Description
The present invention relates to a structure of a wet dust collector that sucks dust-containing air and makes it come into contact with water in the device, thereby collecting dust.
Conventionally, as this type of wet dust collector, for example, those described in
By the way, when the dust-containing air is sucked and released into the water, the dust-containing air becomes bubbles, rises in the water, and is diffused from the water surface to the atmosphere. When the bubbles are brought into contact with water, the dust on the surface of the bubbles becomes water-containing or hydrophilic, so that it can be diffused and collected in the water. As this dust collection progresses, the turbidity of the water increases and the viscosity increases, making it difficult to remove bubbles, and various “water bubbles” are generated on the surface of the water. Etc., and the grains having a water film are called water bubbles). Since the amount of water bubbles generated is proportional to the turbidity, defoaming is a problem in this type of apparatus.
The thing of
The present invention has been completed based on the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a wet dust collector in which various problems caused by generation of water bubbles are eliminated while being small in size and light in weight. By the way.
As means for achieving the above object, a container for storing water, an exhaust unit that covers the upper surface opening of the container, and a suction pipe that is fixed to the exhaust unit and hangs down into the container and opens below the surface of the water. A suction force generating device that is interposed in the suction pipe and generates a suction force, and is disposed to form a water passage on the outer periphery of the suction pipe and has a lower end opening extending from the lower end opening of the suction pipe and a water surface A cylindrical body provided with a drain port on the top, and a shielding plate fixed to the cylindrical body above the drain port, between the drain port provided in the cylindrical body and the water surface in the container It was set as the structure by which the water bubble capture | acquisition means is arrange | positioned.
That is, the device of the present invention includes a container for storing water, an exhaust unit, a suction pipe, a suction force generation device, a cylinder, a shielding plate, and a water bubble capturing means. When the suction force generation device is driven, Dust-containing air is discharged into the water stored in the container through the suction pipe, and the water bubbles rise through the cylinder and are discharged from the drain outlet provided at a position higher than the water surface. The air bubbles are once captured by the water bubble capturing means, and the air bubbles are lost here and dropped as water mixed with dust to purify the air.
Therefore, the “cylinder” is disposed on the outer periphery of the suction pipe. A water passage is formed between the outer peripheral surface of the suction pipe and the peripheral surface of the cylinder. Furthermore, the lower end opening of the cylinder extends below the lower end opening of the suction pipe. And the drain outlet is carved in the radial direction in the position higher than the water surface of a cylinder upper part.
The “shielding plate” is a member for preventing air discharged from the drain outlet via the suction pipe from directly colliding with the lower surface of the exhaust unit, and is provided between the drain outlet and the exhaust unit. The shape is not particularly limited, and may be a flat plate shape or other shapes. However, when the present inventor made a prototype experiment, comparing the one in which the shielding plate is a flat plate and the one having a curved surface (for example, a hemispherical shape) convex upward (opening downward) Since there is a big difference in the cleaning frequency, it can be said that such a curved surface shape (for example, a hemispherical shape) is more preferable.
The present inventor imagines the reason why the curved portion can reduce the cleaning frequency of the exhaust unit or the theory as follows.
If the shield plate is flat, the air discharged from the drain into the ventilation path becomes almost laminar and moves to the outside in the horizontal direction, with the gap between the outer edge of the shield plate and the inner wall surface of the container facing upward. Moving. At this time, part of the water discharged together with air from the drain outlet collides with the lower surface of the shielding plate and falls. This drop state is not uniform, and the drop does not come into effective contact with the dust-containing air, and the amount of air reaching the exhaust unit increases without removing the dust.
On the other hand, when the shielding plate has a curved surface shape that is convex upward (opens downward) (for example, a hemispherical shape), the water that collided with the inner wall surface of the shielding plate travels along the inner wall surface of the shielding plate to the entire outer edge of the shielding plate. Water falls from the lap. This drop state is a water film when the amount of water is large, and a water droplet curtain when the amount of water is small. Accordingly, when the exhaust unit is reached, the dust in the air is being removed, and as a result, the frequency of cleaning the exhaust unit is reduced.
The “water bubble capturing means” is a structural part that is disposed inside the container and at a position above the water surface of the water stored in the container. It has a function of receiving water mixed with water bubbles discharged from the drain outlet of the cylindrical body and not easily moving each water bubble once it is gripped. A specific structure for providing this function is not particularly limited, and for example, a porous structure such as a wire mesh or a punching metal is typical. If the surface of the porous body is constituted by a rough surface shape that actively captures water bubbles, needle-like fine protrusions that eliminate water bubbles, and the like, the porous structure alone functions sufficiently.
