【0003】

(1) Concrete flowability adjusting method of adding an aromatic sulfonic acid formalin condensate to concrete containing a polymer having a polyoxyalkylene group (2 to 3 carbon atoms), and (2) aromatic The present invention relates to a concrete fluidity adjusting method in which a polymer having a polyoxyalkylene group (2 to 3 carbon atoms) is added to concrete containing a sulfonic acid-based formalin condensate.
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention adds an aromatic sulfonic acid-based formalin condensate to concrete containing a polymer having a polyoxyalkylene group (2 to 3 carbon atoms), or a concrete containing an aromatic sulfonic acid-based formalin condensate. It is characterized by adding a polymer having a polyoxyalkylene group (2 to 3 carbon atoms).
[0006]
Generally, when concrete fluidity increases due to environmental changes such as temperature and humidity, material fluctuations such as cement and aggregates, and excessive addition of dispersants, uniform placement becomes difficult, and a homogeneous concrete structure is obtained. It's hard to be done. Thus, as a result of studying a method for adjusting concrete to a desired fluidity, the present inventors have found that the fluidity of concrete decreases due to the interaction between a polyoxyalkylene chain and an aromatic ring. And using such an interaction, in general, by using a polymer having a polyoxyalkylene group, which is also used as a dispersant, and an aromatic sulfonic acid-based formalin condensate, excessive fluidity can be obtained. It became possible to adjust the fluidity of concrete and water-separated concrete.
[0007]
The polymer having a polyoxyalkylene group used in the present invention includes at least one vinyl monomer (a) having a polyoxyalkylene group having 2 to 300 carbon atoms having an average addition mole number of 2 to 300, and a carboxyl group. And sulfonic acid formalin condensates such as those. These may be used as water-soluble salts such as alkali metal salts, alkaline earth metal salts, ammonium salts, mono-, di-, and triethanolamine salts, but from the viewpoint of interaction with the polyoxyalkylene chain of the polymer. A water-soluble salt of a naphthalenesulfonic acid formalin condensate is preferred. The method for adding the aromatic sulfonic acid formalin condensate and the polymer having a polyoxyalkylene group is not particularly limited, but it is preferable to add in several portions while observing the fluidity state.
[0026]
The degree of decrease in fluidity due to the addition of an aromatic sulfonic acid formalin condensate and a polymer having a polyoxyalkylene group differs depending on the raw materials of the concrete and the like. In the case of a condensate, the addition amount is 5 parts by weight. In the case of a polymer having a polyoxyalkylene group, the addition amount is 20 parts by weight, and the slump value (JIS-A1101) decreases by 2 to 5 cm. Is expected.
[0027]
The method for adding the aromatic sulfonic acid-based formalin condensate and the polymer having a polyoxyalkylene group is not particularly limited and may be either liquid or solid. Addition in the form of powder is preferable from the viewpoint of simplification.
[0028]
The adjustment of fluidity according to the present invention can be performed if there is a mixing process such as a plant mixer or a ready-mixed concrete car between the time of preparation of concrete and the placement, and the construction method, cement, aggregate, The concrete composition such as additive (agent) is not limited at all.

Examples 1 to 15 (Reference Examples) , Comparative Example 1
400 parts by weight of cement (specific gravity: 3.16), 180 parts by weight of tap water, 675 parts by weight of sea sand (Muroki, specific gravity: 2.55), 1056 parts by weight of crushed stone (Ibaraki, specific gravity: 2.62) and A small amount of the polymer shown in Table 2 was kneaded for 90 seconds with a forced mixer. The slump value of the obtained concrete was measured by the JIS-A1101 method, and an appropriate amount of polymer was added so that the slump value would be 23-23.5 cm. The addition amount (solid content) of the polymer shown in Table 2 is the total amount of the polymer used for the preparation of concrete.
[0033]
The concrete whose slump value is adjusted to 23 to 23.5 cm is returned to the mixer, and a small amount of the aromatic dispersant shown in Table 2 is added and kneaded for 30 seconds, so that the slump value becomes 17 to 19 cm. An appropriate amount of the aromatic dispersant A or B was added to adjust the fluidity of the concrete. The addition amount (solid content) of the aromatic dispersant shown in Table 2 is the total amount of the aromatic dispersant used for adjusting the slump value. In addition, only the comparative example 1 replaced with the aromatic dispersing agent, and used the polymer 16 generally used as a dispersing agent.
[0034]
In addition, the aromatic dispersant A refers to naphthalene sulfonic acid formalin condensate sodium salt, and the aromatic dispersant B refers to melamine sulfonic acid formalin condensate sodium salt.
[0035]
[Table 2]
[0036]
Examples 16-19, Comparative Example 2
Concrete was prepared in the same manner as in Example 1 except that the aromatic dispersant shown in Table 3 was used for preparing the concrete and the polymer shown in Table 3 was used for adjusting the fluidity. It was adjusted. The results are shown in Table 3.
[0037]
[Table 3]
[0038]
From the above results, in Examples 1 to 19, it is understood that the fluidity of the concrete can be easily reduced by combining the polymer having a polyoxyalkylene group and the aromatic sulfonic acid-based formalin condensate. In contrast, in Comparative Example 1 using an isobutylene / maleic acid copolymer as a non-aromatic dispersant, the fluidity cannot be reduced, and instead of a polymer having a polyoxyalkylene group, polyacrylic is used. It can be seen that in Comparative Example 2 using an acid sodium salt, the fluidity hardly fluctuates regardless of the amount used.
[0039]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, it is possible to easily adjust the fluidity of concrete with excessive fluidity or water separated by excessive addition of a dispersant, etc., and further increase the production efficiency of concrete and reduce waste. Be expected.
