室内の天井部分に架設される梁材6に固定して、天井板Pを吊支することができる建築用具であって、
上下に亙る中空部11が形成されるケース状の本体1と;
この本体1の中空部11内に貫挿して保持される棒状の部材であって、下端側にはネジ部21が形成され、かつ、周面の少なくとも一部に掛止鍔部22が形成されてなるロッド2と;
前記本体1の中空部11内に介装される弾性部材であって、前記ロッド2の掛止鍔部22に掛止可能な防振弾性部材3と;
前記本体1の上部または側部に連結され、前記梁材6のフランジ61を挟持可能な銜え部41を有し、かつ、同梁材6のウェブ62に止着可能な止着部材42を挿通可能な挿通孔43が開設されてなる固定具4と;
前記本体1の下方に垂設可能であって、前記ロッド2のネジ部21に螺合可能なネジ孔51が成形され、かつ、前記天井板Pまたはその支持材Nを固定可能な止め部52を備えた止め部材5とを少なくとも具備して構成されており、
前記固定具4の銜え部41により前記梁材6のフランジ61を挟持して、かつ、挿通孔42に挿通した止着部材43を前記梁材6のウェブ62に止着可能である一方、
