Description
酵母菌株サッカロミセス・セレビシエ(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)D1の水中懸濁液を含む、液体サンプル0.6mlのバッチ処理を、80Vrmsで266kHzの駆動周波数で実施した。
滅菌蒸留水中に懸濁した洗浄済みBG胞子の保存懸濁液を調製した(1010cfu/mlから1011cfu/ml)。
Claims (21)
- 細菌破壊装置であって、少なくとも内側長手方向表面の一部に沿って配置された熱伝導固体伝達層を有する円筒状トランスデューサを備え、前記熱伝導固体伝達層、または前記円筒状トランスデューサおよび熱伝導固体伝達層が、液体サンプルを受容するチャネルを画定し、細菌破壊装置がさらに、共振を励起すると共に前記液体サンプル内にキャビテーションを引き起こす周波数および電圧で、前記円筒状トランスデューサに交流電位を送出することができる手段を備える、細菌破壊装置。
- 熱伝導固体伝達層が、該熱伝導固体伝達層における音の半波長の整数倍の厚さを有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 円筒状トランスデューサが、6.5mmの壁厚さを有する、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 円筒状トランスデューサが、63.7mmの外径を有する、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 熱伝導固体伝達層が、鋼を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 熱伝導固体伝達層が、円筒状トランスデューサより長い長手方向長さ、50.5mmの外径、および20.5mm壁厚さを有する円筒状チューブを備える、請求項5に記載の装置。
- チャネルが、3.8mmの幅または直径を有する、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記チャネルを閉鎖する手段を含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- サンプルを前記チャネルに送出する手段をさらに備える、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 冷却手段をさらに備える、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 細胞破壊方法であって、i)液体サンプルを装置に導入することを含み、前記装置が、少なくとも内側長手方向表面の一部に沿う熱伝導固体伝達層を有する円筒状トランスデューサを備え、前記熱伝導固体伝達層、または前記円筒状トランスデューサおよび熱伝導固体伝達層が、前記液体サンプルを受容するチャネルを画定し、前記細胞破壊方法がさらに、ii)共振を励起すると共に液体層内にキャビテーションを引き起こす周波数および電圧で、前記円筒状トランスデューサに交流電位を印加することを含む、細胞破壊方法。
- 熱伝導固体伝達層が、該熱伝導固体伝達層において音の半波長の整数倍の厚さを有する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 円筒状トランスデューサが、6.5mmの壁厚さを有する、請求項11または12に記載の方法。
