Description

The present invention relates to a bend pipe that includes a joint portion that can be connected to a pipe line member and a curved part that is formed along the pipe axis.

A conventional bend pipe, for example, constitutes a pipe member that forms a flow path therein, and is connected to another piping member such as a straight pipe or a bend pipe at a joint portion, but the bend pipe is another piping member. The bend pipe has at least a curved part formed along the pipe axis, depending on the circumferential position of the joint part formed at one end of the bend pipe. Since the direction of the other end changes, it has been necessary to specify the position in the circumferential direction in order to arrange the bend pipe in a desired direction. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-296889 (2nd page, FIG. 4)

However, in Patent Document 1, the pipe member connection work may be performed in a narrow or dark place. For example, unlike the straight pipe connection work, in such a case, the pipe member is connected in the circumferential direction of the bend pipe. It is difficult to specify the installation position, and even if one end of the bend pipe is connected, the other end is not in the desired position, so one end must be connected again. There was a risk of a significant decrease.

In particular, the bend pipe is not bent so that the bent portion of the bend pipe is arranged only in the vertical direction or the horizontal direction, but is bent in the vertical direction and also in the horizontal direction. In such a case, it is more difficult to specify the arrangement position in the circumferential direction of the bend pipe.

The present invention has been made paying attention to such problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a bend pipe that can be smoothly arranged in a desired direction in the circumferential position of the bend pipe.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, a bend pipe according to claim 1 of the present invention is a bend comprising a joint portion connectable to a pipe member at an end portion, and a curved portion formed along the tube axis. A tube,
A plurality of bolt holes are formed at a predetermined pitch in the circumferential direction on the outer peripheral surface in the vicinity of the outer end of the joint portion, and push bolts are screwed into the bolt holes from the outside in a direction perpendicular to the tube axis. A fixing claw is provided in front of the pushing bolt ,
On the outer peripheral surface between the adjacent bolt holes and in the vicinity of the joint portion, a marking that specifies the arrangement position in the circumferential direction of the joint portion with respect to the pipe member has a shape associated with the bending direction of the curved portion. A plurality of protrusions having a predetermined length in the tube axis direction are formed .
According to this feature, since the marking body is formed at a predetermined position on the outer peripheral surface in the vicinity of the joint portion of the bend pipe, the arrangement position in the circumferential direction of the bend pipe is determined in a desired direction while checking using the marking body. Can be arranged smoothly.
Further, since a plurality of bend pipes are formed on the circumferential direction of the outer peripheral surface of the bend pipe, the bend pipe can be accurately arranged.
In addition, since the marking body is formed in a convex shape from the outer peripheral surface, and the marking body can be recognized not only by vision but also by contact, the bend pipe can be installed even in a narrow or dark place. The arrangement position in the circumferential direction can be specified.
In addition, since the marking body has a predetermined length in the tube axis direction, it is easy to dispose the bend tube tube axis and the tube member tube axis substantially in line.
Furthermore, the stamp is formed in a shape associated with the bending direction of the curved portion, and by identifying and connecting the stamp formed on one end side of the bend pipe, the orientation of the end portion on the other end side is determined. Since it can recognize, even if the arrangement | positioning installation location of a bend pipe is a narrow place or a dark place, the direction in the circumferential direction of the other end side of a bend pipe can be specified.

A bend pipe according to a second aspect of the present invention is the bend pipe according to the first aspect, wherein the joint portion is provided at both end portions , and the marking body is formed at the both end portions. It is characterized by having.
According to this feature, the markings are formed at both ends of the bend pipe, and the bend pipe can be located at both ends. Therefore, the bend pipe can be arranged from either end. The installation position can be specified.

Examples of the present invention will be described below.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. First, FIG. 1 is a schematic view showing an arrangement of pipe members including a bend pipe in the first embodiment of the present invention. Fig.2 (a) is a top view which shows the bend pipe | tube of this invention, (b) is AA sectional drawing similarly. Fig.3 (a) is a top view which shows the elbow pipe | tube which is a bend pipe | tube of this invention, (b) is a top view which similarly shows a B-shaped pipe | tube. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line BB in FIG.

