Description

The present invention relates to a panel mounting structure for mounting a lightweight cellular concrete panel as a rising wall such as a veranda, a balcony, a parapet, a corridor, and a staircase.
It is particularly suitable for the attachment of a lightweight aerated concrete panel on a veranda wall. Specifically, a lightweight aerated concrete as a veranda wall that can attach a lightweight aerated concrete panel with sufficient attachment strength and can be easily attached with few members. The panel mounting structure.

As a mounting structure of an ALC panel when using a lightweight cellular concrete panel (hereinafter referred to as ALC panel) as a rising wall such as a veranda wall, for example, a structure shown in FIGS. FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view showing an example of a conventional lightweight cellular concrete panel mounting structure, FIG. 11 is a perspective view showing a mounting hardware used in the conventional mounting structure, and FIG. 12 shows a conventional mounting structure. It is a perspective view which shows the anchor member used by.
As shown in FIG. 10, the ALC panel P is attached to the attachment members 16 and 17 at one place at the lower side in the longitudinal direction and the middle part from the lower side and at the substantially central part in the width direction. In addition, an anchor member 19 with an internal thread material 18 attached in advance is embedded in the mounting portion of the ALC panel P, and the mounting hardware 21 and the external thread material 22 provided with the anchor member 19 and the insertion portion 20 are used. The ALC panel P is fixed to the mounting members 16 and 17. The ALC panel P is placed on the lower mounting member 17 fixed to the beam 24 with the reinforcing steel material 23, and its own weight is supported (for example, refer to Patent Document 1).
JP 2003-113654 A

The method disclosed in Patent Document 1 has problems in the following points. That is,
a) When the female screw member 18 attached to the anchor member 19 embedded in the ALC panel is dug back by a drill or the like at the construction site, the tip of the female screw member 18 is damaged by the drill, and the female screw member 18 is connected to the male screw member 22. There are cases where it becomes difficult to screw.
b) When manufacturing the ALC panel, the anchor member 19 is used in which the tip of the female screw 18 is covered with paper or tape in advance, but the lid is damaged in the process of pouring raw material slurry and foaming in the manufacturing process. However, there are cases where the internal thread material 18 is filled with slurry, and the external thread material 22 cannot be screwed at the construction site and cannot be attached.
c) In the case where the ALC panel is used for the rising wall, the fastening work and the welding work of the mounting hardware are performed from the indoor side. Therefore, since a stepladder is set up on the indoor slab, there is a trouble of moving the stepladder every one or two panels, and it is necessary to pay attention to safety.
Further, as shown in FIG. 13, when the height (b) of the beam 24 which is a casing is increased, the male screw material 22 overlaps the lower flange 26 of the beam 24, and a slight gap between the beam 24 and the back surface of the ALC panel. Since it is necessary to perform fastening work and welding work of the mounting hardware 21, the work becomes difficult.
Conversely, when the floor height (H) between the floors is determined, in order to work under the beam 24, from the lower flange 26 of the beam 24 to the lower end Pa of the ALC panel in order to secure a work space. It is necessary to secure a certain distance (a). In that case, as shown in FIG. 14, the opening height (h) becomes low, and there is a problem that a sufficient lighting area cannot be secured on the veranda wall when a window having a larger lighting area is desirable.

The object of the present invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned conventional problems, and to easily provide sufficient mounting strength when a rising wall such as a veranda is constructed by attaching an ALC panel to a building frame or its attached member. It is possible to provide a building wall that can secure a sufficient lighting area, has a good appearance, and can be easily mounted with a small number of mounting members.

In order to solve the above problems, the mounting structure of the ALC panel according to the present invention is such that the ALC panel has a lower or lower face, either directly or at least one of the main or cross bars of the ALC panel as one end opens on the facet. the lightweight cellular concrete panel having a plate material or fixed pipe via the reinforcing bars, is placed on the welding fixed panel supports angle to the reinforcing steel which is attached to the building structures, hollow of the pipe material of the ALC panels The mounting part is inserted with a bar part of an attachment metal made up of a bar part and a flat plate part, and the flat part of the attachment metal part is welded and fixed to the panel receiving angle .

