【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、パチンコ遊技機の入球装置に関し、更に詳細には、球検出手段で検出した入賞球を球停留誘導部材で一時停留させ、前記球検出手段の検出信号に基いて図柄変動を開始した図柄表示装置で特定の図柄組合わせが成立した際には、前記球停留誘導部材が停留入賞球を第1球通出路側へ通出するよう動作して、該第1球通出路に設けた入賞装置作動スイッチの検出信号に基き特別遊技権利状態を現出する一方、前記図柄表示装置で特定の図柄組合わせが成立しなかった際には、前記球停留誘導部材が停留入賞球を第2球通出路側へ通出するよう動作して、当該入賞球を機裏側へ排出するようにしたパチンコ遊技機の入球装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
例えば、所謂「権利物」とも称される第3種パチンコ遊技機として、従来から多種多様のものが提案され実施に供されている。この第3種パチンコ遊技機は、球検出手段(図柄始動スイッチ)や球停留誘導部材および入賞装置作動領域等を備えた入球装置(普通電動役物)、数字やイラスト等の図柄を変動表示または停止表示する図柄表示装置、第3種始動口、大入賞口を備えた大型入賞装置等を、遊技盤の所要位置に備えている。このような第3種パチンコ遊技機の基本的な遊技形態は、前記遊技盤へ打出された遊技球が前記入球装置の球通入路に通入されて前記図柄始動スイッチで検出されると、この検出信号に基いて前記図柄表示装置が図柄組合わせ変動を開始し、該図柄表示装置で特定の図柄組合わせが成立した場合には、前記球停留誘導部材で一時的に停留保持されていた当該入賞球が、前記入賞装置作動領域へ通出案内されて該領域に設けた入賞装置作動スイッチの検出信号に基いて特別遊技権利状態となる。そして、この特別遊技権利状態となったら、次に前記第3種始動口へ遊技球を入賞させることで、前記大型入賞装置の大入賞口が開放する。そして、第3種始動口へ16個の遊技球が入賞するか、或いは新たな入賞球が入賞装置作動領域に通入するまでの間は、当該の特別遊技権利状態(大当り状態)が継続するようになっている。

すなわち前記入球装置では、前記図柄始動スイッチで検出された入賞球を前記球停留誘導部材で一時的に停留保持し、この入賞球停留状態で前記図柄表示装置の図柄組合わせ変動を行ない、該図柄表示装置で特定の図柄組合わせの成立時には、前記球停留誘導部材が停留保持していた当該入賞球を入賞装置作動領域(第1球通出路)の側へ通出させて特別遊技権利状態を現出させる。また、前記図柄表示装置で特定の図柄組合わせの非成立時には、前記球停留誘導部材が停留保持していた当該入賞球を、別の球通出領域(第2球通出路)の側へ通出させるようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら従来の入球装置では、前記第1球通出路に入賞装置作動スイッチが配設されているだけであるから、球停留誘導部材から該第1球通出路の側へ通出される遊技球の通出確認が可能だったが、前記第2球通出路にはスイッチ等の球検出手段が配設されていないため、球停留誘導部材から該第2球通出路の側へ通出される遊技球の通出確認が不可能となっていた。このため、前記図柄表示装置での図柄の組合わせ結果に基き、前記球停留誘導部材が適正に動作して停留入賞球の適切な通出が行なわれているか否かを正確に判定し得ない問題を内在していた。例えば、図柄表示装置で特定の図柄組合わせが成立した時に停留入賞球が第2球通出路へ不適切に通出されたことや、図柄表示装置で特定の図柄組合わせが成立しない時に停留入賞球が第2球通出路へ適切に通出されなかった場合等、入球装置の異常により入賞球の通出エラーが発生した際にこれを好適に判定することが不可能であった。

