Description

The present invention relates to a support rotating tool that can be attached to an arbitrary object such as a ladder, a stepladder, or a support, and a standing ladder that can be hung on the side of a vehicle body or a wall of a truck.

In general, the height of a truck bed is about 1 m, and when it goes up to the bed, it often jumps down and there is a risk of damaging the legs, waist, knees and the like. In order to improve this point, various things are considered as the standing ladder for trucks used for raising and lowering the truck bed. As an example, a ladder frame that can be stood on a truck bed with a rectangular frame-shaped handrail attached (Patent Document 1) or a telescopic ladder that is tilted down on the side of the truck bed from above and below. There exists a thing (patent document 2) etc. provided with the clamping piece which can be pinched.

特開2005−48381号公報JP 2005-48381 A 特開2008−2108号公報JP 2008-2108 A

(1) Since the handrail in Patent Document 1 is attached to the side of the ladder body, when the user rises to the upper side of the ladder, the handrail becomes lower than the user and is difficult to grasp.
(2) Patent Document 2 discloses a handrail extending upward from the ladder. However, since the handrail extends on an extension line of the ladder main body that is slanted on the track, the upper portion of the handrail is inclined forward. Therefore, in order for the user to grasp the handrail, the body is turned forward and it is difficult to climb the ladder.
(3) Since a locking tool (Patent Document 1) and a knob mechanism (Patent Document 2) are provided, the ladder does not easily tilt or fall even when a vertical force is applied to the ladder. If a force in the left-right direction is applied, it tends to tilt or fall over.

An object of the present invention is to provide a support body to which a handrail or other object can be attached, a support body rotating tool capable of attaching a handrail or other object attached to the support body to a ladder, a pole, etc. An object of the present invention is to provide a standing ladder that can solve the above-mentioned problems of a hanging ladder for trucks and can be hung not only on a truck but also on a wall of a building.

The support rotator according to the present invention includes a base that can be attached to an arbitrary object, a receiver that projects laterally from the base, and a block that is attached to the side of the receiver. , Provided with a support body that can be equipped with other members, the block is mounted on the horizontal axis so as to protrude from the side of the receiver and can be pivoted around the horizontal axis; It can rotate horizontally around the axis, can rotate horizontally to the state of being placed on the block and the state of being placed on both the block and the receiver, and the support is off the receiver and placed on the block In this state, the support can be turned in the same direction by turning the block.

The support rotating tool of the present invention can be configured as follows. The other member equipped on the support body as described in claim 2 is a vertically long handrail, and the handrail protrudes upward and is mounted on the support body. As described in claim 3, hooks that can be pressed or locked to a support such as a side of a truck body, a side wall, or a wall of a building are provided on and / or one of the handrails, and the hooks are fixed. Or height adjustable. 5. A connecting structure such as a sheath tube capable of covering a base material with another object or a shaft that can be inserted into another object as described in claim 4. 6. The front end in the protruding direction of the receiver as defined in claim 5.

The standing ladder according to the present invention is a standing ladder comprising a ladder that can be hung on a support such as a side of a vehicle body of a truck, a roof, and a wall of a building, and a handrail connected to an upper portion of the ladder. The base of any one of the support rotating tools is attached to the top of the ladder. The standing ladder according to claim 7, wherein the support is a side of the vehicle body of the truck, a turn, and a wall of the building, and the receiver and the handrail are provided with a hook and provided on the receiver. The hooks can be pressed or locked to the side of the vehicle body of the truck or a tilted turn, and can be locked to the upper edge portion of the raised stand of the hook provided on the handrail.

The support rotating tool of the present invention has the following effects.
(1) Since the support body can be swung together with the block and can be horizontally rotated on the receiver and the block, the handrail and other members attached to the support body can be moved by turning the block and rotating the support body horizontally. Easy to change direction and fold. For this reason, even if a long object such as a handrail is attached to the support, it can be folded downward, so that it does not get in the way when being carried or stored.
(2) Since the base is provided with a connecting structure such as a sheath tube that can be put on another object or a shaft that can be inserted into another object, it can be easily attached to the upper end of a ladder or a column. It is possible to easily replace the member.
(3) Since the front end of the receiver projecting forward from the base body is obliquely upward, the handrail projecting upward from the support body is vertical even when the ladder is slanted on the track or the wall of the building. Can be upwards.
(4) Since it has a hook that can be pressed or locked to the track or the wall of the building, it can be attached to a ladder that leans on the track or the wall of the building. The ladder can be stabilized because it can be pressed or locked against the wall of the building.

