Description

The present invention relates to a pants-type disposable wearing article.

Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 5-317356 (Patent Document 1) has a fastening piece that is joined to the opposite side parts of the front and back bodies and extends outward, and is located closer to the joining part on the inner side than the joining part of the fastening piece. A pants-type diaper having a cutting line for separating the front and back bodies is disclosed. An engaging portion is provided on the inner surface of the front end portion of the fastening piece, and the engaging portion is formed by applying a known tape piece having a hook group in addition to being formed by applying an adhesive. Is done. This disposable diaper can be worn as an open-type diaper after separating the front and back bodies with the cutting line by providing the cutting line and the fastening piece as described above.
JP-A-5-317356

The fastening piece is not used until the front and back bodies are separated by a cutting line, but since the fastening piece is located on the outer surface side of the diaper, the fastening piece is used because the engaging part is soiled by mischief etc. before use There is a possibility that the wearer may not be able to do so, or the engaging portion of the fastening piece may touch the skin of the wearer and the wearer may feel uncomfortable.

This invention has been made in view of the problems as described above, and includes fastening means for reconnecting them after separating the front and back bodies that have been joined, without contaminating the fastening means until use, And it aims at providing the disposable wearing article which can be maintained in the state which does not touch a wearer's skin.

Disposable wearing article according to the present invention for solving the above problems has a length direction, a width direction, an inner surface, an outer surface, a first panel portion and the second panel section having mutually opposing cylinder peripheral region, the second in the first panel portion and the second panel portion is disposable wearing article pants-type that are connected at their widthwise girth sides, at least one of the width direction both side portions of the first and second panel second The side portions of the first and second panels are connected via a tearable connecting piece that spans between the side portions of the first and second panels and is joined to the inner surface of the side portion. A cutting portion that can be torn apart from the first panel portion and the second panel portion is provided at a portion of the connecting piece between the side portions of the two panels . 1 panel part is the second Fastening member capable of connecting channel portion and again, said portion adjacent to the cutting portion is bonded to the inner surface of the coupling piece, covers said fastening member and the connecting piece including the cutting portion, the tear Possible covering members are joined to the inner surfaces of both side portions of the connecting piece except for the cutting portion and the fastening member, and the connecting piece and the covering member are torn , whereby the first panel portion and The second panel portion is separated, and the covering member is rolled to expose the fastening member.

As described above, the fastening member is provided on the inner surface side of the article and is covered with the covering member, so that the fastening member is soiled by mischief or the like and becomes unusable, or the engaging portion of the fastening piece. Can prevent the wearer from feeling uncomfortable by touching the skin of the wearer. Since the covering member covers the cutting portion and the fastening member, when a force for separating the first panel portion and the second panel portion is applied to the cutting portion, the force is applied to the covering member. As a result, the covering member is rolled, and the fastening member that has been hidden is exposed. If the first panel portion and the second panel portion are connected again using the exposed fastening member after the first panel portion and the second panel portion are cut off, the worn article can be used as an open mold. it can.

The first panel part and the second panel part may be either the front side or the rear side, but the first panel part provided with the fastening member is preferably the rear side. Then, when using this wearing article as an open mold, with the wearer lying on his back, the first panel portion on the rear side is superimposed on the outer surface of the second panel portion on the front side, It becomes easy to connect the panel portions again.

The 1st panel part and the 2nd panel part may be directly connected with the width direction trunk circumference both sides which counter mutually, and may be connected indirectly. Here, the first panel portion and the second panel portion being directly connected is a state in which the first panel portion and the second panel portion are bonded or welded to each other at an overlapping portion. . On the other hand, the fact that the first panel portion and the second panel portion are indirectly connected means that a member different from the member constituting the article body is interposed between the first panel portion and the second panel portion. In addition, each of the first panel portion and the second panel portion is in a state of being bonded or welded to the other member. The member that connects the first panel portion and the second panel portion in this manner is hereinafter referred to as a connecting piece. The connecting piece may be bonded to either the inner surface or the outer surface of the article, or may be bonded to both the inner surface and the outer surface.

