Description

【0001】

[0007]
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Embodiment 1
Hereinafter, Embodiment 1 of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
<I> Overall schematic FIG. 1 shows a schematic structure of a futon basket 1.
The futon basket 1 is composed of three types of parts including a pair of L-shaped nets 10, a crossing net 20, and one type of coupling coil 30 that couples both 10 and 20. The number of parts and the number of components may be small.
In the following description, a case where the L-shaped net 10 and the crossing net 20 are formed by a welded net will be described. The L-shaped net 10 and the crossing net 20 are additionally provided with a rhombus metal net on a reinforcing frame having a contour shape of each net. Various materials such as attached ones, expanded metal, perforated plates, etc. can be used.
[0008]
<B> L-shaped network The L-shaped network 10 is a net body in which the side net part 11 and the bottom net part 12 are joined in an L-shape, and is produced by bending a single net body, or in the L direction. A straight lateral strand 14 is welded to the strand 13 and manufactured.
The L-shaped net 10 is used in the form of a grooved net 15 in which the bottom net portions 12 and 12 of the two L-shaped nets 10 and 10 are abutted and assembled into a U-shaped cross section.
[0009]
<C> Crossing Net The crossing net 20 is a rectangular (band-like) net, and has a plurality of hooking claws 21 protruding on one long side (lower side) thereof. The latching claw 21 is formed, for example, by bending the lower end portion of the longitudinal strand 22 into a bowl shape such as a U shape or a V shape.
The hooking claws 21 may be formed on all the longitudinal strands 22 or only on a part thereof, or a separately bent hook-shaped wire rod may be welded to the mesh body. It may be retrofitted.
The height of the crossing network 20 is equal to the height of the side net part 11 of the L-shaped net 10 and the width thereof is twice the width of the bottom net part 12 constituting the L-shaped net 10, that is, the bottom net part 12. The length of the short side is approximately twice as long.
The crossing network 20 is a net that combines a conventional short-side net and a partition net, but by providing a plurality of hooking claws 22, the bottom net portions 12, 12 of the pair of L-shaped nets 10, 10 are separated. It also functions as a member that is impossiblely connected and imparts a U-shaped regularity to the grooved net 15.
In the illustrated embodiment, the gap longitudinal wires 22 and 22 two located at the center portion of the cross-network 20, close to the extent slightly larger Ri by double the wire diameter of the wire of L-shaped network 10 Similarly, a hooking claw 21 is formed on each of the two vertical strands 22 and 22.
[0010]
<D> Coupling Coil The futon bag according to the present invention has a structure in which only the short side of the upright crossing network 20 and the contact portion of the side net 11 of the L-shaped net 10 are connected.
Therefore, the coupling coil 30 to be used may be one type having a length substantially equal to the height of the crossing network 20.
[0011]
<E> Assembling the futon basket As shown in FIG. 1, two L-shaped nets 10 and 10 are arranged opposite to each other, and the bottom nets 12 and 12 are butted together on the same plane to form a grooved net 15 To do.
Next, the cross net 20 is disposed and assembled in the groove end portion or inside the groove net 15 in the cross direction of the groove.
The assembling method will be described. The transverse groove 20 is arranged across the bottom mesh portions 12, 12, and the latching claws 21 on the lower side of the transverse mesh 20 are latched to the respective vertical strands 13 of the bottom mesh portion 12. After that, the crossing network 20 is erected vertically.
By the hooking operation of the crossing net 20, the bottom nets 12 and 12 of the pair of L-shaped nets 10 and 10 are connected to each other so as not to be separated, thereby assembling the groove net 15 having a U-shaped cross section.
[0012]
Next, the coupling coil 30 is wound around a contact portion between both side ends of the crossing net 20 and the side nets 11 and 11 extending vertically of the grooved net 15 to be integrally coupled.
The crossing net 20 performs the latching operation by the latching claw 21 and the winding operation of the connecting coil 30 as described above, and is attached to one end or both ends of the grooved net 15 or inside the grooved net 15. A futon bag 1 having a shape in which one side is opened, a futon bag 1 having both ends closed, or a futon bag 1 in which a partition net is provided on these are obtained.
[0013]
The method for assembling the sole of the futon basket 1 has been described above. Similarly, the futon basket 1 is sequentially assembled adjacent to each other in the vertical and horizontal directions.
In this case, the joint ends of the adjacent ridges are coupled so that the coupling coil 30 is shared by one coupling coil 30 without being superposed.
[0014]
After filling the futon basket 1 with the filling material such as stone, the lid net (not shown) is attached to each futon basket 1 unit or across the plurality of futon baskets 1.
[0015]
The futon bag 1 is firmly connected between the two L-shaped nets 10 and 10 by the hooking claws 21 and the coupling coil 30 of the crossing net 20, so that the pressure of the filling material or the like acts on them. Will not break down.