【発明の目的】
本発明は、前述した課題を好適に解決するために提案されたもので、球停留誘導部材に一時停留された入賞球が、図柄表示装置での図柄組合わせ結果に基いて第1球通出路または第2球通出路へ適切に通出されたか否かを検出し、通出エラーが発生した時にはこれを好適に判定し得るようにしたパチンコ遊技機の入球装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前述した課題を克服し、所期の目的を達成するため本発明は、第1球検出手段で検出した入賞球を球停留誘導部材で一時停留させ、前記球検出手段の検出信号に基いて図柄変動を開始した図柄表示装置で特定の図柄組合わせが成立した際には、前記球停留誘導部材が停留入賞球を第1球通出路側へ通出するよう動作して、該第1球通出路に設けた第2球検出手段の検出信号に基き特別遊技権利状態を現出する一方、前記図柄表示装置で特定の図柄組合わせが成立しなかった際には、前記球停留誘導部材が停留入賞球を第2球通出路側へ通出するよう動作して、当該入賞球を機裏側へ排出するようにしたパチンコ遊技機の入球装置において、
前記第2球通出路の所要位置に第3球検出手段を設け、前記球停留誘導部材から第2球通出路へ通出された停留入賞球の通出確認を行ない得るよう構成し
前記図柄表示装置で特定の図柄組合わせが成立した際に、前記第2球検出手段が検出信号を出力しなかった場合または前記第3球検出手段が検出信号を出力した場合は、これを入賞球の通出エラーとして判定し得るよう構成したことを特徴とする。

前記第2球通出路の所要位置に第3球検出手段を設け、前記球停留誘導部材から第2球通出路へ通出された停留入賞球の通出確認を行ない得るよう構成し、

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明に係るパチンコ遊技機の入球装置につき、好適な実施例を挙げて、添付図面を参照しながら以下詳細に説明する。なお本実施例の入球装置は、第3種パチンコ遊技機として規定された遊技態様を前提に構成され、該遊技機におけるパチンコ遊技において特別遊技権利状態を現出するためのものである。

(遊技盤について)
先ず、図6に略示されるパチンコ遊技機の遊技盤Aについて要約説明すると、該遊技盤Aでは、その前面に取着された略円形状の案内レール10内に画成された遊技領域11において、その略中央に本実施例の入球装置(普通電動役物)Bが配設され、該入球装置Bの下方に3列の図柄組合わせ変動を行なう図柄表示装置Cが配設されている。また遊技領域11の右側に、第3種始動口Dが配設される一方、該第3種始動口Dの下方に、横長矩形状の大入賞口84を有する大型入賞装置Eが配設されている。更に遊技領域11の左側略中央には、前記入球装置Bに設けられた開閉機構45を作動させる機能を具有する開閉作動入賞口Fが設けられ、また該入球装置Bの左右両側部位には普通入賞口Gが配設されている。なお、図中の符号12はランプを内蔵した電飾回転体、符号13は普通回転体、符号14はアウト口、符号15は電飾具である。

(入球装置の概略構成について)
本実施例の入球装置Bは、図1〜図3に示すように、前記遊技盤Aに装着セットされて入賞球(セーフ球)の球通入出経路部26を形成した本体20を主体とし、この本体20の所要位置に、入賞球の通入形態および通出形態を制御する各種の機構が配設されている。すなわち前記球通入出経路部26の上側には、遊技球用の入賞領域30aを幅広・幅狭に可変する開閉機構45が配設され、また球通入出経路部26の下方には、入賞球を第1球通出路37または第2球通出路38へ振分けて通出する球停留誘導機構55が配設されている。また球通入出経路部26の略中央部には、前記球停留誘導機構55の側へ入賞球が通入することを規制する球通入規制機構65が配設されている一方、該球通入出経路部26の右側には、連続的に通入した入賞球を適宜時間差を以て通入案内する球通入遅延機構70が設けられている。