The cutting portion only needs to be provided on at least one of the both sides of the waist circumference where the first panel portion and the second panel portion are connected. It is more preferable because it can be easily attached and detached.
The trunk side portion is the boundary between the first panel portion and the second panel portion and the surrounding area. The cutting part may be in a portion other than the boundary as long as it is a trunk peripheral side part. It is more preferable because it is easy to separate the panel portion. For example, when the first panel part and the second panel part are directly connected and the cutting part is a boundary between the panel parts, the bonding strength between the first panel part and the second panel part is adjusted. Therefore, it is possible to easily separate the first panel portion and the second panel portion. Moreover, when the 1st panel part and the 2nd panel part are indirectly connected via the connection piece, and a cutting | disconnection part is a connection piece which is a boundary of these panel parts, a connection piece is used for an article. The first panel portion and the second panel portion can be easily separated from each other by making the portion more easily torn or torn than the other portions. The cutting portion is not particularly limited as to the material and shape of the cut as long as the first panel portion and the second panel portion can be separated there, but the cutting portion is compared with other portions of the article. It is preferable that the portion be easily torn or torn easily. For example, the cutting portion may be a slit provided linearly and intermittently in the length direction of the article, that is, a so-called sewing line, and is provided so as to be a tear start point at an end portion in the length direction of the article. A notch may be used. When the article includes a connecting piece as described above, the connecting piece may be formed of a sheet material that is more easily torn or torn than other parts of the article, and may be used as a cutting portion. . When the connecting piece is a cutting part and the first panel part and the second panel part are separated there, the article may contain contents such as pulp and superabsorbent polymer particles constituting the absorber. When the first panel portion and the second panel portion are separated from each other, there is no concern that their contents will jump out.

When the covering member covering the fastening member is provided on the inner surface side of the first panel portion and the fastening member is interposed between the inner surface of the article and the covering member, the covering member is attached to the cutting portion and the fastening member. The overlapping portions may be detachably bonded to each other by a bonding means such as an adhesive or a mechanical fastener. However, it is preferable that the covering member is not joined to the cut portion and the fastening member so that the covering member can be rolled easily when the first panel portion and the second panel portion are separated. In that case, it is preferable that the covering member is joined to the inner surface side of the first panel portion at both side portions in the width direction so as to be securely fixed to the inner surface side of the first panel portion.

Furthermore, when the first panel portion and the second panel portion are separated from each other, the covering member is formed of a sheet material that can be easily torn in the length direction so that the covering member can be more easily rolled, or the covering member is torn in the length direction. It is preferable to provide an easy part. In the case where the covering member is provided with a portion that is easily torn in the length direction, the easily torn portion is adjacent to a side portion opposite to the side portion to which the cutting portion is adjacent, of both side portions in the width direction of the fastening member. More preferably. If a portion that is easy to tear is provided at such a position, the covering member is torn at the portion that is easy to tear, and at the same time, the fastening surface of the fastening member can be exposed over a wide range. Thereby, it is not necessary to perform the operation of exposing the fastening member by covering the covering member separately from the operation of separating the first panel portion and the second panel portion, and the fastening surface of the fastening member can be effectively used. The easily tearable portion can be a cut line provided in the length direction in the covering member, that is, a slit. One slit may be used, but a plurality of slits are preferable. When there are a plurality of slits, it is more preferable that the slit is provided as a so-called sewing line extending from the upper end to the lower end of the covering member.

In the present invention, when separating, tearing, or tearing, it means an action that a person can perform with bare hands.

According to the disposable wearing article according to the present invention, the fastening member is provided on the inner surface side of the chassis, and the entire surface of the fastening member is covered with the covering member. Can be kept in a state that does not get dirty until it is used and does not touch the skin of the wearer.

