Description

【0001】
【0007】
<作用>

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an apparatus for controlling the amount of ink and water supplied to an offset printing machine using water (fountain solution), and in particular, control based on the color information of printed matter and the ink and water amount information in each color unit. It is related to the device to do.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a conventional technique, for example, there is one disclosed in JP-T-8-511740. That is, an apparatus is described that measures the color of the paper immediately after printing and controls the amount of ink supplied from the color information.
Further, there is one disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 7-94167. That is, the ink amount / water amount at an arbitrary detection point on the surface of the ink roller is measured, and the detected value is compared with a target value that is input in advance or a target value at the detection point that is set in advance. An apparatus for controlling the amount of water supply is described.
[0003]
However, there is a problem that the amount of water supply cannot be controlled so as to be an appropriate amount of water with an apparatus that measures the color of the paper immediately after printing and controls the amount of ink to be supplied. Therefore, there is a problem that a color change due to a change in water supply amount is erroneously recognized as an ink supply abnormality.
Further, there is a problem that it is very difficult to separate and recognize the color changed from the mixed color.
In addition, the device that measures the ink amount and water amount and controls the ink amount and water amount based on the obtained information, the correlation between the ink and water amount and the color is insufficient, so the final color is guaranteed. There is also a problem that it cannot be controlled.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
This invention has been made under the above circumstances, and by combining the problems that occur when each control is used independently, it is possible to control the amount of water supplied appropriately, which cannot be solved by color information alone.・ Perform from water volume measurement information. Highly accurate color control that cannot be solved only with the ink amount and water amount is performed based on the color information immediately after printing. However, as a means of solving difficult color separation in the color information immediately after printing, the ink amount and water amount in each unit It is an object of the present invention to provide an apparatus that enables variable color separation based on change information.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the means provided by the present invention includes: color information of the printed matter obtained by measuring the color of the printed matter that has been printed through all the printing units during printing with an offset printing press; and each printing unit. The ink amount of the ink on the ink roller or the amount of water contained in the ink is measured on the ink roller, and the data of at least one of the ink amount and the water amount is used in combination. A color control method for controlling the color of a printed matter depending on whether the cause of the color change of the printed matter is due to a change in the ink supply amount, a change in the water supply amount, or neither and upon it is determined on the basis of the criterion that is set to identify the color causing color change to the specified color at the remote control device to return to the target value, the printing machine Replaced by the value of the ink or water supply, a printed matter of a color control method of the ink or water becomes a color desired create based on the replaced numeric supplied to each unit, characterized in that the color control.
[0006]
And (a) color measuring means for measuring the color of the printed matter printed through all the printing units during printing on the offset printing press,
(B) Ink water amount measuring means for measuring on the ink roller at least one of the ink amount on the ink roller of each printing unit or the amount of water contained in the ink on the ink roller;
(C) When determining the cause of the color change of the printed matter, either the change in the ink supply amount, the change in the water supply amount, or any other cause, the color information obtained by the color measuring means; Judgment means for judging the cause based on at least one of the ink amount of each printing unit obtained by the ink amount water amount measurement means or the moisture amount and the set judgment criteria;
(D) The color that you want to create based on the replaced numerical value by replacing it with the ink or water supply value of the printing machine so that it returns to the target value for the color causing the color change determined based on the determination criteria A remote control device that controls the color by supplying an ink or water amount for each unit, and a color control device for printed matter characterized by comprising all of (a) to (d).
[0007]
<Action>
In the color control of the printed matter according to the invention of the present application, which is characterized by being configured in this way, the problem that cannot be solved skillfully only by the color information as in the conventional case, the control of the appropriate water supply amount Is controlled and solved based on the measurement information of ink amount and water amount. However, as a means of solving difficult color separation in the color information immediately after printing, the cause separation of the fluctuating color is made possible by referring to the ink amount / water amount change information in each unit.
[0008]
According to the present invention as described above, after determining whether or not the color change was caused by the change in the ink or water supply amount, it was not possible to control only by color measurement immediately after printing. If it is caused, the ink supply amount can be controlled, and if it is caused by water, the water supply amount can be controlled so that it can be skillfully controlled.
[0009]
In addition, because the amount of ink is measured for each independent color unit, it is possible to control it in a form that makes it easier to separate colors from mixed colors.
In addition, high-precision color control, which was difficult with only ink / water measurement information, was made possible by performing color information immediately after printing.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The apparatus of the present application measures the ink and water amount of the upper and lower cylinders of each printing unit (11, 12, 13, 14) using the sensors (01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08) during printing. The measured results are processed into numerical values necessary for control information by the ink / water quantity measuring unit. Further, the numerical value obtained there is sent to the integration processing unit (20).
[0011]
On the other hand, the result printed during the same printing is measured by the color measuring sensor (17, 18) after the dryer (15) and the cooling cylinder (16). The measured result is processed into a numerical value necessary for the control information by the color measuring unit. The numerical values obtained by the ink / water measurement unit (09) and the color measurement unit (19) are sent to the integrated control processing unit (20).
[0012]
Comparing the sent numerical value (ink amount / water amount information for each unit, color information for each front and back) with a target value that has been input in advance or a target value that has been set in advance, which is the cause of the change The color is replaced with the value of the ink / water supply amount of the printing machine so as to return to the target value after judging whether it is ink or water. The replaced numerical value is sent to the remote control device (10), and the amount of ink and water to be produced is supplied for each unit.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, the color control of the printed matter according to the present invention accurately grasps the color that needs to be controlled, and captures whether the object to be controlled is the amount of ink or water. High color matching control is possible. In other words, this device freed the operator from color management. In other words, it was possible to provide color control of printed matter that is the object of the present invention.
