Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a gas-liquid separator that separates liquids such as condensate and condensed water mixed in gas such as steam, compressed air, and various gases by centrifugal force by causing a swirling flow in a casing.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the conventional gas-liquid separator, the swirl vane is arranged in an annular space formed by a casing and an exhaust pipe, and the upper part of the annular space is connected to the inlet, and the upper part is connected to the outlet through a hole inside the exhaust pipe, A swirl chamber is formed below the annular space, a liquid reservoir chamber is formed below the swirl chamber, a lower end thereof is connected to the drainage port, a partition member is disposed between the swirl chamber and the liquid reservoir chamber, A liquid passage gap is formed between the outer peripheral edge of the partition member and the inner peripheral wall of the casing. An example of this is shown in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 50-42467.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the gas-liquid separator of the above-mentioned prior art, there is a problem that the separated liquid is caught in the gas again and carried out to the outlet. This is because the swirling flow reaches the liquid reservoir chamber through the liquid passage gap, so that the liquid surface becomes concave and the outer peripheral portion of the liquid surface rises to the swirl chamber.
[0004]
Therefore, the technical problem of the present invention is to prevent the liquid reservoir chamber from turning so that the liquid surface does not become concave.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The technical means of the present invention devised to solve the above technical problem is to arrange a swirl vane in an annular space formed by a casing and an exhaust pipe, connect the upper part of the annular space to an inlet, The swirl chamber and the liquid reservoir chamber are formed below the swirl chamber and the lower end of the liquid reservoir chamber is coupled to the drainage port. In the case where a partition member is disposed between the reservoir chambers and a liquid passage gap is formed between the outer peripheral edge of the partition member and the inner peripheral wall of the casing, the liquid reservoir chamber has a vertical direction across the reservoir chamber. A gas-liquid separator characterized in that a partition plate is disposed , the partition plate has a semi-oval shape, its upper surface is substantially in contact with the lower surface of the partition wall member, and its side surface or lower surface is substantially in contact with the inner surface of the casing. is there.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
According to the above technical means of the present invention, the swirling flow that reaches the liquid storage chamber through the liquid passage gap collides with the vertical partition plate that crosses the liquid storage chamber in a substantially perpendicular direction and stops. Therefore, the liquid level of the liquid storage chamber does not become a concave surface.
[0007]

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the swirling flow that reaches the liquid storage chamber through the liquid passage gap collides with the vertical partition plate crossing the liquid storage chamber in a substantially perpendicular direction and stops. The liquid level is not concave. For this reason, the outer peripheral portion of the liquid level does not rise to the swirl chamber, and an excellent effect is obtained in that the separated liquid is not again taken into the gas and carried out to the outlet.