For other configurations, materials, and the like of the present invention, descriptions in the embodiments are incorporated herein. However, the present invention is not limited to the embodiment.

Taking a disposable diaper as an example of the disposable wearing article according to the present invention, an embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

The disposable diaper 10 includes a length direction L, a width direction W, an inner surface 14, an outer surface 15, a front panel portion (second panel portion) 16 and a rear panel portion (first panel portion) which are opposed to each other and have a waist circumference region. Have. As shown in the drawing, the front panel portion 16 and the rear panel portion 17 are indirectly connected via a pair of connecting pieces 20 at their mutually opposite body circumferential side portions 18 and 19, thereby A trunk opening and a pair of leg openings are formed. The connecting piece 20 is joined to the inner surface 14 by an adhesive 30 so as to straddle the front panel portion 16 and the rear panel portion 17 (see FIGS. 2 and 3).

A pair of cutting portions 22 capable of separating the front panel portion 16 and the rear panel portion 17 are provided on both sides 18 and 19 of the waist circumference of the disposable diaper 10. More specifically, the cutting portion 22 is a boundary between the front panel portion 16 and the rear panel portion 17 on the connecting piece 20 between the both ear portions 18a and 18a extending outward and between the both ear portions 19a and 19a. 21 (see FIG. 2). The cutting portion 22 may be provided on either one of the waist circumference side portions 18 and 19, but as shown in the drawing, the cutting portion 22 is provided on both the waist circumference side portions 18 and 19. Then, by tearing the connecting piece 20 by the cutting part 22 by hand and separating the front panel part 16 and the rear panel part 17, the disposable diaper 10 can be fully developed, and the operation of attaching and detaching the disposable diaper 10 is easy. become.

The waist circumference elastic member 41 and the leg circumference elastic member 43 are respectively attached along the waist opening and the leg opening by known means. Further, below the waist circumference elastic member 41 of the front and rear panel portions 16 and 17, the waist circumference auxiliary elasticity has an extension stress lower than the extension stress of the waist circumference and leg circumference elastic members 41 and 43 and extends in the width direction. A member 42 is attached. The waist circumference elastic member 41, the waist circumference auxiliary elastic member 42, and the leg circumference elastic member 43 are sandwiched between the top sheet 11 and the back sheet 12, and are stretched between at least one of the front and back sheets 11, 12. It is joined below by an adhesive (not shown).
The waist circumference elastic member 41 and the waist circumference auxiliary elastic member 42 are divided into a front half disposed in the front panel portion 16 and a rear half disposed in the rear panel portion 17. Is not continuous on both sides 18 and 19 of the waist. That is, the waist circumference elastic member 41 does not exist at the boundary 21 between the front panel portion 16 and the rear panel portion 17 which are the cut portions 22.
The leg circumference elastic member 43 is disposed in the upper half of the leg opening periphery. Similarly to the waist elastic member 41, the leg elastic member 43 is divided into a front half arranged in the front panel portion 16 and a rear half arranged in the rear panel portion 17, and the front half and the rear half are divided. Is not continuous on both sides 18 and 19 of the waist. That is, the leg circumferential elastic member 43 does not exist at the boundary 21 between the front panel portion 16 and the rear panel portion 17 which are the cutting portions 22.
Thus, since none of the elastic members 41, 42, 43 is present in the cutting part 22, it is easy to separate the front and rear panel parts 16, 17 at the cutting part 22, and the front / rear panel part 16 , 17 is preferable because it does not feel annoying that the elastic member breaks and hits the hand when it is cut off.

