Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to disconnect only stop method of rebar protective cap to protect the head of the difference between muscle at the construction site.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When placing concrete from the lower layer side to the upper layer side of a reinforced concrete building, tie a supplementary bar to the difference bar exposed vertically upward from the lower layer side concrete and surround it with a formwork, and then fill the formwork with concrete to fill the upper layer side Form a reinforced concrete structure. This differential bar is exposed before rebar tying, to protect its head, and to avoid injury from the sharp tip of the exposed differential bar when an operator falls or falls. The end on one side is bent into a stick shape, and the end on the other right side is embedded in concrete. In such a state, the reinforcing bars are attached to the difference bars to connect the reinforcing bars. However, it is troublesome to bend the ends of the differential bars into a U shape (stick shape), and the processing cost is high.
[0003]
There was also a method to fold the difference bars horizontally from the concrete surface and fold them back when necessary. In this case, the folded difference bars are entangled with the operator's feet, and it is troublesome to fold back. Met.
[0004]
Therefore, in recent years, it has been proposed to embed one end in concrete with both ends of the differential reinforcing bar cut, and to insert a reinforcing bar protective cap into the other exposed end. Consists of, for example, an attachment part of a cylindrical body through which the upper end part of the differential bar that is exposed vertically is inserted, and a protection part integrated with the attachment, and the protection part is bent into a U-shape (stick shape) In addition, a plurality of retaining pieces for preventing the differential bars from coming off are provided at the inner entrance of the mounting portion.
[0005]
The retaining piece fixes the protective cap to the differential line by being locked to a protrusion formed around the differential line, for example, inside the cylindrical body constituting the attachment portion. A die is inserted, cut and raised from the outside by press punching, and protruded inward. As a result, the retaining piece has elasticity and protrudes to the inside of the attachment portion, and can be inserted into several types of differential bars having different diameters.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the method of fixing the differential bar to the attachment portion with such a retaining piece, the retaining piece is pressed against the inner wall side of the attachment portion with the differential line in the middle of inserting the differential line into the attachment portion. Workability is not good because the differential line is pushed in against the elasticity of the retaining piece.
[0007]
In addition, in the state where the differential bar is fixed to the mounting portion, the tip of the retaining piece comes into contact with the lower side of the protrusion of the differential bar, thereby preventing the downward movement of the differential bar. Since the streak is formed in a stepped state around the difference bar, even if a plurality of retaining pieces protrude from the streak, the part that abuts on the streak is a part thereof. For this reason, for example, there may be one place where the retaining piece comes into contact with the protrusion, and it is difficult to securely fix it.
[0008]
The object of the present invention is to eliminate the inconvenience of the conventional example, and in the protective cap to be inserted into the head of the differential bar (rebar), it is easy to insert, and after the insertion, a retaining piece is particularly provided. Reinforcement can be fixed securely without any problems, and it can be reliably prevented from being injured by the sharp tip of the exposed differential muscle when an operator falls or crashes at the work site. It is to provide a disconnect only stop method of the cap.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is a protective cap that is inserted into the head of a reinforcing bar, and is coupled to a cylindrical mounting part through which an upper end of the reinforcing bar that is vertically exposed is inserted, and an upper part of the mounting part. A C-shaped protective part, the protective part is formed in a semicircular cross section by cutting out the C-shaped inner part, the upper edge of the mounting part on the side of the notch, and the opposite position of the upper edge Thus, the gist is to support the reinforcing bar between the lower edge portion of the attachment portion and the vicinity of the transition portion to the C-shaped portion at the upper extension portion of the lower edge portion .
