Description

【0001】

[0002]
[Prior art]
The tea making machine is equipped with a plate that holds tea leaves in the pot, and a weight rail that moves the weight and weight as a device for holding the tea leaves on this plate, and the weight is moved along the weight rail. Applying the required pressure to the tea leaves while adjusting the pressure applied to the tea leaves, rub the tea leaves. At this time, some of the tea leaves that are sown between the board and the pressure board enter the grooves on both sides of the board, and the tea leaves in this groove are placed in front and rear of the pot by reciprocating cups that reciprocate back and forth. It is transferred to the ruins. A sliding rod that reciprocates left and right is provided on the rod, and a rotating rod attached to the rotary shaft is provided above the rod. The tea leaves transferred to the sliding basket by a reciprocating basket that reciprocates back and forth are returned to the board again by the rotating basket at the adjusted appropriate timing, and are again sandwiched and shaped by the pressing board.
[0003]
Conventionally, the heel part of a rotating cocoon is made by bundling a lot of eyelashes, or by bundling a large number of synthetic resin (polyamide) linear bodies as in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 4-41283. It had been. Since the eyelashes are not so rigid, the eyelashes of the heel part may fall off or bend when used for a long time, and the tea leaves transferred onto the heel may be swept out toward the center part on the sushi board. There was a problem that it was impossible. FIG. 9 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a collar portion 32 of a conventional rotary rod 31. The collar portion 32 is made by bundling a large number of synthetic resin linear bodies, and recently, as disclosed in JP-A-9-9867. Polyamide is used as the material of the synthetic resin, and the core wire 33 is put at the base of the linear body of the polyamide, hardened with an adhesive 34, and further caulked with a U-shaped collar fixing plate 35 to prevent it from coming off. It was. In this way, the flange 32 formed by bundling a large number of polyamide linear bodies is caulked with the flange fixing plate 35 and the connection holding body 36 are welded 37 to provide an integrated rotary rod. A tea-making machine was used.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Tea making with a rotating cocoon that is integrated by welding the caulking part made by bundling a large number of the above-mentioned synthetic resin (polyamide) linear bodies with the caulking part fixing plate and the connection holding body. The sperm machine was improved and improved considerably compared to the case of using eyelashes, but because it is made of a large number of linear bodies, the linear bodies fall off or bend by all means. The linear body of the synthetic resin (polyamide) may fall off and mix into the tea product, making it difficult to select, or the linear body of the synthetic resin (polyamide) may be bent to cleanly sweep the tea leaves on the bowl. There was a problem that the tea leaves stuck to the koji, and overheated by the kama kettle and turned to brown, and then peeled off and mixed into the tea leaves, reducing the quality of the product. . Also, since the heel part, the buttock fixing plate, and the connection holding body are integrated, when the heel part is dropped or bent and replaced, the heel part, the heel part fixing plate, and the connection holding body are integrated. Have to be replaced, the price of the parts to be replaced increases, and it takes time to replace the parts.
[0005]
The present invention is simple in structure, has a small number of parts, is inexpensive, does not require the trouble of replacing parts, the synthetic resin linear body does not fall out, and the synthetic resin linear body is not contained in the tea product. It is an object to provide a tea brewing machine equipped with a rotating cocoon that cleans the tea leaves on the bowl toward the center of the board without mixing.
[0006]

The horse 8 is swung back and forth, and the tea leaves between the crushing board 7 and the board 3 are rubbed. At this time, some of the tea leaves that are sandwiched and shaped between the board 3 and the board 7 enter the grooves 9 on both sides of the board 3, and the tea leaves in the grooves 9 are reciprocated by a reciprocating bowl 10 that is driven back and forth. It is transferred to the jar 11 arranged at the front and rear of the jar 2. A sliding rod 12 that reciprocates left and right is provided on the rod 11, and a rotating rod 14 attached to the rotary shaft 13 is provided above the rod 11. The tea leaves transferred to the sliding basket 12 by the reciprocating basket 10 that reciprocates back and forth are returned to the board 3 again by the rotary basket 14 that is rotated and driven at the adjusted appropriate timing, and are again rubbed by the pressing board 7. It is shaped.
