BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
According to the present invention, a button operating window for exposing an injection operation button for performing an operation for injecting contents and a nozzle window for exposing an injection nozzle for injecting the contents are provided on a cap mounted on the upper surface of the aerosol container. For example, to prevent the occurrence of inconvenience such as liquid dripping from the tip of the injection nozzle after use or clogging of the nozzle injection hole due to solidification of the contents at the tip of the injection nozzle. The present invention relates to an aerosol container actuator that can be used.
[0002]
[Prior art]
So far, for example, for spraying insecticides, a button operation window that exposes an injection operation button for performing the operation of injecting the content to a cap to be mounted on the top surface of the aerosol container, and an injection nozzle for injecting the content Various types of structures having a nozzle window that exposes the nozzle have been developed.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in this type of conventional aerosol container actuator, the injection hole opened at the tip of the injection nozzle is generally structured to be exposed from the nozzle window even after the end of the injection operation.
For this reason, after the injection operation is completed, the contents remaining near the tip of the nozzle part may drip from the tip of the nozzle, and the surroundings may be soiled.
In addition, depending on the contents to be ejected, the contents remaining near the tip of the nozzle portion may be solidified by contact with the outside air, leading to clogging of the nozzle ejection holes.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and the object of the present invention is to spill liquid from the tip of the injection nozzle after use, or to check the nozzle injection hole due to solidification of the content at the tip of the injection nozzle. An object of the present invention is to provide an aerosol container actuator capable of preventing the occurrence of inconvenience such as clogging.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, an actuator for an aerosol container according to the present invention is fitted and mounted on a straight tubular valve stem erected at the center of the upper surface of the aerosol container. An injection operation button in which a pressing portion for pushing down the stem is set at a position spaced radially from the valve stem, and a direction perpendicular to the central axis of the aerosol container at a position spaced apart from the valve stem by a certain distance in the radial direction. A pivot portion supported in a pivotable manner and a substantially tubular nozzle portion extending radially from the pivot portion, and the contents ejected from the valve stem by opening the valve stem are opened at the tip of the nozzle portion. An injection nozzle for injecting from the injection hole, and an upper surface of the aerosol container so as to cover the injection operation button and the injection nozzle. An aerosol container actuator comprising a cap to be mounted, wherein the cap is engaged with the upper surface of the aerosol container so as to be pivotable by a predetermined angle in a direction orthogonal to the central axis of the aerosol container, and A nozzle window that exposes the tip of the nozzle portion; and a button operation window that exposes the spray operation button, wherein the spray nozzle is pivoted in a direction perpendicular to the central axis of the aerosol container. The tip of the nozzle part is swung around and the tip of the nozzle part is housed in the cap, and is fixed to the upper surface of the aerosol container inside the cap, and when the tip of the nozzle part is housed in the cap, An internal cap is provided to seal the injection hole at the tip of the nozzle portion by the contact portion that contacts the tip. .
[0006]
In the aerosol container actuator configured as described above, after the end of the injection, when the tip of the nozzle part of the injection nozzle is accommodated in the cap by the turning operation of the cap, the injection hole opened at the tip of the nozzle part Is in contact with the contact portion of the inner cap and sealed.
[0007]
Therefore, it is possible to prevent the content remaining near the tip of the nozzle part from dropping from the tip of the nozzle after the injection operation is completed, and the content remaining near the tip of the nozzle part is solidified by contact with the outside air. Can be prevented.
Therefore, problems in conventional actuators for aerosol containers such as liquid dripping from the tip of the spray nozzle after use and clogging of the nozzle injection hole due to solidification of contents at the tip of the spray nozzle can be solved.
[0008]
Further, according to the present invention, as described in claim 2, in the actuator for an aerosol container according to
[0009]
In the aerosol container actuator configured in this way, the tip of the nozzle part protrudes outside the cap, so that the injection direction of the contents can be easily confirmed by visually recognizing the position of the tip of the nozzle part. This enables efficient injection that accurately targets the target.
Therefore, it is possible to eliminate the inconvenience that the injection direction is difficult to understand and the target cannot be accurately aimed, which has occurred in the case of the conventional aerosol container actuator in which the tip of the nozzle portion does not protrude from the cap.
[0010]
In addition, the tip of the nozzle part protrudes from the cap when in use, but it can be stored in the cap when not in use or at the time of shipment. It is possible to solve the problem that the tip of the nozzle part becomes an obstacle during transportation and storage, which has occurred in the case of conventional actuators for aerosol containers.
[0011]
Furthermore, if the protrusion length at the tip of the nozzle part is set appropriately, even when injecting into a narrow gap, by inserting the nozzle part into the gap and injecting, accurate contents can be injected, and the nozzle part The problem that the surrounding environment is polluted by unnecessarily wide-area injection, which has occurred in the case of a conventional aerosol container actuator having a structure in which the tip of the nozzle does not protrude from the cap, can be solved.
[0012]
Further, according to the present invention, as described in
[0013]
In the aerosol container actuator configured in this way, if the tip of the nozzle part is stored in the cap at the time of transportation or non-use, the injection operation button is hidden in the cap. It is possible to eliminate the inconvenience of surrounding contamination due to erroneous injection, which has occurred in conventional actuators for aerosol containers that are installed in a state where the injection operation button is always exposed without being pressed.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the aerosol container actuator of the present invention described in
Therefore, it is possible to prevent the content remaining near the tip of the nozzle part from dropping from the tip of the nozzle after the injection operation is completed, and the content remaining near the tip of the nozzle part is solidified by contact with the outside air. Can be prevented.
Therefore, problems in conventional actuators for aerosol containers such as liquid dripping from the tip of the spray nozzle after use and clogging of the nozzle injection hole due to solidification of contents at the tip of the spray nozzle can be solved.
[0039]
Further, according to the second aspect of the present invention, since the tip of the nozzle portion protrudes outside the cap when in use, the injection direction of the contents can be facilitated by visually recognizing the position of the tip of the nozzle portion. This makes it possible to efficiently inject the target accurately.
Therefore, it is possible to eliminate the inconvenience that the injection direction is difficult to understand and the target cannot be accurately aimed, which has occurred in the case of the conventional aerosol container actuator in which the tip of the nozzle portion does not protrude from the cap.
[0040]
In the case of the configuration according to claim 2, the tip of the nozzle portion protrudes from the cap when in use, but when not in use or at the time of shipment, the tip of the nozzle portion can be kept in the cap. The problem that the tip of the nozzle portion becomes a hindrance during transportation or storage, which has occurred in the case of a conventional aerosol container actuator fixedly mounted in a state protruding from the cap, can be solved.
Furthermore, in the case of the configuration according to claim 2, if the protrusion length of the tip of the nozzle part is appropriately set, even when injecting into a narrow gap, by inserting the nozzle part into the gap and injecting, Accurate contents injection can be performed, and the problem that the surrounding environment is polluted by an unnecessarily wide area injection, which has occurred in the case of the conventional aerosol container actuator in which the tip of the nozzle portion does not protrude from the cap, can be solved.
[0041]
Further, according to the present invention, the jet operation button is hidden in the cap if the tip of the nozzle portion is accommodated in the cap at the time of transportation or non-use. Eliminates the inconvenience of surrounding contamination caused by mis-injection, which occurred in conventional aerosol container actuators that are equipped with the injection operation button always exposed without accidentally pressing the injection operation button it can.
