Description
The present invention relates to a lamp lighting device.
In this type of lighting device, since the lamp is covered with a cover lens, it is necessary to replace the lamp after removing the cover lens. At this time, since the conductor part of each terminal is exposed to be electrically connected to both electrodes of the lamp, the terminals are short-circuited by a tool such as a screwdriver when the replacement work is performed with the switch turned on. This may cause overcurrent in the circuit.
Particularly in recent years, there are lighting devices including not only the switch but also an electronic component (for example, a transistor) that controls energization of the lamp. Since such an electronic component is vulnerable to overcurrent and easily damaged, protection thereof is important. .
Conventionally, a fuse is provided in a circuit, and when the overcurrent is generated, the fuse is blown to prevent a large current from continuing to flow. However, electronic components have a characteristic of being vulnerable to an overcurrent. In some cases, the electronic component may be broken earlier than the fuse is blown.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a lamp lighting device that can prevent damage to electronic components during lamp replacement.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a circuit connected to a power source, a lamp and an electronic component connected to each other via the circuit, and a control for executing energization control of the lamp by the electronic component. A lamp lighting device comprising: a main body having a terminal pair for holding the lamp in a detachable manner and connecting the lamp to the circuit in a state in which the lamp is mounted; and And a covering portion that covers the lamp while allowing illumination light of the lamp to pass through in the mounted state, and the main body portion includes the covering portion according to an operation of removing the covering portion from the main body portion. while opening the circuit, switch member for closing is provided the circuit the cover portion in accordance with an operation of attaching to the main body portion, said switch member, the connection-side busbar forming part of said circuit A connecting-side busbar piece that constitutes a part of the circuit and has an operation portion that is disposed away from the connected-side busbar piece along the attaching / detaching direction of the covering portion with respect to the main body portion, The part is provided with a pressing piece extending toward the main body along the attaching / detaching direction of the covering part, and the connection-side bus bar piece is pressed according to the operation of attaching the covering part to the main body part. The operation part comes into contact with the connected bus bar piece by being elastically deformed by being pressed by the piece, and the pressing piece is separated from the operation part in accordance with the operation of detaching the covering part from the main body part. the operating section provides a lighting device of the lamp, characterized that you function as a leaf spring for elastically returning to a position away from the connection side bus bar piece by.
According to the present invention, when replacing the lamp, it is necessary to detach the covering portion covering the lamp from the main body portion, and the circuit is opened by the switch member in accordance with the detaching operation of the covering portion. Therefore, at this time, power supply to the electronic component is surely stopped.
Therefore, in the present invention, even during the period when the energization control by the electronic component is being performed, the power supply to the electronic component can be stopped without fail when the lamp is replaced. Even in this case, the electronic component can be reliably prevented from being damaged without causing an overcurrent.
Moreover, according to this invention , the said circuit can be opened and closed by electrically connecting or disconnecting a to- be-connected side bus-bar piece and a connection-side bus-bar piece according to the attachment or detachment operation | movement of a coating | coated part.
Furthermore, according to the present invention , a circuit opening / closing function can be realized with a relatively simple configuration such as a pressing piece formed on the covering portion and each bus bar piece of the switch member.
A mechanism for attaching / detaching the lamp to / from the main body is not particularly limited, but the main body is provided with a pair of connection terminals that constitute a part of the circuit, and is arranged between the connection terminals. It is preferable that both electrodes of the lamp and each connection terminal are electrically connected to each other by sandwiching the lamp.
According to this configuration, since the circuit and the lamp can be electrically connected by sandwiching the lamp between the connection terminals, the attaching / detaching work of the lamp can be easily performed. On the other hand, in order to connect each of the connection terminals to both electrodes of the lamp, it is necessary to expose the conductor portions on the surfaces facing each other. Therefore, when connecting the lamp, these connection terminals are electrically connected to each other. Although there is a high possibility of being connected (for example, when the driver contacts both connection terminals), the circuit is opened by the switch member in accordance with the detachment operation of the covering portion, so that a short circuit does not occur. As a result, both the ease of attaching and detaching the lamp and the prevention of short circuit between the connection terminals can be achieved.
The content of the energization control is not particularly limited, but the control unit controls the electronic component and adjusts the amount of power supplied by the power source when a predetermined extinction condition is satisfied. It is preferable to execute energization control that gradually darkens and turns off.
According to this configuration, it is possible to perform so-called illumination control in which the lamp is gradually darkened and then turned off after a predetermined turn-off condition is satisfied. In the state where the lamp is hardly lit during the execution of the illumination control, the user mistakenly recognizes that the power supply is actually stopped even though the power supply to the lamp is being performed. Although it is assumed that the lamp is replaced, in the above configuration, the power supply to the lamp is forcibly stopped by the switch member in accordance with the detachment operation of the covering portion. However, it is possible to reliably prevent damage to the electronic components.
The application target of the lighting device is not particularly limited. For example, the lamp is provided in a vehicle interior, and further includes a detection member that detects an open / closed state of the vehicle door, and the control unit includes: In addition, when the door is detected by the detection member, the electronic component is controlled to adjust the amount of power supplied by the power source so that the lamp is gradually darkened and turned off. .
According to this configuration, since the lamp is lit for a while even when the door is closed, the occupant can get on and off the vehicle with more room than when the lamp is turned off when the door is closed.
It is possible to prevent the electronic components from being damaged when the lamp is replaced.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a circuit configuration diagram showing a lighting device according to an embodiment of the present invention. 2A and 2B show a state in which the cover is closed in the room lamp shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 2A is an external perspective view, and FIG. 3A and 3B show a state in which the cover is opened in the room lamp shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 3A is an external perspective view, and FIG.
With reference to FIGS. 1-3, the
Specifically, the
The
The main body portion 6 is provided along a
The
The front end portion (operation portion) of the
That is, the cover 7 is formed in a bottomed container shape that is substantially rectangular corresponding to the planar shape of the
Further, the cover 7 is provided with a
On the other hand, the
The
The contact a terminates by itself without being electrically connected to other members. The contact b is connected to the
In this embodiment, the
Next, a specific configuration of the
The
The
Further, the
That is, the
The
Hereinafter, the electrical connection relationship between the
When the
On the other hand, when the
That is, the circuit includes a
When the
Then, the
When the
When the
On the other hand, when all the
Referring to FIG. 4 again, when the
Hereinafter, replacement work of the lamp 5 in the
In the state during use (the state before replacement), the cover 7 is attached to the
In the replacement operation, first, as shown in FIG. 3, the cover 7 covering the lamp 5 is detached from the
Next, the lamp 5 is removed from between the
After the replacement lamp 5 is attached, the cover 7 is attached to the
In the above description, the case where the
That is, referring to FIG. 1, when the
As described above, according to the
Therefore, in the
In the
In the
In the above-described embodiment, the circuit is opened and closed by moving the
And like the said
Further, by providing the
Note that the
In the above embodiment, the
Furthermore, in the above-described embodiment, a transistor is exemplified as an example of an electronic component, but the electronic component is not particularly limited as long as it can execute energization control.