(本体について)
前記本体20は、入球装置Bの主体として複合組立式の筺型とされ、具体的には図1〜図3に示すように、適宜デザイン形状に形成されて遊技盤Aに直接的にビス固定される取付板部21を中心とし、該取付板部21の前面側に形成されて前記球通入出経路部26を実質的に画成する前枠部22と、前記取付板部21の背面側に形成されて前記各機構を構成する各種部材・部品等の搭載部とされる裏板24をビス固定する後枠部23とから構成されている。また前記前枠部22の前面には、球通入出経路部26を覆蓋すると共に透視可能とし、適宜の色彩やイラスト等が付された前装飾板25が、着脱可能にビス固定される。

(球通入出経路部)
前記本体20の取付板部21、前枠部22および前記前装飾板25により囲繞画成される前記球通入出経路部26は、該前枠部22の上部中央に装着した入賞球検知スイッチ29の検出口を実質的な入球装置入賞口30としたもとで、上下略中央を境界とした上側領域に画成される球通入部27と、下側領域に画成される球通出部28とから構成されている。そして前記入賞球検知スイッチ29は、球通入出経路部26に通入される全ての入賞球を検知し、夫々の入賞球に対する検知信号に基き、図示しない賞球払出装置から所定数(例えば15個)の賞球が球皿へ払出される。

前記球通入部27には、前記取付板部21に一体成形された案内壁31により、図2の正面右側に画成されて略倒伏U字状に屈曲して延在する第1球通入路(球通入路)32と、正面左側に画成されて略倒立L字状に延在する第2球通入路33とが形成されている。このうち第1球通入路32は、前記入球装置入賞口30から通入した入賞球の通常球処理路とされ、該第1球通入路32の中間に後述する球通入遅延機構70が設けられると共に、該第1球通入路32の下流側の壁部に、前記球通出部28への球通入口とされる図柄始動ゲート35が開設されている。また第2球通入路33は、前記第1球通入路32に複数個の先行入賞球が存在している際に、次行入賞球を迂回通出させるための非常球処理路とされ、第1球通入路32での球詰まりを防止する機能を発揮するようになっている。なお、第1球通入路32および第2球通入路33は、その下流側(球通入出経路部26の左側略中央)で相互に合流して取付板部21の左側中央に設けた球通出処理口34に連通しており、▲1▼第1球通入路32へ通入されたものの球通出部28側への通入が規制された入賞球、▲2▼第2球通入路33へ通出された入賞球は、所謂普通入賞球として前記球通出処理口34を介して遊技盤Aの裏側へ排出処理される。

一方、前記球通出部28は、前記図柄始動ゲート35から垂下延在する球導入路36と、該球通出部28の右側下部に形成されて「入賞装置作動領域」と称される第1球通出路37と、前記球通出部28の左側下部に形成されて「球(停留球)排出領域」と称される第2球通出路38とから構成されている。そして、前記球導入路36の出口側と、第1球通出路37および第2球通出路38の入口側には、前記球停留誘導機構55における球停留誘導部材としての球振分体56が配設されており、この球振分体56により前記球導入路36に通入された入賞球を第1球通出路37または第2球通出路38へ区分通出させるようになっている。また、前記球導入路36の途中に球検出手段としての図柄始動スイッチ(第1球検出手段)39が配設され、前記第1球通出路37に入賞装置作動スイッチ(第2球検出手段)40が配設されると共に、前記第2球通出路38に球排出確認スイッチ(第3球検出手段)41が配設されている。

このうち前記図柄始動スイッチ39は、前記図柄表示装置Cの図柄変動開始の契機となる機能と、後述する球通入規制機構55の作動の契機となる機能とを有しており、前記第1球通入路32から図柄始動ゲート35を介して前記球導入路36へ通入された入賞球の通過を検出すると、その検出信号を当該遊技機を総合的に制御する制御基板としての主基板90へ出力するようになっている。これにより主基板90では、前記図柄表示装置Cを制御する図柄制御基板91へ所定のコマンド信号を出力する一方、前記球通入規制機構65における規制ソレノイド(電磁ソレノイド)68を励磁作動させる(図7)。