Further, the latching claw 21 and the coupling coil 30 of the crossing net 20 restrain the two L-shaped nets 10 from being laterally displaced in the long side direction, and the relative of the crossing net 20 and the grooved net 15 is relatively small. Restrain the movement.
[0016]
<To> Joining structure of futon baskets Next, the joining structure of the futon baskets 1 when the futon baskets 1 are laid out in the horizontal direction (flat placement) and stacked in the vertical direction (stacking) will be described.
[0017]
[Flat installation, straight construction]
When arranging the plurality of futon baskets 1 in a straight line in the lateral direction, the ends of the grooved nets 15 constituting the futon baskets 1 are brought into contact with each other.
At this time, as shown in FIG. 2, the hooking claw 21 of the crossing net 20 is hooked and joined across the butted portions of the bottom nets 12, 12 of the grooved net 15. The end and the side nets 11 and 11 of the two sets of groove nets 15 and 15 are connected together.
That is, a single crossing network 20 does not simply connect a pair of L-shaped networks 10 and 10 but connects a total of four L-shaped networks 10 together.
[0018]
[Flat placement, curve construction]
When arranging a plurality of futon baskets 1 along a curved line, as shown in FIG.
One end side or both end sides of the side net part 11 are cut off at the site or the like so as not to inhibit the polymerization of the bottom net part 11.
As described above, the crossing net 20 is hooked on the overlapping portion of the bottom net portion 12 where a predetermined amount is superposed, and the coupling is performed using the coupling coil 30.
When the curve direction is opposite to that in FIG. 3, only one side (lower end in FIG. 3) of the adjacent futon basket 1 (groove net 15) is connected by the connecting coil 30 without overlapping the bottom mesh portion 12. Then, the other side (upper end in FIG. 3) of the futon basket 1 (groove net 15) is opened in a fan shape according to the curvature of the curve.
[0019]
[Stacking]
With reference to FIG. 4, a description will be given of the connecting structure of the futon baskets when stacking the futon baskets 1.
The inside of the futon basket 1 laid on the lower stage of the slope 40 is filled with a filling material such as the crushed stone 41 and the back of the futon basket 1 is filled with the crushed stone 41.
Next, the upper futon basket 1 is mounted on the lower futon basket 1 with the front face shifted backward.
The bottom net part of the upper futon basket 1 functions as a lid net for the lower futon basket 1. A cover mesh is separately attached to the exposed area of the lower futon bowl 1.
When the upper futon basket 1 is mounted, the connecting coil 31 is wound in the horizontal direction and connected over the overlapping range of the upper and lower futon baskets 1 and 1.
That is, the coupling coil 31 is wound around the upper part of the crossing net constituting the lower futon basket 1 and the overlapping part of the bottom net part constituting the upper futon basket 1.
The above operations are repeated to stack the futon baskets 1 to a predetermined height.
Since the coupling coil 31 couples the upper and lower futon beds 1, a large external force such as a water flow or an earthquake acts on the entire stacked futon beds, so that each futon bag 1 is individually vertically or horizontally. It is possible to effectively restrain displacement.
[0020]
Second Embodiment of the Invention
The connection coil 30 is not essential, and may be replaced by connection with various types of connection tools or binding with binding wires.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is as described above, the following effects can be obtained.
<I> Since the futon basket is composed of three types of members, that is, an L-shaped net, a crossing net, and a connecting coil, the number of components can be greatly reduced and the cost can be greatly reduced as compared with the conventional futon basket.
<B> The crossing net not only serves as an end side net or a partition net, but also functions as a member for connecting a plurality of L-shaped nets in an inseparable manner by providing a latching claw.
Therefore, the number of connecting coils can be reduced, and the assembly of the futon basket is greatly improved.
<C> Since the L-shaped net and the transverse net can be polymerized, they do not take up a large area for storage and transportation.
<D> A traditional futon bag is a semi-finished product in which each net constituting the bag is folded.
For this reason, the weight of the futon basket is relatively heavy, and it has been necessary to use a large number of workers for loading and unloading on a transport vehicle and for carrying it into the site, and to use a simple crane.
On the other hand, in the present invention, the constituent members of the futon basket are separated and independent, and the individual members are extremely light compared to the conventional semi-finished futon basket. For this reason, it is possible to greatly save labor for loading and unloading on a transport vehicle and for carrying-in work to the site, and handling efficiency is remarkably improved.
<E> It is not only flat on futon bales but also has excellent adaptability for curve construction.
<F> Even when the futon baskets are stacked, by connecting the overlapping portions of the upper and lower futon baskets with the connecting coil in the horizontal direction, the displacement of the futon baskets due to external force can be reliably prevented. .
<G> Due to the above-described factors, it is possible to obtain a futon bag and a bonding technique for the futon bag that are excellent in assemblability and economy.