[0008]
FIG. 2 is a plan view when the sliding basket 12 receives tea leaves from the reciprocating basket 10 on the front right side. The sliding basket 12 that is reciprocatingly driven left and right on the basket 11 sweeps the tea leaves. The timing is adjusted so as to be located to the side. FIG. 3 is a plan view when the ridge portion 18 of the rotary ridge 14 sweeps the tea leaves on the sliding ridge 12 onto the grid 3 on the front right side. As shown in FIG. 2, the sliding basket 12 that has received the tea leaves from the reciprocating basket 10 on the right side of the front moves to the left side as shown in FIG. 3, and the collar portion 18 of the rotating basket 14 sweeps from the front toward the board 3. Go.
[0009]
FIG. 4 is a front view of the rotary basket 14 of the tea making machine according to the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a side sectional view showing the case of the flange 18 made of one strip. Reference numeral 15 denotes a connection holding body, which includes a cylindrical connection ring portion 16 fixed through the rotation shaft 13 on the flange 11 and a plate-shaped holding body 17 for attaching the flange portion 18. It is composed of a connection holding body 15, a flange portion 18 made of a flexible strip, and a flange pressing plate 21 that presses and fixes the flange portion 18 to the holding body 17 using screws 22 and nuts 23. Yes. Since the collar part 18 of the present invention is made of a strip, the collar part 18 does not fall off. Even if it falls off, it is easy for the operator to notice because the collar 18 is large, and it is easy to remove it from the tea leaves.
[00010]
Moreover, since the rotary hook 14 of the present invention fixes the flange 18 made of a flexible strip to the holding body 17 with the screw 22 and the nut 23, etc., using the flange presser plate 21, the hook 18 Even when it is bent and replaced, it is only necessary to loosen the screw 22 and the nut 23 and replace the flange portion 18, and the price of the replacement part can be reduced, and the replacement of the part is not required. It is. The core of the sliding rod 12 depends on the inner side of the core of the rod 11, and the rotation core of the rotary rod 14 is the same as the core of the rod 11. Since the collar portion 18 of the rotary rod 14 is swept on the rod 11, the collar portion 18 that sweeps on the sliding rod 12 must be bent and swept. FIGS. 6 and 7 show the case of a flange 18 in which two strips are stacked. The flange 18 is composed of a long strip 19 and a short strip 20. The long strip 19 and the short strip 20 are combined, the long strip 19 is attached to the front side in the rotational direction, the tea strip 11 is rubbed to sweep the tea leaves, the short strip 20 is attached to the rear side, and the sliding scissors 12 By making the length in contact with the tea leaves, it is possible to easily sweep the tea leaves on both the basket 11 and the sliding basket 12.
[0013]
Furthermore, a thin strip 19 and a thick strip 20 are combined, and a thin strip 19 having elasticity, flexibility, heat resistance, and wear resistance is attached to the front side of the rotary rod 14 in the rotational direction, and impact resistance and heat resistance are attached to the rear side. A thick strip 20 is attached to the front, the thin strip 19 on the front side is rubbed to a length that sweeps the tea leaves, and the thick strip 20 on the rear side is slightly shorter than the thin strip 19 on the front side and slides. The length is in contact with the flange 12. Thus, the long thin strip 19 on the front side is easy to bend when sweeping over the sliding basket 12, and easily returns straight when not sweeping over the sliding basket 12, and sweeps the tea leaves on the basket 11. Further, the short thick strip 20 on the rear side can be supported by the long thin strip 19 on the front side when sweeping the tea leaves on the basket 11, and can be swept firmly when sweeping the tea leaves on the sliding basket 12. I can do it. In this embodiment, the front thin strip 19 is 0.7 mm, the rear thick strip 20 is 1.8 mm, and the rear thick strip 20 is 8 mm longer than the front thin strip 19. Although it is shortened by millimeters, the thickness, dimensions, and combinations are not limited to this.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 2, the sliding basket 12 that has received the tea leaves from the reciprocating basket 10 moves to the left as shown in FIG. 3, and the collar 18 of the rotating basket 14 sweeps from the front toward the board 3. Therefore, the vicinity of the center portion of the flange portion 18 of the rotating rod 14 must be swept in contact with both the right side portion of the sliding rod 12 and the rod 11. However, there is a step between the sliding saddle 12 and the saddle 11, and the saddle 11 is lower, so it is difficult to sweep out. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4, by making a notch 24 in the center of the strip, the scissors 18 on the left side of the notch 24 sweeps in contact with the right side of the sliding scissors 12, and the scissors 24 on the right side of the notch 24 Sweeping in contact with the cocoon 11, the tea leaves on both the right side of the sliding cocoon 12 and the cocoon 11 can be cleaned cleanly. The tea leaves are no longer attached to the cocoon 11 and the sliding candy 12, and the attached tea leaves are peeled off and mixed into the tea product, thereby reducing the quality of the product. In this embodiment, two cuts are made. However, the cut may be made in one or many places. The position is not limited to this.