The pair of fastening members 23, 23 capable of reconnecting the separated front panel portion 16 and rear panel portion 17 and having a rigidity higher than the rigidity of the connecting piece 20 are provided on both side portions 18, 18. 19 is provided on the inner surface 14 side of the rear panel portion 17 so as to be close to the cutting portion 22. The fastening member 23 is preferably provided so as to be positioned along the side edge of the rear panel portion 17 as shown in FIGS. When the fastening member 23 is provided in this way, the connecting piece 20 can be torn along the side edge of the fastening member 23, and the front panel portion 16 and the rear panel portion 17 can be easily separated.
The fastening member 23 is joined to the connecting piece 20 by an adhesive 31. In the illustrated disposable diaper 10, the adhesive 31 is applied to the entire joining surface of the fastening member 23 with the connecting piece 20, but as long as sufficient bonding strength is obtained for use of the disposable diaper 10, The fastening member 23 may be partially applied to the joint surface with the connecting piece 20. However, when the adhesive 31 is partially applied to the joint surface of the fastening member 23 with the connecting piece 20, at least the side portion 23 b of the side portions 23 a and 23 b in the width direction W of the fastening member 23. It is preferable that the adhesive 31 is applied. After separating the front and rear panel portions 16 and 17, the front and rear panel portions 16 and 17 are connected again via the fastening member 23, and when the disposable diaper 10 is used as an open mold, the fastening member 23 is closer to the front panel portion 16. In the case where the side portion 23a located at the side is joined to the inner surface 14 side of the rear panel portion 17 by the adhesive 31, the front and rear panel portions 16 and 17 are easily separated when a shearing force acts on the fastening member 23. On the other hand, when the fastening member 23 is joined to the inner surface 14 side of the rear panel portion 17 by the adhesive 31 at the side portion 23b, the application area of the adhesive 31 is the same as that described above. Compared with the above-described case, the front and rear panel portions 16 and 17 are less likely to be separated.
Although the illustrated fastening member 23 is a hook member of a mechanical fastener, an adhesive tape having a surface coated with an adhesive may be used as the fastening member 23. In that case, a sheet piece having releasability is used as the covering member 24, or the sheet piece is subjected to a release treatment such as applying a release agent to the contact surface of the sheet piece with the fastening member 23. It is preferable to make it easy to bend from the surface of the fastening member 23.

The fastening member 23 is covered with a covering member 24. The covering member 24 covers the cutting part 22 and the fastening member 23 and is provided on the inner surface 14 side of the rear panel part 17 (see FIG. 3). The covering member 24 is joined to the connecting piece 20 by the adhesive 32 at both side portions 24a and 24b in the width direction W, but is not joined to the portion 24c overlapping the cutting portion 22 and the fastening member 23. As described above, when the covering member 24 is not joined to the cutting portion 22 and the fastening member 23, the tearing force acting on the cutting portion 22 is easily transmitted to other portions of the covering member 24, and Since the force for peeling off the covering member 24 from the surface of the fastening member 23 is not required, the front panel portion 16 and the rear panel portion 17 can be separated very easily by hand. When the connecting piece 20, the fastening member 23, and the covering member 24 are overlapped and joined as illustrated, the connecting piece 20, the fastening member 23, and the covering member 24 are prepared in advance as one unit. It becomes easy to attach those members to this disposable diaper 10 by keeping.

FIG. 4 is an enlarged view of the trunk circumferential side portion 18 viewed from the inner surface 14 side of the disposable diaper 10. However, for convenience, the covering member 24 is shown partially broken. FIG. 5 is an enlarged view of the trunk circumferential side portion 18 viewed from the outer surface 15 side of the disposable diaper 10. FIG. 6 is a view corresponding to FIG. 4 showing the trunk peripheral side portion 18 after the front panel portion 16 and the rear panel portion 17 are separated by the cutting portion 22.
As shown in FIG. 4, the covering member 24 that covers the cutting portion 22 and the fastening member 23 at the body circumferential side portion 18 is provided with a portion 25 that is easily torn in the length direction L. The easy-to-break portion 25 can be, for example, a slit provided in the length direction L, and is more preferably a sewing line extending from the upper end to the lower end of the covering member 24 as shown in FIG. The portion 25 that is easily torn shown in FIG. 4 is close to the side portion 23b opposite to the side portion 23a that the cutting portion 22 is close to, of the both side portions 23a and 23b in the width direction W of the fastening member 23. Although it is located on the fastening member 23, it may be along the edge of the fastening member 23 or outside the edge of the fastening member 23 and close to the side portion 23b (not shown). In the case where the easily tearable portion 25 is outside the edge of the fastening member 23 , the fastening member 23 is exposed over the entire length in the width direction W when the covering member 24 is torn at the easily tearable portion 25. Thereby, the fastening surface of the fastening member 23 can be used effectively.