First, as shown in FIG. 1 of the present embodiment, the bend pipe 2 of the present invention is used, for example, to form a curved portion as a part of a pipe member 1 disposed in the ground. Connected to other piping members such as pipes or T-shaped pipes, fluid such as water and sewage and gas flow down, or wires and the like are routed through the path formed inside the piping. .

In particular, existing buried objects 3 such as existing pipes or cables are often buried in the ground, and in order to avoid the buried objects 3 and to arrange the pipe member 1 along the pipe axis. By using a large number of bend pipes 2 formed of curved portions, a desired piping path can be configured.

As shown in FIG. 2, the bend pipe 2 of the present invention includes a joint part 5 that can be connected to other pipe members at both ends, and a curved part 6 formed along the pipe axis C. A part of the piping path is configured by connection with another pipe member.

The bend pipe 2 shown in FIG. 2 (a) is formed into a shape that is bent 45 degrees along the pipe axis C by the curved portion 6, but is an amount that represents the bending angle or the degree of curve bending. A certain curvature has no particular meaning for the present invention. For example, the elbow pipe 2a shown in FIG. 3 (a) or the end-shaped pipe 2b shown in FIG. 3 (b) is at least partially along the pipe axis. If the curved portion is formed, it is defined as the bend pipe shown in the present invention. Furthermore, the joint part 5 may be formed only on one end side like the elbow pipe 2a or the Otsuji pipe 2b.

Further, the joint portions 5 and 5 formed at both ends of the bend pipe 2 are formed to have an inner diameter larger than the inner diameter at the central portion formed at the curved portion 6, A seal member 8 partially formed in a recess 5a provided along the circumferential direction is formed.

Next, the joint part 5 of the bend pipe 2 will be described. Bolt holes 5b are formed at a predetermined pitch in the circumferential direction on the outer peripheral surface in the vicinity of the outer end of the joint part 5, and the pipe from the outside of the bend pipe 2 is formed. A pushing bolt 9 that is screwed in a direction orthogonal to the axis C is formed. Further, a fixing claw 10 is provided in front of the push-in bolt 9.

As shown in FIG. 2A, when the end of the straight pipe 11 having an inner diameter substantially the same as the inner diameter at the center of the bend pipe 2 is inserted into the joint part 5 of the bend pipe 2, The gap between the inner peripheral surface of the bend pipe 2 and the outer peripheral surface of the straight pipe 11 is sealed in the circumferential direction by the sealing member 8. Next, when the push-in bolt 9 is screwed, the fixed pawl 10 is pressed in a direction orthogonal to the tube axis C and bites into the outer peripheral surface of the straight pipe 11, and the bend pipe 2 and the straight pipe 11 connected to each other are connected. Fixed. Thus, the fluid inside the pipe formed by the connection between the bend pipe 2 and the straight pipe 11 does not leak.

Further, in the bend pipe 2 of the present invention, on the outer peripheral surface in the vicinity of the joint portion 5, a marking body 7 that specifies the arrangement position in the circumferential direction of the joint portion 5 with respect to the straight pipe 11 that is the conduit member 1 is formed. . By doing in this way, the arrangement | positioning position in the circumferential direction of the bend pipe | tube 2 can be arrange | positioned in a desired direction, confirming using the marking body 7 as a mark.

In particular, since the bend pipe 2 has a curved portion 6 that is curved in one direction at a predetermined angle, as shown in FIG. In the case of connection, it is formed so that the orientation at the other end of the bend pipe 2 is determined by specifying the arrangement position in the circumferential direction of the joint portion 5 with respect to the pipe line member.

That is, the bend pipe 2 is different from the straight pipe 11 or the like consisting of only a straight portion, and when the bend pipe 2 is connected to another pipe member, the bend pipe 2 is arranged in the circumferential direction of the bend pipe 2. It is necessary to connect in a limited position.