According to the present invention, it is possible to insert the fitting into the pipe material even if the end of the pipe into which the fitting is to be inserted is dug up, and the lid member for preventing slurry intrusion is damaged. Even if the mortar slurry is filled in the base material portion, it can be easily dug using a drill or the like. Since the lower part of the ALC panel in the height direction is attached to the lower edge of the lower side of the ALC panel, there is no need for fastening work or welding work with a slight gap between the beam and the back of the panel as in the prior art. Since the work can be performed from the scaffolding, compared with the work from the stepladder standing on the indoor slab as in the prior art, the stepladder is not moved and the work can be performed easily and safely.
In addition, the prior art required three types of members: an anchor member, a male screw member, and an attachment hardware with an integrated female screw material. However, the attachment hardware can be directly attached to a member to be attached or a housing by welding. Therefore, the number of parts can be reduced, and the construction cost can be reduced by the amount of bolting work can be omitted, so that the total cost reduction can be expected.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
First, the ALC panel of the present invention will be described. FIG. 1 is a part of a perspective view of the ALC panel P of the present invention. The ALC panel P according to the present invention has a reinforcing reinforcing bar composed of a main bar and a cross bar embedded therein, and the lower short side edge P- A pipe material 1 is embedded so as to be substantially orthogonal to a. One end of the pipe material 1 is opened in the lower short side edge surface Pa.

The pipe material 1 is used to insert and fix a rod-like body in the hollow portion when an ALC panel is attached as will be described later, and uses a steel pipe having a necessary strength according to the size of the ALC panel. Is preferred. FIG. 2 shows an example of the appearance of the pipe material 1 and an example of the combination of the pipe material 1 and the rod portion. In the figure, (a) is a combination of a round pipe 1-a and a round bar 7-a, (b) is a combination of a square pipe 1-b and a square bar 7-b having a square cross section, and (c) is a square pipe having a rectangular cross section. A combination of 1-c and a square bar 7-c is shown. The cross-sectional shape of the pipe material 1 is not particularly limited, and may be a circle or a square such as a square or a rectangle. In FIG. 2, an example of a square bar is shown as the bar portion 7-b. However, if the thicknesses match, a round bar 7-a as shown in FIG. 2A that is inscribed can be used.
In the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, the pipe material 1 is disposed so as to be substantially orthogonal to the lower short side edge surface Pa of the ALC panel.
The pipe material 1 may be embedded without being connected to the reinforcing reinforcing bar inside the ALC panel. However, in order to accurately install the pipe material 1 at a predetermined position, the main reinforcing bar or the cross inside the ALC panel is used. It is desirable to fix to reinforcing steel bars such as bars.

3 to 5 are diagrams showing a method of fixing the pipe material 1 to the reinforcing steel bars. FIG. 3 shows an example in which the pipe material 1 is directly fixed to the cross bar 3 by welding. In FIG. Although this example is the simplest, since the installation position of the pipe material 1 in the ALC panel thickness direction is determined by the position of the cross cloth 3 inside, the burying position of the pipe material 1 in the thickness direction of the ALC panel is changed. In order to achieve this, it is necessary to change the position of the internal reinforcing bar. Therefore, if the system is fixed to the main reinforcement 2 via the plate material 5 as shown in FIG. 4, it is possible to easily change the burying position of the pipe material 1 in the thickness direction of the ALC panel only by changing the thickness of the plate material 5. Become. At this time, the same effect can be obtained even when the plate member 5 is attached via a wire such as a reinforcing bar. Further, as shown in FIG. 5, if the plate material fixed by penetrating the pipe material 1 is installed so as to be parallel to the short edge of the ALC panel and fixed to the cross muscle 3 or the main reinforcement 2, 4, the burying position of the pipe material 1 in the thickness direction of the ALC panel can be easily changed by changing the installation position of the pipe material 1 on the plate material 6. Furthermore, when the reinforcement inside the ALC panel is a double reinforcement arrangement, the cross reinforcement 3 or the main reinforcement 2 on both sides of the ALC panel is fixed by the plate material 6, so that the reinforcement near the attachment portion is reinforced and the attachment strength Can be improved.

The end portion of the pipe material 1 on the small edge surface side of the ALC panel is covered with a tape or a seal in advance so that the raw material slurry does not enter when the ALC panel is manufactured. However, even if the slurry is infiltrated and the inside of the pipe is filled with a lightweight cellular concrete base, it is possible to dig up the hole with a drill or the like.

If the installation position of the pipe material 1 is substantially orthogonal to the small edge surface of the ALC panel, it can be installed arbitrarily. However, it is a substantially central part in the width direction of the ALC panel and an intermediate part from the lower side in the length direction is attached by the structure of the prior art, and a lower part in the length direction is substantially the center part in the same width direction. In the case where the veranda wall is configured by attaching by the above method, when an external force such as wind pressure is applied to the panel, the panel jumping length is large. At this time, the greater the thickness of the base material portion of the panel that can withstand the reaction force, the lower the shear stress generated in the base material, and even when a larger reaction force is applied, the mounting strength can be satisfied. The installation position in the thickness direction of 1 is preferably installed at a position from the outdoor side.