However, it is more preferable to attach a sponge-like filter that allows water to pass through and keeps the water bubbles from adhering to the water and water bubbles released from the cylinder. Dust-mixed water bubbles whose movement is restricted by this filter are extinguished (ruptured) by the direct impact of the water discharged from the drainage port of the cylinder, and disappear as the internal dust is scattered around with the air. . Part of the dust scattered at that time is in direct contact with the falling water, the other is once attached to the filter and captured, and then washed away by the falling water and moved into the water of the container.
The dust-containing air discharged into the water in the container rises as a water bubble and rises through the water passage in the cylinder, and is released to the water bubble capturing means located at a position away from the water surface, where the water bubble breaks and the dust in the water bubble Will be sprayed with water. In this way, the water bubbles are captured and held by the water bubble capturing means, and then the water bubbles disappear, so that the water adsorbing the dust is dropped downward.
Therefore, the wet dust collector according to the present invention is different from a conventional method for collecting dust by making air-water contact by discharging bubbles to water stored in a container,
(1) There is no need to subdivide the bubbles.
(2) Since it is not necessary to subdivide the bubbles, the problem that the generated water bubbles are difficult to break is less likely to occur.
It has the characteristics.
Also, since the air discharged into the water rises along the water passage in the cylinder, large dust and heavy dust will remain in the water, but for fine dust that causes water quality deterioration, It will be discharged on the water bubble capturing means away from the water surface while being confined in the water bubbles. Therefore,
(3) Since the pollution rate of water stored in the container is reduced, the frequency of disposal of contaminated water is reduced.
Further, in the case of the device of the present invention, all members other than the drive source and the container, that is, the exhaust unit, the suction pipe, the cylinder, the shielding plate, and the water bubble capturing means are easily integrated in a vertically stacked structure. This is an extremely advanced invention that can be expected to have secondary effects such as easy separation work for maintenance such as filter replacement and dust removal, and easy reduction in size and weight.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail based on examples.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 8, an
Further, on the
The total length of the
The water bubble trapping means 19 is a
The suction pipe 14 is an L-shaped pipe as shown in FIG. 5, and a vertically extending portion is inserted into the
A suction
The suction pipe 14 is formed in an L shape so that it is inserted into the through hole of the metal fitting 15B and can be rotated 360 degrees using a minute clearance with the through hole, and connected to the
Subsequently, the operation of the operation will be described.
As shown in FIG. 2, the
Next, when high-pressure air adjusted by the air
In FIG. 3, the dust-containing air sucked into the suction pipe 14 is discharged from the lower end opening 14 </ b> C of the suction pipe 14 into the water in the
Most of the water bubbles discharged from the
The air discharged into the
On the other hand, part of the dust-containing water discharged from the
Some of the water discharged onto the water bubble capturing means 19 remains unruptured when the water bubbles generated in the
The amount of water bubbles captured by the water bubble capturing means 19 without rupturing increases in proportion to the contamination of the water in the
When dust collection is continued, dust accumulates as sludge at the bottom of the
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the sucked dust-containing air rises as a water bubble without directly stirring the stored water in the container, and rises through the
Even with the device of the present invention described as the first embodiment, the initial purpose can be sufficiently achieved, but it has been found that there are some problems in terms of maintenance in the prototype experiment stage. That is, in the device of the present invention of Example 1, when the air contains a lot of fine dust, the

The present invention is not limited to Example 1 or 2. For example, the following embodiments are also included in the technical scope of the present invention (these are listed as Example 3). Of course, various modifications other than those described below can be made without departing from the scope of the invention.
(1) Although the water passage is exemplified by the suction pipe and the double tube of the cylindrical body, the suction passage and the water passage may be configured by forming a facing passage in which one passage is divided by a partition plate.
(2) Although only the drainage port is provided in the middle of the water channel, a member for blocking the water channel above the water channel may be arranged.
(3) Although water is sucked from the lower end opening of the cylinder, the lower end opening may be closed to open the lower end side portion.
(4) The suction force generation device is not limited to an air compressor, and a device that generates suction force with an electric fan may be used.
(5) Although the description has been made with the porous plate A arranged only on the upper surface of the
