Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a gap cover for piping for closing a gap at a contact portion between a device such as an air conditioner and a protective cover for piping reaching the device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, in air conditioners, pipes connecting outdoor units and indoor units are becoming mainstream in which the piping part is covered with a duct-type protective cover that can be opened and closed because the piping itself is easily protected and maintained. .
In this type of construction, when the outer surface of the indoor air conditioner attached to the wall surface and the end surface of the protective cover that covers the pipe led out from the connection port on the lower end side thereof are flat surfaces, There was no gap between the two contacts, and no dust or the like entered from the contact portion.
Recently, due to the diversification of the design of air conditioners, the outer surface of equipment has become curved. As a result, many pipe connection ports are formed along a curved surface.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in what has this kind of outer surface, as shown in FIG. 12, piping C derived | led-out from the outer side surface B1 of the apparatus B attached to the wall surface K, and the connection port B2 of this lower end side Since a gap S is generated in the portion corresponding to the curved portion between the end surface 1A of the protective cover 1 that covers the cover, there is a problem such as accumulation of dust in the protective cover 1 during long-term use. .
Therefore, when such a clearance S exists, putty material is embedded in the clearance, or the contact end portion of the protective cover is processed into a shape corresponding to the curvature of the outer surface of the device at the construction site. However, in order to avoid gaps between the two, workers have been working on additional work according to the current situation. It is also a problem to be solved.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described situation, and the main problem is that the protective cover covers the outer surface of the device attached to the wall surface and the piping led out from the connection port on the lower end side thereof. It is in the point which provides the clearance gap cover which can close easily the clearance gap between the end surfaces of this.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The outer surface of the attached device to the wall surface, a gap cover for covering a gap between the end face of the protective cover covering the pipe derived therefrom on the lower end side of the connection port, to an end portion of the protective cover On the other hand, it may be composed of a mounting portion that can be externally fitted and a soft cover portion that is connected to the mounting portion and can be attached to the outer surface of the device in a state in which the gap is closed .
[0006]
According to the above Ki構 formed, have a shape that the outer surface of the device is curved, it is possible to additionally provided a soft cover part of its shape, to ensure the gap between the end of the device and the protective cover Can be closed. Here, it is preferable to apply an adhesive or the like to the soft cover part or to provide an adhesive layer in advance so that the soft cover part is securely attached to the outer surface of the device. .
Moreover, since it has the attachment part with respect to a protective cover, since attachment to a protective cover can be performed easily, construction workability | operativity is good.
Therefore, conventionally, when the outer side surface of the device is curved, a putty material is embedded in the gap portion, or at the construction site, the contact end of the protective cover has a shape corresponding to the curvature of the outer side surface of the device. As a result, it is possible to eliminate the additional work that has been performed so as not to generate a gap between the two, and it is possible to reduce the work load and improve the workability of the work compared to the conventional work.
[0007]
The characteristic structure of the gap cover for piping according to claim 1 of the present invention is that the gap between the outer surface of the device attached to the wall surface and the end surface of the protective cover that covers the pipe derived from the connection port on the lower end side thereof A gap cover that covers and attaches to the end of the protective cover, and is attached to the outer surface of the device in a state of being connected to the attachment part and in a state of closing the gap. A flexible cover portion, and the attachment portion is formed in a U-shaped cross-section composed of both side wall portions and a ceiling wall portion, and is connected to both side wall portions of the attachment portion of the soft cover portion. The cover portions on both sides are formed so as to protrude along the outer surface portions of the both side wall portions of the attachment portion, and the central cover portion that is connected to the ceiling wall portion of the attachment portion among the soft cover portions Intersects the outer surface of the ceiling wall of the mounting part In that it is protruded direction.
The characteristic configuration of the gap cover for piping according to claim 2 of the present invention is that the gap between the outer surface of the device attached to the wall surface and the end surface of the protective cover that covers the pipe led out from the connection port on the lower end side thereof A gap cover that covers and attaches to the end of the protective cover, and is attached to the outer surface of the device in a state of being connected to the attachment part and in a state of closing the gap. It is composed of a possible soft cover part, and the attachment part and the soft cover part are integrally formed of a soft material, and the attachment part can be externally fitted in an elastic holding state to the end of the protective cover It is in the point where the metal core of the shape of a U-shape or a shape close to it is attached.
[0008]
According to the above characteristic configuration, since the attachment portion and the soft cover portion are made of a soft material, it can be easily attached to the outer surface of the device and the protective cover, but it is detached because it is soft. By fitting the protective cover in an elastically clamped state with a cored bar at a point that tends to be easy, it is possible to form a gap cover for piping that is easy to mount and has a high gap closing effect.
[0009]
