2. Description of the Related Art A sheet storage container in which a plurality of sheet stacks are stacked and stored and the sheet stacks are taken out one by one is conventionally known (see Patent Document 1).
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 62-7192

The container described in Patent Document 1 contains paper soap as a sheet-like material, and has a window hole (8) drilled in the center of the upper lid (4), and an elastic curved portion in the window hole (8). (9a) and a finger pressing part (9c) are provided, and an elastically deformable thin flat plate-like slide plate (9) is attached. By pressing the finger pressing part (9c) and moving it forward, the elastic bending part (9a) Is bent upward, and the paper soap on the uppermost surface is pushed out from the extraction hole (3) by the friction material (10) provided on the lower surface of the finger pressing portion (9c).

However, in the container described in Patent Document 1, the finger pressing part is pressed with the fingertip to perform the take-out operation, so that a constant pressing force is always applied to the uppermost sheet-like material such as paper soap. However, if the pressing force is too large, a plurality of sheet-like materials may be extruded, and if the pressing force is weak, the sheet-like material cannot be normally extruded.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention attaches a slidably mounted lid body with a pressing member to a case body housing an inner case holding a plurality of stacked sheets. After the lid is slid until the pressing member attached to the sheet is deformed from the outlet side end of the sheet-like material and joined to the uppermost sheet, the lid is opened so as to return to the closed state. It slid toward the outlet side, characterized in that projecting from the outlet preparative sheet top surface To adopt a configuration that.

As an embodiment of the inner case, a configuration characterized in that the side surface of the sheet-like material is sandwiched and held by the holding portion provided on the inner surface of the side wall of the inner case, and the embodiment of the pressing member is adopted. The structure is characterized in that the pressing member is formed of a soft material such as rubber or elastomer.

By sliding the lid attached to the case body, the pressing member attached to the lid is joined to the uppermost sheet of a plurality of stacked sheets that are held and stored in the case body. A holding member 16 made of a soft material such as rubber or elastomer is attached to the inner side surfaces of the side walls 12a and 12b of the inner case B by insert molding or adhesion.

As shown in FIG. 4, the lid C includes a top wall 20, a rear wall 21 and side walls 22 a and 22 b that are suspended from the top wall 20. A fitting protrusion 23 for attaching the pressing member D to the position is provided.

A notch 24 is provided at the lower end of the rear wall 21 of the lid C, and guides that engage with guide grooves 5 provided in the side walls 4a and 4b of the case body A are provided at the lower end of the inner side surfaces of the side walls 22a and 22b.
As shown in FIG. 5, the pressing member D is a flat plate 30 formed of a soft material such as rubber or elastomer, and fitting holes 31 are formed in both ends of the flat plate 30.
When the flat plate 30 is bent to form a curved portion 30a and both end portions are brought into contact with each other, the holes of the fitting hole portions 31 at both end portions communicate with each other, and the holes are provided on the back surface of the top wall 20 of the lid C. The fitting projection 23 is fitted to fix the pressing member D to the lid C.

As shown in FIG. 1, when the sheet-like object E is stored in the inner case B, both sides of the sheet-like object E are provided by both holding members 16 provided on the inner side surfaces 12 a and 12 b of the inner case B. It is formed so as to be held in the inner case B by being sandwiched so that a resistance that prevents the movement of the sheet acts.

Next, the assembly of the sheet-like material storage container of this embodiment and the effects will be described.
In assembling the container, first, the sheet-like object E is stored in the inner case B through the opening 14 of the inner case B.
At that time, the lower ends on both sides of the sheet-like object E are placed on the upper surfaces of both the stacking plates 13 connected to the side walls 12a, 12b of the inner case B, and both sides of the sheet-like object E are on the side walls 12a of the inner case B. , 12b is held by both holding members 16 provided on the inner surface.

The flat plate 30 of the pressing member D is bent so that both end portions are brought into contact with each other, and the fitting protrusions 23 provided on the back surface of the top wall 20 of the lid C are inserted into the holes of the fitting hole portions 31 at both communicating end portions. The pressing member D is fixed to the lid C.

Finally, the inner case B containing the sheet-like material E is placed in the case main body A, and the guide ridges 25 and the protrusions provided on the side walls 22a and 22b of the lid body C to which the pressing member D is attached from above. The cover 26 is slidably attached to the case body A by engaging the portion 26 with the guide groove 5 of the case body A.

