Description
前記2つのフラグメントの受信の相対的なタイミングを測定するステップと、を有し、一方が他方のすぐ後に続く形で前記2つのフラグメントを含む前記対象信号が供給され、前記レプリカ信号が、前記2つのフラグメントが最初に受信された前記それぞれの時間期間の間に経過した前記他の時間期間に対応する不連続性を備える。
図2を参照すると、基地局BS1に対する携帯電話MS1登録の一部として、携帯電話MS1は、毎秒短い10msの期間だけ通信マイクロプロセッサ(μp)22を使用して基地局BS1との2方向通信に携わると仮定し、更に、前記ユーザは、位置を決定するためにGPS受信器を使用するように携帯電話MS1に指示したと仮定する。
フラグメント3がすぐ後に続くフラグメント1から前記対象信号を構成することを除いて例1のように、通常ならば失われたフラグメント2を記憶しているメモリの部分は、前記通信マイクロプロセッサにより生成されたホワイトノイズを詰められる(stuffed)。前記対象信号は、この場合、前記目標GPS信号が収集されたか否かを決定する目的で修正されたレプリカ信号との相関を取られることができる。ホワイトノイズを生成する代わりに、所定の擬似乱数符号又はその繰り返しの一部が、詰めるために使用されることができる。
Claims (13)
- 受信された拡散スペクトラム信号を収集する方法において、
前記拡散スペクトラム信号の符号に対応する擬似乱数ノイズ符号を含むレプリカ信号を供給するステップと、
間に他の時間が経過するそれぞれの時間期間中に最初に受信される前記拡散スペクトラム信号の2つのフラグメントを含む対象信号を供給するステップと、
前記最初に受信される拡散スペクトラム信号の失われたフラグメントに対応する部分を省略するように修正されたレプリカ信号を供給するステップと、
前記2つのフラグメントに関して前記対象信号に対する前記修正されたレプリカ信号のコヒーレント相関を取るステップと、
前記2つのフラグメントの受信の相対的なタイミングを測定するステップと、を有し、
一方が他方のすぐ後に続く形で前記2つのフラグメントを含む前記対象信号が供給され、前記レプリカ信号が、前記2つのフラグメントが最初に受信された前記それぞれの時間期間の間に経過した前記他の時間期間に対応する不連続性を備える、方法。 - 前記対象信号において前記2つのフラグメントの間にダミーデータを挿入するステップを更に有し、挿入されるダミーデータの量が、前記2つのフラグメントが最初に受信された前記それぞれの時間期間の間に経過した前記他の時間期間に対応し、前記相関が前記ダミーデータを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ダミーデータがホワイトノイズである、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 拡散スペクトラム信号の符号に対応する擬似乱数ノイズ符号を含むレプリカ信号を供給し、
間に他の時間期間が経過するそれぞれの時間期間中に最初に受信された前記拡散スペクトラム信号の2つのフラグメントを含む対象信号を供給し、
前記最初に受信された拡散スペクトラム信号の失われたフラグメントに対応する部分を省略するように修正されたレプリカ信号を供給し、
前記2つのフラグメントに関して前記対象信号に対する前記修正されたレプリカ信号のコヒーレント相関を取り、
前記2つのフラグメントの受信の相対的なタイミングを測定し、
前記対象信号が、一方が他方のすぐ後に続く形で前記2つのフラグメントを含み、前記レプリカ信号が、前記2つのフラグメントが最初に受信される前記それぞれの時間期間の間に経過した前記他の時間期間に対応する不連続性を備える、ことにより受信された拡散スペクトラム信号を収集するように構成された拡散スペクトラム信号受信器。 - 前記対象信号が、前記2つのフラグメントが最初に受信される前記それぞれの時間期間の間に経過した前記他の時間期間に対応する前記2つのフラグメントの間に挿入されるダミーデータを含み、前記相関が前記ダミーデータを含む、請求項4に記載の受信器。
- 前記ダミーデータがホワイトノイズである、請求項5に記載の受信器。
- 前記拡散スペクトラム信号がフラグメント化されずに受信され、後のフラグメンテーションは、前記受信器の性能制限のために相関の前に発生する、請求項4に記載の受信器。
- 前記フラグメンテーションがバッファアンダーランにより引き起こされる、請求項7に記載の受信器。
- 前記フラグメンテーションが、ビジー状態のプロセッサが前記受信器に即座にサービスすることができないことにより引き起こされる、請求項7に記載の受信器。
- 前記フラグメンテーションは、前記受信器の一部を一時的に使用不可にすることにより引き起こされる、請求項4に記載の受信器。
- セル式通信送受信器と、請求項4に記載の拡散スペクトラム信号受信器とを有するセル式電話。
- 前記拡散スペクトラム信号がフラグメント化されずに受信され、後のフラグメンテーションは、前記拡散スペクトラム受信器にサービスするのに通常使用されるプロセッサが前記セル式通信送受信器ユニットにサービスするのにビジー状態であるために相関の前に発生する、請求項11に記載の電話。
- 前記フラグメンテーションは、前記セル式通信送受信器ユニットの活動と一致する期間に前記拡散スペクトラム信号受信器の一部を一時的に使用不可にすることにより引き起こされる、請求項11に記載の電話。
