Description
The present invention relates to a flexible pipe that is connected to a discharge port for water such as tap water or various aqueous solutions and guides the water or the aqueous solution to a desired position or a position close to the desired position.
The flexible tube is used by bending or twisting in a desired direction in order to guide water or an aqueous solution in a desired direction, and is basically composed of a metal flexible spiral tube. ing. However, in the metal flexible spiral tube, the peripheral surface of the inner hole may be corroded depending on the properties of the water or aqueous solution to be induced. For this reason, generally, a flexible pipe body having a two-layer structure is formed by inserting a flexible inner tube made of a synthetic resin into an inner hole of a metal flexible spiral pipe, and a tube is formed at each end of the flexible pipe body. A flexible pipe is formed by fitting the joint. In the flexible pipe of this type, the pipe joint is fitted and attached to the outer periphery of the flexible spiral pipe. However, the pipe joint is attached to the inner peripheral surface of the pipe joint on the outer periphery of the flexible spiral pipe. A means for forming a groove portion corresponding to the shape portion and fitting the helical portion of the outer peripheral portion of the distal end of the flexible spiral tube into the groove portion is employed (see Patent Document 1).
By the way, in the flexible tube of this type, when the flexible spiral tube is bent and / or twisted, the groove portion of the pipe joint that fits into the helical portion on the outer periphery of the flexible spiral tube may be scraped. If there is damage, there is a problem that loosening occurs between the flexible spiral pipe and the pipe joint. In addition, if the flexible spiral tube is loosened in the fixing to the pipe joint, excessive bending and / or twisting may occur, and the inner tube may be damaged.
Therefore, the main object of the present invention is to prevent the occurrence of loosening of the flexible spiral tube at the fixing portion of the outer fitting portion of the pipe joint with respect to the flexible spiral tube of the type of flexible pipe, thereby preventing the fixing portion from being damaged. In addition, it is intended to prevent damage to the inner tube due to excessive bending and / or twisting of the flexible helical tube due to scraping of the fixing portion.
In the flexible tube of this type, in order to restrict the occurrence of excessive bending and / or twisting of the flexible spiral tube , the flexible spiral tube is disposed in the outer tube having a large number of annular grooves positioned in parallel to each other on the outer peripheral side. It can be configured as a flexible tube that is inserted into the tube . Another object of the present invention is to prevent contamination of the uneven outer peripheral surface having the annular groove portion of the outer tube together with the above-described main purpose in the flexible tube of the type.
Further, in the flexible pipe of the type, in order to facilitate the external fitting operation of the pipe joint to the flexible spiral pipe, the pipe joint is constituted by a pair of semi-cylindrical bodies divided into two along its central axis, Each of these semi-cylindrical bodies can be configured as a flexible tube that is externally fitted and integrated on the outer periphery of the flexible tube main body with the joint surfaces facing each other . Still another object of the present invention is to provide a flexible pipe of the above type in which both the semi-cylindrical bodies of the pipe joint divided into two are externally fitted and fixed to the flexible pipe main body together with the main purpose described above. In addition to preventing the occurrence of an erroneous combination of both half-cylindrical bodies, the two semi-cylindrical bodies are integrated in a state in which the joint surfaces of the half-cylindrical bodies are reliably matched.
Moreover, in the flexible pipe of the said type, the cylindrical joint cover is inserted in the outer periphery of the both semi-cylindrical bodies fitted to the outer periphery of the flexible pipe main body, and the both semi-cylindrical bodies are integrated to constitute a pipe joint. Can be configured into a tube . Still another object of the present invention is to allow the relative insertion of the joint cover to the outer periphery of the pipe joint in the flexible pipe of the type in combination with the main purpose described above, and to attach it accurately. An object of the present invention is to be able to restrict relative rotation between the joint cover and the pipe joint.
Further, in the flexible pipe of this type, a nozzle is assembled to a pipe joint on the distal end side of the flexible pipe main body, and two types of nozzles, a straight nozzle and a shower nozzle, can be selectively used as the nozzle. There is a type of flexible tube. Still another object of the present invention is to facilitate the selective use of straight nozzles and shower nozzles in the above-mentioned type of flexible pipe, in addition to the main purpose described above.
The present invention relates to a flexible tube, and in particular, a flexible tube main body formed by inserting a flexible inner tube made of a synthetic resin into a metal flexible spiral tube, and externally fitted to the distal end side and the proximal end side of the flexible tube main body. In particular , the present invention relates to a flexible pipe having a first pipe joint and a second pipe joint fixed to the outer periphery of the flexible pipe main body, and a discharge nozzle assembled to the first pipe joint .
The flexible pipe according to the present invention is a flexible pipe of the type described above, and each of the pipe joints is constituted by a pair of semi-cylindrical bodies divided into two along a central axis, and the flexible spiral pipe A cylindrical elastic member is externally fitted to a fixing portion to which each of the pipe joints is fixed, and both half cylinders constituting each of the pipe joints are externally fitted to the flexible pipe body so as to face each other. The pipe joints are fixed to the flexible spiral tube by elastically holding the elastic member from the outer periphery on the inner peripheral surfaces of the two semi-cylindrical bodies while being joined at It is characterized (invention according to claim 1).
In the flexible tube according to the present invention, the flexible tube main body includes an outer tube through which the flexible spiral tube is inserted, and the outer tube includes a plurality of annular groove portions positioned in parallel with each other on the outer peripheral side. The outer tube is fixed to each pipe joint, and the outer peripheral surface of the outer tube is covered with a synthetic resin film (invention according to claim 2).
