端部の後面側に、先端が内方側に折曲する平面視略L字状をしたケーブル保持部42を突設してある。これは、ケーブル保持部42で商用電源を配線するためのVVFケーブル等(特に図示せず)を挿通して仮保持させ、住宅内壁の表側からの結線作業が容易に行えるようにするものである。そして、取付部材本体4の上下端部に、管保持部5の前面視L字状をしたスライド部51bがスライド嵌入される嵌入凹部41bを穿設するものである。嵌入凹部41bは、スライド部51bが前後方向にスライド嵌入自在となるように、前面視における形状がスライド部51bの前面視における形状とほぼ同形同大の切欠凹部として前方側より穿設してあり、この嵌入凹部41bの後端部の底面は後述するがスライド部51bの後端部51cが当接する底面部41cとなる。また、図13に配線器具二連用の取付部材本体4を、図14に配線器具三連用の取付部材本体4を示す。この配線器具二連用及び三連用の取付部材本体4は、図12に示す(一連用の)取付部材本体4を並べて一体に接合したもので、接合部においては略L字状の嵌入凹部41bが略逆T字状に形成してある。

この管保持部5を取付部材本体4に取着するには、図15(a)に示すように、管保持部5のスライド部51bを取付部材本体4の嵌入凹部41bの前方側に配置し、スライド部51bの後端部を嵌入凹部41bにスライド嵌入していき、図15(b)に示すようにスライド部51bの後端部51cを嵌入凹部41bの底面部41cに当接させる。この時、スライド部51bの嵌入凹部41bへのスライド嵌入に伴って、スライド部51bが突設される保持部本体52の下面52bが取付部材本体4の底面部41cが形成される底壁部41dの側端面41e上を摺動するものである。そして、取付部材本体4の嵌入凹部41bにスライド嵌入された管保持部5のスライド部51bが抜け落ちないようにするために、本実施形態のように管保持部5に上述した脱落規制部7を設けるものである。

脱落規制部7は図9に示すように、管保持部5に形成する挟持部71として設けてある。挟持部71は、スライド方向の先端側より取付部材本体4を挟持するリブ71aと、スライド方向の後端側より取付部材本体4を挟持する上述したスライド部の後端部51cとからなるもので、このリブ71aとスライド部の後端部51cとで取付部材本体4の底壁部41dを挟持するものである。

このような脱落規制部7を設けた管保持部5を取付部材本体4に取着するには、上述したように、図15(a)に示すように、管保持部5のスライド部51bを取付部材本体4の嵌入凹部41bの前方側に配置し、スライド部51bの後端部を嵌入凹部41bにスライド嵌入していくのであるが、この際に傾斜誘導部72を設けてあるためリブ71aを底壁部41dの側端面41e上に容易に乗り上げさせることができ、乗り上げたリブ71aを側端面41e上を摺動させて、図15(b)に示すように底壁部41dの底面部41cと反対側の面41fに位置させて、このリブ71aとスライド部51bの後端部51cとで底壁部41dを挟持するものである。
