【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、販売促進用の景品やサンプル等をボトルの首部に保持すると共に、宣伝等を表示するボトル用の景品ホルダに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来より、水、ジュース、ドリンク剤などのボトル飲料や、酢など調味料の販売に際し、景品ホルダをボトルに取り付けて店頭に陳列することがある。このような景品ホルダとしては、景品を収納し宣伝用のデザインを施したビニール袋の上部に首掛板を連設し、この首掛板にボトルの貫通孔を穿設したボトルの首部に掛けるタイプのものが、店頭でよく見かけられる。

しかし、この首部掛けタイプの景品ホルダでは、膨らんだ収納袋がボトルの外周に沿って垂れ下がるため、多数のボトルを縦横に隙間なく並べることができず、工場出荷時の梱包に際し、景品ホルダを予め装着しておくことができなかった。また、店頭での陳列中に景品ホルダがボトルから抜き取られることもあった。そこで、このような問題を解決する手段として、図23及び図24に示すように、ボトルBの首部周囲に、頂壁23の貫通孔22と、周壁21下縁の爪片28とで位置決め保持される環状の景品ホルダHを取り付け、両者の間に景品Pを収納可能な景品収納空間30を形成してボトルB外周からの景品ホルダHの突出を抑制するとともに、景品ホルダHの下部に設けた爪片28をボトルBのキャップC下端又はキャップC下方のフランジFに当接させてストッパとすることによりボトルからの景品ホルダの脱落や盗難が防止することが考え出されている。

上記のボトルB外周からの突出を抑制した景品ホルダHは、図25に示すような厚紙等から成るシート部材を組立てたものである。すなわち、シート部材は、横長帯状の周壁21の上縁には、中央部に貫通孔22を有する円環状の頂壁23が頂繋線24を介して連設されている。頂壁23の先端部及び両側部には、貼着片25が折目線26を介して突設されている。周壁21の下縁には、頂繋線24を対称に挟んで一対の爪片28が折目線29を介して突設されている。周壁27の一端は糊代部11となっている。

また、貼着箇所を減らし、組み立てを容易にするため、前記した景品ホルダHの変形例として、頂壁23の両端部の貼着片25を省略し、頂壁23の先端側の斜辺から突出する係合突起と、周壁21に穿設した係合孔との係合により、頂壁23の没入を防止する形態のものある(図示せず)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、図23〜25に示した景品ホルダでは、周壁27の一端の糊代部11や頂壁23の先端部及び両側部の貼着片25において接着固定が必要であり、シート部材の組み立てが面倒であった。しかも、頂壁23の形状が円環状であったり、貫通孔22や複数の貼着片25等があったりとしてシート部材の構成が複雑なため、金型コスト等が高くついた。

また、変化例のように頂壁23の周壁27への固定を係合突起と係合孔との係合で行なう場合でも、周壁27の一端の糊代部11が残っている。また、係合突起や係合孔を形成するためシート部材の構成がより複雑となる。

したがって、本発明は、上記のような欠点を解消し、低価格で、組み立てが容易であるボトル用の景品ホルダを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明のボトル用の景品ホルダは、以上の目的を達成するために、第一の壁面と、折り線L1を介して上記第一の壁面に連続する第二の壁面と、上記第一の壁面とは反対側に折り線L2を介して上記第二の壁面に連続する第三の壁面と、上記第二の壁面とは反対側に折り線L3を介して上記第三の壁面に連続する第四の壁面と、上記第三の壁面とは反対側に折り線L7を介して上記第四の壁面に連続する第一の折り込み面と、上記第四の壁面とは反対側に折り線L4を介して上記第一の折り込み面に連続する第二の折り込み面と、互いに平行な上記折り線L1〜L4及び上記折り線L7に直交する折り線L5を介して上記第一の壁面に連続する押さえ片と、上記押さえ片とは反対側に上記折り線L5と平行な折り線L6を介して上記第一の壁面に連続する爪片とを備えたシート部材からなり、このシート部材を上記折り線L1〜L4及び上記折り線L7に沿って折り曲げて上記第一〜第四の壁面からなる四角筒を形成するとともに、上記第一の壁面及び上記第二の壁面の内側に上記第一の折り込み面及び上記第二の折り込み面を密着させて重ね、上記折り線L5に沿って折り曲げて上記押さえ片と上記第一の折り込み面とからなる景品収納空間を形成し、上記折り線L6に沿って折り曲げて上記爪片を上記押さえ片より内側に位置させたものであるように構成した。

本実施例で用いる景品ホルダは、図1に示すプラスチックシート製のシート部材を組立てたものである。

上記シート部材は、折り線L1を介して第一の壁面1に第二の壁面2を連続させ、上記第一の壁面1とは反対側に折り線L2を介して上記第二の壁面2に第三の壁面3を連続させ、上記第二の壁面2とは反対側に折り線L3を介して上記第三の壁面3に第四の壁面4を連続させている。また、第一の壁面1〜第四の壁面4には、宣伝用のデザインを施すとよい。なお、図1においては第一の壁面1〜第四の壁面4の全てが同じ形状であるが、互いに平行な上記折り線L1〜L3に直交する方向の幅が第一の壁面1及び第三の壁面3と、第二の壁面2及び第四の壁面4とで異なるようにしてもよい。

このようなシート部材の折り線L1〜L7を全て谷折り又は山折りにすると、景品ホルダHができる。上記のように形成した景品ホルダHの景品収納空間30内に景品Pを入れてから、ボトルBに取り付けた状態が図2及び図3である。

