【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、給与支給者が給与受給者に月毎等に付与する給与明細書記載用の給与明細書帳票に関する。

【従来の技術】
給与支給者は、給与受給者に、本給、各種手当等の支給額と、各種保険、所得税、住民税等の控除額とが記載された給与明細書を、月毎に付与することが、一般におこなわれている。
給与支給者が、給与受給者に支給する給与は、給与明細書とは別に、給与受給者の銀行口座に振り込まれるのが、一般となっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、上記の給与明細書の内容は、単に、数字が並んだ単調で、味気のないものとなっている。
他方、給与明細書の内容は、ダイレクトメール等とは異なり、給与受給者が、必ず開封して、見るものである。
そこで、本発明者は、このような、給与受給者が必ず開封して見る給与明細書に、給与受給者が関心のある、各種広告を掲載すれば、その効果が絶大であることに、思いついた。
また、その際には、給与受給者は、給与が自己の銀行口座に振り込まれた直後の資金豊富な状況にあり、広告商品を購入する可能性が大であることに、思いついた。
そして、このような思いつきに基づき、給与支給者が給与受給者に月毎等に付与する給与明細書記載用の給与明細書帳票であって、給与受給者が関心のある広告が掲載された、ドットプリンタにより印字される複数枚重ねの給与明細書帳票を開発した。

即ち、本発明者は、給与受給者が関心のある広告が掲載された、ドットプリンタにより給与明細書が印字又は複写印字される複数枚重ねの給与明細書帳票を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成するために、本発明の給与明細書帳票は、その左右にドットプリンタの用紙送り用のスプロケットのピンを引っかける複数の送り孔が縦に並ぶ外側縁を持ち、その左右の外側縁より内側に貼合用の内側縁を持つと共に、その上下に貼合用の端縁を持つ、ほぼ方形状をした４枚重ねの単片帳票が縦に連なる連続用紙からなり、
その最上の１枚目の単片帳票Ａの表面には、給与受給者の住所及び氏名と、給与支給者の名称又は氏名と、給与明細書の控えをドットプリンタにより印字するフォーム欄が印刷され、
その次の２枚目の単片帳票Ｂ表面の、前記単片帳票Ａ表面の給与受給者の住所及び氏名と、給与支給者の名称又は氏名とを印字するフォーム欄に重なり合う部分には、同じ給与受給者の住所及び氏名と、同じ給与支給者の名称又は氏名とを前記ドットプリンタにより複写印字するフォーム欄が印刷されると共に、単片帳票Ｂ表裏面の、前記単片帳票Ａ表面の給与明細書を印字するフォーム欄に重なり合う部分には、目隠し用の地紋が印刷され、
その次の３枚目の単片帳票Ｃの表面がそれに重なり合う単片帳票Ｂの裏面に貼合されて、その単片帳票Ｃの裏面には、給与受給者に対しての広告が印刷され、
その最下の４枚目の単片帳票Ｄ表面の、前記単片帳票Ａの給与受給者の氏名と、給与支給者の名称又は氏名と、給与明細書とを印字するフォーム欄に重なり合う部分には、同じ給与受給者の氏名と、同じ給与支給者の名称又は氏名と、同じ給与明細書とを前記ドットプリンタにより複写印字するフォーム欄が印刷され、単片帳票Ｄ裏面の、前記単片帳票Ａ表面の給与明細書を印字するフォーム欄に重なり合う部分には、目隠し用の地紋が印刷され、
前記単片帳票Ｂ表面の給与受給者の住所及び氏名と、給与支給者の名称又は氏名とを複写印字するフォーム欄に重なり合う単片帳票Ａの裏面部分と、前記単片帳票Ｄ表面の給与受給者の氏名と、給与支給者の名称又は氏名と、給与明細書とを複写印字するフォーム欄に重なり合う単片帳票Ｃの裏面部分には、それらのフォーム欄に給与受給者の住所及び氏名又は氏名、給与支給者の名称又は氏名、又は給与明細書を前記ドットプリンタにより複写印字するためのノンカーボン感圧層が形成され、
さらに、前記４枚重ねの単片帳票Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄの左右の外側縁とそれよりも内側の単片帳票Ｃ、Ｄの左右の内側縁と単片帳票Ｃ、Ｄの上下の端縁とが互いに貼合されると共に、前記４枚重ねの単片帳票Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄの左右の外側縁とそれよりも内側の左右の内側縁との境界線部分、その左右の内側縁とそれよりも内側の単片帳票Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄとの境界線部分、その上部の端縁とそれよりも内側の単片帳票Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄとの境界線部分、及び連続用紙の縦に連なる単片帳票Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄの上下の境界線部分に切り離し用のミシン目が刻設されてなることを特徴としている。