[0015]
The collar portion 18 is a synthetic resin strip or a strip coated with a synthetic resin. By using a synthetic resin strip with excellent heat resistance, elasticity, flexibility, wear resistance, and strength, or a strip coated with a synthetic resin, it can withstand high temperatures, withstand impacts, and bend easily. A material such as polyurethane, polyester, polycarbonate, ultra high molecular weight polyethylene, silicon resin, vinyl chloride resin, fluororesin, synthetic rubber, or the like is used as the synthetic resin strip or the strip coated with the synthetic resin.
[0016]
The band plate 18 is made up of a core body and a cover . The core body is made of a material having excellent impact resistance, heat resistance and strength, and the cover is made of elasticity, flexibility, heat resistance and resistance. Because it uses a material with excellent wear resistance, it has a low back and is flexible throughout, making it difficult to break and bend. Therefore, it is possible to clean out both tea leaves on the sliding basket 12 and the basket 11 without adhering the tea leaves to the basket 11 and the sliding basket 12. A material such as polyester or cotton is used for the core, and a material such as polyurethane, silicon resin, vinyl chloride resin, or fluorine resin is used for the cover.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
In the tea-making machine equipped with the rotary kneading machine of the present invention, since the eaves part is a strip, the eaves part does not fall off. Even if it falls off, it is easy for the operator to notice because it is large, and it is easy to remove it from the tea leaves. In addition, since the rotary hook has a hook made of a flexible band plate fixed to the connection holder using the hook presser plate, the structure is simple, the number of parts is small, and the price is low. Even if the part is bent and replaced, it is only necessary to replace the collar part, the price of the part to be replaced is reduced, and the part replacement is not required.
[0018]
Moreover, it is hard to stick the wrinkles which a collar part bends by making it the collar part which piled up the 2 or more strip | belt plates. Moreover, it is possible to make it easier to sweep both tea leaves and sliding tea leaves by attaching a long band plate on the front side in the rotating direction and a short band plate on the rear side. In addition, by attaching a long thin strip on the front side in the rotational direction and a short thick strip on the rear side, the long thin strip on the front side is easy to bend when it is swept over the sliding rod. When you don't sweep the palpit, it's easy to return straight and sweep the tea leaves on the ridge. In addition, the short thick strip on the rear side can be used as a support for the long thin strip on the front side when sweeping the tea leaves on the bowl, and can be swept well when sweeping the tea leaves on the sliding bowl. In addition, by making a notch in the strip, the scissors are swept in contact with the scissors on one side of the scissors, and in contact with the scissors on the other side of the scissors from the notches. The tea leaves can be swept cleanly.
[0019]
In addition, by using a collar portion made of a synthetic resin strip or a strip coated with a synthetic resin, it can withstand high temperatures, withstand impacts, and hardly bends. In addition, it has a waist, is flexible in its entirety, is difficult to bend and bends, and can cleanly clean both tea leaves on the sliding ridge and the ridge without sticking the tea leaves to the ridge or sliding ridge. You can improve the quality of the product.