また前記入賞装置作動スイッチ40は、特別遊技権利状態現出の契機となる機能を有し、前記図柄表示装置Cにおいて特定の図柄組合わせ(大当り)が成立した場合、これに基いて作動制御された前記球停留誘導機構55の前記球振分体56に一時的に停留している入賞球が第1球通出路37へ通出されたことを検出すると、その検出信号を前記主基板90へ出力するようになっている。これにより主基板90では、特別遊技権利状態を現出するために、前記大型入賞装置Eにおける入賞装置ソレノイド86の励磁制御して該入賞装置Eにおける大入賞口84を開放させる(図7)。

更に前記球排出確認スイッチ41は、前記図柄表示装置Cにおいて特定以外の図柄組合わせ(外れ)が成立した場合に、これに基いて作動制御された前記球停留誘導機構55の前記球振分体56に一時的に停留している入賞球が、第2球通出路38へ正確に通出されたことを検出するためのものである。また、第1球通出路37に前記入賞装置作動スイッチ40を配設すると共に、第2球通出路38に前記球排出確認スイッチ41を新規に配設したことにより、後述するように、球停留誘導機構55の球振分体56に一時停留された入賞球が、図柄表示装置Cでの図柄組合わせ結果に基いて第1球通出路37または第2球通出路38へ適切に通出されたか否かを検出し、通出エラー発生時には前記主基板90がこれを好適に判定し得るようになっている。

なお、前記図柄表示装置Cで特定の図柄組合わせが成立し、前記球停留誘導機構55が適切に動作したもとで前記入賞装置作動スイッチ40が入賞球を検出した場合には、この検出信号に基いて特別遊技権利状態が現出される。この特別遊技権利状態では、第3種始動口Dで入賞球が発生した時点から、▲1▼所定時間(例えば9.5秒)が経過した場合、▲2▼この所定時間内に所定個数(例えば10個)の入賞球が発生した場合、の何れかの条件が成立するまで大型入賞装置Eの大入賞口84が開放される。そして、大型入賞装置Eにおける大入賞口84の開放動作は、特別遊技権利状態において、▲1▼前記第3種始動口Dで合計16個の入賞球が発生した場合、▲2▼前記入球装置Bにおいて新たな入賞球が第1球通出路37へ通出されて前記入賞装置作動スイッチ40で検出された場合、の何れかの条件が成立するまで継続される。

(開閉機構)
前記本体20の上部に配設された前記開閉機構45は、図1〜図5に示すように、互いに対称な構造・形状に成形されて前記入賞球検知スイッチ29を挟んで左右両側に配設された羽根部材46,46を、本体20の前記後枠部23の内側上部に配設されたクランク部材47と、前記裏板24に固定された開閉ソレノイド48とで制御するようになっている。前記各羽根部材46,46は、前記前装飾板25の裏面に左右所要間隔に一体成形された支持軸49,49に枢支された左右回動形態とされ、該支持軸49に枢支される基部から上方に向かって徐々に薄肉となると共に相互近接する方向へ湾曲した所謂フラップ状を呈しており、前記基部の背面から後方へ水平に延出形成された連繋棒46aが、前記クランク部材47に連繋するようになっている。また前記クランク部材47は、前記後枠部23に対して水平に架設されるクランクピン50に回動自在に枢支されており、前記各羽根部材46の連繋棒46a先端が突入係合する凹状の第1連繋部47a,47aと、前記開閉ソレノイド48のロッド48aに設けたフランジ48bが係止連繋する第2連繋部47bとを有している。

前記開閉ソレノイド48は、非励磁状態ではロッド48aに装着したスプリング48cの付勢力により該ロッド48aを前進させた状態とされ、励磁状態では該スプリング48cの付勢力に抗してロッド48aを後退させるようになる。なお前記開閉ソレノイド48は、前記開閉作動入賞口Fに遊技球が入球した際に、該入賞口Fに配設した開閉作動口スイッチ16が当該遊技球を入賞球として検出した際に、その検出信号の入力を受けた前記主基板90からの制御信号に基いて励磁制御され、後述するように、例えば通常遊技状態中では0.3秒間励磁制御され(図14)、確率変動遊技状態中では3秒間に亘って励磁制御される(図15)。

