Description
本発明はまた、反応が、例えば水素のような気相の化合物の1つの溶解を容易にするように、液相中に存在する相どうしの密接な接触を必要とするケースにも適用される。このケースは、2〜10個またはそれより多くの炭素原子を含む炭化水素留分の選択的または全体的水素化において見かけるものであり、これは熱分解ガソリンの水素化の特別なケースである。
−反応器におけるプレート(20)の上方に位置する部分と連通する上端(43)と、
−反応器におけるプレート(20)の下方に位置する部分と連通する下端(21)とを有し、
−前記導管は、その垂直壁に沿って様々なレベルに配置され、かつ気相および液相が少なくとも部分的に導管内に別々に導入されることを可能にする複数の側方オリフィス(42)を有し、
−前記装置は、一般的にその下部においてプレート(20)に固定され、かつ反応器の壁(13)と導管によって占められる領域との間に配置されるほぼ垂直な内壁(30)を備えており、該内壁は、反応器の外部から来る液相を少なくとも受け入れかつ複数の下部流通セクション(32)によってプレート(20)の中央部分と連通する環状領域(28)を画定している。
−環状領域は、液体流量の変動に対して緩衝領域の役割を果たす。即ち、平均流量より大きな瞬間流量が環状領域内に到達する時、導管の中央領域内の界面がそれ程上昇することなく、環状領域内で液体レベルが上昇する。このようにして、環状領域(28)は、下部流通セクションがなければ(その場合、液体は、緩衝効果なしに、オーバーフローによって中央領域に供給される)生じないであろう、流量変動の緩和を行う。
−液体のオーバーフローがないことにより、プレートの中央領域内でのフォーミングおよび/または乱流現象を回避することが同様に可能になる。

Claims (12)
- 垂直反応器の内部において粒状床の上流または2つの連続した粒状床間に配置される、液相および気相の混合および分配装置であって、該装置は、
反応器の断面全体を覆いかつほぼ垂直な複数の導管(40)を支持するほぼ水平なプレート(20)を備え、前記導管は、反応器におけるプレート(20)の上方に位置する部分と連通する上端(43)と、反応器におけるプレート(20)の下方に位置する部分と連通する下端(21)とを有しており、
前記導管は、その垂直壁に沿って様々なレベルに配置され、かつ気相および液相が少なくとも部分的に導管内に別々に導入されることを可能にする複数の側方オリフィス(42)を有し、
前記装置は、反応器の壁と導管によって占められる領域との間に配置され、かつ前記反応器の壁とともに環状領域(28)を画定するほぼ垂直な内壁(30)を備えており、前記環状領域は、反応器の外部から来る液相を少なくとも受け入れるとともに、下部流通セクション(32)によってプレート(20)の中央部分と連通していることを特徴とする、装置。 - 下部流通セクション(32)のレベルと導管(40)における最も低いレベルの側方オリフィス(42)のレベルとを隔てる距離は、20mmより大きく、下部流通セクション(32)は、側方オリフィス(42)の下方に配置される、請求項1記載の装置。
- 大部分または全部が内壁(30)の下半部に配置される複数の下部流通セクションを備えている、請求項1または2記載の装置。
- 下部流通セクション(32)は、環状領域内の液体レベルが内壁(30)の上部に対応するオーバーフローレベルよりも低くなるように、寸法を決められる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 下部流通セクションは、これら下部流通セクション(32)を通る液相の通過速度が0.5〜5m/sとなるように、寸法を決められる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 環状領域(28)の幅は、反応器の直径の5%未満である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 内壁(30)の高さは、最も高いレベルの側方オリフィス(42)のレベルよりも高く、かつ導管(40)の上端(43)のレベルよりも低い、請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 環状領域(28)の上部が、気相に対してそれを密とする頂部(35)によって閉鎖される、請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の装置を備えた化学反応器であって、少なくともその1つに気相および液相が下降並流で供給される1つまたは複数の粒状床を有し、液相に対する気相の容積比が1〜400である、反応器。
- 請求項9に記載され、および/または請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の装置を備えた、少なくとも1つの反応器内での、2〜7個の炭素原子を有する炭化水素の選択的水素化方法。
- 請求項9に記載され、および/または請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の装置を備えた、少なくとも1つの反応器内での、炭化水素の水素化処理方法。
- 下部流通セクション(32)と導管(40)における最も低いレベルの側方オリフィス(42)とを隔てる距離は100〜300mmであり、下部流通セクション(32)は、側方オリフィス(42)の下方に配置される、請求項1記載の装置。