Further, in the flexible pipe according to the present invention, the joint surface of both half cylinders constituting each of the pipe joints is provided with an engagement portion for positioning the joint surface. (Invention according to claim 3)
Further, in the flexible pipe according to the present invention, the two semi-cylindrical bodies constituting each of the pipe joints are integrated with each other by a cylindrical joint cover inserted on the outer peripheral side to form a pipe joint, Between the inner periphery of the joint cover and the outer periphery of the semi-cylindrical bodies, a guide portion for guiding relative insertion of the joint cover with respect to the semi-cylindrical bodies is provided. Invention according to claim 4).
In the flexible pipe according to the present invention, two types of nozzles, that is, a straight nozzle and a shower nozzle, can be selectively used , and the straight nozzle is screwed to the first pipe joint , and the shower nozzle Is characterized in that it is detachably assembled to the outer periphery of the tip of the straight nozzle via an annular seal member (invention according to claim 5).
In the flexible pipe according to claim 1 of the present invention , as a means for fixing the pipe joint to the flexible spiral pipe, a pipe joint that externally fits an annular elastic member that is externally fitted to a fixed portion of the flexible spiral pipe. A means of elastically holding the inner peripheral surface is adopted. For this reason, even if the flexible tube main body is bent and / or twisted, damage at the fixing portion between the flexible spiral tube and the pipe joint can be greatly suppressed, and the flexible helix caused by the damage at the fixing portion. It is possible to prevent loosening of the pipe relative to the pipe joint. As a result, in the flexible pipe, the flexible helical pipe is not excessively bent and / or twisted due to loose fixing between the flexible helical pipe and the pipe joint, and the inner tube may be damaged. There is no. In the flexible pipe, in particular, a pipe joint divided into two half cylinders is adopted as the pipe joint, so that the pipe joint can be easily and accurately assembled to the flexible spiral pipe on which the elastic member is fitted. There is a big advantage of being made.
In the flexible tube according to claim 2 of the present invention, the outer tube having a plurality of annular grooves located in parallel with each other on the outer peripheral side is flexible in order to restrict the occurrence of excessive bending and / or twisting of the flexible helical tube. The outer periphery of the spiral tube is covered. For this reason, in the flexible tube, the outer peripheral surface of the outer tube is exposed to the outside air and is most easily contaminated, and contaminants are likely to adhere to the grooves and remain. On the other hand, in the flexible tube, since the outer peripheral surface of the outer tube is covered with the synthetic resin film, the synthetic resin film prevents contamination of the outer peripheral surface of the outer tube. In addition, for the contamination of the synthetic resin film, since the surface of the synthetic resin film is smooth and does not have the uneven shape as the outer peripheral surface of the outer tube, it adheres to the surface of the synthetic resin film. It is easy to remove the contaminants.
In the flexible pipe according to claim 3 of the present invention, the internal shapes and structures of the two semi-cylindrical bodies constituting the pipe joint are not exactly the same, and therefore, a correct combination of the two semi-cylindrical bodies is necessary for external fitting. . In the flexible tube, an engagement portion for positioning the joint surfaces is provided on the joint surfaces of both semicylindrical bodies. For this reason, by confirming the engagement sites provided on the joint surfaces of both semi-cylindrical bodies and selecting the semi-cylindrical bodies of the engagement sites having different shapes or structures as a set of semi-cylindrical bodies, It can prevent the wrong combination of the body. In addition, when both the semi-cylindrical bodies are fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the flexible spiral tube, the joint surfaces of both the semi-cylindrical bodies are positioned relative to each other by engaging the engaging portions of both the semi-cylindrical bodies with each other. Both the semi-cylindrical bodies can be fixed in a state where their joint surfaces are surely matched.
In the flexible pipe according to claim 4 of the present invention, both semi-cylindrical bodies constituting each pipe joint are integrated with each other by a cylindrical joint cover inserted on the outer peripheral side, Between the circumference and the outer circumferences of both semi-cylindrical bodies, a guide portion for guiding relative insertion of the joint cover with respect to each semi-cylindrical body is provided. For this reason, it is easy to attach the joint cover to both semi-cylindrical bodies, and each pipe joint can be reliably and easily attached to the flexible spiral pipe.
The flexible pipe according to claim 5 of the present invention includes two types of nozzles, a straight nozzle and a shower nozzle, as nozzles connected to the end of the inner tube constituting the flexible pipe main body, and selectively selects both of these nozzles. It is configured to be usable, and it is possible to select different discharge states of water and aqueous solution discharged from the nozzle. In the flexible pipe, each nozzle is attached to the pipe joint by screwing the straight nozzle to the pipe joint and fitting and fixing the shower nozzle to the outer periphery of the tip of the straight nozzle via an annular seal member. ing. For this reason, in the flexible pipe, there is a convenience that the use of the shower nozzle and the straight nozzle can be selected only by attaching and detaching the shower nozzle to and from the straight nozzle, and the shower nozzle and the straight nozzle are attached and detached. This is also easy.

On the other hand, the
In order to construct a flexible pipe made of such constituent members, first, the
In constructing the
In order to assemble each pipe joint 20a, 20b to each end of the flexible pipe
In each of the constructed
As described above, the pipe joint 20a that is fitted and fitted to the end of the
In the flexible pipe having such a configuration, when the
Moreover, in the said flexible pipe, in order to control the generation | occurrence | production of the excessive bending and / or twist of the
Further, in the flexible pipe, the pipe joints 20a and 20b have a pair of
Further, in the flexible pipe, both the