Inside the pipe member 1, the rod portion 7 of the mounting hardware 11 including the rod portion 7 and the flat plate portion 8 is inserted. Since the size and shape of the rod portion 7 of the mounting hardware 11 need only be insertable into the pipe material 1, various combinations are possible, such as the combination of the pipe material 1 and the rod portion 7 shown in FIG.
Moreover, the method as shown in FIG. 6 is employable as the formation method of the rod part 7 and the flat plate part 8 of the attachment metal part 11. The mounting hardware 11-b shown in FIG. 6 (a) is produced by crushing one end of a bar portion 7 made of steel bar having a circular cross section to form a flat plate portion 8 and bending it 90 degrees in the middle. It is a thing. A fitting 11-a shown in FIG. 6 (b) is obtained by vertically fixing one end of a bar portion 7 made of steel bar having a circular cross section on the surface of a flat plate portion 8 made of steel plate. A fitting 11-c shown in FIG. 6 (c) is obtained by bending a steel piece having a rectangular cross section into an L-shape to form a bar portion 7 and a flat plate portion 8 having the same cross-sectional shape.

In addition, when constructing at the construction site, it can be efficiently constructed by inserting the bar part 7 of the mounting hardware 11 into the ALC panel in advance, so that the bar part does not fall off from the ALC panel. As shown in FIG. 7A, it is effective to cover a part or the entire surface of the rod portion 7 with a material having a large friction coefficient such as a rubber material 9 so as to be approximately equal to the diameter of the pipe material 1. In addition, it is also effective to prevent the dropout by providing the protrusion 10 on a part of the rod portion 7 as shown in FIG.

Next, the mounting structure of the ALC panel of the present invention will be described.
FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view showing an example of the lightweight cellular concrete panel mounting structure of the present invention, and shows an example in which the ALC panel P is mounted on a building housing 15 made of, for example, H-shaped steel.
A reinforcing steel plate 13 is attached to the building frame 15 via a reinforcing piece 14, and a receiving angle 12 for receiving the load of the ALC panel P is welded and fixed to a predetermined position at the lower end of the reinforcing steel plate 13. The mounting hardware 11 fixes the flat plate portion 8 to the ALC panel receiving angle 12. that time,
In the example of FIG. 8, a method is adopted in which the flat plate portion 8 is pressed against the lower surface 12-a of the receiving angle 12 and the periphery of the mounting hardware 11 is welded.
The ALC panel P is built in a predetermined position, and the bar portion 7 of the mounting hardware 11 is inserted into the pipe member 1 opened to the bottom end of the ALC panel P and fitted.

Since the pipe material 1 embedded in the ALC panel P is firmly welded and fixed to the main reinforcement 2 and the cross reinforcement 3 in the ALC panel P, the ALC panel is obtained by fitting the rod portion 7 into the pipe material 1. P will be firmly fixed to the building frame.
By adopting such a mounting structure, the ALC panel is fixed at the lower part in the height direction, and the lower short edge of the lower side of the ALC panel is fixed. It can be easily constructed. In addition, since the mounting hardware can be directly welded to the building frame, the number of parts can be reduced and a significant cost reduction can be expected.

FIG. 9 is a sectional view showing another example of the lightweight cellular concrete panel mounting structure of the present invention.
In the case of the mounting structure as shown in FIG. 8, the flat plate portion 8 of the mounting hardware 11 is exposed unless finishing such as a parting material is performed on the lower side of the receiving angle 12. For this reason, in the example of FIG. 9, a method is adopted in which the flat plate portion 8 is placed on the upper surface 12-b of the angle 12 and the portion of the blade 12-c of the receiving angle 12 contacting the flat plate portion 8 is welded. According to this method, the exposed area of the mounting hardware 11 is small, and even when the parting material is not finished, the appearance is good and waterproofing is also preferable.
The lightweight cellular concrete panel mounting structure of the present invention can easily give sufficient mounting strength when building up a rising wall such as a veranda, and can be finished with good appearance using few members It becomes.

According to the present invention, it is possible to insert the fitting into the pipe material even if the end of the pipe into which the fitting is to be inserted is dug back, and the lid material for preventing slurry entry is damaged.
Therefore, the construction cost can be reduced by reducing the number of parts and the bolt fastening work can be omitted, and a drastic cost reduction can be expected in total.