The standing ladder according to the present invention has the following effects.
(1) Since the base of the support rotator is attached to the upper part of the ladder that can be hung on the side of the vehicle body or on the wall surface, a handrail protruding upward is attached to the support of the support rotator. Then, the handrail can be grasped and moved up and down to the track, and the lifting and lowering is facilitated.
(2) Since the hooks are provided on the receiver, the ladders leaning on the hooks are stabilized by locking the hooks to the track or the wall of the building.
(3) Since the front end side of the receiver projecting sideways from the base is obliquely upward, the handrail projecting upward from the support body is vertical even when the ladder is slanted on the track or the wall of the building. Or, it is almost vertically upward, and the upper body does not bend forward when grabbing the handrail, and the body is stabilized even when grabbing the handrail.
(4) If the hook is adjustable in height, the position of the hook can be adjusted according to the height of the track, so if there is a single support rotating tool, the height of the bed and the height of the height It can be used for trucks of various sizes (ton tonnages) having different sizes, etc., and it is not necessary to prepare or carry several types of support rotating tools of different sizes, and management and use are easy.
(5) If hooks are provided on both the receiver and the handrail, the hook (lower hook) of the receiver is pressed against the side of the truck body, and the handrail hook (upper hook) is placed on the side of the truck body. The ladder can be stabilized because it can be locked to the upper edge of the standing sword. Moreover, since the load of the operator who grasps the ladder or the handrail is dispersedly supported by the two hooks, the load applied to the turn and the wall surface is dispersed and they are not easily damaged.

The support rotating tool of the present invention can be attached to various articles such as ladders and columns, but the support rotating tool 1 of the embodiment shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 is the leg of the ladder 2 as shown in FIGS. 3 can be attached. As shown in FIG. 3, the support rotating tool 1 includes a base 4 that can be attached to the upper end of the leg 3 of the ladder 2, a receiver 5 (FIG. 6, FIG. 7) that projects laterally toward the front of the base 4, A block 6 projecting laterally from the body 5 and a plate-like support 7 that can be placed on the upper surface of the receiver 5 and the block 6 are provided. At the upper end of the ladder 2 as shown in FIG. At this time, the handrail 8 on the support 7 can be folded from the standing state in FIG. 1 to the downward direction in FIG.

In the example shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 as an example of the ladder 2, a plurality of steps 9 are vertically attached at equal intervals between two legs 3. Each tread board 9 is attached in the illustrated horizontal direction. The attachment can be performed by welding, bolts and nuts, or other means. The attachment to the leg 3 or the attachment rotating in the vertical direction is possible. The legs 3 are hollow elongated square members. An anti-skid tool 10 (FIG. 3) made of rubber or resin is attached to the lower end of the leg 3. A handrail holder 11 for holding the handrail 8 folded downward is attached to the leg 3. The handrail storage tool 12 has a holding tool 13 bent in a substantially U shape attached to the tip of a support piece 12 bent in a substantially L shape. The holder 13 includes an opening 14 for pushing the handrail 8. An outer peripheral edge of a square plate-like stopper 15 is welded and fixed to the inside of the upper end of the leg 3 of the ladder 2 as shown in FIG. A hole 16 is opened at the center of the stopper 15. A round bar-shaped guide shaft 17 is penetrated from below to above the hole 16.

A sheath pipe (square pipe) is used for the base body 4 (FIGS. 6 and 7) of the support rotating tool 1. As this square pipe, a square pipe having a size that can be put on the upper end portion of the leg 3 of the ladder 2 is used as shown in FIG. 2, and the upper surface of the square pipe is closed by the ceiling plate 18. When the upper end portion of the leg 3 is covered, the upper end portion of the leg 3 does not protrude upward through the square pipe. Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the upper end portion of the guide shaft 17 is welded and fixed to the center portion of the ceiling plate 18 so that the base body 4 can be moved up and down along the legs 3 together with the guide shaft 17. When the flange 19 (FIG. 5) at the lower end of the guide shaft 17 comes into contact with the stopper 15 (FIG. 5), the guide shaft 17 and the base body 4 are stopped without being raised further, and conversely, the base body 4 is guided. When the inner surface of the ceiling plate 18 is lowered with the shaft 17 and hits the upper edge 20 (FIG. 5) of the leg 3, the guide shaft 17 and the base 4 are prevented from further descending.

The receiving body 5 (FIGS. 6 and 7) is also a square member, is fixed and protrudes from the front surface of the upper end portion of the base body 4, and has a tip end side obliquely upward. Since the receiving body 5 and the base body 4 are both made of metal, they are fixed to each other by welding.

A hook (lower hook 21) projects downward from the receiver 5 at the tip of the receiver 5 (FIGS. 6 and 7). The lower hook 21 is configured to be pressed against the vehicle body side surface 23 of the truck 22 when the ladder 2 is stood on the truck 22 as shown in FIG. The lower hook 21 is also made of metal and is attached to the receiver 5 by welding. This attachment may be an attachment with a connecting tool such as a bolt and a nut. The lower hook 21 is a rectangular thin plate, but may have other shapes and structures, for example, a square or polygonal plate or a three-dimensional shape. A rubber anti-slip material 24 (FIG. 3) is attached to the outer surface of the lower hook 21 with an adhesive. Non-slip processing can also be performed by making irregularities on the outer surface without using the anti-slip material 24. As shown in FIG. 2, the lower hook 21 is pressed against a tilted turn 25 of the track 22 or is inserted from above the turn 25 into a gap 26 (FIG. 2) formed between the turn 25 and the vehicle body side surface 23 of the track 22. be able to.

A block 6 is attached to the side surface of the receptacle 5 (FIGS. 6 and 7).