このように構成された開閉機構45は、前記開閉ソレノイド48の非励磁状態とされる通常状態時(図3)では、各羽根部材46,46がその先端部46b,46bを互いに近接させた第1位置に保持され(図2に2点鎖線で示す)、遊技球が辛うじて通過し得る程度に入賞領域30aを狭小して遊技球の入賞確率を低下させるようになる。一方、主基板90からの制御信号に基いて前記開閉ソレノイド48が励磁制御されると(図4)、前記ロッド48aの後退変位に従って前記クランク部材47が図4において時計方向へ回動することにより、各羽根部材46,46がその先端部46b,46bを互いに離間させた第2位置に変位され(図2に実線で示す)、前記入賞領域30aを大きく拡幅して(通常の約3倍)遊技球の入賞球の発生確率を大幅に向上させるようになる。

(球停留誘導機構)
前記球停留誘導機構55は、前述したように、図柄始動ゲート35を介して球導入路36へ通入された入賞球を、前記図柄表示装置Cの図柄組合わせ変動中に亘って一時的に停留保持すると共に、該図柄表示装置Cの図柄組合わせ結果に基き、当該入賞球を第1球通出路37または第2球通出路38へ振分けて区分通出するものである。具体的に球停留誘導機構55は、図2〜図5に示すように、球収容部57を有する円筒状の前記球振分体56を、前記取付板部21および裏板24にスリーブを介して回転自在に支持させた回転ピン58の前端側に固定する一方、前記回転ピン58の後端側に連結した球誘導モータ59の回転駆動制御により、前記球振分体56を図2の時計方向および反時計方向の両方向へ回転させ得るようになっている。なお前記球誘導モータ59は、前記裏板24に所要間隔をおいて固定されるモータベース60に固定されている。

また前記回転ピン58の後端と前記球誘導モータ59の駆動軸との間には、外端壁部61aに透光スリット62を設けた円盤状のセンサ板61が配設され、該センサ板61は、該モータ59および前記回転ピン58を連結して同期的に回転するようになっている。そしてセンサ板61の外端壁部61aは、前記モータベース60に固定されたセンサ基板63に設けた原位置スイッチとしてのフォトセンサ64の検出部位に臨んでおり、球誘導モータ59と共に回転する該センサ板61の前記透光スリット62が検出部に至ると、前記フォトセンサ64がこれを検出するようになっている。すなわち、前記透光スリット62がフォトセンサ64の検出部に到来すると、前記球振分体56の球収容部57が前記球導入路36に整合するようになっており、この状態が当該球停留誘導機構55の原点位置とされている。

このように構成された球停留誘導機構55は、前記球誘導モータ59の非通電状態時では、前記球収容部57が前記球導入路36に整合した状態に前記球振分体56が制御されているので、該球導入路36に通入されて前記図柄始動スイッチ39で検出された遊技球を、前記球収容部57に受入れることを許容する。一方、前記図柄表示装置Cで特定の図柄組合わせ(大当り)が成立した場合には、前記球誘導モータ59を逆回転するように制御して前記球振分体56を図2の時計方向へ回転させ、球収容部57に保持している入賞球を該球収容部57が先に整合する前記第1球通出路37へ通出させる。更に、前記図柄表示装置Cで特定以外の図柄組合わせ(外れ)が成立した場合には、前記球誘導モータ59を正回転するように制御して前記球振分体56を図2の反時計方向へ回転させ、球収容部57に保持している入賞球を該球収容部57が先に整合する前記第2球通出路38へ通出させる。そして前記球誘導モータ59は、正・逆何れの方向へ回転制御されても、球振分体56と同期的に回転していた前記センサ板61の透光スリット62が、フォトセンサ64の検出部に到来したことを該フォトセンサ64が検出する原点位置で停止する。また、前記主基板90が前記フォトセンサ64からの検出信号を受けると、入賞球による当該の図柄組合わせゲームが終了とされる。