この給与明細書帳票においては、その４枚重ねの単片帳票Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄが縦に連なる連続用紙の左右の外側縁に縦に並ぶ複数の送り孔に、ドットプリンタの用紙送り用のスプロケットのピンを引っかけることができる。そして、４枚重ねの単片帳票Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄが縦に連なる連続用紙を、ドットプリンタに順次送り込んで、その連続用紙の縦に連なる４枚重ねの単片帳票Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄのそれぞれのフォーム欄に所定の文字又は数字を印字又は複写印字できる。
具体的には、その最上の１枚目の単片帳票Ａ表面のフォーム欄には、給与受給者の住所及び氏名と、給与支給者の名称又は氏名と、給与明細書の控えをドットプリンタにより印字できる。
その次の２枚目の単片帳票Ｂ表面の、前記単片帳票Ａ表面の給与受給者の住所及び氏名と、給与支給者の名称又は氏名とを印字する部分に重なり合うフォーム欄には、同じ給与受給者の住所及び氏名と、同じ給与支給者の名称又は氏名とを、そのフォーム欄に重なり合う単片帳票Ａの裏面部分に形成されたノンカーボン感圧層を用いて、前記ドットプリンタにより複写印字できる。
その最下の４枚目の単片帳票Ｄ表面の、前記単片帳票Ａの給与受給者の氏名と、給与支給者の名称又は氏名と、給与明細書とを印字する部分に重なり合うフォーム欄には、同じ給与受給者の氏名と、同じ給与支給者の名称又は氏名と、同じ給与明細書とを、そのフォーム欄に重なり合う単片帳票Ｃの裏面部分に形成されたノンカーボン感圧層を用いて、前記ドットプリンタにより複写印字できる。

前記単片帳票Ｄ表面のフォーム欄に複写印字された給与明細書の数字は、その単片帳票Ｄ裏面の、前記単片帳票Ａ表面の給与明細書のフォーム欄に重なり合う部分に印刷された目隠し用の地紋により、単片帳票Ｄ裏面側から透けて見えるのを防ぐことができる。
同様にして、前記単片帳票Ｄ表面のフォーム欄に複写印字された給与明細書の数字は、前記単片帳票Ｂ表裏面の、単片帳票Ａ表面の給与明細書のフォーム欄に重なり合う部分に印刷された目隠し用の地紋により、単片帳票Ｂ表面側から透けて見えるのを防ぐことができる。

前記連続用紙の縦に連なる４枚重ねの単片帳票Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄは、その上下の境界線部分に刻設された切り離し用のミシン目から単片に切り離すことができる。
また、その単片に切り離された４枚重ねの単片帳票Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄの左右の外側縁は、該外側縁とそれよりも内側の単片帳票Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄとの境界線部分に刻設されたミシン目から切り離すことができる。
また、その左右の外側縁が切り離された４枚重ねの単片帳票Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄのうちの、最上の単片帳票Ａであって、その左右の内側縁と上下の端縁が単片帳票Ｂの左右の内側縁と上下の端縁に貼合されていない単片帳票Ａは、その他の単片帳票Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄから引き剥がすことができる。そして、給与支給者は、そのフォーム欄に供与受給者の住所及び氏名と給与明細書とが印字された単片帳票Ａを、控え書類に利用できる。
その他の３枚重ねの単片帳票Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄであって、その最上の単片帳票Ｂ表面に給与受給者の住所及び氏名が複写印字された３枚重ねの単片帳票Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄは、給与明細書として、給与受給者にそのまま付与できる。
その際には、その３枚重ねの単片帳票Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄの単片帳票Ｃ、Ｄの左右の内側縁及び上下の端縁が互いに貼合されているため、その単片帳票Ｃ、Ｄの間が他人にむやみに開かれて、単片帳票Ｄ表面のフォーム欄に複写印字された給与明細書の数字を他人に盗み見られるのを、防ぐことができる。

