BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a water pipe piping structure. In particular, the present invention relates to a faucet piping structure that can be used freely by pulling out the tip of a spout connected to a hose.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As shown in FIG. 9, the water faucet that can be used by pulling out the tip of the water outlet connected to a conventional hose has a fixing plate screwed to the cartridge so that the water supply pipes on the hot water side and the water side do not come out of the cartridge. Yes. Furthermore, in order to pass the hose smoothly, it is necessary to secure a hose movable region, and it is necessary to increase the height of the faucet body.
Such a faucet is mainly provided and used in a kitchen.
FIG. 10 shows a cross-sectional view of the piping operation in the faucet mounting hole of the counter.
This is a kitchen faucet, but first there is no need for a pop-up pull bar for closing the drain plug, so there is no need for a single mechanism member inside the faucet. is there. Also, because of the size of the kitchen sink, it is not necessary to make it more compact than necessary. Therefore, there was no problem even when fixing the fixing members of the hot water side and water side water supply pipes using the fixing screws.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
On the other hand, when adopting a faucet that can be used by pulling out the spout tip connected to the hose from the faucet body in this way, the faucet itself is higher than necessary, like a faucet provided in a kitchen. Can not be high. The reason is that there are face washing, gargle, etc. as actions in the washroom, but in order to bring the face close to the wash basin during this operation, if the faucet is large, it will not only interfere with the above action but also feel a sense of pressure There are also cases where it is not possible to act like this.
[0004]
In addition, unlike the case where the faucet is provided in the kitchen as described above, when using it in a washroom, in order to collect hot water in the wash bowl when performing an action such as face washing, the drain cover is closed and opened. In order to do this, it is necessary to provide a pop-up pull bar.
In the past, this pull rod was not set on the faucet body, but was installed directly on the counter.
However, by providing a pop-up pull rod on the faucet body, the counter top surface becomes clean, so that the appearance is good and the cleaning property is improved. In addition, there is a great merit in terms of construction, such as reducing counter-drilling.
[0005]
On the other hand, if this pop-up pull bar is provided on the faucet itself that can be used by pulling out the tip of the spout connected to the hose, each hot water and water side water supply pipe, mixed water conduit, hose, pop-up pull It is necessary to pass five of the rods through the faucet mounting holes.
[0006]
The faucet mounting holes for basins, wash counters and sinks are generally φ35 ± 2 mm or φ38 ± 2 mm. Among the restrictions, (1) water side water supply pipe (2) hot water side water supply pipe (3) mixed water conduit pipe (4) hose (5) fixed shaft (6) 6 pipes for pop-up pull rod Or it is necessary to install a hose.
Therefore, when using the faucet appearance and faucet mounting holes similar to the conventional one, it is possible to reduce the diameter of each pipe or hose (mm). It becomes weak and cannot provide a faucet that satisfies the user.
Actually, it is necessary to design under the conditions that the outer diameter of the feed water pipe is 9.5 mm or more, the mixed water conduit pipe outer diameter is 10 mm or more, the hose outer diameter is 14 mm or more, and the fixed shaft outer diameter is 12 mm or more.
In addition, if the faucet appearance and faucet mounting hole are made larger, it will not be attached to a normal washbasin, and a special washbasin that can be fitted with the faucet will have to be manufactured, increasing costs. Will lead to.
In addition, being attached to a conventional faucet mounting hole has an advantage that the user can select his / her favorite basin, basin counter and sink.
[0007]
Therefore, the present inventor, without changing the diameter of the conventional faucet mounting hole, the faucet pipe routing structure that allows the tip of the water outlet connected to the hose to be smoothly pulled out from the faucet body and used Has been researched and developed.
At this time, it was also considered to secure a sufficient water supply amount from the water outlet without reducing the diameter of the water supply pipe or the like.
Furthermore, considering the convenience in the washroom in particular, the height of the faucet body is suppressed as much as possible, taking into consideration that it does not get in the way when washing the face.
[0008]
Accordingly, in order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides a faucet pipe routing structure that has a smooth appearance of a hose while having a compact appearance and can secure a sufficient water discharge amount. .
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a faucet in which a water faucet external body is provided with a cartridge for connecting hot water and water supply pipes to mix hot water and prevent hot water from being discharged. Each water supply pipe on the water side is formed with a collar slightly away from the end, and each water supply pipe is inserted into a connection provided at the lower end of the cartridge so that the collar is located at the lower end of the cartridge. Further, a rib is provided in the outer appearance main body, and when the cartridge is inserted from the top of the faucet outer appearance main body, the rib is sandwiched between the rib and the lower end of the cartridge, and from the upper end side of the cartridge This is a faucet characterized in that the cartridge presser is fixed to the outer appearance main body, and each water supply pipe is fixed to the cartridge.
[0010]
Thereby, since it is not conventional screw fixation, the dimension of the height direction of the water faucet can be suppressed. That is, the shape of the lower end portion of the cartridge can be set to a dimension only for insertion of each water supply pipe, and the dimension in the height direction of the faucet can be reduced.
In particular, in the case of a faucet that is formed so that the tip of the spout connected to the hose can be pulled out from the faucet body, the hose can be smoothly put in and out while keeping the height of the faucet low. be able to.
[0011]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, the rib is pressed against the lower end of the cartridge by a separate fixing plate, and when the cartridge is inserted from the upper part of the faucet exterior main body, The water faucet according to
[0012]
By interposing the fixing plate in this manner, the rib provided on the water supply pipe can be reliably pressed against the lower end of the cartridge by the rib, so that the water supply pipe does not come out of the cartridge.
[0013]
In
[0014]
This makes it possible to sufficiently secure the movable area of the hose due to the concave depression, and the hose can be smoothly put in and out by effectively utilizing the limited space.
[0015]
According to
[0016]
This makes it possible to flexibly install the mixed water conduit between the water supply pipes in a limited space, and to secure a space where the hose can be smoothly inserted and removed in the limited space. Is possible.
[0017]
In claim 5 of the present invention, a faucet fixing shaft is disposed in the faucet exterior main body, and the water supply pipes on the hot water side and the water side are disposed asymmetrically. This is a faucet.
[0018]
As a result, the faucet fixing shaft, hot water side and water side water supply pipes, mixed water conduit pipes and hoses can be efficiently installed in the space within the faucet body and the space where the faucet mounting holes are limited. The hose can be put in and out smoothly.
[0025]
In
[0026]
As a result, the faucet fixing shaft, hot water side and water side water supply pipes, mixed water conduit, hose and pull rod are placed in a space where the faucet body and the faucet mounting hole are limited. It is possible to arrange efficiently, and it is possible to secure a space in which the hose can be smoothly inserted and removed in a limited space.