In use, first, the sheet-like object storage container in the closed state as shown in FIG. 1 is slid from the case main body A to the rear wall C as shown in FIG. 6A. Then, when the protrusions 26 provided on the side walls 22a and 22b of the lid C are brought into contact with the stoppers 6 of the guide grooves 5 provided on the side walls 4a and 4b of the case body A, the cover is completely opened.

When the lid C is slid so as to be in the open state, the lower part of the curved portion 30a of the pressing member D attached to the lid C is the uppermost surface of the sheet-like object E in the case main body A. When the lid C is brought into contact with the sheet e and the cover C is further slid, the lower portion of the curved portion 30a is deformed, and the inside of the guide portion 15 provided on the top wall 10 of the inner case B is formed while forming the joint portion 30b. Then, it slides on the surface of the uppermost sheet e.

Next, when the lid C is returned to the closed state, the uppermost sheet e of the sheet-like object E is bonded to the bonding portion 30b of the pressing member D, and therefore the tensile force of the upper bonding portion 30b. Becomes larger than the resistance of the holding member 16 provided on the inner walls of the side walls 12a and 12b of the side inner case B, and only the uppermost sheet e moves and protrudes from the opening 14 of the inner case B.

Further, when the lid C is returned to the closed state, the tip of the protruding sheet e abuts against the inclined front wall 1 of the case body A and slides upward, as shown in FIG. As shown, when in the closed state, the sheet e protrudes from the outlet 7 provided in the case body A.
In use of the sheet, the sheet e protruding from the outlet 7 of the sheet-like material storage container is picked and used by being pulled out.

When the sheet is taken out again, the uppermost sheet e of the sheet-like material E can be protruded from the outlet 7 of the sheet-like material storage container by opening the lid C and returning it to the closed state.

In addition, since the pressing member D is formed of a soft material such as rubber or elastomer, even if the number of sheet-like objects E decreases, the shape of the joint portion 30b of the curved portion 30a of the pressing member D is adjusted accordingly. Is deformed and can be joined to the uppermost sheet e, and the sheet-like object E can be protruded from the outlet 7 of the sheet-like substance storage container to the end.

When all the sheet-like material E has been used, the cover C is removed from the case main body A by disengaging the guide groove 5 of the case main body A and the guide protrusion 25 and the protrusion 26 of the cover C. The inner case B housed in the case body A is taken out.
By refilling and reassembling a new sheet-like material E inside the inner case B, the sheet-like material E can be used again to the end.

In the above embodiment, the holding member 16 formed of a soft material such as rubber or elastomer is attached to the inner side surfaces of the side walls 12a and 12b of the inner case B as a holding portion. Since it is sufficient that the sheet is sandwiched between the holding portions provided on the inner side surfaces of the B side walls 12a and 12b so that the sheet is held so as to have resistance, several places on the inner side surfaces of the side walls 12a and 12b can be used instead of the holding member 16. The sheet-like object E may be held in the inner case B by disposing and sandwiching the convex ribs.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the pressing member D was installed in the front side of the back surface center of the top wall 20 of the cover body C via the fitting protrusion 23, the curved part 30a is formed in the pressing member D, and a cover body What is necessary is just to adhere to the C top wall 20 back surface.
For example, both ends of the flat plate 30 of the pressing member D are welded or bonded with an adhesive or the like to form the curved portion 30a, and is attached to the back surface of the top wall 20 of the lid C by bonding or bonding with an adhesive or the like. Also good.

The pressing member D is installed at a position where the joining portion 30b formed by deforming the curved portion 30a of the pressing member D joins the uppermost sheet e of the sheet-like material E and only the uppermost sheet e is bonded. Since it should just be made to slide, it is not limited to the front side of the back surface center of the top wall 20 of the cover C.
The installation position and the installation method of the pressing member of the present invention are not limited to the positions and methods of the above embodiment.

Further, the pressing member D may be a leaf spring, and it is preferable that a joint portion provided with anti-slip such as irregularities, an elastomer, a rubber member, or the like is provided at the tip of the leaf spring.
Furthermore, when the leaf spring-shaped pressing member D is used, the joint portion is positioned in front of the sheet-like object E in the closed state in order to prevent a pressing force of the pressing member D from being reduced due to the conforming shape. Is preferred.

By sliding the lid attached to the case body, the stack of sheet-like materials stored in the case body can be taken out one by one from the outlet and used reliably until the end. Refilling can now be done easily.

The configuration of the sheet-like material storage container of the present invention can be applied to portable small containers of various sheet-like articles.