Moreover, the marking body 7 formed in the bend pipe 2 of the present invention is formed at the upper and lower end portions and the left and right end portions of the outer peripheral surface of the joint portion 5. By doing in this way, the bend pipe | tube 2 can be accurately connected with the straight pipe | tube 11 which is a pipe line member.

In particular, the bend pipe 2 of the present invention has the markings 7 and 7 formed on both the joint parts 5 and 5 formed at both ends. Since the disposition position in the direction can be specified at both ends, the disposition position of the bend pipe 2 can be specified even if it is disposed from either end.

Further, the marking body 7 formed on the bend pipe 2 of the present invention is formed in a convex shape from the outer peripheral surface of the joint portion 5, and in this way, the marking body 7 can be visually or contacted. Since it can recognize, even if the arrangement | positioning construction location of the bend pipe 2 is a narrow place or a dark place, the arrangement position in the circumferential direction of the bend pipe 2 can be specified. In particular, as shown in FIG. 1, the pipe member 1 is often disposed in the ground, and there are many cases where the bend pipe 2 is disposed in a narrow or dark place. Thus, the advantage which can recognize the arrangement | positioning position in the circumferential direction of the bend pipe 2 by contact is exhibited.

In order to identify the printing body 7 by contact as described above, it is possible to form the printing body 7 not only in a convex shape but also in a concave shape, for example, but the printing body 7 is formed in the concave shape. Then, when the pipe member 1 is piped in the ground as shown in FIG. 1, earth and sand etc. generated at the installation construction site when excavating the ground should bury the concave portion. Therefore, the identification by the touch may be difficult, and considering such a case, it is considered that it is better to form the stamp 7 in a convex shape as described above.

Further, as shown in FIG. 2 (a), the marking body 7 formed on the bend pipe 2 of the present invention has a predetermined length substantially in parallel with the pipe axis C direction. Thus, it is easy to connect the pipe axis C of the bend pipe 2 and the pipe axes D and D ′ of the straight pipes 11 and 11 ′, which are pipe members, substantially in alignment.

Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described with reference to the drawings, the specific configuration is not limited to these embodiments, and modifications and additions within the scope of the present invention are included in the present invention. It is.

For example, the formed marking bodies 7 formed at predetermined intervals over the circumferential direction in the joint portion 5 of the bend pipe 2 in this embodiment are all formed in a shape having the same predetermined length. Are not necessarily formed in the same shape. For example, in the circumferential direction of the bend pipe 2, a marking formed at a position corresponding to the bending direction of the curved portion 6 is formed at a location different from the marking. It may be formed in a shape associated with the bending direction of the curved portion 6 such as a larger size or two linear shapes as compared with other printed bodies.

By doing in this way, the stamp is formed in a shape associated with the bending direction of the curved portion 6, and the other end is identified by connecting the stamp formed on one end side of the bend pipe 2. Since the direction of the end portion on the side can be recognized, the direction in the circumferential direction on the other end side of the bend tube can be specified even if the place where the bend tube is disposed is narrow or dark.

Moreover, in the said Example, although the bend pipe 2 and the straight pipes 11 and 11 'are connected as a pipe line member connected with the bend pipe 2, if it is a member which comprises a pipe line, the bend pipe 2 and What is connected is not limited to the straight pipes 11 and 11 ′, but may be a pipe member such as a T-shaped pipe, an elbow pipe, or a hose.

Moreover, in the said Example, although the pipe line member 1 containing the bend pipe | tube 2 of this invention is arrange | positioned in the ground, the arrangement | positioning location of this pipe member is not restricted only in the ground, For example, the ground Alternatively, it may be a predetermined space in the basement, or may be underwater.

Moreover, although the stamp 7 demonstrated in the example currently formed in the up-and-down both ends and right-and-left both ends of the outer peripheral surface in the joint part 5, it is not specifically limited to this position, If there are two or more, it will be in the number Needless to say, the positioning is more accurate.
