本発明は上述のような点に鑑みて開発されたものであり、その目的とするところは、連続して又は適宜間隔を以って正確な血圧を容易に測定できる血流促進装置付個室を使用した血圧測定方法を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記のような目的を有効に達成するために、次のような構成にしてある。すなわち、本発明の血流促進装置付個室を使用した血圧測定方法は、スチームヒータ等を制御して室内を所望温度に設定できる個室の室内に、両肘掛け部と足置き部とに液体貯溜槽を設けた両肘掛け椅子状の血流促進装置を設置し、かつ、この室内に血圧測定者の右腕等の右半身の所定の部位から血圧を測定する血圧計と、左腕等の左半身の所定の部位から血圧を測定する血圧計とを設置し、上記室内を所望温度に設定して上記室内で血圧測定者の右腕等の右半身並びに左腕等の左半身の血圧をそれぞれ測定し、さらに、上記の両肘掛け部と足置き部との液体貯溜槽に血圧測定者の手足を浸けて血圧測定者の右腕等の右半身並びに左腕等の左半身の血圧をそれぞれ測定するようにした構成である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態について説明する。
本発明に係る血流促進装置付個室の一例について説明すると、図1に示す個室1は、全体が中空の直方体形状で、外周部は木板で囲まれ、一側面には開閉自在で個室1を密閉できる出入り用のドア2が設けられている。個室1のドア2以外の一側面には吸気孔3が開口され、吸気孔3に外部から個室内に吸気ダクト4が接続してある。吸気ダクト4の先端は、個室内の上部中央位の位置にくるようにしてある。またこの吸気ダクト4の他端は、送風機(図示省略)に接続され、新鮮な空気を個室1に供給できるようにしてある。

個室1の上部には排気孔5が開口されていて、外部から排気ダクト6がこの排気孔5に接続してある。排気ダクト6の他端には空気清浄機・排風機(図示省略)が接続してあり、個室1内の排気を自動的に行えるようにしてある。また、個室1には内部に設置(外部に設置してもよい。)したスチームヒータ(図示省略)によって個室内に所望温度のスチームを供給できるようにしてある。また、スチームヒータによる室内の温度調節は、室外で制御操作できるようにしてある。なお、個室1を所望の温度(例えば36℃以上の所望温度)、湿度にする装置は、上記したスチームヒータ(図示省略)に限ることなく他の公知の装置であってもよい。

さらに個室1内には、両肘掛け椅子状の血流促進装置7(図2参照)が設置してあり、この血流促進装置7の両肘掛け部8と足置き部9には夫々液体貯溜槽10が設けてある。血流促進装置7には、液体貯溜槽10に充鎮した液体を加熱・保温するためのヒーター(図示省略)が設けてある。さらに上記の個室1内にはスピーカー(図示せず)が設けられていて、外部に設けたオーデオ装置によって個室内に所望の音楽を流せるようにしてある。

上記のスチームヒータ、送風機、空気清浄機、排風機、ヒーター等を集中制御できるように室内環境コントロール装置11が個室1の外に設けてある。この室内環境コントロール装置11は自動或いは手動操作によって制御できるようにしてある。

また、個室1内には(図3参照)、血圧測定者の右腕等の右半身の所定の部位(上腕又は指又は手首等)から血圧を測定する血圧計12と、左腕等の左半身の所定の部位(上腕又は指又は手首等)から血圧を測定する血圧計13とがそれぞれ設置してある。
