Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an auxiliary tool that adheres to a container when the contents are taken out of the container with a spoon or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, containers that store bowl-shaped dishes and foods and are used as tableware as they are are usually tapered with a peripheral wall that opens vertically or outwardly from the bottom wall. In the case of a person with a disability, when the contents are scooped out of the container with a spoon or fork, the contents get over the opening edge or flange and spill out of the container, or when the container is tilted Sometimes spilled contents.
[0003]
Therefore, there is a container in which a return portion is formed by inclining the upper end portion of the peripheral wall inward and the opening portion is narrowed. However, in such a container, when scooping the contents with a spoon or the like, it is caught in the return part, or the contents are clogged in the corner of the return part, so that it cannot be scooped well and the return part often becomes an obstacle. . Of course, if the return portion is very narrow, the same problem as that of the above-mentioned normal container occurs. If the width is too wide, the above-described obstacles when taking out the contents are further amplified. In addition, since stacking of containers cannot be performed, there is a problem that a lot of space is required for transportation and storage.
[0004]
[Problems of the Invention]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a proposal has been made to provide a flange having flexibility and elasticity protruding inward in the vicinity of the opening of the tableware container (Japanese Patent Application No. 2000-152952). However, this collar is effective only for the container and cannot be used for other containers, and when a heat seal machine is required to attach to the container, it cannot be used anytime and anywhere. In addition, there is also a problem that it becomes bulky to carry a plurality of containers in a state in which a collar is formed on the container.
[0005]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to propose a content take-out assisting tool that can be used for containers of any shape and size.
[0006]
A second object of the present invention is to provide a content takeout aid that can be easily attached to a container by hand.
[0007]
[Means for solving problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, in the present invention, the contents take-out assisting tool is formed of a belt-like member that is flexible and elastic and can be bent in the width direction, and adheres with a predetermined width in the length direction of the belt-like member. A flared portion or a predetermined interval cut in the width direction is provided in the width direction, the attachment portion is attached to the periphery of the opening of the container, and all or a part of the flange is provided in the container opening. It was made to project inward.
[0008]
The protrusion width of the collar portion is 1 mm or more, preferably more than 5 mm. The flexibility and elasticity are preferably 4 Mpa · mm to 500 Mpa · mm. The angle between the collar and the peripheral wall of the container is preferably 10 degrees or more, and the angle with the vertical line is preferably 180 degrees or less. In addition, a container attachment reference line can be provided in the length direction of the band-shaped member. This reference line may be a crease line.
[0009]
Embodiment
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the contents take-out assisting tool 1 is provided on the adhering portion 2 and the heel portion 3 in the longitudinal direction of the belt-like member, and the ridge portion 3 has a fine mountain-shaped flare. (Flare) 3a is continuously provided. The reference line 4 to which the auxiliary tool 1 is attached is preferably drawn as an identifiable line, but the crease line 4a is particularly convenient for attachment to a container to be described later. In addition, the inner end of the mountain-shaped flare 3a may not reach the reference line 4.
[0010]
The band-shaped member is made of a single resin or a composite material such as a synthetic resin film or sheet, paper, nonwoven fabric, etc., and is formed of a material having a certain flexibility and a restoring elasticity, and has a protruding width W into the container in the collar portion 3. Must be above a certain level. When tensile modulus × thickness is used as an index of flexibility and restoring elasticity, it is preferably 4 Mpa · mm or more and 500 Mpa · mm or less. The protrusion width W of the collar portion 3 is preferably 1 mm or more, more preferably more than 5 mm and 20 mm or less.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 3, instead of the flare 3a, through-cuts 3b in the width direction may be provided at appropriate intervals. The cut 3b may be V-shaped, U-shaped, or the like as shown in FIG. The inner end of the cut 3b may or may not reach the reference line 4.
[0012]
The flare 3a and the cut 3b are provided in order to improve the flexibility in the width direction of the belt-shaped member. Accordingly, the flare and the cut can be provided also in the attaching portion 2. It is optional to select which one of the flange portion 3 and the attachment portion 2 is provided with a flare and which is provided with a cut.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 4, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 5 can be provided on the inner surface of the adhesion portion 2, and the outer surface can be covered with the release paper 6. This is for the convenience of installation.
[0014]
A method for attaching the auxiliary tool 1 as described above will be described. 5 and 6 show a flanged container. As illustrated, the container 10 has a bottom wall 11 and a peripheral wall 12, and a flange 13 is provided on the outer periphery of the opening. In order to attach the auxiliary tool 1 to the flange 13, the release paper 6 of FIG. 4 is peeled off, and the reference line 4 (crease line 4 a) is aligned with the outer peripheral edge of the flange 13 as shown in FIG. Affixed from the lower surface of the flange 13 along the outer surface of the upper end of the peripheral wall 12. At this time, it is preferable that the protrusion width W of the flange portion 3 in the inner direction of the container 10 exceeds 5 mm as described above. As shown in FIG. 6, when the width of the flange 13 is wide and the width of the adhering portion 2 is substantially the same as the width of the flange 13, the reference line 4 is aligned and attached to the inner peripheral edge of the flange 13. As shown in FIG. 7, in the case of a container 10 such as tableware without the flange 13, it is preferable that the reference line 4 is aligned with the upper end of the peripheral wall 12 and the attachment portion 2 is adhered to the outer surface of the peripheral wall 12. At this time, you may make the collar part 3 protrude from the part slightly dropped from the inner surface upper end of the surrounding wall 12. FIG. In the case of FIG. 5 and FIG. 6 as well, the flange 3 can be protruded by dropping from the upper end of the inner surface of the peripheral wall 12. These flanges 3 do not necessarily protrude horizontally. As shown in FIG. 8, the angle θ with the peripheral wall 12 is 10 degrees or more, and the angle γ with the vertical line is 180 degrees or less, preferably 120 degrees or less. I just need it. The attaching portion 2 may be attached to the container 10 using an adhesive, an adhesive, a clip, or the like without providing the adhesive layer 5. Moreover, the adhesive layer coat | covered with the release paper in the container 10 can be provided previously.
[0015]
The auxiliary tool 1 does not necessarily have to be provided on the entire circumference of the container 10 and may be provided only on a portion for taking out the contents. When the auxiliary tool 1 is thus attached to form the collar part 3, the collar part 3 having flexibility and elasticity is covered with the contents C when scooping out the contents C with the spoon S as shown in FIG. 9. Therefore, the contents C can be prevented from spilling out from the container opening. Moreover, even if the container is tilted or an impact is applied, leakage of contents in the container can be prevented.
[0016]
The material of the container may be any of synthetic resin, paper, metal, glass, ceramics, etc., and the shape and size are not limited. In addition to containers that can be lifted by ordinary hands, platters and bowls that are used while being placed on a table or desk are also included. In addition to containers that store and store food, they can also be used for applications that require functions such as “not easily spilled” and “easy to scoop”, such as containers for paints.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, as described above, since the contents takeout assisting tool is formed by the belt-like member that is flexible and elastic and can be bent in the width direction, it can be attached to the container opening regardless of the shape of the container. If the belt-like member is cut to an appropriate length, it can be adjusted to the size of the container.
[0018]
And since a flexible and elastic collar can be formed on the inner periphery of the opening of the container, the collar presses the contents softly when squeezing the contents with a spoon etc., and prevents the contents from spilling out of the container. be able to. Even if the container is tilted slightly, the heel prevents leakage of the contents.