この景品ホルダHは、第一の壁面1〜第四の壁面4によって四角筒を形成する。そして、この四角筒の上記第一の壁面1及び上記第二の壁面2の内側に上記第一の折り込み面5及び上記第二の折り込み面6を密着させて重ねている(図4〜6参照)。景品ホルダHのボトルBへの装着時には、この四角筒内にボトルBの首部が通される。ここで、図2に示すように上記四角筒の開口部をボトルBの胴部水平断面の外接四辺形より小さくした場合、工場出荷時の梱包に際し、景品Pを収納した景品ホルダHを予めボトルBに装着しておいても、ボトルBを多数隙間なく縦横に並べることができ、輸送効率が低下することがない。なお、上記四角筒の開口部は、ボトルBの胴部水平断面の外接四辺形より多少大きくても、隣接するボトルB間に介在する段ボールの厚さにより景品ホルダH同士が干渉しない程度であれば問題ない。なお、図1のシート部材に基づく上記四角筒の開口部は正方形であるが、前記したように第一の壁面1及び第三の壁面3と、第二の壁面2及び第四の壁面4との幅を異ならせ、上記四角筒の開口部を長方形としてもよい。また、上記四角筒の第二の壁面2〜第四の壁面4については、施された宣伝用のデザインに応じて、上端辺や下端辺が直線でなくてもよい(図16参照)。一方、上記第一の折り込み面5及び上記第二の折り込み面6は、景品ホルダHの組立て及び形状保持を達成できればよく、上記第一の壁面1及び上記第二の壁面2と同じ形状である必要はない。

また、上記四角筒は、上記押さえ片7と上記第一の折り込み面5とからなる景品収納空間30を形成し(図4、図7参照)、上記爪片8を上記押さえ片7より内側に位置させている(図4参照)。上記景品収納空間30は、上記押さえ片7と上記第一の折り込み面5との間の距離が壁面の幅に比べて短い空間であるので、この中に配置される景品Pはキーホルダーやシール等の薄型のものになる。なお、景品ホルダHのボトルBへの装着後に上記押さえ片7が折り曲げ前の状態の戻ろうとしてもボトルBのキャップC側面によって戻りを阻止されるので、上記景品収納空間30の維持に貼り合せや係合は不要である。上記爪片8は、景品ホルダHをボトルBに対して持ち上げようとすると、その先端がボトルBのキャップC下端又はキャップC下方のフランジに当接し、ボトルBからの景品ホルダHの抜け出しを阻止するので、景品ホルダHの輸送時の脱落や、店頭での盗難が防止されると共に、景品Pを他のものにすり替えられる危険性も減少する。

第一実施形態のように筒状の景品ホルダHの場合、ボトルBに装着後、景品ホルダHがボトルBの首部下方にずれることがある。工場の製造ラインで景品ホルダH装着後のボトルBを自動梱包する際など、ボトルBの肩部に装置の一部を接触させることがあり、景品ホルダHのずれが大きいと邪魔になる。第二実施形態のように景品ホルダHを箱状にすると、ボトルBに装着後に景品ホルダHがボトルBの首部下方に多少ずれても、すぐにボトルBのキャップCが蓋に当接し、それ以上景品ホルダHが下方にずれることを阻止するので、上記問題は生じない。

この景品ホルダHは、第一の壁面1〜第三の壁面3によって三角筒を形成する。そして、この三角筒の上記第一の壁面1及び上記第二の壁面2の内側に上記第一の折り込み面5及び上記第二の折り込み面6を密着させて重ねている(図18参照)。景品ホルダHのボトルBへの装着時には、この三角筒内にボトルBの首部が通される。なお、図17に基づく上記三角筒の開口部は正三角形であるが、これに限定されない。たとえば、開口部を二等辺三角形としてもよい。また、上記三角筒の第二の壁面2及び第三の壁面3については、施された宣伝用のデザインに応じて、上端辺や下端辺が直線でなくてもよい(図16参照)。なお、第三実施形態の三角筒と第一実施形態の四角筒とを比較すると、ボトルBから壁面までの距離が同じ場合、三角筒の方が四角筒より開口部の面積が大きくなる。したがって、景品ホルダHの開口部をボトルBの胴部水平断面の外接四辺形内に収めたい場合には、第一実施形態の四角筒の方が容易である。一方、製造コストの点から言えば、第三実施形態の三角筒の方が第一実施形態の四角筒と比べて壁面の数が少なくて済む分好ましい。

以上、本発明の第一〜第四実施形態について説明したが、これらの形態についてさらに構成を付加しても構わない。たとえば、上述の例では、いずれも爪片が1個のものを示したが、四角筒において第一の壁面1に対向する第三の壁面1についても爪片8を設けてもよい。その場合、ボトルBへの係合応力が分散され、その折れ曲がりが防止されると共に、ボトルBからの抜け止め効果も高まる。また、第二の折り込み面6に続けて第三、第四の折り込み面を付加することもできる。

また、上記説明においては、シート部材の材料として、プラスチックシートを用いたが厚紙を用いることもできる。ただ、景品ホルダHを装着したボトルBが店頭で販売される際には冷却されることが多いので、冷却されても皺がはいらないプラスチックシートを材料とするのがより好ましい。

なお、景品ホルダHの開口部の形状として、上記した四角形、三角形に代えてそれら以外の多角形も本発明と同様の考え方でシート部材を設計すれば可能ではあるが、その場合には景品収納空間30の大きさが小さすぎたり、また折り曲げ時に形が安定しにくいため組立てが面倒になったりという問題が生じるため、形状が四角形又は三角形の開口部で充分である。

【発明の効果】
本発明のボトル用の景品ホルダは、上記のような構成を有するので次のような効果を奏する。

すなわち、景品ホルダの組み立てがシート部材を折り曲げるだけであり、糊による貼り合せが不要なので、シート部材の組み立てが容易である。しかも、係合突起や係合孔を形成する必要もないので、シート部材の構成が簡単となり製造コストが安くつく。