[0010]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, if the head of the reinforcing bar is inserted into the protective cap while rotating the protective cap, the protruding portion of the reinforcing bar and the portion that is not the protruding portion are cut off. The upper edge portion of the attachment portion on the notch portion side and the lower edge portion of the attachment portion are in contact with the upper edge portion, and at the same time, the upper end of the reinforcing bar is an upper extension portion of the lower edge portion and is a C-shaped portion. It abuts against the inner wall of the cap at a location near the transition part. Therefore, in this state, the protective cap is supported by the reinforcing bar by the frictional resistance at the three positions and is securely fixed. As a result, it is possible to reliably prevent injury at the sharp tip of the differential muscle that is exposed when the worker falls or falls at the work site, and safety is improved.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. 1 is a longitudinal front view of a reinforcing bar protection cap according to an embodiment of the present invention attached to a reinforcing bar, FIG. 2 is a partially cutaway front view of the reinforcing bar protection cap, FIG. 3 is a left side view of the same, and FIG. In the right side view, the reinforcing bar protection cap of the present invention is made of a material such as iron, and has a cylindrical mounting portion 1 having an inner diameter substantially equal to the diameter of a deformed reinforcing bar as a differential reinforcing bar 3 to be inserted, and the mounting It is comprised from the front C-shaped protection part 2 integrally formed in the upper part of the part 1. FIG.
[0012]
The protective part 2 is formed in a semicircular cross section by cutting out the inside of the C-shape to form a cutout part 2a.
[0013]
Reinforcing vertical ribs 4 are provided on the outer side of the C-shape so as to be positioned in the vicinity of the boundary between the protective portion 2 and the mounting portion 1. The vertical rib 4 is formed by, for example, drawing.
[0014]
In addition, an air vent hole 5 is drilled at the top of the protective portion 2 when placing concrete.
[0015]
And in order to mount the reinforcing bar protection cap of the present invention on the upper part of the differential bar 3 which is a deformed reinforcing bar, the upper part of the differential bar 3 is inserted into the inside of the cylindrical body from below the mounting portion 1 and the reinforcing bar protective cap is rotated. The reinforcing bar protection cap is pushed downward while being pushed. In this state, the deformed reinforcing bar has a different diameter between the portion where the node 3a is projected and the portion where the node 3a does not protrude, and there is a difference in the length in the diameter direction. The differential bar 3 is pushed in while moving in a direction perpendicular to the axis 3, and the differential bar 3 is pressed against the inner wall of the reinforcing bar protection cap at a certain angle.
[0016]
As a result, as shown in FIG. 1, the upper end of the differential bar 3 comes into contact with the inner wall of the protective part 2 in the vicinity of the position of the transition part from the mounting part 1 (position A in FIG. 1), and at the same time, the middle of the differential bar 3 is cut. Abuts against the upper edge portion of the attachment portion 1 on the side of the notch portion 2a (position B in FIG. 1), and at the same time, the joint 3a of the differential bar 3 is located at the lower position of the lower portion of the attachment portion 1 at the position opposite to the B position. A position that abuts the portion (C position in FIG. 1) is generated.
[0017]
As a result, the differential rebar 3 has a large frictional resistance at three positions A, B, and C, and is supported at these three points, and the reinforcing bar protection cap is fixed to the differential rebar 3 so that it does not come out. Such fixing utilizes the fact that the differential bar 3 is a deformed bar, and it is only necessary to push the reinforcing bar protection cap into the differential bar 3 while rotating it. In this state, the sharp tip of the differential bar 3 is not inserted into the reinforcing bar protection cap, and the sharp tip is not directly exposed. Therefore, even if the worker falls or falls at the work site and comes into contact with the tip of the differential muscle 3, it can be prevented from being injured.
[0018]
When the reinforcing bar protection cap is attached to the upper part of the differential bar 3 and concrete or mortar is placed as described above, the reinforcing bar protection cap is embedded in the concrete or mortar while being attached to the end of the reinforcing bar. The In this case, a gap is formed between the reinforcing bar protection cap and the differential bar 3 due to the diameter of the differential bar 3, but the air in this gap escapes from the air vent hole 5 formed at the top of the protective unit 2. Concrete or mortar wraps around the gap between the cap and the difference bar 3 and completely fills the gap, thereby ensuring sufficient strength.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the method for preventing the reinforcing bar protection cap of the present invention from being attached is easy to install by simply rotating the protective cap inserted into the head of the differential bar (rebar) while rotating it. After that, it can be securely fixed without providing a retaining piece, etc., and the sharp head of the differential bar (rebar) can be securely covered with a protective cap. This sharp head is directly exposed to the outside. Can be prevented. As a result, it is possible to surely prevent injury at the sharp tip of the differential muscle exposed when the worker falls or falls at the work site, and the safety is improved, and the manufacture is also simple.
