Description
そこで、本発明は、従来の人工呼吸器の欠陥を克服する人工呼吸器を提供することを一目的とする。
また、本発明は、従来のシステムに付随する欠陥のない方法を提供することを他の一目的とする。
Claims (13)
- 被験者に供給する気体に関連する特性を監視するセンサと、該センサに電力を供給するセンサ給電手段とを備える、被験者の気道に気体流を供給する人工呼吸器であって、
前記センサ給電手段は、第1の端部、第2の端部、前記第1の端部と前記第2の端部との間を接続する第1のアーム、及び、該第1のアームに並列に前記第1の端部と前記第2の端部との間を接続する第2のアームを有するホイートストンブリッジ回路と、
前記ホイートストンブリッジ回路の前記第1の端部に接続された第1の正電圧源と、
前記ホイートストンブリッジ回路の前記第2の端部に接続された第1の端部を有するコンデンサと、
該コンデンサの第2の端部に接続された第2の正電圧源とを備え、
(a)前記第1の正電圧源により前記ホイートストンブリッジ回路の前記第1の端部に実質的に零電圧を印加すると共に、前記第2の正電圧源により前記コンデンサの前記第2の端部に正電圧を印加することにより前記センサを消勢し、
(b)前記第1の正電圧源により前記ホイートストンブリッジ回路の前記第1の端部に正電圧を印加しかつ前記第2の正電圧源により前記コンデンサの前記第2の端部に減少する電圧を印加することにより前記センサを付勢するように前記第1の正電圧源と前記第2の正電圧源とを制御するコントローラを備えることを特徴とする、人工呼吸器。 - 前記ホイートストンブリッジ回路の前記第1のアームの中央と前記第1の端部との間に帰還ラインを接続した、請求項1に記載の人工呼吸器。
- 前記ホイートストンブリッジ回路の前記第2のアームの中央から、又は、前記ホイートストンブリッジ回路の前記第1のアームの中央と前記第2のアームの中央との間から出力信号を取出す、請求項1に記載の人工呼吸器。
- 前記ホイートストンブリッジ回路の前記第2の端部と前記コンデンサの前記第1の端部との間に電流調整器を接続した、請求項1に記載の人工呼吸器。
- 前記コントローラは、前記センサを消勢状態に保持し、前記センサを使用して測定するときにのみ前記センサを付勢し、測定を行った後に前記センサを消勢状態に戻す、請求項1に記載の人工呼吸器。
- 前記センサは、圧力センサ、流量センサ、温度センサ、湿度センサ又は気体濃度センサである、請求項1に記載の人工呼吸器。
- 気体流を制御する複数の弁をさらに備え、前記コントローラは、所定のパターンで前記弁を作動する、請求項1に記載の人工呼吸器。
- 人工呼吸器のセンサに電力を供給する方法において、
前記人工呼吸器は、被験者の気道に気体流を供給し、前記センサは、前記被験者への気体の供給に付随する特性を監視し、電力供給は、前記センサに電力を供給し、センサ給電手段は、第1の端部と、第2の端部と、前記第1の端部と前記第2の端部との間を接続する第1のアームと、該第1のアームに並列に前記第1の端部と前記第2の端部との間を接続する第2のアームとを有するホイートストンブリッジ回路と、前記ホイートストンブリッジ回路の前記第2の端部に接続された第1の端部を有するコンデンサとを備え、前記方法は、
(a)前記ホイートストンブリッジ回路の前記第1の端部に実質的に零電圧を印加すると共に、(b)前記コンデンサの前記第2の端部に正電圧を印加することにより前記センサを消勢する過程と、
(a)前記ホイートストンブリッジ回路の前記第1の端部に正電圧を印加すると共に、(b)前記コンデンサの前記第2の端部に減少する電圧を印加することにより前記センサを付勢することを特徴とする、電力供給方法。 - 付勢される前記センサに対応して、前記センサから測定値を取出す過程をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の電力供給方法。
- 前記測定は、圧力測定、流量測定、温度測定、湿度測定又は気体濃度測定である、請求項9に記載の電力供給方法。
- 前記センサは、該センサを使用して測定値を取り出すときにのみ付勢され、それ以外は、前記センサは、消勢される、請求項8に記載の電力供給方法。
- 所定のパターンで複数の弁を作動することにより気体流を制御する過程をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の電力供給方法。
- 前記ホイートストンブリッジ回路の前記第1のアームの中央と前記第1の端部との間に帰還ラインが供給される、請求項8に記載の電力供給方法。