When the front panel portion 16 and the rear panel portion 17 are separated from each other, the both sides of the cutting portion 22 in the width direction W are picked with both hands at the trunk peripheral side portion 18 and / or the trunk peripheral side portion 19, and the connecting piece 20 is lengthwise L Apply force to tear. This force is also transmitted to the covering member 24 that overlaps the connecting piece 20 on the inner surface side. The covering member 24 is first torn together with the connecting piece 20 at the cutting portion 22, but eventually is torn at a portion 25 that is easily torn (see FIG. 6). When the covering member 24 is torn at the easily tearable portion 25, it is easily torn with a weaker force than when it is torn at other portions. The part 17 can be easily separated.

In the disposable diaper 10 having the above-described configuration, the covering member 24 is rolled and the fastening member 23 is exposed at the same time as the front panel portion 16 and the rear panel portion 17 are separated.

The front panel portion 16 and the rear panel portion 17 may be directly connected without using the connecting piece 20. When the connecting piece 20 is omitted, the front and rear panel portions 16 and 17 are directly joined by a known means so as to have a joining strength that can be separated by hand. At this time, the fastening piece 20 and the covering member 24 are directly joined to the rear panel portion 17 (or the front panel portion 16). Even if the front panel portion 16 and the rear panel portion 17 are directly connected, the front panel portion 16 and the rear panel portion 17 are provided by the disposable diaper 10 including the fastening piece 20 and the covering member 24 having the above-described configuration. At the same time, the covering member 24 is rolled and the fastening member 23 is exposed.

The top sheet 11 is a monoaxially stretched or biaxially stretched nonwoven fabric made of fibers made of thermoplastic synthetic resin and has a basis weight of 10 to 30 g / m 2 and a thickness of 10 to 30 microns made of thermoplastic synthetic resin. A perforated film can be used.
On the back sheet 12, a biaxially stretched film having a thickness of 20 to 50 microns made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin and a nonwoven fabric having a basis weight of 20 to 50 g / m 2 formed of fibers made of the film and a thermoplastic synthetic resin. A composite sheet or the like formed by intermittent joining can be used. However, when a hook member of a mechanical fastener is used as the fastening member 23, the back sheet 12 having a pile-like fluff that can be engaged with the hook is used.
For the core material 13, a mixture of pulverized pulp and superabsorbent polymer particles coated with a sheet material such as tissue paper or nonwoven fabric excellent in liquid permeability or liquid permeability and liquid diffusibility, or pulverized pulp is used. Those coated with such a sheet material can be used.

Specifying non-woven fabrics that are strongly oriented in a specific direction, and films that are strongly oriented in a specific direction with polymer chains that form the film. By using so that the direction is the length direction of the disposable diaper 10, it is possible to facilitate the tearing of the connecting piece 20 or to facilitate the tearing in the length direction. Moreover, tearing of the connecting piece 20 can be facilitated by providing a so-called perforation.
When a hook member of a mechanical fastener is used as the fastening member 23, a known member can be used. When using a tape piece coated with a pressure-sensitive adhesive on the surface as the fastening member 23, a known pressure-sensitive adhesive can be used for the tape piece made of a known plastic film.
The covering member 24 is the same as the connecting piece 20, a nonwoven fabric formed of fibers made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, etc., a film made of those synthetic resins, or a laminate of such a nonwoven fabric and a film Things can be used.