他方、その３枚重ねの単片帳票Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄからなる給与明細書を受け取った給与受給者は、その左右の内側縁とそれよりも内側の単片帳票Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄとの境界線部分、及びその上部の端縁とそれよりも内側の単片帳票Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄとの境界線部分に刻設されたミシン目から、単片帳票Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄの左右の内側縁と上部の端縁を切り離すことができる。そして、その単片帳票Ｃ、Ｄの上部と左右の三方が互いに貼合されていない３枚重ねの単片帳票Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄであって、その単片帳票Ｃ、Ｄの下部の端縁が互いに貼合されてなる３枚重ねの単片帳票Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄを得ることができる。そして、その３枚重ねの単片帳票Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄの単片帳票Ｃ、Ｄの間を、本を開く要領で開くことができる。そして、その単片帳票Ｄ表面のフォーム欄に複写印字された給与明細書の数字を見ることができる。

その際には、その給与受給者が必ず開封して見る給与明細書が複写印字された単片帳票Ｄ表面に隣り合う単片帳票Ｃ裏面に印刷された給与受給者が関心のある広告を、給与受給者が半ば強制的に同時に見ることとなる。
そのために、その広告の効果を大幅に増大させることが、可能となる。

本発明の給与明細書帳票においては、前記左右の外側縁が切り離された３枚重ねの単片帳票Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄが、郵便の定型封筒と同じ大きさに形成されて、その単片帳票Ｂの表面にドットプリンタにより複写印字される給与受給者の住所及び氏名と、給与支給者の名称又は氏名のフォーム欄が、定型封筒に記載する郵便の宛て先の住所及び氏名と、郵便の差し出し人の名称又は氏名のフォーム欄の体裁をなす構造とすることを好適としている。

この場合には、その連続用紙から切り離された４枚重ねの単片帳票Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄであって、その左右の外側縁が切り離された４枚重ねの単片帳票Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄの最上の単片帳票Ａが剥がされた３枚重ねの単片帳票Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄを、郵便の定型封筒と同じ大きさに形成できる。それと共に、その最上の単片帳票Ｂ表面にドットプリンタにより複写印字された給与受給者の住所及び氏名と、給与支給者の名称又は氏名のフォーム欄を、定型封筒に記載する郵便の宛て先の住所及び氏名と、郵便の差し出し人の名称又は氏名のフォームの体裁をなす構造に形成できる。
その結果、その最上の単片帳票Ｂ表面に郵便切手を貼着等するだけで、その３枚重ねの単片帳票Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄからなる給与明細書帳票を、給与受給者の自宅等に、郵送できる。

本発明の給与明細書帳票においては、給与受給者に対しての広告が裏面に印刷された単片帳票Ｅの表面が、単片帳票Ｄの裏面に貼合された構造とすることを好適としている。

この場合には、その給与受給者に手渡されたり郵送されたりする３枚重ねの単片帳票Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄの単片帳票Ｄの裏面に貼合された単片帳票Ｅの裏面に印刷された給与受給者に対しての広告を、その３枚重ねの単片帳票Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄを開く前から、資金豊富な状況にある給与受給者が半ば強制的に見ることとなる。そのために、その広告の効果を高めることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
図１ないし図８は本発明の給与明細書帳票の好適な実施の形態を示し、図１はその表面図、図２はその単片帳票Ａの表面図、図３はその単片帳票Ｂの表面図、図４はその単片帳票Ｂの裏面図、図５はその単片帳票Ｃの裏面図、図６はその単片帳票Ｄの表面図、図７はその単片帳票Ｄの裏面図、図８はその側面図である。以下に、この給与明細書帳票を説明する。

