前記円筒型刃物並びに前記センタードリルを取り付ける取付部と前記シャンク部とを有する本体部と、
この本体部に設けられ、当該本体部に取り付けられたセンタードリルを着脱不能に拘束する拘束状態と、当該センタードリルを着脱可能とする着脱許容状態とに切替可能なドリル拘束手段と、