前記球通入規制機構65は、前記第1球通入路32へ通入された入賞球が、前記球通出部28の球導入路36へ通入されるのを規制し、前記球導入路36に常には1個の入賞球だけが通入されるように調整するよう機能する。具体的に球通入規制機構65は、図2〜図5に示すように、取付板部21に設けた挿通孔21aを介して前記図柄始動ゲート35に隣接した部位に、球規制片67を有する側面略L形の規制体(球通入規制部材)66を設け、この規制体66を前記裏板24に固定された規制ソレノイド68におけるロッド68a先端に設けたフランジ68bに固定し、該規制ソレノイド68で該規制体66を位置制御するようになっている。前記規制ソレノイド68は、非励磁状態ではスプリング68cの付勢力によりロッド68aが後退した状態とされ、励磁状態では該スプリング68cの付勢力に抗してロッド68aが前進するように制御される。なお規制ソレノイド68は、図14に示すように常には非励磁状態とされ、前記図柄始動スイッチ39が入賞球の通過を検出した際に前記主基板90で励磁制御され、そして前記フォトセンサ64からの検出信号が主基板90へ入力されて球誘導モータ59が停止制御されると同時に非励磁状態に復帰されるようになっている。

このように構成された球通入規制機構65は、前記規制ソレノイド68の非励磁状態時では、前記規制体66の球規制片67が前記図柄始動ゲート35から退避した第1位置に保持され(図3)、第1球通入路32を介して通入される入賞球が該図柄始動ゲート35を介して球導入路36へ通入するのを許容するようになる。一方、主基板90からの制御信号に基いて前記規制ソレノイド68が励磁制御されると、前記ロッド68aの前進変位に従って前進した規制体66は、球規制片67が図柄始動ゲート35へ延出して臨んだ第2位置に保持され(図4)、第1球通入路32を介して通入される入賞球が該図柄始動ゲート35を介して球導入路36へ通入するのを規制するようになる。すなわち、前記規制体66が第2位置に保持された状態においては、前記球規制片67が第1球通入路32の一部分を形成するようになるから、前記第1球通入路32へ通入された入賞球は、前述したように、該通入路32に連通した球通出処理口34へ案内されて遊技盤Aの裏側へ排出処理される。なお球規制片67は、図4に示すように、前記図柄始動ゲート35の前後開口幅がパチンコ球(入賞球)の略1個分であることを前提とすると、規制体66が第2位置に到来した状態において、少なくとも該図柄始動ゲート35の開口領域における略半分程度だけ延出する長さに設定すれば、入賞球が球導入路36側へ通入されることが規制される一方、図柄始動ゲート35の開口部位にひっかかることもない。

(球通入遅延機構)
前記球通入遅延機構70は、前述したように、例えば前記第1球通入路32に連続的に複数個の入賞球が通入された場合、各入賞球を適宜時間差を以て前記図柄始動ゲート35に向けて通出させ、これら入賞球が連なって該図柄始動ゲート35へ到来することを防止するよう機能する。具体的に球通入遅延機構70は、図2および図3に示すように、前記取付板部21と前装飾板25との間に架設される支持ピン74に揺動可能に枢支され、凹設した球受け部72および埋設したバランスウェイト73を有する揺動形態の球送り体(球通入遅延部材)71を主体とし、該球受け部72に対する入賞球の有無による該球送り体71の姿勢変化に基き、入賞球の通入に適宜時間差を持たせ得るようになっている。すなわち球送り体71は、前記球受け部72に入賞球が収容されていない場合は、前記バランスウェイト73の重量により図8に示した状態に回動変位し、前記案内壁31上に到来した入賞球を球受け部72に受入れ可能な第1位置となる。また、前記第1位置において球受け部72に1個の入賞球が収容されると、当該入賞球の重量によりバランスが崩れて図2および図9に示した状態へ回動変位し、球受け部72に収容された入賞球を図柄始動ゲート35に向けて通出可能な第2位置となる。