図において、１０は、その左右にドットプリンタの用紙送り用のスプロケットのピンを引っかける複数の送り孔１２が縦に並ぶ外側縁１４を持ち、その左右の外側縁１４より内側に貼合用の内側縁１５を持つと共に、その上下に貼合用の端縁１６、１８を持つ、ほぼ方形状をした４枚重ねの単片帳票Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄが縦に連なる連続用紙である。

４枚重ねの単片帳票Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄの最上の１枚目の単片帳票Ａの表面には、図２に示したように、給与受給者の住所及び氏名と、給与支給者の名称又は氏名と、給与明細書の控えをドットプリンタにより印字するフォーム欄２０が印刷されている。
その次の２枚目の単片帳票Ｂ表面の、単片帳票Ａ表面の給与受給者の住所及び氏名と、給与支給者の名称又は氏名とを印字するフォーム欄２０に重なり合う部分には、図３に示したように、同じ給与受給者の住所及び氏名と、同じ給与支給者の名称又は氏名とを前記ドットプリンタにより複写印字するフォーム欄２２が印刷されている。それと共に、単片帳票Ｂ表面の、それ以外の単片帳票Ａ表面の給与明細書を印字するフォーム欄２０に重なり合う部分を含む部分には、図３に示したように、目隠し用の地紋３０が広く印刷されている。さらに、単片帳票Ｂ裏面の、単片帳票Ａ表面の給与明細書を印字するフォーム欄２０に重なり合う部分を含むその他の部分にも、図４に示したように、目隠し用の地紋３０が印刷されている。
その次の３枚目の単片帳票Ｃの表面は、図８に示したように、それに重なり合う単片帳票Ｂの裏面に貼合されている。単片帳票Ｃの裏面には、図５に示したように、給与受給者に対しての広告４０が印刷されている。
その最下の４枚目の単片帳票Ｄ表面の、単片帳票Ａの給与受給者の氏名と、給与支給者の名称又は氏名と、給与明細書とを印字するフォーム欄２０に重なり合う部分には、図６に示したように、同じ給与受給者の氏名と、同じ給与支給者の名称又は氏名と、同じ給与明細書とを前記ドットプリンタにより複写印字するフォーム欄５０が印刷されている。単片帳票Ｄ裏面の、単片帳票Ａ表面の給与明細書を印字するフォーム欄２０に重なり合う部分を含むその他の部分には、図７に示したように、目隠し用の地紋３０が広く印刷されている。

単片帳票Ｂ表面の給与受給者の住所及び氏名と、給与支給者の名称又は氏名とを複写印字するフォーム欄２２に重なり合う単片帳票Ａの裏面部分を含む単片帳票Ａの裏面には、そのフォーム欄２２に給与受給者の住所及び氏名と、給与支給者の名称又は氏名を前記ドットプリンタにより複写印字するためのノンカーボン感圧層（図示せず）が広く形成されている。
同様にして、単片帳票Ｄ表面の給与受給者の氏名と、給与支給者の名称又は氏名と、給与明細書とを複写印字するフォーム欄５０に重なり合う単片帳票Ｃの裏面部分を含む単片帳票Ｃの裏面には、そのフォーム欄５０に給与受給者の氏名と、給与支給者の名称又は氏名と、給与明細書を前記ドットプリンタにより複写印字するためのノンカーボン感圧層（図示せず）が広く形成されている。

さらに、４枚重ねの単片帳票Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄの左右の外側縁１４とそれよりも内側の単片帳票Ｃ、Ｄの左右の内側縁１５と単片帳票Ｃ、Ｄの上下の端縁１６、１８とは、互いに貼合されている。それと共に、４枚重ねの単片帳票Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄの左右の外側縁１４とそれよりも内側の左右の内側縁１５との境界線部分６０、その左右の内側縁１５とそれよりも内側の単片帳票Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄとの境界線部分６２、その上部の端縁１６とそれよりも内側の単片帳票Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄとの境界線部分６４、及び連続用紙１０の縦に連なる単片帳票Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄの上下の境界線部分６６には、切り離し用のミシン目７０が、単片帳票Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄを縦断又は横断して刻設されている。

この給与明細書帳票においては、その４枚重ねの単片帳票Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄが縦に連なる連続用紙１０の左右の外側縁１４に縦に並ぶ複数の送り孔１２に、ドットプリンタの用紙送り用のスプロケットのピン（図示せず）を引っかけることができる。そして、４枚重ねの単片帳票Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄが縦に連なる連続用紙１０を、ドットプリンタに順次送り込んで、その連続用紙１０の縦に連なる４枚重ねの単片帳票Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄのそれぞれのフォーム欄２０、２２、５０に所定の文字又は数字を印字又は複写印字できる。
具体的には、その最上の１枚目の単片帳票Ａ表面のフォーム欄２０には、給与受給者の住所及び氏名と、給与支給者の名称又は氏名と、給与明細書の控えをドットプリンタにより印字できる。
その次の２枚目の単片帳票Ｂ表面の、単片帳票Ａ表面の給与受給者の住所及び氏名と、給与支給者の名称又は氏名とを印字するフォーム欄２０に重なり合うフォーム欄２２には、同じ給与受給者の住所及び氏名と、同じ給与支給者の名称又は氏名とを、そのフォーム欄２２に重なり合う単片帳票Ａの裏面部分に形成されたノンカーボン感圧層を用いて、前記ドットプリンタにより複写印字できる。
その最下の４枚目の単片帳票Ｄ表面の、単片帳票Ａの給与受給者の氏名と、給与支給者の名称又は氏名と、給与明細書とを印字するフォーム欄２０に重なり合うフォーム欄５０には、同じ給与受給者の氏名と、同じ給与支給者の名称又は氏名と、同じ給与明細書とを、そのフォーム欄５０に重なり合う単片帳票Ｃの裏面部分に形成されたノンカーボン感圧層を用いて、前記ドットプリンタにより複写印字できる。

単片帳票Ｄ表面のフォーム欄５０に複写印字された給与明細書の数字は、その単片帳票Ｄ裏面の、単片帳票Ａ表面の給与明細書のフォーム欄２０に重なり合う部分に印刷された目隠し用の地紋３０により、単片帳票Ｄ裏面側から透けて見えるのを防ぐことができる。
同様にして、単片帳票Ｄ表面のフォーム欄５０に複写印字された給与明細書の数字は、単片帳票Ｂ表裏面の、単片帳票Ａ表面の給与明細書のフォーム欄２０に重なり合う部分に印刷された目隠し用の地紋３０により、単片帳票Ｂ表面側から透けて見えるのを防ぐことができる。
そして、３枚重ねの単片帳票Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄを給与受給者に付与する際に、その単片帳票Ｄ表面のフォーム欄５０に複写印字された給与明細書の数字が、他人に盗み見られるのを、防ぐことができる。

連続用紙１０の縦に連なる４枚重ねの単片帳票Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄは、その上下の境界線部分６６に刻設された切り離し用のミシン目７０から単片に切り離すことができる。
また、その単片に切り離された４枚重ねの単片帳票Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄの左右の外側縁１４は、該外側縁とそれよりも内側の単片帳票Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄ部分との境界線部分６０に刻設されたミシン目７０から切り離すことができる。
また、その外側縁１４が切り離された４枚重ねの単片帳票Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄのうちの、最上の単片帳票Ａであって、その左右の内側縁１５と上下の端縁１６、１８が単片帳票Ｂ表面の左右の内側縁１５と上下の端縁１６、１８に貼合されていない単片帳票Ａは、その他の単片帳票Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄから引き剥がすことができる。そして、給与支給者は、そのフォーム欄２０に供与受給者の住所及び氏名と給与明細書とが印字された単片帳票Ａを、給与明細書の控え書類に利用できる。
その他の３枚重ねの単片帳票Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄであって、その最上の単片帳票Ｂ表面に給与受給者の住所及び氏名が複写印字された３枚重ねの単片帳票Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄは、給与明細書として、給与受給者にそのまま付与できる。
その際には、その３枚重ねの単片帳票Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄの単片帳票Ｃ、Ｄの左右の内側縁１５及び上下の端縁１６、１８が互いに貼合されているため、その単片帳票Ｃ、Ｄの間が他人にむやみに開かれて、単片帳票Ｄ表面のフォーム欄５０に複写印字された給与明細書の数字を他人に盗み見られるのを、防ぐことができる。
